Our AC went out and we just brought home a newborn. Ray came out immediately to help assist us. The house is a rental so we were going back and forward with the property managers/owners on what needed to happen. Ray gave multiple estimates/options and while we were waiting for the owners and property managers to give us the go to replace the unit completely, he did his best to keep us cool as much as he could. He was efficient, professional, and very much kind. What a great guy!

I called them for my AC repair during summer, surprisingly I got an appointment within only couple days during the most busy time in Vegas. Half year later my HVAC gives out, and yet again, I got appointment right after I called in. They gave me repair options and Very flexible on the project! Professional technicians and friendly staff and very reasonable price! For someone doesn't like to call, they also do text messages communications, fast response! Thank you again! Hot Cold Air :)

When my heating system stopped working in freezing temperatures, Fernando came out on a Sunday and quickly got it working again. Hopefully this won’t happen again, but I would definitely use hot cold air again if it did

Ramon the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He confirmed everything I'd suspected with my heater. The fan motor was not working. The first thing he did we confirm that the heating element was working. Then he check the fan motor. It final died after 30 years of service. He removed the motor and dual fan assembly. Left with the assembly to buy a new motor. He came back at 5:00 PM after removing and reassembling the motor and fan assemble. He took less than 30 minutes to replace the unit. I am very happy with the service provide by Hot Cold Air. This is my second time using them. The first time was for my AC issue. I will continue using their service when needed.

Very professional and clean service people. Understood what needed to be addressed immediately. In and out under 1/2 for full service and condenser cleaning. Problem was vent duct had come apart. 10 out of 10 stars.

Fernando and his partner were amazing! Our air went out and our property management was waiting on a approval. They were so nice to come at 10pm at night to replace our motor. It was so hot in the house so we were so grateful for them. They were professional and took time to explain things to me. They are an amazing company!

They are amazing! Fernando came last minute at 8:45pm and was able to save the day! We had other people earlier that said the whole ac unit needed to be replaced, however Fernando found that the freon that was put in earlier was wrong, he was able to flush the whole system and put the correct freon back in! He fixed it within an hour and a half! Super nice and respectful, masks, took their shoes off at the door! 10/10 !

After using another AC company to fix our unit and the job not being done correctly We switched to Hot Cold Air. We haven't had an issue since. Anytime I feel like the AC isn't cooling properly we give them a call and they come out either same day or next day. They explain thoroughly what is wrong and what needs to be done about it. They do amazing work and they stay to verify that the unit is working properly again. Fernando W. Is who usually comes out to help us out and he always double checks his work and puts everything back together properly. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their AC UNIT repaired.
