Want to personally thank the staff for such great work. From answering the phones to the installation crew. Your team made the experience very pleasant and professional. The team showed up exactly on time as promised. During the installation we had a couple of hiccups but your team promptly took care of the issue with urgency. I want to thank Tom the owner for coming out and helping me get my nest thermostat configured properly. We learned something new together. And to the office manager Angie your are simply amazing to deal with. You handle everything well and understand customer service is number 1. If you don't use this company your not getting the personal touch they give to there customers. They make you feel like family. Keep up the great work and I will be recommending you to friends and family. Wish I could give you 10 stars

We used another HVAC company for years. Then we tried Fast Affordable to repair an air unit for one of my properties and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! The technician arrived on time and was extremely polite and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and had the necessary parts on his truck. This was a true blessing! My mother is on a fixed small income and this repair took most of her savings. The technicians were knowledgeable, helpful and on time. There was a bit of a mishap with the ceiling, but Fast Affordable Air sent out a drywall repairman and painter to repair the ceiling. The ceiling looks like there was never a hole!

That says a lot to me about the owners and how they treat there staff. They are always on point with the price and take pride in their work. I have used other contractors as well through the years but they never do as good for me as Fast Affordable Air. Keep it up.

Our condo was struggling to keep temperature this winter. I knew our AC was getting old so we decided to get a few estimates to replace. These guys gave us the price. Angie was very helpful with all our questions. We decided to get a Bosch and it is already saving us money on power and the condo is much more comfortable. The install was messy but they did a great job of cleaning up. I would recommend them to other people.

They are fast to respond. Their tech was here within an hour or so of my call on Wednesday morning to inspect my AC unit. As I suspected, It was not worth repairing and should be replaced. I had an estimate the same morning and scheduled the installation of a new ac and coil on Saturday. The installation crew was here promptly at the time 8:00. They were polite, friendly, and professional. The new unit was installed by noon ish and and my home was already cooling down 7 degrees before they left.

I am in the Real Estate business for myself and also for a big company in Las Vegas, when asked did I know any HVAC companies I said I know TNA. We arranged a meeting in the office Downtown, upper management agreed with the experience and credentials and Tom and TNA were hired. They are the HVAC go to company for a National Recognized company and have not let us down at all. Great People, Show up on Time and do Good Quality work. We performed full background check on Tom, Company Licenses and Insurances. We can now say we work with TNA. Cant mention company as this is on my Private Account.

This is the best AC service in Las Vegas that I know of. It's not even close. The company is very easy to work with and the Techs are outstanding. Mainly a Tech named Michael, he is one of the best all around professionals I've seen in the business. They are very competent, efficient and very reasonably priced. Michael has done some great maintenance work with us and now we're doing a full overhaul install. Very happy and pleased with them. You won't find a better and more fair company in town. Tom is amazing! He is very professional, and get the repairs done quick! We have dealt with a lot of AC vendors, but TNA by far is best company. The prices aren't ridiculous like the rest of the competition. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a HVAC repairs!

I got an estimate from another company and they told me I need a new system and it will cost me over 10k to replace everything... I called Fast Affordable Air for a second opinion (did not charge me for them to come out and look at my A/C). Mike and Arvin came out within a couple hours of my call. The looked over my A/C and was able to fix it for under $200. They were very professional and had great personalities! I told all my neighbors how awesome they were and highly recommended them. Cari was very professional, and admitted she wasn’t very knowledgeable about my specific situation. She then transferred me to Angie, who knew exactly what I needed. Angie sent Sam, the tech out 30 mins later, and he has the issue taken care of, in less than an hour. Fast, friendly and professional. All the way around. They came out at 5 a.m. to get our AC working because it was the only time someone was there & awake that week! The company is pleasant to deal with, go out of their way to accommodate customers, are honest and reasonably priced! They even contacted the manufacturer of the failed part to get it covered under warranty for us. We thought it only had a 3 year warranty but TNA found that it was a 5 yr. Thanks!!!

AC went out on Monday. Called my home warranty place which sent out a tech, said it's pre-existing damage and left. Next company came out and quoted $12k for a 3-ton unit. Other two said $5k minimum. Not one of them opened up the unit. So I called FAA and asked the lady what the replacement cost was compared to $12k and she just laughed and laughed. Said that is just a total rip off. Sent Mike out today late in the day (I work all day) and he immediately put some diagnostic stuff on it, opened up the electronics, did some tests, and told me not to give up on the old girl (it's a 15 year old unit). Half an hour later my AC was working, and I got to spend some time with an awesome human being. Just the nicest, smartest down to earth guy. Will definitely never go with anyone else for HVAC matters. This company is legitimately your local mom and pop shop that's not looking to rip you off. Their professional, know what they are doing, and are in it for your lifetime business. Very impressed by every aspect of service. A rare five star from yours truly.

Been using them for all my personal and rental home HVAC repairs for past couple years and been very happy with the results. They are prompt with repairs, do the appropriate repair w/o overselling, and reasonably priced. I've tried many other HVAC repair companies over the years who either try to way oversell me on entire new systems and/or price gouge on simple AC repairs when tenants need it most on hot summer days.

I called TNA heating and cooling two get a second opinion I had been told I had to replace one of my units and that I should replace the other TNA told me that I could repair if I choose but they gave me such a great price to replace the unit that wasn't working beating the other company by a huge difference. They then explained that the other unit was older but in good condition and that changing my filter every month would help to cut down on the wear and tear off the unit. They were great and more conserved with what I needed rather than making money. I will use this company again for repairs and when I need to replace the unit that I didn't replace this time.

This is a small family owned business. I have called them out to my house 4-5 times over 3 years. They did everything possible to fix my ac unit and get me threw the summer until they couldn't anymore. I needed a new unit. Mine was 25 years old and had no legs left to stand on. They not only were at my house on a friday with in an hr of my air going out. But the owner and his men were at my house until 1030pm making sure I had air. It says alot about a company when the OWNER comes to your house and is up in your attic that is 120 degrees with his men installing,cleaning and fixing your AC. I WOULDN'T CALL ANYONE ELSE. They have my service for life. ( not that I'll be needing much repair anymore because I got a new ac unit upstairs and down stairs with a good warranty) highly recommended company

Thank Goodness I called for a second opinion. TNA truly found and identified the problem, and the repair was substantially less than the original installation contractor whom installed a new system. TNA will continue to be my repair and maintenance service. I do expect Derrick, an exceptional repair service tech, back semi annually to do a maintenance inspection service on A/C and Heat systems. Kudos to TNA!

This place is exactly as the name states. They are Fast (repairman was here earlier than scheduled, Affordable (the cost was very affordable and the technician was honest and up front about it as well). I would highly recommend you giving them a call for you HVAC needs. Do try to call before something goes wrong though.

Called them fror a second opinion after a company that I heard on the radio said that I needed to replace my air condtioner and then charged me $70. Fast affordable showed up and got my AC working. The total bill that day was $49. I think the guys name was Jack, showed me the picture of the AC on my roof and that it had problems but might make it another season. They gave me a quote for a new AC and Furnace. My unit was original to the house. The price diffrence was over $3000. The payment was about $40 less as well. Glad I got a second opinion.

My air conditioner was leaking through the ceiling. I had a big mess. Fast Affordable Air Conditioning came out and told be that the drain was cloged and that the coil was rusted. Jack the repairman said he could unclog it but it would clog again because the coil was rusted. $2400 was what he wanted to replace the coil. I called another company and they fixed the clog and gave me a number to fix the drywall. Well, It did it again. I woke up this morning to a saging ceiling and a pudle of water on the floor. Called those other guys out and they said the coil was rusted and that it needed to be replaced for $3800.
