I called Epic Heating & Air conditioning Dave answer the phone right a way and he came to my house with in 1 hr and 20 min! I was amazed how fast he came. It took him about 15 min to find the problem Dave charge me $85 my house is warm for the winter Thank you

I don't write a lot of reviews but this was an exceptional experience. I have been in Vegas for 23 years and this was the best service experience I have ever had. My air conditioning failed during the hottest time of the year and I was getting the home warranty runaround. After they sent another company who did a quick fix that failed, I was able to request (after 5 calls to the home warranty company) an expedite due to the fact that it as 108 degrees outside and 94 in my house? No companies would come out except for EPIC! Owner Ben showed up at my door that night and had a brand new unit completely installed the next day. Covered by my warranty ! The work was fast, very professional and the unit runs great and quiet. Ben is a very nice person as well. I highly recommend this company.

Ben and his team are very professional and extremely customer service oriented. We had Ben and his team out on an Emergency Call for our A/C unit. Ben had cool air running in a few hours and then worked endlessly getting us approved for a new condenser through our Home Warranty Service. We are forever grateful and highly recommend Ben, his team, and Epic Heating and Air Conditioning. They do fast, efficient, and professional work and are very customer oriented! We will continue to use Ben and his crew as our needs warrant and will use Epic Heating and Air Conditioning for routine maintenance on our home.

I have been dealing with my ac every time there would be a season change sense I moved here. Someone would come out and maybe have to come back. This time Epic Heating and Air Conditioning came out after I had contacted my home warranty. Ben is very professional, he saw that the unit was very very old and was beyond making it work right. He got them to replace the unit. I would definitely recommend Epic to anyone. The customer service is 100%. He actually made me feel likes he cared and not just trying to get it off of his plate.

We just moved in to our new home a couple days ago. The first night here, I turned on the heater because it was cold. I thought my husband turned it off cause it cold again. He told me he didn't touch it. After changing batteries and trying my best to figure it out; I decided to google someone to come out and look at our system. I found Epic Heating and gave them a call. Ben was so helpful and showed up when he said he would. It ended up being my ignitors.. not just one both. He changed one and the while he was up there, the second one blew as well. He didn't have the part on hand so he left and went to the parts store and picked it up and came back and finished the job! Good, reliable, friendly and honest!

When my AC unit went down, Ben diagnosed the problem promptly and went to work with my home appliance coverage making sure I got a new unit rather than a temporary fix. Once the expense was approved, the installation was fast, professional and thorough. His dedication to taking care of his clients is noteworthy.

Great customer service! Friday I noticed how warm it was inside my house, checked the thermostat, it’s 93 degrees! I started calling AC repair companies. Only message machines answering. Checked YELP and I find out about Epic Heating and air conditioning, they had a 5 star rating. So I called, it’s already the afternoon. Ben answers my call , hears my problem and tells me that it will be after 5 pm before he can come to my house. I accept because I was happy to know he is trying to help me. Well he did showed up just the way he told me. Inspected my old unit and explained the problems with it. He let me choose what to do. Either fix this 30 year unit or purchase a new one. Ben offered me a reasonable price I accepted. Next day by 12:30 had my unit installed and working . They are very professional and honest. I highly recommend this ac company. Ben is a very nice honest guy with a big heart. He rushed so I would not have another hot day inside my house. I’m very grateful.

My unit was very complicated (25+ yrs old) and despite this, Epic managed to provide all possible methods to get my AC running. Overall, I’m really appreciative of all the additional help that was provided, although not mandatory. Again, all attempts from checking my wiring, my thermostat, to rewiring. The service was great! Really thankful for the extra attentiveness and consideration! Thank you!

Wow! What a pleasure from start to finish to work with Ben from Epic Heating and Air Conditioning! Our AC blower motor went out yesterday evening and he was the only person who listed emergency service online who answered the phone! Even though I am all the way out in Boulder City, he came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and was extremely kind and professional. Epic handled my Home Warranty claim for a broken A/C unit. Technician knew exactly what was wrong by my description of what was happening over the phone and was out the next morning to confirm. Technician arrived to confirm and promptly recommended a new unit to the warranty company due to the cost of repair and age of unit, which was approved. The unit broke on Monday afternoon (8/5) and I had a brand new A/C unit installed on Friday (8/9). I believe Epic would have had it installed sooner, if they didn't have to wait for approval from the warranty company (totally put of their control). Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing and professional service! Our AC unit broke in the middle of summer and they came right away and worked for hours to fix the problem. Great experience all around. A/C problem in the summer is everyone's nightmare. Ben took care of us. Besides fixing the issue which ultimately is what we needed, he went above and beyond by patiently figuring out the issue, not rushing through anything, and then methodically fixing the problem. He explained what will likely be needed in the future by teaching me more about it rather than seeming to sell anything. I'm grateful for the honest good work.

I recently had my HVAC system fail dead in the winter. With no heat we were freezing. I was out of home and my wife had to deal with this. She called a random HVAC company and were quoted over $500 for a repair. She almost approved the repair but my gut feeling was there was something not right. My wife googled another HVAC company and Epic Heating came to diagnose the problem. Two hours and $150 later our heating was working again! Need I say more. Epic is not only reasonably priced but very female friendly! You won’t be ripped off!!
