I’ve recommended Bob's Repair to many of my clients with their solar projects. All of them have been pleased with both service and pricing, but up until now, I had no direct experience with them. A few weeks ago, my 1997 era Heater/AC started making some really scary noises and conked out. I called Matt (the estimator at Bob's). He had a tech over the next morning. They got the heater working again, but because of the age of the unit, I decided to bite the bullet and proactively replace it before the summer heat hits. An AC this old is seriously on borrowed time and likely to fail.... in August... at 2pm when it's 122 degrees! I just did not want to deal with that stress. (I'd rather save up my favors for my customers who might need an emergency AC call this summer instead of using the goodwill I've built up with Bob's on my own needs.) Miguel and his team arrived on time. They put on booties without being asked and worked quickly and efficiently. They taped plastic sheeting down where they worked and left my home as tidy as they found it. They even changed an air filter I didn't know I had. The new heater and AC work perfectly. I'm so relieved to have the anxiety of a possible AC failure this summer off my back! I'll continue to recommend Bob's to my customers after my own flawless experience with their install.

I have to say that I WILL NOT USE ANY OTHER COMPANY than Bobs Repair and A/C. I met the owner Fred when he and his team were installing an A/C unit for my neighbor and he was just an all around great guy. We spoke about other things such as “Block chain” and transparency in business. He was just very genuine. Although I was not in need of any A/C work at that time , jump forward a few years and my sister who had been using another company for 20 plus yrs started to give her the run around saying she needed all this stuff to keep her system going. I immediately thought of Fred and Bobs Repair. They got my sister taken care of and at WAY less cost. The fact that they did right by my sister meant a lot. Now I wanted to change out my old A/C unit and again guess who I went to. First Robert came by and looked everything over and I got a quote(AWESOME PRICE) Then Keith and Joe came to do the install. Let me tell you, good guys and EFFICIENT!!!!!! The next day I had a small hiccup and called the office and they sent out Ron. Let me tell you not only is he a great tech but one of the nicest human beings you could ever ask to meet. He had everything sorted out and I was back in business. My wife and I love the new A/C and can’t thank you guys enough. So any work you need be sure to call them!!!!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Bob’s came out to my home for a duct cleaning. They were on time. Both workers were clean, neat , and professional. Heard a noise the following day. They came back and made a couple of adjustments. Noise went away. Noise came back, and so did Bob’s. They saw a part that was going bad, and replaced. Nothing that they caused, but changed it anyway. I appreciate their honesty, and efficient service. JC was great to deal with. I would recommend them.

Christian from Bob’s Repair showed up on time, he was courteous, personable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with our system. Also scheduled appointment later the same day to follow up to make sure it was working properly. Our unit is old, Christian was informative and helpful with all our questions. He assisted us with our decision to purchase a new unit, we completed financing and scheduled installation. We look forward to our new unit and working with Bob’s Repair for long term maintenance. To anyone considering getting their air ducts cleaned.. you need to use these guys. I originally posted a question on Yelp for the companies to respond. I received 7 responses but the one from this place was the most professional and really caught my eye. So I called them and they setup a spot from 8-9am the next morning. The guys showed up right at 8 and did a great job. They thoroughly went thru everything in the whole home. They quoted a great price and a average time for the size of the house. It took approx 3 hours and they stayed with the exact price quoted. Now my house is blowing colder air and it’s not a dust bowl in here anymore. KUDOS TO DANIEL and KASH

Bob's is "Simply the best" installed new air conditioner, furnace and thermostat. technicians were skilled, courteous, meticulous in every aspect of the installation. Thank you to Matthew for his expertise and honesty in his recommendation for the system that would be best for my home. look no further than Bob's for all your a/c, heat new install , maintenance or any service they offer, on a scale if 1 to 10, they rate a 100. thank you to everyone at Bob's, I'm forever grateful, added bonus they were great with my 2 dogs Sydney (patches & Sugar)

Bob's was awesome! A company that contracts with a big box home repair store did the bare minimum (looked at, but didn't physically inspect the a/c) then quoted $15k to replace the whole unit. Christian from Bob's came out the same day, took the door off the a/c to inspect it and found the issue in 30 seconds. He had the replacement part in his truck and it look under 15 minutes to repair and have the cool air blowing again. *For under $250!* He also quoted a $2k cheaper price if the whole thing had needed to be replaced. He was friendly and personable, honest that the part might fail again, and my dog liked him! I have already recommended Bob's to my friends in case they need a/c service. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Bob's AC Repair just got a client for life. My ac went out. The first co. to come over and give me a quote was Yes! and they wanted $15,795.00 to replace my system. YIKES. I called Bob's because of the good reviews here on Google. They found a switch that was fixed in about 10 minutes for 239.00. Are you kidding me?!!! Trust these reviews people. This company is just awesome.

As a Las Vegas homeowner, one of the worst things that can happen is your AC unit going down during the hottest time of the summer season - which is exactly what happened to us. I have two small children so immediate service was needed and I am so glad I called Bob's Repair first.
