Joe was great! He was able to come to my house within a few hours and fixed the computer board to my AC unit. He thoroughly explained what needed to be replace and broke down all prices for me. Grateful to have cold air in the house again!

Joe came by to service the ac units. Not only did he service the units, he made that annoying humming sound that came through my pantry wall stop whenever the ac kicked on. Service was great. Hard to find a person that cleans up the mess when they're done with a job. Will definitely have Joe back in the fall for maintenance service on the heating units.

Joe was absolutely amazing. From the time I spoke with him on the phone until his prompt arrival, he was cordial and concerned abt the temperature in our home. He diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what the best course of action should be in order to get the unit up and running. In less than an hour he had the AC unit fixed and even took the time to clean up some of the mess that the previous AC repair company had left. A friend referred Derek to me, he came to my house two hours after I called him, spent 5 minutes to figure out the compressor capacitor was broken, then spent 10 minutes to replace the capacitor. The charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
