I can count on Aire Serve to keep up with semi-annual maintenance. They do a great job. Their maintenance tech did a good job, although he did not look at his job sheet to know what customer to contact via the gate box to enter our neighborhood. He was, however, professional and courteous with the work he did.

I cannot recommend Air Serv enough. Over the phone they were very nice and were able to get a technician out to see me quickly. When he arrived Chris Foster was friendly, professional, and very honest. I explained the issue I was having and he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and let me know the best route moving forward. He went above and beyond to make sure the problem was solved the same day. He replaced my compressor/condenser unit quickly and for a fair price. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and impressed with Chris as well as Air Serv. I will definitely be using them for any service I have in the future.

Excellent service. At our semi-annual checkup it was discovered we needed a new split unit. Our tech Chris got us a great price and had a 3 more guys, Joseph, Danny & Shawn, and they got it installed in just 5 hours! Great job!

AirServ has serviced my A/C and furnace units over the past few years. Each time they make recommendations, but never pushed product or replacements on us unless absolutely necessary. Each and every visit they've been courteous and professional and were respectful of our property. During this year's maintenance check, our technician, David, found that our 15 year old A/C unit was badly in need of repair. We could A) spend a couple of thousand to keep it running for a bit longer (which included a new coil) or B) bite the bullet and do a replacement. Since we had 2 A/C units, they mentioned the upstairs unit was fine and could go another year or 2. We were given our options and prices about repair. Charlie was the sales rep for new units and came after to give us options on replacement. He reminded us that just last year he was the one that came to our home for a tune up. Which he also delivered great service that time. We found the prices were reasonable for a new unit with furnace and coil so we opted for that. He was never pushy and was honest about all of our options. The installation team was Sam and Morris. These guys were very professional, polite, and respectful. They did a great job installing the units and everything seems to be working great.Whatever Airserv is doing to hire professional, respectful, and well-trained employees, other companies need to take note. It's rare in the contracting world to get this type of service! Thank you!

We used this company for heating duct and dryer duct cleaning. They sent two nice people out to do the work and they were timely. They were very polite and told us what they were doing as it happened. Best of all, they did not try to sell us a bunch of other services like some other companies. We will use them again.

We had our air conditioning serviced this morning and it was a good experience. The technician Bryan was respectful of our home and time. I called to make an appointment on Friday and they honored pricing I found on a deal website for the tune up. I was scheduled for Monday morning which was awesome and worked out for me. I received emails confirming and reminding me of my appointment. This morning I got a text message that my technician was on his way with a picture of who was coming. We found out a capacitor was reading low and everything else is good. Bryan didn't try to oversell what was needed and when I explained that I know how much the part costs and how to replace it, he was really nice. I will be recommending Air Serv to others and having them come by in the winter for a furnace tune up.

We have been Aire Serv customers for six years and have found them to be honest and responsive. Their technician Scott just left my house after diagnosing and repairing a problem with my air conditioning unit. He was professional and very nice while taking all Covid-19 precautions. I highly recommend purchasing their Advantage Plan, for one yearly price you get one heating and one cooling check-up and a nice discount on any needed repairs.

I did not have to replace my A/C and furnace, but decided it was getting time and I wanted more efficient equipment and something that would not be held hostage to the increasing price of Freon. In accomplishing this, I interviewed about 7 A/C companies to come and give me a bid on what I wanted. Aire Serv was a company recommended to me by several good friends. In the end I had narrowed my choices down to three excellent companies. Aire Serv demonstrated they wanted my business and gave me the best price not only on the equipment but also on a 10 year parts and labor warranty and a yearly maintenance agreement that would cover the new unit and another ductless unit and include the yearly changing of the central air filter. The installation of the new equipment was outstanding. The whole installation crew could not have been nicer and more professional. The front office staff was responsive and actually fun to deal with in getting everything from payment, to registration of the new equipment and everything city inspected in a timely and efficient manner. The General Manager was great to deal with in giving me a price for the whole package that demonstrated he wanted me as a customer. In the end I got an outstanding deal by a highly rated and most professional company at a cost of less than $6725 from a bid for the same equipment from a competitor. I wanted a company that not only would give me a great price and a well done installation, but would also be a company that I could have a long standing relationship for the future. Aire Serv is that company!

I called because my AC wasn't working due to the company that I used before them messing up my wiring and trying to sell me a new AC unit even though there was nothing wrong with mine. The appointment was the next day and the tech had my AC up and running in literally 20 minutes from the time he rang my door bell. The tech was very courteous and extremely efficient. Even though we are in the middle off a remodel the tech was about to put his foot covers on when I told him not to waste his time. The tech listened to what I had to say and it directed him straight to the problem. I really appreciate the person who made the appointment, along with the rep that called me back to make sure the timing was good for the appointment and the tech who fixed the other companies problems. Best $200 I have spent this year!

I've used this company multiple times. This includes the time I brought home my newborn and my ac went out in the middle of summer. My home warranty company sent out multiple companies but none of them could accurately diagnose the problem. In fact, one of them told me I might have to wait a week while they figured out the issue. No ac in the summer? With a newborn! I think not. Lucky for me I was familiar with Aire Serv and I called them for help. They immediately sent out technicians, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. More recent I used them to do maintenance. The technician that was dispatched, Chris, was knowledgeable, professional and his easy going nature made him comfortable to be around. This is a long overdue review and this company has my immense gratitude for being reliable and coming to my aid in my hour of need. Thank you!

With our Air Conditioner not working on a Sunday, it was hard to know just what to do. We called and got a response from Dave within an hour and he told us he would be here around 10 or 11. When he arrived, he got right to work and diagnosed the problems and worked very hard on the repair. He was here most of the afternoon, and probably the hottest day this year, and never even hesitated, he stayed with the problem until all was repaired.He is an incredible technician and we really appreciated his hard work and skills. So let me preface the review by saying I came across this provider through one of the social deals site, so I got a substantial discount as an introduction. I chose a different provider, but after they forgot my appointment, I cancelled and called Aire Serv. I made an appointment three weeks in advance to do a spring tune up\check up. They have great technology.. they text and email the appointment info, then send out the tech, but text when the tech is coming, which is nice so you don't have to sit around waiting. Mason was the tech they sent out. He was super courteous and detailed in explaining things so I could understand. He went through the checklist of items he was checking on the inside and outside. He then went out and did the checklist then went through with me item by item and covered what was working well, and what I might want to be aware of that could potentially come up in the future. Mason was able to explain it to someone like me (zero HVAC knowledge) could understand, which was nice. At some point in the future I'm going to need to replace my components in the system, and I'm glad to have had Aire Serv out as they made a good first impression and earned the spot of the first company I will call in the fall for the fall check up and the provider I'd recommend for anyone who might need AC\Heat service!

Aire Serv seems to be one of the last honest heating and air conditioning companies in Las Vegas! Cesar and Roglio(Jr.) Were very professional and kind enough to walk us through the entire repair process. I initially called them out for a second opinion after our other A/C guy tried to sell us two completely new systems for almost twenty thousand dollars. Cesar and Jr were able to fix all three broken units in about three hours and saved us literally $18,500. These guys are the real deal!

Aire Serve was referred to me by my daughter. Aire Serve installed 2 air conditioners and she was very happy. So, based on her recommendation, I hired them to install an AC in my place. They were on time, did everything they said they would do AND we’re way less than any of the competitors. Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was working correctly and I have to say when the a/c was on, the air was colder than anything we had in the past 3 years. The competitors quoted me double what Aire Serve quoted me. I wouldn’t think twice in hiring them again. I’ll have them back later this summer to install a new furnace.

Hi, Air Serv has been my AC company since installing a new 18 Seer AC and Heater unit since February 2012, 8 years, unit with 10 years warranty parts and labor, Compressor lifetime to me as original owner. Never had a problem over the years, except they did have to change something on the coil under warranty in 2013 or 2014. Air Serv services both my Heater and AC unit yearly. Had them recently change out my old thermostat that is proprietary for my system to one that is wifi enabled. Only reason for changing out, the old thermostat was so hard to read. Long story short, the thermostat sells for $495 on Amazon, which they installed after adding somethings to the heater and ac unit, Air Serv charged me $1,080 on 10/29/20. Then find out from the Service guy, who was great btw that you needed a separate router as well, the wholesale house never gave him the correct information when he checked for pricing when servicing my unit. Installed Honeywell RedLink Router 11/6/20 for $261 and that Router sells for $66.00 on amazon. Service manager said I could get the one from Amazon and would have it installed for $100, anyway had them do it today. My point being, imo the Service manager could have just charged me the wholesale price, matched Amazon price and write the rest off to goodwill as service tech was at the house when I talked to him. Understand companies need to make a profit etc......but kinda of feel they ripped me off nor did they care. Had I known the FULL PRICE up front may not have had the new wifi thermostat installed.

After he performed the maintenance he informed us that although our units were functioning, there were a few things that could give us issues during the summer months. I had Aireserv install a new air conditioner about a month ago but we have always had a problem with one end on the house being 6 or 7 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. Our technician Charlie suggested a quick and very affordable fix , it cut it down to about 3 degrees. Today on another job ( I referred my neighbor ) I saw Charlie and asked if could very quickly make a further adjustment, he came right over and tweaked it and told me give him a call if further adjustment is needed. I love our new system! Only giving 4 stars bc of the hiccups we had after installation. We had an old dinosaur unit from the early 90s and it was not power efficient and under sized for the size of our home. Charlie, Jose, Julian and Wiley came out for the install. They were very professional, put down floor coverings and everything to protect my floors and cleaned up when they were done. There were a few hiccups after the initial install. They forgot the thermostat which I understand happens so that wasnt a big deal. Wiley came back out to install it but he was extremely unfamiliar with it. We did experience a lot of humidity after the unit was installed. My husband thought it was how the thermostat was installed and he was right. It was set up for a 1 stage and we got a 2 stage unit. We found this out when we called again and Julian came out. He had to run wire down to the thermostat and lost the wire in the wall. My heart dropped when he said they might have to put a hole in the wall to fix it. We did not want any of that so Charlie came to literally save the day with a tool to fish out the wire. Within 45 mins out unit was hooked up to the thermostat and we were ready to go! Charlie is a very valuable asset to your team. He knows his stuff, explained all about the thermostat and how its pretty much Alexa which I had no idea, and he hooked up the sensor which wasnt done by the previous tech because he didnt understand the thermostat. A little more training is needed for the new techs and I know everyone makes mistakes and starts somewhere. I am very happy today as there is no humidity, the rooms that were mini ovens are now cool and comfortable and I'm still messing around with Alexa settings. It's like Christmas! Thank you to everyone for your hard work we greatly appreciate it and I definitely would refer any of my friends to you.

I saw a Aireserv van outside my house. They obviously must have been doing some work over at one of my neighbors. I then remembered my thermostat did would not heat or cool. So I called the number on the van and asked if they truly were a neighborly company. They said absolutely and committed to have a technician over as soon as he was done. Ten minutes latter a gentleman by the name Charles Cann stopped by to help me with my problem. He was awesome, in a matter of no time he had heating and cooling and for the price of a service charge. The tech was there by 9:30pm, Charlie diagnosed the problem and had the air going in less than an hour. The HVAC system installed in my new, ultra energy efficient home never seemed to work as well as I expected. The company that installed the equipment and the home's builder paid several visits to my home to investigate my complaints. Both organizations determined that my system was performing "within specifications". My electric bills and the home's comfort level indicated otherwise. I decided that the system had to be fixed or replaced so, using the recommendation of a friend, I called Aire Serv and requested that they check the equipment for proper operation. To my surprise, the service technician showed up at my home about two hours after my phone call and began working with the system. He quickly found that the system was not properly charged with Freon and corrected that problem. Further testing of the system indicated that it was better, but still not working to spec. He discovered that that the expansion valve at the air handler was inoperative and needed to be replaced. The part he needed wasn't on his truck, so he drove to the parts depot, obtained the part, and returned to install it. After this repair, he once again checked for proper operation of the system. This time, the cooling system was working at spec in the air conditioning portion , but the air coming out of the home's ventilation vents was still too warm. He continued his investigation into the problem and discovered that some resistive heating elements within the air handler were adding heat to my cold airflow. This was quickly remedied and, "Wonderful, I have cold air coming out of the vents and my system is working as specified and expected". A significant additional benefit, my energy usage has dropped by at least 2/3rds. This company provided service that was extraordinarily professional and technically competent and they responded to my request for service in virtually an immediate fashion. These folks exceeded my expectations in every way.

It is Saturday, September 20, 2014 Aire Serv tech Brian was supposed to be here between 5:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. to install a brand new $8,018.00 heating/air-conditioning unit in my townhouse. It is now 7:56 a.m. I called at 6:47 a.m. to find out where they were. Brian called shortly after and said he'd be right here. Well, it's an hour later and still not here. I am very unhappy. If I hadn't already paid the $8,018.00, I would cancel and get someone else. If this guy ever shows up, I will write another review. The owner upgraded some of the equipment to make up for the lateness. The job started about 9:30 and didn't finish until almost midnight. After me having about 45 minutes of sleep in 42 hours, I was very grateful to have a cool house. Brian stayed the whole time but during the course of the install three other helpers took turns Brian is a trooper. Just wish I could have been kept advised of the timeline.

I can't say enough about how proactive and willing to help JUAN was dealing with our situation. We needed to replace the fan blower in the attic which was nearly an impossible mission due to all the structural truss blocking the access. We hired a different company at first (AB&E) plus several calls to companies and they offered nothing but obstacles and no resolution to our problem. Juan was determined to help and he took upon the challenge and got it done without any complaints. He's truly an asset to the company and a very valuable technician with not just the business aspect in his head but he has and shows empathy and true willingness to help. Five stars is not enough for his performance and dedication.

The whole team at Aire Serv puts the customer first. We had two slight hiccups in our installation process that Aire Serv worked to remedy as quickly as possible. Our system was 30 years old, so understandable. They want their customers to be satisfied, so they asked for nothing up front. This was a pleasant surprise! Love the new Sensi system that allows me to set the temp at home from anywhere on the Sensi app on my smartphone. They even came and set up a ladder for the City Inspector and made sure that was taken care of when we could not be there due to work commitments. Great company! I turned to Aire Serv after another HVAC improperly installed a damper motor and misdiagnosed my problem. After installing an additional motor, Jeremy (with help from assistant Dominic) took the time to adjust the damper position to even out the flow in a two zone system. Jeremy continually kept me appraised of the situation and avoided other more expansive options.

Tech Truman Hall is the best - we called tour insurance company when we had a problem and they had Bear A/C come out and look at the A/C . The tech. gave false information and said the compressor was gone and it was done by physical damage to the A/C?!?!? What ??. The insurance company dropped the A/C from the plan. We called Aire Serv. and they sent Truman who had it going at a cost of $184.30. Wow what difference . Yes the A/C is old and needs some work, but hardly the false information from the first tech. Truman did a description of work and with this and the repair we wrote the insurance company who apologized and put us back on the plan. You wont go wrong with Truman, honest as they come!!!!
