Just wanted to say that Joe was GREAT ! Scheduled times was 11-2. He arrived at 1100. Was friendly and solved my issue right away. He didn't try to fluff up the problem to increase the bill. I feel they are a truly reputable company. Will definitely use again.

American Home Shield assigned Advanced Home Services to us for a plumbing leak at our tub spout. Joe communicated with us to let us know in advance that he was on his way. He arrived at our house within the time frame of our appointment. I appreciated that he put plastic over his shoes so whatever plumbing issue he resolved before us was not dragged into our house. Joe explained what he was doing throughout the process and that all of thr fixes he tried were to no avail so he would stop the leak for now and then contact American Home Shield to see what they would cover since he would need to fix the leak by cutting an access from the room on the behind the tub. That happened on a Friday and I got an email early Monday for American Home Shield stating that some of the work wouldn't be covered because the copper pipe was not installed to code. Shortly thereafter, Advanced Home Services staff called and told me that the extra charge was $185, which was way overpriced for what was needed, but at that point I preferred to have them fix it since my soldering and pipe clamping skills are not great. When Joe came out the second time for the repair he got right to work and fixed pipes and installed a new tub diverter spout and tested for leaks. He was very professional the entire time. Now it's time to wait for American Home Shield to assign a drywall contractor to patch the wall.

I arrived home 15 min past start of window. Tech waited and got me repaired within 15 minutes. I was apprehensive after l called in warranty tickets before with my warranty company. But I was pleased my tech went and got the needed the needed parts and came back as promised. I appreciate him.

American home shield warranty company assigned Advanced Home Services to be the contractor to repair my toilet. What a pleasure it was to have their employee Joe do the repairs. He came one day and said he had to order a gasket for my older toilet. The next day he called and made an appointment for the same day. I did plumbing for 30+ years. I was impressed. Joe replaced everything in my toilet except the handle and put in a new angle stop and feed line to toilet in a little over an hour. I am so happy. I have had other plumbers out that had been assigned by AHS and most did not do the job right in fact some didn't even correct the problems. I would highly recommend Advance Home Services if their employees are anywhere as good as Joe. Thanks Joe. Job well done. Mike

We just bought the house and it still had the original AC Unit but the previous owners took great care of it maintenance wise but eventually we knew that it had to get replaced. We have received many quotes from many companies out here in Las Vegas and Advanced Home Services was the best choice because their prices were more reasonable. Cody, the technician explained the difference between the different units and we were able to make a clear choice as to what type of AC unit to get. Cody was over within a few days to install the unit and made sure that it worked properly before he left. Since then, July's power bill was $250, we got August's bill and it dropped down to $175 which was a big difference because of the new unit being energy efficient. Best investment ever!

Advanced Home Services was dispatched through my home warranty company when my hot water heater started leaking. The company was able to quickly get us an appt to come out and replace our hot water heater. They even gave us a military discount on what was not covered under warranty, which was much appreciated! Our technician Jorge was great and answered all my questions. They did an excellent job replacing the unit and I would use them again!

The Service Representative name was Argo. He had done a great job, very pleasant and thorough. I felt sorry for him as the water heater was taller than him and the cylinder must be 4' in diameter, not sure and the unit looks heavy. He takes pride of his job.

To Whom It May Concern: • I have used ADVANCED HOME SERVICES for over 7 years. • They are a family owned business. • Supervisor Yvonne, Manager Justin, Technician Ray, Vinnie the Technician and the entire staff are very friendly, professional, and care for their customers. • Advanced Home Services have repaired my plumbing issues, toilet leaks, water heater, and refrigeration matters. • They are REASONABLY and AFFORDABILITY priced! • There is a SYSTEM to the REPAIR PROCESS! This practice PROTECTS the CUSTOMERS and the OWNERS of any business establishments. • Either contracted by a Home Warranty Service Company or calling them directly, YOU will get an HONEST and REASONABLE quote by a PROFESSIONAL. • What some people DO NOT understand is that most Home Warranty Services DO NOT cover any, some, or all of the expenses. This depends on the magnitude of the problem with the appliances, air condition unit, plumbing issues, heating, etc…Some things can be repaired, while others needs to be replaced. These repairs and or installations need to be brought up to code within the city (Permits). Most of the time, this is not covered by the warranty services and costs $$$. Customers are unaware of this and get bent out of shape when they receive a quote. Why should any repair business should have to pay out of their pocket when they are trying to make a living too. • Just a week ago my water heater was leaking and produced no hot water. I called Advanced Home Service late in the day and they sent a technician the very next day to examine the problem. He thoroughly explained to me the situation of which I needed a new water heater and that the supervisor will be calling me shortly about what my options are. Yvonne called and informed me of the situation. She was extremely detailed amongst the estimates about either installing a new water heater or a tankless heater (rebates). I told her that I would call her back the next morning. Later in the day, I called 2 of my best friends who are contractors in California and asked for their advice. They both were surprised on how low the costs were for either option. For my peace of mind, I even called another repair company contracted by my Home Warranty Service and they were DOUBLE the cost of what Advanced Home Services quoted me! You bet I called them the same day to have them install a new water heater as I did not want to lose that price! • The next day, Vinnie the Technician came and installed the new water heater within an hour. He was extremely kind, professional, and made sure everything was working properly and efficiently before he left. Thank you Advanced Home Services for having Vinnie on your staff. Ask for VINNIE the Technician to repair or install your water heater. • When it rains, it pours! A few days ago, my toilet in the master bathroom started to leak a little from the base. Who do I call? You betcha I called ADVANCED HOME SERVICES to fix the issue. The Technician Ray came out the next day and repaired it in a flash and the leak was gone. He too is super very nice and professional. Thank you Advanced Home Services for having Ray on your team for years. Ask for RAY to service any issues as he is the master of all trades. We have used him a few times over the years! • During these unprecedented times due to the Covid-19 Virus, people are afraid and there are mistakes going to be made. We are ALL in this together. Let’s work collectively and show compassion for one another. • I have NEVER experienced an issue, problem, situation or any complaint from ADVANCED HOME SERVICES. But if there was a mistake or if something were to happen, I am NOT going to express myself by giving bad reviews. I would call the place of business and inform them of the situation and give them another opportunity. They will right the wrong. We were having issues with our garbage disposal. The home warranty company assigned AHS to fix the problem. When I was scheduling the visit, I was initially impressed with the fact that next day service was available. Stacy was extremely polite and super easy to work with. I really appreciated that. Jorge showed up on time yesterday and had our garbage disposal replaced and ready to go so quickly! I also greatly appreciate that as the technician, he put booties on over his work boots before entering my home. This is such a pet peeve of mine when workers come out to your house. Overall, I was very pleased with our experience and would recommend them.

I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family. Alex worked quickly with my home owners insurance to have the water replaced. Jorge P. did an excellent job with the install. They answered all our questions and was very curious and professional. I would also like comment that Stacy was also VERY nice and respectful when speaking with her on the phone. She was excellent in answering questions about our out of pocket expenses. We were not impressed with Evone. She was short and seemed very irritated that we had questions. Still a five star overall for this company.

Dealing with home repairs can be frustrating and overwhelming especially for first time home owners. After a couple of weeks of getting nowhere with Airpro, I was lucky enough to FINALLY get the help, professional service and incredible customer service with ADVANCED HOME SERVICES. Really happy with this company. We had them brought out after a different company failed to fix our air conditioner. The technician was friendly, professional, and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. He was a little late, but he did squeeze us in as an emergency. I would recommend this company any time.

No one ever wants their AC to go out, especially in the middle of a heat wave. AHS was able to come out within 24 hours. They had the part that was needed stocked in their truck so they were able to fix the problem and get cold air blowing again within and hour. Price was very reasonable also as I had quoted it with another company which was higher. Also, they arrived on time and called when they were 15 minutes out. They also keep you updated via text and a cool app where you can track where your repairman is while they’re on their way. Will definitely use them again in the future as needed. Our air conditioning system went out on Wednesday night, June 3, 2020, late, and I contacted our Home Warranty company on Thursday morning. It got up to 108 degrees outside that day, and it was 100 degrees inside the house! They contacted Advanced Home Services for a trouble call, and David came out on Friday and replaced the capacitor on the fan motor. Hurrah! Cool air! He told my husband that the motor was pulling high amps, and there could be more issues coming, since the unit is over 20 years old. Sure enough, Thursday night, June 11, the AC died again, and I called Yvonne at Advanced on Friday morning. She had David to come out and check the system again, at no additional charge. David told my husband the motor had gone out, and he would call around to try to find one - My husband and I talked, and I talked to Yvonne about replacing the unit. We knew the Warranty company would just continue to patch up the old unit, and we would be in for more and more breakdowns. Yvonne was able to schedule a replacement unit to be installed on Saturday morning, June 13, and David and his crew were here bright and early, with crane operator, new unit, and everything! They had the new unit installed by mid afternoon. I started signing the paperwork, and David went out to his truck and returned with a big gift basket - thanking us for being their customer! I cannot say enough good things about Yvonne and David, and their entire crew. They were completely professional, but made us feel like we were the only customers in the world. They truly believe in awesome customer service - and that's what we got! I can tell you for sure, we will be lifetime customers!

I used this company because I had and HSA home Warranty. This company replaced a water heater at my home. This review is to illustrate my experience with 2 individuals who came to my home. The first person was a technician who I felt did not treat me or my situation with the dignity, respect nor urgency, I felt was warranted. I felt that the color of my skin may have been a consideration in the manner in which he talked to me and addressed my issues. I give he and "robert" (dispatcher) a 1 but at least they showed up! The second technician Vinnie, was a professional and treated me with dignity and respect. He also apologized for the first technician that showed up. He should be elevated in your company and replace "Bob"! Thank you Vinnie for fixing my issue and your professionalism. Perhaps your company should allow you to train others!!!

We ended up having Advanced Home Services contracted to us through our home warranty. We originally had Air Pro Services contracted, but after numerous phone calls and messages, could not even get them to contact us back. They also had horrible reviews on yelp and Google, so I was very nervous about them coming out. Our home warranty ended up sending Advanced Home services to us, and boy am I glad! Jered was super knowledgeable and professional. He pinpointed our problem right away, and made it a priority to get us on the books to quickly get it resolved. Our AC is blowing nice and cool right now. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using them again in future.

Advanced Home Services was dispatched for my failed water heater by my home warranty American Home Shield. The water heater was still under warranty from Rheem. They came out on a Wednesday and removed the bad water heater. They returned on the following Monday to put the new water heater in. They wanted to charge me $130 for a permit that you can do online for much cheaper. They were okay with me getting my own permit. I have a hot water recirculating pump that they charged me $175 to hook back up. American Home Shield said it was a modification. Overall I was happy with Advanced Home Services and their technician Javier.

Ray the technician was completely professional and polite they came out within 3 hours of my filing a claim with my home warranty. My water heater needed replacement and he had given me a written and itemized quote on what may or may not be covered. Lisa from the front office called me to let me know what my warranty company denied totaling $400. I reviewed my policy and promptly called myhomewarranty company and their response was oops we made a mistake. Lesson learned, check and check again, this was not the contractors fault it was my warranty fault! I would definitely use this company again with or without warranty coverage.

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. They called ahead and arrived soon after. I appreciate that they wear booties when walking in the house. My technician, Dave, was polite and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and was able to quickly fix it and he did so without making a huge mess. He took care to clean up all the old parts and leave my toilet closet in the same condition as he found it. He discoverd that the prior installation was done incorrectly and explained to me the way he was going to fix it rather than just doing it the wrong way again.

My compressor fan motor was making a very loud noise so I created a service request through AHS. I was notified that Advanced Home Services would be coming out the next day to repair/look at system. I looked at the reviews and was very concerned as there was an overwhelming amount of negative reviews listed. So Dane was the technician that was assigned to my repair and I had saw he actually had better reviews so it made me feel a little better. Once he arrived he looked at my system and told me unfortunately based off of AHS policy because the system was still working he wouldn't be able to replace the motor. Of course I became furious because it was clear the motor was going out on the unit. While we were still at the unit Dane actually noticed the motor was spinning in the wrong direction which is a problem. So after doing more diagnosing and hooking up the system correctly the fan motor wouldn't work so he was now able to replace the motor. I'm glad Dane looked into the issue a little further before leaving otherwise I would have had to wait for the motor to go out and have no AC during these 100 degree days we are still facing and pay another 100 service fee to AHS. So what I have learned through this entire process is AHS is actually scamming us customers that have warranty protection from them by not advising us that the actual piece of equipment must not be operating or working before they will cover a repair. This is why I will be leaving AHS because that policy is a scam and a problem.

Lucky for Advanced Home Home Services they sent back a second guy named Joe, Joe fix the faucet in about 15 minutes with no problems and no arguing with my 70-year-old mom.

I thought I was doing one on American Home Sheild but was in fact on Advavanced Home Services which was nothing but professional. There name was at the very bottom of the servey instead of the top. This was sent by my home warranty people. Advanced Home Services took my call at almost closing was very sympathetic to my situation. Awesome company!! Awesome employee!! Advanced home services was sent by America Home Shield to fix my A/C – within minutes of receiving the work order from AHS my appointment was scheduled by a super friendly lady for the next day with a three hour window from 3pm to 6pm. To my surprise, the technician Shadd called at 1:45pm and said he was ahead of schedule and could be to my house around 2:00, I said great! best hvac service in town. i use andrey and the team for both plumbing, heating, a/c for my business and home. It's hard to judge pricing when you don't know what the problem is. I've never felt more comfortable with these guys. They will NEVER overcharge and are extremely fair and realistic with their estimates. give them a call.

Out of all the warranty companies in Las Vegas by far Advanced Home Services is the best yes they will come out and charge you for what they have to charge you for being that your home warranty company does not cover that is not the company's fault that is your warranty companies fault so please bash the right people if you had a bad experience or have to pay more that is a warranty companies fault I had to go through the same situation and come to realize it is a warranty company that does not cover these non-covered items so being said you're assigned contractor has to charge for any extra work to be done I called around and found Advanced Home Services prices were very fair and competitive would highly recommend them and use them for plumbing and HVAC work thanks guys you're the best
