The previous homeowner had paid for maintenance/yearly inspection for the entire year and made sure we had the information needed to schedule. When the inspector first arrived he was without the tools he needed. He said he had left them at a previous job but would be back to complete our appointment. He soon returned (less than 20 minutes later) and walked my daughter and me through everything he did. I felt as though he was thorough and did a great job. The one thing we didn't know was that we had to pay for the filter and the inspector said we could be billed for it. This was not his fault but I think a scheduler should have made us aware of the additional cost. The amount of time he took to complete this was reasonable and he was extremely professional. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he did say he and his family had moved to the US from another country and would be US citizens within the next couple of years. You can tell the amount of pride he had in not only his work, but the fact that he would be a US citizen soon. That made me happy for him and his family. The only reason for the 4 stars is because he forgot his tools. Other than that he provided 5-star service.

The furnace system continues to work extremely well and offers great comfort, with excellent even air flow. I've never had any problems over the last 15 years of working with Prudential for my house heating and air, and they did great troubleshooting for me in the initial installation of my systems.

This is a fact “you get what you pay for “. In 2021, after the Covid shutdown, I couldn’t afford to maintain my seasonal inspection with Prudential whom I’ve been a customer with for many years. So I called Bryant Heating & Air for their one time service inspection and maintenance for my ac. The young cocky technician was very short with the service and didn’t do a thorough job. I’ve seen what the service processes requires. He only checked the Freon poundage and told me that my ac unit was old and it was nothing he could do because of the type of Freon it requires. He never came inside to lower the thermostat or anything else that’s pertaining to ac checks and maintenance. He went on to suggest that I needed a new unit and that they offer a payment plan. Quite naturally I told him to take a hike and paid for the service charge. I was totally flabbergasted 😯. So I waited to see if his claims had any validity. My unit ran as it has been working with no issues. He also mocked the brand of the unit “Weather King is not a good unit” he said. So I renewed my seasonal checks and maintenance with my long term servicer Prudential. Today Chad with Prudential came a did an outstanding job servicing our unit. He was thorough and informative of what was needed and it’s estimated cost. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾So this is why I had to share this experience with you. Thanks Prudential for offering great service and having wonderful technicians.

Prudential recently installed a new furnace/AC in our home and the service and professionalism of EVERYONE from top to bottom is incredible. Office staff is polite and communicated great, salesman Keith was beyond responsive and complete in his assessment of our home and what we needed. We have an older model furnace and we have had a maintenance contract with Prudential for 25 years. The service has been good overall and they have always been honest when repairs are needed. Our recent service is the best we have had in recent years. Brandon Y. has been out for our last two furnace service visits. His first visit was for a noise that our furnace motor/blower had been making for quite some time that other Prudential technicians had not been able to fix and it had gotten worse. Brandon thoroughly cleaned and serviced our furnace and, when he left, our furnace was running like new again and was the quietest it has been in years!!! He also came out for our routine maintenance and did the best furnace service maintenance that we have had in recent years. Brandon is a welcome addition to the Prudential team and we are planning on requesting him for our future service visits.

We have used Prudential for 7 years after moving back to the Louisville area. They have been a very reliable service company. We have had 2-3 service techs that have all been very detailed in services provided and advice to keep our older (15 years) high efficiency furnace running properly. Chris, our current tech, does an excellent job, knows my equipment and communicates well. When we needed a new air conditioning unit their salesperson did a very good job of explaining the current air equipment available. We were able to choose a unit that met and exceeded our expectations. That combined with a very professional installation made a less than pleasant task a good investment in our comfort and a more enjoyable deck (less noise). All of this combined with an excellent yearly service contract makes Prudential our choice for heating and air needs.

Can’t say enough about how good our experience was with Prudential. Our consultant, RC Rogers, took great care of us. I certainly appreciated the young men who installed our system. We were without heat and the temperatures plunged into the 20s. The team informed me that they couldn’t complete the work in one day, but went the extra mile to get the furnace functioning first so that we had heat that night. Finally, I met with representatives from several companies. Prudential offered the best price for excellent equipment, and in my opinion, superior value. Nick Steele was our project manager, very meticulous and responsive in every aspect of the process and got us a great price on a complete Rheem system (under our budget too). Since then we have kept a maintenance agreement, had them install an Air Scrubber (love it!), and Nick has become like family. They are here now doing our spring tune up. Great! The ladies I spoke to were very professional and extremely helpful. My technician Ryan P was the best. I’ve never had any problems with any other technician at my parents house or mine but was very impressed with Ryan. He was very patient and explained everything that he was doing and what the problem was and what was required to fix it. He took “the extra step” in checking everything to ensure the problems were corrected. The blower motor had locked up and needed replacing, Ryan replaced it, check the heat exchanger and pressure, cleaned the inside, replaced the filter, etc... After cleaning up and returning his tools to the truck and preparing the invoice he stayed an extra 10 - 15 minutes to ensure the system continued to work properly. Thanks again to the young ladies, Ryan and Prudential 👍 for the quick and efficient (1 day) service enabling me to avoid being without heat during this 1st frigid (15 -30 degrees) week of November. This company is really the only one to call. We had them out to service our units last week and learned the company who had been here before them had left screws all over the place, they had not reconnected parts properly, and had left us in an unsafe situation. This past weekend we had a power surge and two furnaces blew. We have a home warranty company and felt obligated to call them. I was not happy with their service. We bypassed that company, called Prudential who came out the next day, diagnosed and fixed everything quickly. Worth every penny. We have used Prudential for new installations at my daughters house and we were extremely pleased in 2016 .But their service is outstanding- we put in a whole new furnace and ac by someone else ( long story)in Sept 2017 who refused to accept our calls and pleas for service . It was not air conditioning properly and freezing up. Prudential put us under a service contract at my request when they first came last week and added some Freon which it should not have needed.That did not fix it but they returned and after reviewing the installation specs changed the motor speed to the correct spec and now it works. They did all this at no additional cost, bless their hearts . A Shout Out for Prudential 😀

Had Prudential put in a new Lennox furnace. They beat out multiple other heating and cooling companies estimates and sales pitches. From the sales staff, installation team, front office, and quality section everyone was professional and knowledgeable. Prudential is not a mom and pop shop you may pay more but it is well worth it to me to have professional installation like laser cut sheet metal that is measured to fit precisely. But the biggest reason I like Prudential is people are fallible and one of my questions when I get estimates is who checks off and verifies the work. I typically get answers like we do it right the first time don't worry and if you have any problems let us know and we will fix it. The thing is I wouldn't know if something was wrong with the installation unless it caused an issue, this could be years later outside of warranty. Prudential doesn't operate like this, they do it right! They have the install team and the quality team arrives towards then end to ensure the work is to standard. In my line of work quality personnel typically have a vast amount of experience and not only did the quality team check the work they also adjusted an advanced feature in my thermostat to provide me additional benefits. This visit, Mason was very professional however, I was disappointed that he replaced my high quality filter with a very inexpensive one..... I change filters every 3 months and mine had a month to go.... I probably should have told Mason not to replace my filter, (I did have a date on the filter.) Incidentally, I went to High School with the founder of the filter company you use.... Joe Koch, (Koch Filter Corp).

Technician was pleasant, kept my house clean, listened well, and took care of all of my requests. The problem I had with Prudential came several days later when I got a bill for the services I had already paid for before the technician left. When I called the office, they saw that I had made payment previously. No one could explain why I was billed. I won't be calling Prudential again. I don't need the aggravation of double billing!

Even though I considered the repair straightforward (old parts, low charge), he ensured I completely understood why he was making recommendations and very throughly and technically explained to me what was needed to restore the system cooling. Update: I spoke with the service manager, and he offered a fair concession for my issues. Prudential installed my Furnace in 2012. Over the last few years, I've had intermittent issues where the heat stops working and the system throws an error code. Furnace parts were under warranty, but you have to pay for labor. Labor carries a 30-day warranty - however, the same problem kept coming back every few months. Many callbacks over this time, and I paid three times for the same problem (since it was always outside of the 30-day window). Tech was very nice, but misdiagnosed repairs and not upfront about charges.

Technician was supposed to show up in the morning, but did not arrive until 1:45 pm. I had to call the office to find if/when he would be here. Thankfully the technician was polite and professional, and the home office person I spoke with did apologize for the delay. Contacted Prudential this morning around 10am and a service tech was at my home at 1:30pm and took care of the return duct and performed a detailed inspection of the complete system. The reviews here are good, so was somewhat expecting good service, but this prompt and professional service I enjoyed exceeded my expectations, and that on a free warranty call.

Go to prudential and save thousands of dollars . house burnt down got several eastimates and prudential saved me at least 2 thousand dollars and i got a better unit than the other companies were going to sell me. The other day I had an issue with my heating and air system in which the outside unit would not quit running even with the inside unit turned off. I called another local company and they said it would cost $1,500 to fix it and it might last for another year. I spoke to Josh and Scott at Prudential and they told me that they should be able to get it going for under 500. Brad came out to the house and fixed the unit and was able to get the parts warrantied. The total project cost me 150. They also told me my unit should last another 5 to 7 years. Needless to say I highly recommend Prudential Heating and Air because they give you an honest assessment and honest pricing. I know the job is complete because I am completely satisfied. The first to evaluate the amount of air flow in our home and explain why a larger unit wouldn't be efficient, thereby saving us money.
