I previously had Will diagnose and replace a bad control board in my HVAC system and I was so pleased with my experience from 5 years ago, that when my system starting having issues again recently, he was the professional I wanted to come investigate and give me options. Ultimately my HVAC system was just old (somehow it lasted close to 30 years), needed replacement, and I didn't think twice about having him do the job after picking out the system I wanted from the options he presented. He is honest, fair, very knowledgable, works extremely hard to make sure you are happy, makes sure the job is done right, did an excellent job installing all the equipment, and even helped me register the warranties. I highly recommend Will and his company!

Will with Air Services Comfort Solutions recently installed a Goodman furnace in my home. Will was thorough, accessible, considerate, and exceedingly honest. For example, when he noticed the furnace he received from the distributor had a scratch on the rear side, which would not be visible once installed, he requested the distributor reduce the price, which he passed directly onto me. Will worked with me to provide an extremely competitive bid to perform my work. I thoroughly recommend Will to anyone with HVAC needs.

I contacted Will when our air conditioner stopped working. With it being a holiday weekend, we were nervous about finding someone to come out. He responded promptly and said he could come the very next day (happened to be a holiday). He kept us updated on his status of his arrival. He was very professional, explained everything in great detail so we understood what was going on. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and followed up the next day to check in. Will Noe is the most competent HVAC person I have ever known. He offered us a competitive quote to install two new A/C units in our 90-year old home. He provided a substantial amount of information so we could make the right decision, and he told us we would qualify for a $500 rebate through our gas and electric company. Will worked tirelessly on our job and even worked on a Saturday at no extra charge. He kept us informed the entire time and was quick to respond to email and text messages. We are thrilled that he will be our HVAC guy going forward. A job well done.

There are no words to describe the knowledge, care, dedication, and consideration of Will who owns this company! When my family and I were looking to replace my parent's old a/c, Will went to their house every day to fill their leaking a/c with freon so they would stay comfortable. In the end we had Will install a new a/c and furnace. There was no question in our minds that anyone else would do this except Will and his company. Quick Review Can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with the level of service and quality that I received from Will Noe at Air Services Comfort Solutions. He gave me an honest estimate on replacing my HVAC system that was right in line with the other 6 estimates I got. He also gave me a lot of information to help educate me about Heating and Air. He was the first person I called and Will stated that it was in my best interest to get a second opinion, also. Like most people when it comes to HVAC, I know nothing. But with the information that I received from Will Noe at his visit and shortly after he left and even days after. I was able to weed out at least 4 of the 6 estimates right off the bat leaving me three to select from. Ultimately, I choose Air Services Comfort Solutions and that's why I writing this review. The more I read online, the more I learned that one of the most important things about installing a new heating and air system, is the installer. Will is a one man team he is the owner and installer and he did come highly recommended from a friend. I found that most HVAC companies especially some of the major ones, you meet the sales person and not the installer. After talking to Will and reading over the information he sent to me with no obligations, it really helped me level the field when choosing a company to replace my units. Will, was meticulous about insuring my house stayed cleaned and my floors stayed unscathed, laying down drop sheets from the door and all the way down the stairs to the basement. But most importantly he was meticulous about installing my HVAC system, which I'm very pleased with, Air Services Comfort Solutions has exceeded all my expectations and that's hard to do. Air service comfort Solutions did offer a 7% discount if we paid in cash which we did, pay in cash. I had one of the other companies offer a 5% discount if we paid in cash. While I know handing over cash seems weird in today's time. Will (ASCS) sent an Electronic receipt, after he received and verified the cash amount, while in my wife's presences, saying paid in full immediately. He also sent a receipt to me at work. Side note I have a 3 year old son, every time he saw will come to into the house while he was working he would say Hi Will. And every time Will would reply and if my son asked any questions about what Will was doing, Will took the time to talk to him. Amana Furnace 97% efficient, up to 100,000 BTU/HR, modulating gas furnace with high efficiency variable speed ECM blower and an Amana Model #ASXC180481, up to 18 SEER efficient, 4 ton, 2 stage Central Ac unit . I'm glad I found Will and that he give me all the information I needed with no obligation to use his company. Our system is very old, so he discussed a number of concerns with maintenance of an old system, and about the considerations for when I eventually transition to a newer system. Will responded quickly over the 4th of July weekend and came to help us late on a Saturday afternoon. We recently bought this older house in the Upper Highlands and the AC system was faltering. He checked it out, replaced the condensation pump and gave me some pointers on how to extend the life of the system. Apparently nothing had been done to the system in many years. He cleaned the outdoor part of the system (said it had possibly never been hosed off and it is 20 years old. He got me up and running within 2 hours. He is an absolute professional and he fully explained everything he was doing as he did it. His invoice clearly spelled out exactly what he had done. I felt that he was very fair in what he charged and I would absolutely use his services again. It is his company and he holds himself to a high standard of customer service. He said that he will call me back in a few days to see if everything is working well. Will is great.

This was a few months ago. I'm late in posting this. My furnace wasn't heating so I found Air Services Comfort Solutions online. "Will" was at my house in an hour at 8:00 p.m. He reset the sensor and that fixed it. He said if in the next 30 days it goes out again the sensor will have to be replaced. If that happens he will come back and replace it and I won't be charged for the service call, only the part. Well, the furnace went out again and Will kept his promise and came back and put the part in and didn't charge for the service call. I would recommend his company for any furnace needs. Hopefully I won't need any air conditioning needs. 😊

Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. We consumers have grown accustomed to outsourced customer service departments and faceless, electronic "help." It always gives me a bit of hope when a company actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support, pride in their work, and are more than happy to share their knowledge with you in a manner understandable to the lay person.
