Buehler Air Conditioning has been great to work with! We needed them 2-3 for emergency service calls with our old AC on hot summer days and they always responded very quickly and were affordable given it was an after hours call. We ultimately bought a new Carrier system with them and were incredibly pleased with their work and promptness. Our technician Erik is great. Very knowledgeable, friendly and honest when helping us choose the product we needed. Highly recommend!

I needed an air conditioner to replace a nightmare Trane unit. Ryan O'Conner came to the house, made an estimate and sold me a Carrier unit which was installed two business days after I first saw Ryan. One of the reasons I felt comfortable using Buehler was that several of the people who have installed units for me or serviced my HVAC units over the years have left their place of original employment and gone to work for Buehler. The installation was completed in a matter of 7 hours. Everything was done EXACTLY to my specifications, and the installation crew worked hard to make everything look like the original installation. They even added some touches to make new and remaining air conditioning unit look exactly the same. In this day and age of hearing "we can't do that," it was an extreme pleasure to work with Ryan, Louis, and David during this purchase and installation because they had the attitude of WE CAN!

The owner actually came out to my house on Labor Day weekend to check my system and topped off the Freon at no charge to get me through the week, until my new unit could be installed. If every business in the home repair and maintenance world operated like Buehler AC, it would be AMAZING! They replaced both my upstairs and downstairs AC units. Scheduled the work 2 days after providing the estimate. Sent two crews to the house and had it done by 2:30 in the afternoon...BOTH UNITS. They cleaned up so well that I couldn't even tell they had been there. Buehler is worth every penny. Dillon was prompt and personal in his communication about the process every step of the way. They arrange follow up to make sure things are to my satisfaction. Don't waste time calling any other AC company. Buehler is the best!

First off Kyle was an amazing sales person. Very knowledgeable and very easy to understand. He got us hooked up with a new system and a great warranty and service package. Ordered on a Thursday with an install date 3 days later on Monday. Next, the installation duo of Dalton and Canyon were nothing less than professional. Here early, had everything they needed, and went straight at it. Explained exactly what they were doing, advised on ways to help maintain and understand our new system and were done in no time. Left no trash and everything is clean and running great! Thank you to the Buehler team for our new system!

We couldn’t have had better service from beginning to end. Matt came out on the weekend as our AC quit working. Unfortunately it met its demise but he was able to have it work a bit until the entire system was replaced. He sat down with us, gave us our options for new system and answered all our questions. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We also wanted our ducts cleaned. On Thursday David and Charlie dismantled the old system and installed the new one. Excellent and cleaned up everything!! Ryan and Nixon covered everything, took the vents off and washed them too. The ducts were cleaned and we are happily cool and comfortable too. Matt even came back and helped me hook up my phone app to thermostat!! Great experience all around!! Thank you

Customer service was very polite and courteous. They gave me two options of 2-hour windows for same-day service. I was only on the phone for four minutes to get it set up. The technician called me during my two hour window to let me know he was 20 minutes away and then arrived on time. He was very nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. He gave me the estimate and then taught me about the annual maintenance program. He was not pushy either way. I was extremely pleased with the service.

I was able to get an appointment just a few hours after I called. Dylan came out, was professional and courteous, and quickly addressed the issue. My ac was working again by the time he left and had cooled the room within a few hours. I would absolutely use this company again. The entire experience was a pleasant surprise. They came out a second time because the first thermostat was faulty, no fault of theirs. Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend. He explained everything as he was going and answered all of my nagging questions while going above and beyond to make sure my unit was cleaned to best extent possible! He was professional and friendly through my entire experience. I ended up buying a new fan motor and a new battery for the outside unit as well as signing up for premium maintenance for the year. The experience we had with this company was beyond our expectations. Dylan our project manager was the best, he was honest, professional, explained everything and has kept in touch with us before, during, and after the installation. We haven't had any surprises. The install crew were also very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job installing our new carrier and then taught my husband and I how to work the new digital thermostat. My husband loves that he can control the AC from his phone from anywhere. We also had the unit installed one week after the quote was given. Could have been sooner but it was due to our work schedules not Buehler. Most other places are backordered for AC units due to covid, and I was told it would be 3 to 6 weeks to get a new unit. Buehler prepared for the pandemic and are able to treat their customers right. It is hard to find top notch companies like this one. If anyone is in need of a new AC or repairs don't hesitate just call them and make an appointment. You will not regret it.

Buehler's air conditioning is the best in my personal opinion, my air conditioning went out on Thursday evening and I called Friday morning. They were able to fit me in same day at around 2:00 which I said "perfect it's better than a few days." About an hour later they give me another call saying that a technician was on his way to your house. They were able to fix the problem which was a compressor that went out on the outside unit, it was still under warranty so they did all the proper calculations and took care of the maintenance. That really pulled through for me when the heat was starting to rise. Got to 83 in my home at night. One night is more than enough.

Great company, awesome service, very fast, trustworthy. I've used Buehler a few times for repairs at another house. They earned my trust when another company said I needed a new system, but I got a second opinion with Buehler and they fixed it (a loose wire) for the cost of the service call and said the system was fine. This time around in my current home I did need to replace my entire system which was old and broke down beyond repair. They were easy to work with, brought a portable unit over for us to use until it was replaced since it was the weekend. I highly recommend.

A repairman came out to check the new vent system we had installed in December and found that a change has to be made to the direction of one of the vents. Edon was kind, courteous and professional. My technician is Kurt. I have a maintenance program with this company and cannot begin to tell you how much they have done to ensure that everything is right. I just started a remodel and the HVAC system should ALWAYS be turned off during demo and other certain phases. My system wasn’t turned off during the first 2 days of demo and I had a problem!!! He was a terrific gentleman with great knowledge and experience and had us set up with a new system, installed, the next morning! My AC we out late Saturday night so I waited until Sunday morning to call. Sam, the technician, was there within an hour and a half (again on a Sunday!). It took him less that 10 minutes to find out the problem was a bad capacitor in the outside condenser unit. After he replace the bad cap, he checked the the coolant and electrical system and gave everything a clean bill of health without trying to "upsell" anything. Sam was very professional and answered all of my questions. Buehler (and Sam in particular) definitely exceeded my expectations. Well done!

Their quote compared to the others was a no brainer as I was getting a slightly upgraded model from Carrier and a filter cabinet for the same price as the bare minimum quotes from other hvac installers using the "cheaper" brands. The installation was great. Buehler exceeds the code standards where possible without the customer incurring extra costs.

We had this A/C unit installed 2 years ago by Buehler with every 6 month maintenance plan. The unit quit cooling after the hurricaine and frequent surges. They repaired the motor in the inside unit under Warrenty Working fine now. We just placed a surge protector on the outside unit and renewed the 6 month maintenance for a year. They used my garden hose to clean my exterior system (as per usual). I did not notice until this evening that they had left it out and dragged around the side of my house. Normally a minor annoyance and definitely something they should have addressed, but I leave for work at night and this ended up being a trip hazard. They should have reeled the hose back to its original spot.

Matt found the problem right away and by 1:30 we had cold air again. 4:30 almost back to normal comfort. My wife loved Matt's professionalism and knowledge and dialogue of what he was looking for and found to repair, which she really appreciated. The entire experience was seamless. Sam was right on time. He diagnosed our no cool very quickly. He put a new capacitor in to verify that was the issue. I did ask him to take it out. With parts and labor he quoted $350. I know I can get a normal capacitor for 20-40 and it takes about 5min to install. Still totally worth paying $99 for diagnostics.

Our AC went out, and we originally contacted another local company we had used before. They couldn’t make it to the house for diagnosis for 3 days. When they did diagnose, they said they didn’t have the part and would have to order it. On day 6 of no AC with no end in sight, my fiancé contacted Buehler for a second opinion. Nothing against the tech he did great. But $283 for a capacitor that is covered under warranty??? I'm out of town so when wife told me the air was not working I had her tell me the symptoms and what was on and what was not on and it was obvious (well, 9 times out of 10) it was just a bad capacitor on the compressor which I could have easily replaced myself if I was home and the part would be less than $50...15 minute or less job. And I'm sure all companies are the same but when you are told the problem but then you still have to charge a $99 diagnostic fee AND $184 for labor and a "warranty" on the part that I already have a warranty on? Seems steep to me but have to keep the wife happy.

Technician Sam talked to me about my concerns late (after 8pm) on a Friday night; he truly listened, was empathetic and said his office team would make it work for him to come by the next day as my husband would be gone during the week and it was important for my husband to be present as he had worked with the HVAC system in the past. On Friday, 6/10/22, I had the maintenance done on both my units. Kurt was extremely professional, knowledgeable and polite. He said they were slammed all day, but he was in the neighborhood and would swing by after the job he was working on. He came by 9:25. Tim was also very polite and informative. He quickly diagnosed my problem as my blower-it had went out. Luckily, he had one on the truck. By 10:15, I had paid and he was on his way to the next warm customer! I had cold air within 2 hours and 15 minutes of calling the company on a SUNDAY! I couldn't believe it! But wasn't shocked because this is the OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE this company consistently provides! Thank you! I have had a great 10 year relationship with your company and look forward to more! I have been a long time customer of Air Source & received my 6 month service today. As usual, what an outstanding experience it was! The technician was friendly, clean, very pleasant, & explained everything to me. Last month my upstairs unit wasn't cooling. It was 3 months out of warranty. The coils needed to be replaced. I had spent hours researching every possible problem with my system so that I could protect myself from the potential wolf who was to come into my home. Well, in walks Edon. What an asset to his company. Very professional. He knows his stuff and he takes the time to explain everything. He has put my mind at ease. Is this over and done? Nope, but we have the framework for a plan and phases to get me where I want to be, that being cool and dry and within a budget I can live with. Yeah, none of us looks forward to major expenses especially now, so given the opportunity to throughly discuss options really helps to reduce the fear. Tonight I’ll sleep in cool dry comfort, and tomorrow I can work on the plan. Working with a company with a mission to exceed customers’ expectations makes all the difference.

Our compressor was not working over night on one of the hottest weeks of the year and I called at 830am and they set us up for a 4-6pm appointment that same day. Kyle called me around 10:15am saying he had time between appointments if I wanted him to come right away! By 11:30 he had our AC back up and running, fully repaired and now I am set up for a bi-annual maintenance plan and couldn't be happier!!! Have I missed this advertisement? Roof replaced several weeks ago and range vent hood was not reconnected in attic to vent pipe. When it rained, water was pouring into my home. So much damage was done. Roof was ripped off and then wood and new roof was done. When a private contractor went into attic to evaluate water damage. He informed us that vent pipe was still not connected to range roof vent. Roofing company sent someone to fix and after waiting a week with no connection, I called Buehler. They sent Matt out within a few hours. He connected the pipe and was done in 30 minutes. I recently purchased a house and the unit had a number for air source which is buhler air. My ac went out completely I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. I had an emergency on the day of so I had to reschedule for Sunday. The service tech Ryan F. Called and verified Sunday would be they day he would be out and even contacted me to verify the time and date. So Ryan gets there introduce himself asked what the ac Doing and got Straight to work. We knew we had a difficult job and looked for a company that had the experience and confidence to get it done. We are in the process of adding an in-law suite to our home which already has limited attic space due to our vaulted ceilings and overhead plumbing. The new addition has almost no attic space but Jason and his team did the job with a positive attitude the entire time. There were two crews at my house for two days and I can honestly say they were the most efficient and happiest group of guys I’ve witnessed in a work environment. They wore shoe protectors and rolled out drop clothes immediately and at the end of the day they cleaned up everything before they left. Happy New Year...I lost my heat just after Christmas. About 8 months ago my parents got a new A/C unit from Buehler Air Conditioning and highly recommended them. I had already called a couple of companies with no response. I called Buehlers company on Monday, hoping for an appt on Tuesday, my only day off for the week. I can't remember the young ladies name, but she told me they were booked for Monday but she could move some technicians around and fit me in between 2pm and 4pm on Tuesday. Made me feel important! I took it! The technician called me around 1230pm on Tuesday, stating he finished a job early and could come now. Awesome!! When Matt arrived, he was very professional, courteous, and respectful. He explained everything that was wrong with my unit and showed me the fried wires that could have burned down my house if I hadn't turned my unit off. I did need a new unit! He explained the different units and answered all my questions even the same questions I asked multiple times. He even worked with the owner to get me a good price. This is an up and coming company who is on the fast track to gaining more business. I had the opportunity to meet the owner when he was actually out doing work on a neighbor's house. He noticed that my AC unit was sounding strange. At the time, I knew I needed to have it checked out - it was June and my house was heating up - but as a teacher, I couldn't call my other AC company until I had the $$. Jason Buehler not only recognized and fixed the issue with my outside unit, it was done cost-effectively, and I have to say, Jason is the type of guy who is pleasant to talk to. Fast forward to July in the MASSIVE heat we have been having, I just thought the AC condensation was just a by-product of the heat, but remember how Buehler AC was for the outside unit, I decided to give them a call. This time, I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle. What a happy guy he is, even in the heat. He did a thorough job of cleaning out the air handler in the garage and noticed that some of the piping was not optimal and fixed that so the draining of all the condensation would go out the pipes rather than on the garage floor. Kyle was efficient and very knowledgeable about the work he was doing. The job that he did made me change from my regular maintenance company to Buehler AC. In both cases, an itemized document of services was sent to me in an email and because I signed up for their 2x per year service, Kyle scanned in the documentation of my AC unit so they can have parts available if there is a need whenever they come out during their scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend anyone to have their very noticeable commercial van(s) to roll up in your driveway. Good people, great service.

Our A/C was having issues, and by recommendation of a neighbor, we contacted Air Source via their website at 7:30pm on a Saturday evening (fully prepared to not hear back until an upcoming week day). Within minutes, Ryan called us, walked us through our options and had a tech out here THE NEXT MORNING! Yes, you heard it, 9am on a Sunday we had William at our home ready to work on our unit without any crazy up-charges. William was incredibly knowledgeable and spent as much time as needed talking to us, answering our many questions, inspecting/fixing/cleaning our A/C unit and making recommendations for the future. We are thrilled and so relieved (and the low invoice cost was the cherry on top). We have now signed up for their awesome maintenance program and look forward to working with Air Source in the future (hopefully not too soon though ;-)). Thank you, William & Air Source! UPDATE 5/25/19 - Kyle was FANTASTIC! He was able to see us earlier than our appointment, which was great and didn't cut into our day. He serviced our A/C flawlessly, was friendly, kind and provided great detail of info. Thanks to Kyle and Buehler A/C, our almost 14 year old A/C unit is still hanging on!

Buehler was referred to me from a friend when my 20yr old AC unit went kaput in the middle of the Florida summer - ahh! I called Buehler and a few other companies. However, Buehler was by far the winner! Competitive rates, quickly came out to evaluate and provide professional input on what size unit I need and a gameplan for quickly getting it installed. Was back within a week to install - did a phenomenal job with a great cleanup! I have received a couple of maintenance follow-ups since and they are in constant communication when maintenance is due, easy to schedule around your availability, prompt when arriving (with a small arrival window and 30 minute ahead call before arrival), and the guys who have come have been professional, friendly and review what they did for service and email you receipt then and there. Great company - great product - great employees!
