Staff is great. Techs are knowledgeable, straight forward and have great communications. When it was time to replace our HVAC system, Travis was great. Took the time to listen to our concerns, explain everything and then let us make the decisions. I want to say that his advice was spot on. Maybe a little conservative. He wants his systems to outperform his promises. Started tracking our electrical usage after the new system was installed. During the summer we have consistently used 30-33% less energy than the same period last year. Our actual bills have dropped ~20% despite a rate hike within the previous 12 months. That is like paying for 10 months and getting 2 months free energy. Thanks LCS

One of the best contractors we have EVER worked with. Travis and his wife run a top notch business. He came out to look at our project and give us a quote. He was not pushy, very professional and helped us pick the best option for our project and budget. We had them remove an existing furnace in our upstairs so we could begin demo to renovate. They then installed a new furnace in our attic. It took a couple of days to complete and was one of the biggest budget items for our project. The entire LCS team-Travis, Aaron, Jose and all the installers were friendly and professional via email or when in our home. This was an expensive project for us but the service we got in return was worth it. Cannot recommend enough!!!

Helped me out twice this week. Travis came on a service call and quickly diagnosed a simple issue with my unit that was causing my tenants issues. He took the time to educate me on what was happening. Jose came out this week to install a mini split. He worked efficiently and did a great job. I called the salesman, Mike, several times before deciding to purchase the mini split and Mike was very patient answering all my questions. From front to back LCS has provided great service, fair price, and has a good team.

Just bought our home within the last 2 months and noticed some issues with our HVAC. I called LCS and they were friendly, helpful and quick to get us a tech scheduled same day. Jason arrive on time, was super friendly and walked me through what he was going to check out. Jason noticed we had a humidifier built in and offered to do preventative maintenance on it with my permission - instead of just doing it and charging me without asking. He also took photos of the ducts and showed me how clean they were when I asked about a duct cleaning and told me it wasn't necessary. This is my first home and I'm new to working with repair services but I will definitely call them again when I need it!

We had been scheduled with another company locally 3 months in advance, who backed out the day of the project due to laziness (didn't want to move insulation in the attic) for duct repair to 2 bedrooms. We contacted LCS, who came out in a few days, gave us a quoted price less than half the other company, and scheduled the work in a week. very professional, on time, no problem moving the insulation, and now we have heat in our bedrooms in 1 half day of work! cleaned up afterwards and very pleasant to work with and professional. recommend to anyone!

We are new homeowners and have worked with LCS for the last year throughout the purchase of our home (they inspected our HVAC system prior to purchase) and ongoing maintenance (check ups pre-winter and summer) plus handled an issue with our AC during the record-breaking summer heat in June last year. Every tech we’ve interacted with, 3 or 4 different folks, has been outstanding. The scheduling folks are helpful and we’ve always been able to get a prompt appointment that works for us. I work in property management and have had LCS handle several jobs for me in that capacity, but most recently I had them install a new AC and furnace at my personal home. Everyone throughout the process was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The LCS team was very good about answering the various questions and concerns I had about how to approach the HVAC for a sunroom addition in our home, and at no point did I feel like I was getting "the upsell". I can't comment much on pricing, as I honestly didn't seek other bids. My previous dealings with LCS had proven to me that they not only know their stuff, but they are honest, reliable, and cared about their craft, and those qualities were more important to me than shopping around for the lowest bidder.

My furnace decided to go out on the Friday before Christmas with sub zero temperatures. I called several HVAC companies, but many had an answering service, voicemail or were vague on when they would arrive. I got the best response from LCS, so I went with them. Shortly thereafter, I received a text that Nakita was on her way and it gave a short bio on her. That was a nice touch. Anyway, she showed up and was great. More importantly, I was quickly up and running. Also, the costs were more than reasonable in this era of crazy skyrocketing costs. I’m glad I stumbled onto a good HVAC company when I really needed one!

LCS was recommended by my son. We needed some work done on our old furnace and the technician came on Super Bowl Sunday, and was very nice to help get our old furnace running. Our old furnace was very old and had many issues, and it was determined it needed replacing. LCS came out and did a complete survey of what we would need for a new system. Listened to all the things that we wanted for our heating and air conditioning concerns. They came up with several options that served our needs. Nikki came to service our air conditioners, we have three. She was patient and thorough in explaining what was worn and no longer functioning properly. I wanted to know no only the call at of the repairs but the risk involved in not doing the repairs. She had a picture of the burnt looking parts and the readings from the diagnostic work. I did not feel she was trying to sell me anything and we decided to do the repairs. I noticed missing screws from the shield and she repaired those as well. Just a little extra. She was polite , thorough and very professional. I hope LCS values her as much as we did.

My 24 year-old AC went out, so I decided to get both the furnace and AC replaced. I chose LCS because they don't have any gimmicky commercials and they get excellent reviews. They absolutely lived up to their reviews! We met with Tony and he gave us options without trying to oversell. Tony is very knowledgeable about what LCS and Daikin provides and about residential HVAC systems in general. The installers, Luis and Mijail, were on time and very professional. They worked for about 10 hours to install a new furnace and AC. Although they encountered a defective manufacturer's part, they were able to get everything up and running. Then, the next day, they returned, once again, on time, to install the part. I was glad to see this kind of service provided by LCS. Thank you! I definitely recommend this company!

My AC went out during the heat wave. They came out the same evening after hours and diagnosed it to be a outdoor unit fan motor and fan module. They were able to get the part and come back the next day to replace it. Even though they were working long hours to get myself and many others serviced they were extremely friendly and professional. Customer service is incredible! Ask questions and get immediate answers. We called LCS to replace AC ductwork damaged by animals that got into our attic, and then to service our AC equipment afterwards. The installer team was courteous, thorough, prompt, attentive, friendly, and really cleaned up after themselves. On the service call, our technician provided a detailed report of all her observations of our system. Our equipment is older, but we never were pressured to buy anything just because of the age of the system. I am beyond delighted to have found LCS. Major thumbs up to these folks! They really take care of their customers—and we've signed up for an annual service contract. (P.S., we got multiple quotes for our ductwork installation—and LCS came in lowest, too.)

My experience with LCS was excellent. A little over a month ago, they installed a new AC unit to include the Air handler in attic. I personally had not heard of the brand Daikin, but research quickly told me it was a very good product with a superior warranty. The new unit is so quiet. We love it. The installers were truly amazing, skilled and very professional. A couple of the installers had an exceptionally long day due to some challenges in my attic and misc other things (no fault of installers), but they got it done in a day as promised. I was also impressed with how the office handles the customers/transaction, in particular, Gretchen. Post install, she quickly emailed me everything I would need for my records in terms of invoice and warranty info. These are things I would not have thought to ask for. Every office call I made (prior to installation) was a pleasant experience. As a thank you for my business, I received a cool gift and some of the best cookies I've had in awhile - SO GOOD. Would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend based on this experience.

We had our heating and cooling system replaced by LCS in June and it was all around a really good experience. I'd requested quites from 3 companies: one never responded, one gave a quote of around 18k based on publicly available property data, and LCS called me and set up an appointment. Tony came out, actually looked at the house and old system, and offered us 6 options ranging from 9k-20k. He explained all the differences, and helped us settle on an option that was 13.5k, and fits our needs perfectly. On installation day everything went smoothly. Our installation technician was Algenis, and he was exeptionally polite, showed up exactly when he was scheduled, and cleaned up the installation area after he was done. After the installation, Gretchen in the office even took care of submitting the rebate paperwork to AES for us! Overall, this was a fantastic experience on something I'd put off for over a year because I was expecting it to be a huge headache, and I'm happy to say it was actually so much easier than I could have hoped!

When my AC unit quit working in the high heat yesterday, I asked for a recommendation from my family and they recommended LCS. I called them last night and they were here today less than 24 hours since the issue arose and an hour earlier than expected! Came home and knew right away something was wrong it was 85 degrees in the house. Called LCS and they had a technician out within 1 hour of my call. The technician was polite and checked my system immediately found it was a part that had just been replaced during routine maintenance in June. They honored the warranty he replaced the part and did not charge me for the trip. Within 30 minutes the noise was cooler and by the next morning the air was cool and feeling great. I won’t use any other company for my HVAC needs

The inducer failed and was going to cost 800.00 to replace plus after hours fee. My furnace was over 20 years old and decided to get a new furnace instead. Christmas morning, we awoke to a chilly house and an uncooperative furnace. Christmas morning, of all times! Called LCS, and they had a tech at my house in less than an hour. With single digits temps, the house was chilly, so it was amazing of them to move so quickly. Chris arrived, and took his time. Was considerate and communicative, just a great guy to have. I had an issue with a leak in the ceiling. We called a plumber who came and did not do the job. It was found that probably a condensate line from the HVAC was the problem. I called LCS and they took the time to call the plumber and get the plumbers assessment. Despite the clog being in a plumbing line in the wall LCS came to fix. They fixed the problem. Easy to work with a they want to fix the problem and not pass it on to another vendor even if it takes more time than anticipated. Honest, Fair, and Professional are how I would describe LCS.

I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS HERE!!! We had our furnace go out in early February and ended up needing the whole nine yards - furnace, AC, everything replaced. Travis, who is a co-owner of LCS, came out to look at things and give me a quote. He spent nearly three hours with me, going over all options, helping me make decisions (not pressuring me at all, but still giving his honest opinion), and answering every possible question and addressing all of my concerns. I've never had someone care so much and treat us as a family rather than the next potential customer. Their prices were outstanding, several thousand less than the competitors for similar products (trust me...other companies showed us the typical high, middle, and low estimate where as I saw nearly a dozen options with LCS, and Travis explained everything about each option). Every technician and member of their installation crew was very professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. They also found a significant issue with our plenum vent, and rather than go the super-expensive (and probably unnecessary) route, Travis left another appointment to come and help the team figure a solution that was effective and cost efficient, probably saving us a thousand dollars. This was my first experience using LCS, and will definitely not be our last. Our technician, Mark, was amazing. He was very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He got to our house a couple of minutes early from the scheduled time. We ended up needing some freon and for our air conditioner to be charged. It's an old system, and there was no talk at all about us needing to replace it, as we've heard from other companies. He estimated the amount of freon that the system needed exactly. Being a first time homeowner, I certainly am not well versed in many aspects of homeownership, certainly the most unknowing when dealing with HVAC. After several above average hot days, our AC was taking quite a bit longer to cool down. With a unit already at the end of its life, I was hoping we weren’t facing the inevitable. We decided to go with LCS because of other great reviews, their process, and the fact that they have an office cat (it added the personal touch to the business!). On the day of, LCS sent a text with information about our tech, who he was, a little bio, and a picture of him so we would know who was coming to our door. Great practice! When Travis came out to service our AC, he explained everything in a language that didn’t seem foreign. He answered every one of my questions. He also didn’t try to upsell me to get me replace my units, knowing they were as old as they are. He gave me a projected lifespan, some things to think about, things to consider when replacing and what to ask other vendors, and tips on being realistic knowing this isn’t our forever home. He acknowledged my concerns, made me feel informed and educated, and comfortable enough to say that when it is time to replace our system, we’ll be using LCS. Our dogs also approved of him. My AC was out all day after I had gotten home from work, and I was able to get in touch with LCS the same night and was advised that unless it's a true emergency and needed AC that night, to wait until the next day and that they'd be able to come out then for a normal rate. I took their advice and they were true to their word, they came out the next morning and fixed my AC at the regular rate, which I very much appreciated. 5 stars isn't a high enough rating for LCS!!! We were in a bad situation back in December when our previous HVAC system could not keep up with the extremely low temps. After calling LCS, Travis, the owner, came to the rescue the same day since all his guys were busy. He pointed out that we had a big problem, much larger than we expected. Right off the bat I was impressed with his attitude, expertise, and honesty. He told me the issue, what it would entail to fix it, and his personal recommendation. He provided me with written quotes and a very detailed written report that same night! He even advised me to call other HVAC companies and get a second, even a third opinion and quotes, and that he'd beat them. I ended up getting 4 in total and if I had known that LCS would have had the best rates, and the BEST customer service, I would have ignored his advice and immediately moved forward with doing business with them. But the credit can't all go to Travis. Every single person I dealt with was nothing shy of FANTASTIC!!! A different Travis came out to supply us with space heaters while we waited to make our decision, this was before we had received all quotes and even made the decision to go with LCS. And Gretchen in the office provided some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with. And to top things off, we qualified for 60 months of zero percent interest financing when other companies to do the same work would only provide 6-12 months! They also used quality products, while a couple other companies only offered generic or poorer quality. I hope I never need their services again, but IF I do, it'll be a no brainer. I give the highest recommendation possible to LCS. There's a reason they have 5 stars and I have no doubt they will continue that rating.

Great company and great people at LCS! Those guys in the orange truck told me I could wait for about a week (in January!) for a $900 replacement part or buy a new furnace. Nope. Just had LCS do a fall tune-up on the 90% plus efficiency furnace in my 1930's home. They are very good about letting me know when a service tech is on their way, plus a name & picture of whom to expect. Appreciate the multi-point inspection and PDF tune-up report. Will be doing remodeling in 2020 and plan of having LCS as part of that to move ductwork and adjust airflow for best comfort.

The LCS Team is fabulous to work with. In this case, I had seen them about a month before with an AC issue with a 16-year-old AC/HVAC unit. So when I started having issues again and reached out, while the news was 'time for a new unit', Travis gave me a credit toward this since I'd seen them so recently. On the day of the install, the install team was courteous, kept me informed throughout the day, and cleaned up everything throughout. Before they left, I knew how to change my filter, how the new Ecobee thermostat works, etc. I was completely informed and comfortable with what they did and have been extremely happy with the new HVAC unit. I appreciate the ease of contacting this company. Needed a recharge on AC system and they assisted. I called later in afternoon and was still able to get service the next day. Also, they provide multiple notifications that the Tech was enroute and provided a profile picture so you know what they look like. Arrived ON TIME, completed work, electronic payment method and left. Also, a big plus for me is they did not try to sell me a new system. Some places will play that expensive game of “I can’t fix it...you need a whole new system.” I’m not one those people who’s just going to take your word for it..I do my own research and will know what I need before calling for service. Needed a retro fitted filter rack installed since one was not properly built on the HVAC unit when install in the house. LCS came in and built a filter rack and now our air is properly filtered. They even came back to replace tape they had used on a small section with metal since they ended up being short on metal the first go around. Most companies would have left it as is. This was my second time using LCS Heating & Cooling. I originally decided to use them a few years back when my heat when out in my house. Unfortunately I did not know anyone in the area so I researched numerous local HVAC Companies and was constantly impressed with the positive reviews of LCS. I am sure glad I went with them. The first time around I had a very small fix and they were able to get the job done quickly and efficiently! A few weeks ago my entire heating and cooling unit went out. I had been referred by a friend to another local HVAC company so I decided to give them a try as they had raving reviews. Long story short, the other company came out and was not able to work on my house due to the height of my roof. The owner did not feel the job was worth his time and risk involved. I was disappointed to say the least. I called LCS and was treated like family. They came out instantly and assessed my situation and gave me 4 viable options. I worked with the owner and a few of his employees. Everyone at LCS is top notch. I had 2 other HVAC companies quote the job before going with LCS and neither of them could touch the price. The installation and time they spent doing the job right was unbelievable. I would highly recommend using LCS to any friend or family member. What separates LCS is they have fair pricing and treat you like a priority. The owner not only worked on part of my job, but came back after and reviewed everything with me. Fantastic experience with LCS. Our heater blower motor had gone out. We first called Airtron. We had to schedule an appointment for 3 days out. When they made the appointment, they gave us what we thought was a very high quote; we declined their service. A family member then recommended we call LCS. The following morning we got them on the phone, and explained our bind (by this point we had been without heat for 4 days). The receptionist on the phone seemed genuinely concerned and got the owner, himself, out to our house THAT DAY. The owner, Travis, and his tech were both very respectful, courteous, and up-front with us. We did not disclose our Airtron quote to them at the time, and LCS came in at roughly HALF of what Airtron quoted. Needless to say, we went with LCS, and we are still glad we did (install was roughly 2 months ago and everything is still running great). A+ on value, customer service, cost and flexibility. We will only call and refer LCS from now on. Thanks guys!!!

Technician was very punctual and competent. Both the tech and the office secretary were very polite and helpful. Had to get a condensate pipe unclogged and during the course of the visit, the tech realized the old piping was poorly installed. He used pipe from his truck to correct the issue quickly and did not charge extra for the pipe job. Very excellent service overall. I'm from a small town and can be distrustful of a service I don't know, but I will absolutely use them again

Well, they've only been out once, but I'm very impressed with our first appointment. My hubby is much more informed about our heating and air than I am. Because of that, I wanted him to be here for that first appointment but he doesn't get home from work until 7pmish during the week. So, they were generous enough to go to their techs to see if anyone would be willing to work on a Saturday. I was blown away they would even ask their techs this let alone a tech actually agreeing to do this for us. Our tech was incredibly nice and very knowledgeable about our system. He was on time, brought all his own equipment with him and cleaned up when he was done. Now, I've also got to give a shout out to those that work in the office or more specifically, Gretchen. She was my first initial contact and let me just say I was so impressed with her, I was ready to sign up for their annual plan after only talking to her. The only reason I didn't was because I felt I needed to be at least somewhat responsible and meet a tech before signing up. :) I also want to be clear, this was not a plan they were trying to force down our throat, it was a requirement of whoever we decided to go with. We had been with another company and we were on a plan, but they were bought out by another company and we did not like the new company that took over. I had been researching many heating & cooling companies. I was looking for someone that was knowledgeable about our Lennox hybrid system, but they also had to offer an annual plan for two cleanings a year. And, not only did LCS offer the plan, but it was $2 less per month than we were paying. So, thanks to Gretchen for setting up our appointment and telling me all about the company. And a big thanks to Tyler for not only coming out on a Saturday, but for doing such a great job on our furnace. And finally, I've got to thank Angie's List for helping us find LCS. I had been searching the internet for some time and even used another service (that I'll never use again) but it is always Angie's List where I find the good companies that we end up using for a life time.

We have had dust and heating and air conditioning issues since we bought our house in the fall of 2018. After having LCS install a mini-split system on our 3 season porch, we had them focus on our main house. The old unit was loud and on it last leg, we had dust all over the house, 10° hotter upstairs in the winter and in the summer and the A-Coil was filled with dust, because of a very bad filtering system. They replaced it all, including the A/C unit. All is well and now there “might” be a 2° difference between the upstairs and main level. We could not be happier with our new system.

Wow, did not expect to be so "WOW-ed" ! We have had our share of HVAC companies over the past 15 years -- some good, some not so good. LCS simply astonished me. First, they could schedule me within a few weeks (vs another LARGE competitor that was 3 months out, even for "maint. agreement customers". Second, they send me an email the day before/day-of with a picture of their service person who will be arriving. And best of all, my service person finishes and then spends 3-4 minutes talking thru the "health" of my HVAC, what to expect, what to watch for, etc. Seriously-- it was like a medical check-up but for my furnace and humidifier. :)

I've already referred LCS to a good friend of mine who had a 20 year old HVAC problem that others had charged her to fix and didn't, and while it took a couple visits to iron out, the HVAC is working great! LCS has resolved issues with my own HVAC system that no one else seemed to be able to grasp. We came home late the other night and found out our furnace had stopped working. We called the emergency line and Igor called us back in about 10 minutes. He was very upfront and explained their emergency charges, overtime rate, and that he might not have the needed part on hand and with the warehouses closed; it might not be fixable that evening. He did say that he had no appointments the next morning and that he could be there at 8:00 am. We decided to wait until morning. The next morning, I took my son to school and I showed back up to our house at 8:00 am. Igor was already waiting for me. He was very professional and was able to identify the problem quickly and fix it. He was pulling back out of drive way by 8:30. We would definitely call them again for any problems or maintenance.

My 15 year old furnace decided to die December 24th. The tech arrived and both explain and show us why it died. He then contacted his boss and got us 4 quotes of different furnances explaining them all. The company provided us with a heater to keep us warm, and the owner came out to do all the measuring and give us the breakdown for the zoning. We got a new furnace and the house zone for a very good price.
