Absolutely phenomenal experience with Cool Air USA. We had been without AC in our home for four days after a reputable company examined our unit and determined it required a complete coil replacement. They said the parts were on “order”, but we never got the impression that our situation was a priority for them (did not get tracking information, proposed repair date, etc). Out of desperation to get out of the south Florida heat, we called around to see if anyone had availability to help us. Cool Air USA answered the call, came out to our home within a few hours, and completed the job for less money than the other company. My technician was a true professional. All business. Welding, plasma cutting, diagnostics, and extraordinarily timely. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks so much.

They did a detailed analysis and gave me a quick review and analysis with detailed description. The system was in great shape and gave some recommendations and asked if it was something I could perform myself or if I would prefer they did it before they left. I was able to do most myself but needed them for one. It was finished quickly and cleanly at a very fair price. The no pressure and courteous service was the most satisfying part. The gentleman's name was Peterson and represented the company so well that we have will have this company on our first call list whenever we need our air conditioning service work done.

2 words, great service! Jose, our technician from Cool Air USA did a great job! He came within the hour, made a thorough analysis to find out the issue and fix it. Our AC needs more work but he left the machine working. Not only did a great job, he was nice to explain what he was doing and how the machine works and should work. Also gave me good recommendations on how to choose a new thermostat based on what I want. Again, great service but also nice and polite. Definitely recommended.

First: David came to my and my mother-in-laws place to do a complete check up. Arrived on time introduced himself and showed me everything that was going on (Taking Photos of everything) and did everything with the up most professionalism. Then we went to my mother-in-laws, did the same, while in the middle notified us with bad news with all honesty and photos accordingly told us that the compressor did not have much time after 16 years. David got the estimate so we set up the time and day for the replacement, less than 48 hours, Wow that's fast. Secondly: Bill and Robert came two days later to install the new unit..... If I ever have any problems these Men will be received like family. They were early and were very, very professional as well. Taking photos and showing, explaining to me everything they were doing. They made it so much easier to explain to my Mother-in-law what they did. Lastly; I must say that if anyone tells me that they need Air Service I will recommend no other than Cool Air USA..... They are the Best!!!! In Service and the Best People!!!! Please tell David, I will see him next year for our yearly checkup.

I had never used this company before, and I rarely write reviews but this time I had to. Over the course of a week, three different technicians came out to help diagnose and work on my AC unit, and they were all extremely knowledgeable, polite and on time. Peterson went above and beyond what I’ve ever encountered with anyone doing any work at my house, he was an absolute gentleman, was thorough and just incredibly kind. Same with Dennis who came out the next day to complete the job. He was such a nice guy and handled everything perfectly. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my new go to company for all of my AC needs. My Tech came with in the allotted time frame. He was respectful of my home by taking his shoes off at the door as he entered and re-entered. Very quick servicing. He also checked on my out door unit as well. In addition a report with photos was delivered via email before he left the house. I've used Cool Air USA on three different occasions. Each time they've sent three different techs and everytime I receive the same service. Knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I know nothing about HVAC work but they explain things to me so I can understand and give me tips to better maintain my equipment as well. The pricing is pretty reasonable and they don't try to upsell me. I would definitely recommend Cool Air USA to everyone I know!

I called a few A/C companies before I reached Cool Air USA. All A/C companies had a long wait (3 - 5 days) for an A/C service and we needed a someone who could come out the same day. I'm extremely impressed by the overall service of this company, Cool Air USA. Lior B was our technician and arrived at our house within 30 minutes of us making our call. We was extremely thorough and professional and he got our A/C working in a relatively short period of time. We felt the quality service we received was well worth the price we paid. I rarely give raving reviews but I highly recommend Cool Air USA for anyone needing A/C services in the Coral Springs, Parkland and Pompano Beach areas.

I received three quotes to install a new 3 ton 16 seer ac unit with heat in my home. Cool Air USA was the most knowledgeable, responsive and best price. They had multiple units in stock and provided me with two different brand and system options. They installed uv and cleaning fan systems along with the unit at a great price compared with others. They could install the fastest and I was really happy with the overall experience with the company. Adam in sales was super nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. We tried another smaller companies which was taking a long time to repair our AC. Finally we called Cool Air USA. Leo arrived and assessed our AC (in the rain) and gave us a very honest opinion. Our coil needed replacing and in less than a week the technicians (Rolando and Peterson) arrive and installed the coils. All the techs were right on time, kind, knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. Glad to have found an ac company I can use in the future!

Am glad I called Cool Air USA their reception staff was very pleasant I called them at 7pm on a Sunday and she was able to send a technician the next day by 11am super impressed by the quality of service they provided She also told me to leave the Ac off to not make the problem worse, as the air was not cooling Kensy the Cool Air USA technician showed up at 1039am and was very thorough and professional, I was at work when he came to my home to complete the repairs. Some of my family stayed home and he worked fast to get the AC working for them. During the time he was at my home he gave me constant updates and options for my needed repairs. Which Adam one of the managers was able follow up on and help me create a plan for an upgrade. Overall am very satisfied with Cool Air USA

As promised I was contacted by the Service Technician and given a time when he would arrive and he arrived as promised. Technician was very professional and completed the work to my satisfaction. Cool Air USA is a great company. My AC motor broke making my house unbearable due to the heat. I contacted Cool AIr USA requesting service but there was no readily technicians available. After informing them that I had a young baby in the house, Cool Air USA went above and beyond to get a technician out to my house the same evening. Unfortunately, the part needed was not readily available. I was informed that they will have it the next day but does not have a technician available for installation until 6pm. Again, they went above and beyond by arriving at my house at 10:25 am. Just awesome!!!… DJ was very professional, detailed, informative but most of all was on time!. I can't say enough praise about my experience with Cool Air USA. They are consummate professionals, including the technician Gary, who literally had to rebuild/replace my condenser coil outside in 93 degree weather. He went over and beyond to get the job done correctly and he also spent time explaining me about how the entire system works so I had knowledge in case I ever have any other problems. I received a follow up call the following day from cool air representative to make sure my AC was running correctly. They really care about their customers. Thank you for coming to me during a crisis prices when other companies couldn't eat couldn't even help me for at least a week. My AC unit coils were very clogged from construction dust and the unit needed to be taken apart and cleaned. Kevin and Mike from Cool Air were the technicians who performed this work and I have nothing but great things to say about these two techs. They were very communicative about the process, efficient in their work and also cleaned up the area in front of the AC to restore it to the original state. They showed attention to detail and I am appreciative of that.

Very Good service, and very professional technician, he explained the different options and services! The only issue was with the company since I requested the estimate and the service appointment and they said the service can be done after the estimate is given, but when I said Ok, let’s do the cleaning, they wanted to come another day,,, so I said that was the offer they gave me to get this done. I got the time off from work to do this at home and I can’t get another day to get this done. At the end, the technician was able to do the cleaning, not his fault; but It seems it’s the way they schedule or overbooked the appointments.

Jose did a superb job in repairing our AC unit. He actually came over on Thanksgiving morning to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, he couldn’t fix it then because it required a proprietary part from Lennox. This was ordered the following morning and he returned on Monday for the installation. The drain line was also impossibly clogged so two days later, he had to replace the entire line after getting permission from the owner of the condo. He was totally professional and very pleasant to work with, a great guy! Thanks again, Jose!

Updated August 2021 I had a Labor Day emergency and the Cool Air USA professionals visited on a holiday to identify the issue and had the parts and repair completed in less than 24 hours. Leonard and his team member were great at installing the new parts and had my house cooling off in a few hours. Original review 2020 I had Zeke as a team professional. He was amazing. He had to make a trip to Home Depot for a new circuit breaker and returned and fixed the unit quickly. He was very professional, practiced all safety precautions and wore a mask. He was great! Leo is the best technician! Our thermostat wasn't working, so we called Cool Air and they sent someone out to see us within 2 hours. Cool air installed my unit 4 years ago. Installation was top notch. Had a capacitor go bad in the middle of the night, they were were out by 10am and had me up and running in 20 minutes. He also went above and beyond to correct our address in the system, which was incorrect, and showed my father how to install the proper filters. (2021) Update: October 2022 Our A/C was old enough that it needed to replaced. CoolAir replaced with a new system with UV light to prevent bacteria, for less than what it cost us 10 years ago. They did the work quickly and helped streamline all of the proper paperwork and inspections with online notary services. So great doing business with CoolAir again and again - for maintenance, repair, and installation.

I called them on a Saturday (April 2) to let them know I was ready to get a New AC, and that the estimate given was fine( Price given was much lower than what I got from other companies). By Tuesday (April 5), permit was already pulled, and all the necessary documents were sent over to my condo HOA. Installation of the new AC system (split unit), was completed in one day (April 6). I submitted an ask for a quote using their online system and received a call within the hour to schedule an appointment for review and quote. They were able to schedule within the week. I was told my technician would come between 9am and 12pm, I received a call at 9am saying he was an hour away. Yuniet D arrived on time, was very polite, explained to me what needed to be done and let me review the estimate before moving forward with the work. After he completed the work he even helped sweep up some of the dust and clean up some of the mess from the maintenance. I was very impressed and think Yuniet D was excellent. He is also bilingual which was helpful to me because my Spanish is not great. Cool Air USA followed up multiple times to confirm appointment and make sure everything went smoothly. Cool Air was able to get Archie out my home same day to fix a fan that decided to go kapoot causing interior home temp to rise to 80+ degrees. Archie had to traverse the jungle that is my backyard which incidentally was also flooded from the storm to reach the exterior A/C unit. I had my A/C coils and blower cleaned with this company. As business they are a fair company. Promotions for returning customers are not great and prices are generally competitive. What stands out about this company is their people. Ask for Archie!! He is punctual, reliable, friendly, and an honest person. I scheduled a quote to clean a blower (costs about 375 depending on your unit, FYI) and he pointed out that the last guy that cleaned the coils (from the same company) didn't clean it correctly. This man called his supervisor and told them that this wasn't right and needed to be corrected. He went above & beyond to clean my coils and blower on the same day and didn't ask to charge for fixing the other guy's mistake. This type of integrity and care for customers is hard to find nowadays. Cool Air USA give that man a raise!!

Can’t tell you much about prices but I had a clogged AC drain pipe and they charged $175 for everything. I was also told it includes a 30 day guarantee on the service. Also recommended to have the AC ducts cleaned ($25 per duct) which is next on my to do list!

He was very thorough with the whole process but on top of that, he was very hospitable, patient, and really just made the whole experience very comforting. Called this firm to evaluate my AC unit. Good: They came right away, on time, courteous and professional. Diagnosed problem accurately and repaired next morning again on time and professionally. They verified warranty coverage without me asking. Price quoted for repair was higher than I expected but the owner and I discussed it and they did work with me to compromise. AC unit appears to be working well and he even was helpful in suggesting some additional service providers to assist with other needs I might have. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Overall I’m happy with the company because at the end of the day, my A/C was fixed. Only complaints would be some delays in coming out to fix the issue after we informed them specifically what was wrong. Then there was a point where they told us our unit was not under warranty when it in fact was. I don’t usually leave reviews on platforms but GOSH! THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING! I found them on google July of last year. My A/C wasn’t cooling properly, so I called them and they came out and fixed it the very next day! Whatever they did lasted a good yr (my A/C unit was super old). This year in same month of July, my A/C was doing the same thing! Not cooling. Temp increases during the day, hot as hell, and wouldn’t stop running. At this point, we needed to change the whole unit! I called them again saying something is wrong with my A/C and guess what, they came again the next day haha. The couldn’t install the unit the time they came became they had to order it. So they placed some Freon for us (to keep the home cool until they come back and it worked) and came the very nice day. On time and ready to rock and roll! The came at exactly 9am. Installed a new unit and thermostat and was completely done by 4:50pm. The two men work soooooo fast. So professional! So talented. A/C has been cooling and working well so far. Plus there’s a full yr warranty, just in case something goes wrong and 10yr guarantee on the unit. Guess what? THEY ARE AFFORDABLE! LOOK NO WHERE ELSE AND DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They’ll do you no wrong. Ok, I think I’ve written enough, bye now! 😂😂

The technicians arrived on time and the crane to lift the unit to the roof was there on time too. The install appeared to go smoothly and the technicians, Manny and Jeffrey were good, especially Manny who stayed to explain all about the unit, show us how to remove the filter and operate the new thermostat. My brother is 80 years old and found the new thermostat harder to read and more complicated that the old one so Manny re-installed the old one for him. So far, everything is working well, but it has only been a few days and it was not needed much because the weather was cool.

Initially I called them because the A/C was not blowing cold. The Tech that came out was systematic and thorough, and went over everything with me as he fixed the problem temporarily, advising all the while that there were other issues that would need to be addressed soon, but not right at the moment, and the repair would be god for a while, just not the cure for all the issues. I requested an estimate to replace the unit, as well as the ducts so I knew what I was going to be up against. The tech was again very systematic and thorough in providing the same. They covered all facets of what the work would be, as well as info on financing and so forth. I agreed to go with the replacement. On Monday morning, The Cool Air A/C Army team showed up ahead of schedule slightly, and went straight to work. I'm generally not easy to impress, but these guys made a bad situation as easy to deal with as possible. Courteous and hard at the job, they completed all the necessary work by mid afternoon, and The ice cold air started back to blowing. This was a VERY pleasant experience, and I'm very pleased to have made what appears to be the RIGHT choice for A/C repair, as well as replacement. The Cool Air Army did the right thing all the way through, and after having this experience with them, would recommend them without hesitance if asked. Thanks to the Cool Air Army!!! AND they were very careful of not letting my dogs out while working! Happy wit the end result as are the dogs! VERY Professional from start to finish, and exceptionally helpful with the payment issues from the young lady in their office who assisted me with the bank communications. Mike from Cooling USA squeezed us in on a full schedule. He fixed our cooling issues and went above and beyond. He added a lock on our ac unit that should have been there and fixed our attic door that would not shut. He did not charge us for these things but it made a huge difference in our experience. He thought we had a leak so he was cautious about the amount of freon he put in so we didn't lose any extra money. He returned 5 days later to test the system and we did not have a leak. Mike is honest and reliable and I highly recommend this company as we will use them for all our ac needs.

We purchased a new system from Cool Air in June 2017. We had the system serviced before the summer. When the a/c was not working correctly last Friday we called about 5:30 pm, Cool Air said they would send some one out between 7-10 pm. Within 10 minutes after the initial the Technician called and said he would be at my home in 45 minutes. After explaining what was going on the Technician immediately knew what the problem was (we had a clogged line). He fixed it as well as gave the system a good check over. The Technician was very professional, kind, courteous, and certainly knew what he was doing. He made a bad situation (my house was getting hotter by the minute) turn out very well because of his knowledge and quick repair! New post: We had our Summer checkup, 6/29/22, our Technician Leo was awesome. He did an outstanding job, he serviced our unit , cleaned it, inspected it, and explained everything as he went along. I had him flush out the line since he was here , my idea, not pushed on me by him. He also recommended to install an Ultraviolet light in the inside handler as mold and mildew was building up in the unit. We had him install that as well as he explained it would provide better air quality, and cut down on the dust, etc. we have been experiencing. He is very friendly, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We made an appointment for Cool Air to come back today to clean the A/C vents as they have not been cleaned properly in the past while Leo was here , and he explained the difference of how they clean the vents compared to the way we had it done in the past. Fast forward to today 7/6/22...it was appointment day to have the A/C vents cleaned, I was so happy to see that it was Leo who came and cleaned the vents. As expected, he did an amazing job! He even pointed out some small potential problem areas that he noticed when he took the vent covers off and explained to my husband how to fix it if it became an issue. Again he was as awesome as ever. He even made a new friend with my dog, who is usually skeptical about strangers coming in the house especially to do work, she was excited to see him again as well. LOL. I hope whenever I call Cool Air for Service for anything they will send Leo back to my house. 5 STARS for Leo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cool Air USA came out same day to diagnose my leaky AC unit. They showed me what I needed to fix and offered a service to temporarily fix the leak. The next day, the AC was still leaking, but Cool Air USA called for a follow up. They sent out another worker the next day to stop the leak again for no extra charge. The tech who came out I believe his name was Kevin... was super nice and walked me through my AC operation and my concerns. I was advised on best solution to fully resolve the issue, which was cleaning the air handler and changing a filter at the outside unit. He thoroughly explained the importance of that, as well as best practice to ensure the AC runs smooth. I did get a proper quote for the highly suggested service based on my needs. Asked if they could send someone over today. They called back and told me, they can have someone there between 12&2. They came, inspected and discovered that it was a sick a/c. I was having a breathing problem, like an asthma attack. I haven't had this since I was a kid. So I knew something was wrong with the AC that was the only explanation. Overall I had a very good experience with CoolAir. The first rep (David) was able to come out the next day after I called to request a service visit after noticing an issue with my AC system. The first rep diagnosed the issue and explained in terms that I could understand, and gave me the costs and pros/cons to either repair or replace the existing system. Ultimately I chose to replace the system, and CoolAir scheduled me for 9am the following day, and coordinated everything including the permitting. The installation reps were equally as friendly and professional as the initial service rep (Michael & Manuel), and they did an excellent job on the installation. (located on the roof) This is new unit installed by Cool Air USA (2 years ago)only the disconnect box was not part of the new install so I guess it had to be replaced finally. Casey replaced the disconnect box with a new one and also had a drain line flush performed as part of regular maintenance. Everything is running smoothly again. Company is always prompt and I have used them in the past prior to the new unit installed 2 years ago. Hopefully this fixes the issue and I ll have no issues for awhile maybe only maintenance. Prices did go up this year but prices are up everywhere else as well. Do recommend this company in my experience so far.

Artchee was awesome technician. He came in for a tune up and found what was wrong with the unit. This company is highly recommended. Their customer service is on point. I even got a call back after the service to make sure I was satisfied with the level of service. The technician called you ahead of time and tells you what the gps arrival time says and they hold to it. You don’t seem to be rushed at any point. What can I say. Everything is awesome.

We have had issues in aventura attempting to find a reliable air conditioning engineer and service. I called in the early afternoon around 2 pm and was told they would send a technician that day between 4:00 and 6:00. Our technician, David, arrived on time at 5:00 and was more than helpful. Not only was he EXTREMELY friendly, but genuine, honest and very knowledgeable. He was compliant with CoVid regulations as well. Unfortunately, we have to get our system changed completely as it’s more than 20 years old and leaking which he demonstrated and showed me. He wanted to make sure we understood every step of the process and truly was informative. We will need to wait for our building to approve the installation and set a time with the company, but if all employees are as good as David, then I really think this company deserves a 5 star rating.

What an extremely professional experience. My AC was working intermittently. They came on a Sunday and even moved up the time. The technician was extremely polite and courteous and knowledgeable. He found a partially clogged drain line. He cleared it and fixed the drain where it is easier to keep clean in the future. He replaced the UV disinfecting lights and put them on their own transformers. He checked the unit for proper refrigerant. Everything has been great since. Great service especially the timing and explaining to me how to keep it maintained for the future. Highly recommended
