When our water heater went out, I called several places and was having issues finding someone who could come out the same day. I had one but wanted a second quote. When I reached out to Weeks, they at first said they couldn't help me for a couple of days. A few minutes later a manager called me back (Melanie) after looking back at their call history and finding my number! She thought she could rearrange things to get someone to me the same day. Not only did she find someone but she also managed to send someone with the plumber along with a new water heater, so if I decided to take their quote, they could install right then. Their price was very fair ($400 less than the other bid!) We had a new heater in just a couple of hours. Very pleased with this business! Josh and Randy were extremely professional and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently and had the job done quickly. Will definitely use them again any time we have issues they can help with.

Hot water heater went out. I called and left a message, received a callback almost immediately and was able to get someone scheduled. They were actually able to come out earlier than expected. The plumber was very polite and informative and gave us more than one option on resolving the issue. We decided to go with a new water heater after having already researched the issue we were having. Weeks Service Company exceeded all my expectation’s today. I called to make an appointment to have a dimmer switch installed in my dining room. The tech arrived within a few hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and let me ask a lot of questions. He was performing an annual maintenance and noticed a blower speed issue the company who installed the unit missed. The technician corrected this issue quickly and for no additional charge. He recommended some other improvements to consider, but did not push me to immediately decide. The service appointment actually takes place within the time frame specified, and you are updated regarding arrival time. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, don't mind explaining the problems and needed resolution in detail, and don't need to call a supervisor every few minutes for advice when diagnosing a problem or maintenance issue. I have never been disappointmented with Weeks' staff or service. I think their prices are competitive and fair, and I never have had a problem with a repair or maintenance service. Generator install and electricians to do all the wiring of the sub panel. They were always willing to answer questions to help me well understand what I received and how it worked.

They are a good quality business, but had to reschedule after waiting for 2 hrs. After taking off work and they did not show when they said they would. I called back and told them I could not wait any longer due to a doctors appt. So if you need a quick window don't expect it to met. They had to come out on Saturday to perform the job. The Tech was very friendly and performed maintenance on my unit. No cleaning was done just replacing the air cleaner control board due to it not working properly.

Chase and Josh from Weeks Service Company did an excellent job of finding the problem of a water leakage in water heater from the attic coming through the ceiling. They were professional and diligent explaining about our water heater which caused the leakage. They performed the job of shutting off the gas of the water heater and draining the water. A different A/C company said that I had a leak in my evaporator. And they were going to replace the evaporator coil but I didn't feel good about that because the evaporator was replaced 6 years ago. I called Weeks and they found a leak at the compressor in aboit 10 minutes. Showed me the bubbles from the snoop test. We looked at the evaporator and it looked leak free. Weeks was a little more expensive for the service but they saved me thousands by replacing the condensor and not the evaporator.

I have been using Weeks for years, both in my current location and my old home for HVAC and electrical. They recently replaced the ductwork in my house. Their duct/ plenum / media filter installation was excellent. All up to date materials and methods. No Y’s in this ductwork. All lines direct from plenum. The media filter box is amazing. Finally clean air. Materials cost, etc has gone up since Covid, but this will last for years. I have been needing to do this for years. Well worth the cost to me.

I have been living in my home for nearly 12 years. The central air/heat was replaced some four or five years before I moved in. That would make my AC close to or past time to replace. Even though I have been using Weeks for scheduled maintenance and the occasional repair they weren't the only ones that recommended replacement. They are scheduled to replace the AC/Furnace next Thursday and Friday. I'll keep you informed of the progress and final results.

We had several companies come out to quote us on new HVAC and new ductwork installation in our 40+ year old home, but Weeks was the only company to tell us that our furnace flue vents were very outdated and not up to code. Looking at our neighbors houses we could see they all had the newer vents that aren't able to be blocked by birds nests or debris, but we wouldn't have realized this on our own. We had Weeks do the whole job new flue pipes included and they did amazing work. Out of four companies we had quotes from one was cheaper than Weeks, but we are very satisfied with the quality and execution of the work done. They even set up for the city to come inspect and confirm that everything is up to code. They stand behind their work and they had the best warranties that we had seen from any hvac company. The guys on the job were also very nice and professional, and kept us informed the whole four days that the job took to complete. We're very happy!

When we moved in our current home 25 years ago, we had Weeks replace our central air. Early Mar 2023, we again used Weeks to replace our Amana central air with a Daikin heat pump system. The crews worked super hard over two days and we are very happy with what Weeks delivered. The Daikin heat pump and thermostat are simply superior products. The city inspector came out and told us that he himself uses Weeks and never had any issue with their work.

Have been using Weeks for HVAC maintenance since they installed my current system about 12 years ago. When I purchased that system I got a lifetime warranty on the compressor. About 2 months ago during the yearly check-up some corrosion was spotted on the compressor and a small freon leak detected. Seeing how a lifetime warranty on a compressor is highly unusual I was anticipating reasons why the warranty did not apply. This did not happen and a new compressor was installed 2 days later. That being said just want to say that over the years all the Weeks employees that I have dealt with have been very professional, considerate, and on time. This includes the duct replacement that was completed yesterday. To end this long review I would just say that I would highly recommend Weeks for any of your HAVC needs.

Furnace would cycle on and then immediately cycle off. We called Weeks in the morning and they were able to come oit that afternoon. Darrin tested the unit and found the problem very quickly. He sis not have the part with him but got one at the shop and returned shortly to install it. Working fine now.

These folks are great. I bought a HVAC 5-ton system from them 5-6 years ago and it has done all that I could ask of it and then some. I called early on a Friday expecting to have an appointment early next week like everyone else had told me this morning. To my surprise dispatch told me today between 1-6pm he was calling around 1130 am asking if he could come early. Then he gets here and the same price dispatch has quoted me over the phone is the same price I had to pay. But wait there’s more! The job was successfully completed by the tech and there was absolutely no pressure selling point…. One more thing….. the guy was professional and knew what he was talking about. 10/10 I’d be calling weeks back for things I’m either too lazy to do or things I have no clue as to what I’m doing.

Gave detailed estimates with pictures via email. Very happy with the service provided. Update 7/13/2022 - maintenance service performed. We had called about having the system checked due to vents being dirty. He found the issue and provided pictures of the cause with detailed information. Very happy with the service provided. Had to set up another appointment for new estimates for the work that needs to be performed still. Update 2/7/2023 - we had them replace our whole system with a new improved and more-efficient system. They scheduled it for 2-days and gave us a very good discount for having the work done in the winter versus the hot summer. They showed up on time and kept us informed of the progress during both days. They are friendly and professional in their work and stayed late on the second day to complete everything. They had to remove a section of our fence to be able to get the larger outside unit into place. Not all the boards could be reused to close up the fence, so they ran to the store and got new boards at no additional cost to us, to ensure the fence was how it was before they started work. Very happy and satisfied!

Weeks service was friendly and professional. We had our HVAC system replaced due to Harvey by another company. Our home was built with a 3.5 tin unit and was rated for a 5 ton. The contractors after Harvey were money hungry and took lots of short cuts. Only recently did I notice we had short cycle issues with our AC unit. Weeks determined we needed another return air vent as when the unit was upgraded the return air vents needed to match. The also noticed we have a super genetic AC switch which did not match the AC unit. So Weeks fixed our house and everything works better and we love it.

Weeks Service has maintained my HVAC system since I purchased my home in 2014, and also serviced it for the previous owners. They replaced my old system in 2021. Sadly, the new system hasn’t worked as smoothly as I would like. The system has worked sluggishly this hot summer, taking a long time to cool and running up my electric bill. Some part of the system seems to be leaking inside a wall, but cannot be diagnosed or repaired without opening the wall. Both problems appear to come from the installation. That’s a big disappointment around an expensive investment. I’ve had two visits this summer to deal with them. Service today to deal with the slow cool-down went well. The tech did a thorough inspection of all ductwork and the system and repaired and recharged it at no charge other than the diagnosis. That problem should be gone. My 40-yr-old attic ladder broke when the tech tried to close it, and after a couple of hours trying to repair it, we agreed to split the costs of replacement. The wall leak remains an issue and I’ll have to follow up on that. Overall, I’ve had mixed experience with Weeks, particularly in the last few years. They are responsive and quick to come out, but the quality of their service varies. In the past they had the reputation of being the best A/C company around; these days I’d rate them above average, especially for system installation.

#1 You need to notify customers before the service contract is up not when they call for service. Being hit with $400-$500 in one hit for contract renewal and service in one hit is something we were not prepared for in the present economy. We may be searching for a new service company after this.

In past years I used the Weeks company for service and eventual replacement of my HVAC system. I read that they also do plumbing so I called in to check my water heater which had a leak. They did not hesitate to fit me in that day and did a superb job! Mr Rooter, who did the original install 9 years ago and subsequent replacement 5 years ago did not have any record of the replacement and could not come for 2 days! This lead me to think something shady was going on with them. I find out that the work was shoddy and incomplete. The Weeks company corrected everything, and added a drain pan to prevent any future leak issues from flooding my home. I must commend Jim and Amedeo for being so nice, professional and efficient! The pricing was reasonable for the work that was done. I will use them for all my air, plumbing and electrical from now on.

Of course it's in the peak of August's heat in the middle of another brutal Texas summer that the air conditioner decides to stop working. Called another place that used to service the unit at our rent house but they didn't answer. Remembered seeing all the Weeks trucks driving around town and decided to give them a try. And I'm glad we did! Anthony showed up at our house in a prompt and timely manner (~ 3 or 4 hrs from time the original service call was placed... about midway through the time window given). He assessed the situation giving an explanation of everything he was doing as he went along. Following all of this, he gave us a rundown of our options: give our really old unit (I'm talking 1993 old) a band-aid fix or bite the bullet and go with replacing the unit. Anthony gave us a pretty thorough explanation of both routes we could take and seemed open and honest throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable. In the end we went with the replacement (cue the follow up review in 1.5 weeks when that takes place) due to the reasonable financing available and the peace-of-mind that comes with a reliable AC unit in Texas. And they're even coming back in a little bit with a window unit to help keep the house cool between now and then! First time Weeks customer, but I think they'll continue to receive my service for years to come (at least for the length of the 12 year warranty!).

They said they'd send a person same day, surprising me, as it was that late and I had expected it to be at least a day. They then kept me posted as the repair person was delayed, and I got a call when they were 10 minutes out as well. Very friendly, competent repair person, willing to patiently explain what they were doing as well, so all in all a great experience. Props to Nino for his work and good nature, for sure! Would happily contact the company for future needs, especially if "emergencies".

Leigh made an emergency call on Saturday. He was here couple hours after after our call. He was professional and discovered a couple issues quickly. He couldn’t fully fix everything right away, but always left us with some capability. He also discovered a degraded fan which wasn’t the main issue and has been causing high humidity and less efficient system.
