This company is good depending on who they send out. If you're lucky enough to get Javier, I give them 5 stars. We had a bad experience with one of the techs who, as it turned out, didn't do a complete job and then sent us an invoice stating that he monitored the problem after he "fixed" it for 15 minutes--but my camera recorded his arrival and departure for a total of 22 minutes, then I have to subtract the 3 minutes he went out to his van and the 10 minutes he spent talking to me and my son. Anyway, he did NOT have time to monitor the system for even 2 minutes! BUT, Javier came (I personally requested him) when I reported that we still had the problem, was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and the best in customer service. He explained everything he did and was very personable. He actually took the panel off and showed my son where the problem was (the other tech never took the panel off). He really represents Majestic AC very well -- please keep him around and take good care of him! As far as the company is concerned, I've used them for my A/C and heater and have a maintenance contract. On the whole, they are very good and I'm very pleased with them and their procedures. They always send a text telling you when the tech leaves the office and when to expect him as well as a picture. Then you get a copy of the invoice via email. I would highly recommend them . . . but always ask for Javier!!

Our technician was Frank, and he was able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue we were having. He also had amazing customer service! I do not have a lot of knowledge with A/C units, but he was great at explaining everything and happy to answer all of my questions. Even the employees scheduling the appointments were super kind, and able to get us setup with a technician within 24 hrs. Thanks Majestic AC!

Matthew came out to check on an issue with an installation by a contractor that was done earlier in the month. The issue was corrected immediately and professionally. He could have just cut corners and “fixed” it back to how it originally was but he was proactive and took the time to correct it as it should have. Signed up for the yearly maintenance membership as we were happy with his service and trust them to maintain our unit in the future.

Tuesday night our AC unit stoped working. Wednesday by noon, the issue with my unit had been identified and a plan was in place to resolve.
I cannot say enough good things about this company. They were prompt with addressing my issues from the first phone call I made at 7:30am. Rudy arrived to my home by 11:30am and diagnosed the problem. He was quick, polite and professional. He put me in contact with Debbie in the office who helped to organize my repairs. Debbie was also a true professional. She is knowledgeable and reasonable and ready to help. They had the parts needed for my repair in stock and made every effort to have us back up and running as quickly as possible. The service we received was exceptional and not something seen very often in the service industry these days. Majestic has made themselves a lifelong customer for our family.

Frank the technician is top notch. He found my air scrubber was out and replaced it with a new internal cell / uv bulb. He replaced my airfilter in the attic unit as well. Hopefully my wife's allergies will be better now. This company has installed 3 different units for me and they were high efficiency Trane and Mitsubishi. My electric bill dropped 100 dollars the next month after the whole house Trane installation. I have only used them for maintenance and service on all 3 units because of the caliber of this company, especially their employees. Best I have ever used in my life.. and I am 69 years old, so have tried a few others before finding this great company. Also, Debbie, in the office, is One-Of-A-Kind person. Very Rare to find such good people nowadays.

We received 3 quotes from 3 different companies for 3 different AC/Furnace installations (full AC swap) and Majestic offered competitive pricing for one of the top brands (Trane) available to residential consumers. Prior to and after installation Dustin was very communicative and responsive to questions/concerns. The men arrived on site Friday morning at 9AM and the job was completed by around 2:30-3PM. they removed my old AC/Furnace and installed the other with little to no mess and were very considerate of the walls and floors. During the installation Dustin remained my point of contact for any questions/concerns and upon completion of the system he arrived to provide a tutorial of the new system.
Later that night I noticed one of the areas within one of the zones was flip flopped. An area downstairs was being controlled by the thermostat upstairs and vice versa. I notified Dustin right away and by the next day (Saturday) I had an on-call tech out to investigate the issue. within 30 minutes he had the problem fixed and the system was running as it should. He was very polite and prompt. So far I am thoroughly impressed, but only time will tell . For now I stand firm on 5 stars and will update this review accordingly as I utilize them for bi annual maintenance and any concerns moving forward with the system. As far as customer service and quality of work go, I can say CS is top notch and I will let you judge the work yourself as I am adding pics of the completed install.
EDIT (7/11/19): experiencing issues with the system. Lowering my review to 3 stars until issues are resolved. Spent weeks emailing someone who apparently no longer works for the company but the email Account still works. Comms have been kept up but I do not detect a sense of urgency at this point. I'm having to contact Debbie twice and call for answers. Tech arrived today stating the system has been repaired and the installers wired the thermostats wrong and configured the system zoning incorrectly. I have invoices to prove this. Tech did not fix the issue yet. System still struggling to keep my home cool. My previous unit was a 7 seer and before it died on me, it did a much better job. I want to give them 5 stars, believe me, but until my issues are resolved, they will remain at 3. If my issues continue and the attention to detail remains sub par, I will update this review to 1 star. Fingers crossed. I really want to resolve this and be done with it.
EDIT (7/12/19): I'm raising this one star as they have been actively trying to resolve all issues and seem to truly care about customer service post installation. There's still some minor work left to be done and I will update accordingly, but they are moving towards resolving all outstanding issues at this point.
EDIT (8/15/19): lowering my review again as I still have not received a response or follow up from the owner or technician. Tech was made aware of a bad "bearing stop" in the outside unit during last visit. Stated I would receive a callback from trane (not sure why it would be Trane). No callback from anyone. I will have to call again as the grinding has worsened and I fear this will negatively impact the unit going forward.
EDIT: (8/20/19): had a tech out on 8/15/19 that argued there's nothing they can do about the grinding noise coming from the trane unit outside. I'm convinced my experience with majestic will not improve and I will no longer be using them nor would I suggest them for any ac needs. Ac installed in March of 2019 and I'm still having issues after just 6 months. Was supposed to get a call from them regarding the issue and again no call back. This company with their fancy notification settings is about all it is; fancy notification of when a combative technician will arrive to repair nothing. If and when I have any success with this company, I will update my review and hopefully add back some credibility.
EDIT (8/23/19): looks like they are addressing my issues. I do want to give them a good review but results remain to be seen. I will update accordingly.

We live in Alden Bridge and had two units of 22 years old. It was about time to replace them, had several companies come by. Brian from majestic made the best impression, actually measuring, explaining the technologies available and how things work and no push. Installation was quick and efficient by a 3 man crew, we had some tweaks needed after installation. I texted Brian and service technician Kyle came out in a day, and was very professional: all solved, very happy. They were recommended by our neighbor and I would recommend them to anyone. Also, they work with the brand Trane, which is one of the best brands out there.

He then gave me some tips for proper system maintenance and answered all my questions before we settled up. Highly recommend! Majestic installed two new systems for us. During the entire process, our representative (David Weems) was responsive and worked tirelessly to prepare a complete estimate for the systems we needed and wanted. All employees were knowledgeable and answered multiple questions throughout the process. Installation execution was accomplished in one day (for both systems), checked by an auditor; then rechecked. It is nice to find integrity and quality in a company.

11/10 experience getting my ac repaired. As a brand new customer I called at 11 and it was fixed by 3. They came highly recommended and I found out why. I got consistent communication about the service call. They didn't send out some teenager or the owners brother helping out on the side, they sent a knowledgeable, experienced, military veteran professional for a more reasonable price than the other places where I had a less positive experience.

Although he was not able to actually service the pancake unit, he did his best to flush out the hose and hopefully give a temporary fix until I could find a company who does service my unit. So, I do not fault him in anyway.
I will say, I would have very much appreciated it if Majestic would have told me they do not service this type of ac unit when I called on Wednesday, rather than schedule an appointment for Friday. They had done two maintenence checks, the most recent in December 2021, so they knew what type of unit I had. It's Friday, almost 8pm and I will need to find a another company and make another appointment sometime this weekend. This could have been avoided. Now, I'm a bit stuck, frustrated and cranky because it's so hot.

My old TRANE AC system finally died after 29 years so I was in the market to replace it with a new, higher efficiency TRANE XR16 4 ton Air Conditioner. Majestic AC came highly recommended by a close friend. The salesman was great, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions onsite and even over text and email the next day or two after his initial visit. Their price on the system beat my next closest bid by almost 35% ($4,000) and was exactly 1/2 the price of my highest bid, (which just goes to show you that you need to get several bids and make sure Majestic is one of them). They scheduled me for an install 48 hours after the salesman left, and the installer did a truly professional job both in the attic and the outside the house. I did have one small issue with a thermostat that quit working a few hours after the installers left around 6pm that evening, but they had a tech onsite with replacement parts by 9am the next morning and addressed all the issues. As great as their prices are, their service is even better and everybody in the company I have dealt with has been truly professional and ready to help. If you live in the Greater Houston Area, I highly recommend Majestic AC for new system sales or ongoing service and maintenance of your Air Conditioning System.

Majestic Air replaced my old HVAC with a new system. They measured rooms and determined I needed 2 additional return vents and they replaced some ducts as part of the new system. They were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. There are only 2 companies that I recommend without reservation and Majestic Air is one of them. I've attached a time lapse video of the work that took place in the driveway that's pretty fun to watch.

Aaron was our technician today for a loud noise coming from the outside ac unit. Aaron showed up early and was extremely professional and polite! He taught us all about our system, found the problem, and explained how he fixed the issue. He even offered to replace our filters (which we did have him do).
Aaron was so conscientious of our property, and home so much so that he even put booties over his shoes every time he entered the home.

Trusted and quality professional work. I had 3 other HVAC companies come out 4 times with 4 different issues from capacitor, blockage, Freon leak, and bad compressor on my 2.5 year old Trane unit.
Majestic sent Frank this young man out performed in knowledge and experience than the other 3 tech. Diagnosis this issue as NOTHING, little low on Freon. These guys boasted their 30 years of experience.

Have been using Majestic A/C for 5 years, per builder’s recommendation, and we are very happy customers! They are quick to respond, which is always appreciated in this climate that we live in, and easy to reach by email and phone. I always get a heads up text that my tech is on the way, with a photo and some of his work experience info, which I also think is a nice touch, gives confidence in who is doing the work and who I should expect when I answer the door. They always arrive with masks and shoe booties.
Finally, I am a member in the maintenance program, which helps keep me accountable for having seasonal checks of my two HVAC systems. Whatever work is done gets documented with photos, comments, and an emailed report. Another nice touch.

Kyle our service tech was very nice and even brought in our box from Chewy that had been delivered which made my dogs happy. 😀. I’ll stick with my original 5 STAR rating and I would highly recommend them to anyone for repairs or scheduled service checks.

Amazing in all respects. I requested an on line service call after hours and got a reply first thing the next morning. The person who called was cheerful and professional. She arranged for an appointment that day. I got notified that the technician was on his way about 30 minutes before he arrived. Kyle was fully COVID-19 guidelines compliant when he got to the door. He was enthusiastic and professionally skilled. It is such a joy to deal with someone who so obviously takes pride in his job and is great at it. I would not hesitate to call Majestic A/C to take care of all my heating and air conditioning needs.

Referred here from my original AC guy who no longer wants to deal with Trane equipment. Make an appointment online for a simple maintenance visit. Get a call confirming the appointment with an 8am-12pm window. Bear in mind that I made the appointment over a week out to accommodate an extremely busy work schedule.
Get up early (ugh) the day of the appointment in case they call or show up around 8. Fast forward to 11:16 and still haven’t heard anything so I call only to be placed on a non-musical hold. Hung up after 5 minutes of silence. Call back at 11:36 and spoke to someone who advised the tech was still on a job in Katy and that it might be awhile. Ok, no problem, just give me a call when they are leaving that job and I’ll go run my errands so the whole day isn’t a complete waste. Still, I need to be reasonably close to the house in case they call and say they are 30 minutes away or worse case “we are at your house, where are you”?
They called at 3:19 to advise that the tech was still on the job in Katy. Ok, not too much of a problem. I clarified that a tech will make it to the house today and was advised that they will call when they are en route. Didn’t quite answer the question in the affirmative but at least they called, though it was four hours after I called them and three hours past the end of the window.
Get a text and email at 4:49 that the technician is on the way. It includes a link to track the location of the tech but of course, that doesn’t work. Tech showed up at 5:00 and got right to work. Thankfully, the tech was friendly, efficient, and apologetic for the delay. Completed the work, explained a few things to watch out for, and then that was it. Price was right in line with everyone else.
Wish they’d been a little more proactive in advising of delays but it is what it is. Maybe next year I’ll schedule in March when they aren’t as busy?

I requested an estimate from 5 contractors to replace my 20 year old AC system and Majestic came out with the most competitive pricing. Brian showed me the best options for my home upfront and gave the best prices plus the add ons I opted for. The techs were very professional and really know their craft. They had my system installed in about 6 hours considering I have a very tight attic. After the install and test run, they showed me how the system works and how to navigate the smart thermostat. They cleaned up and left the place nice and tidy. Brian dropped by later that day to check and inspect the work done and see to it that all my questions and concerns has been addressed. It has only been 2 days since the install and so far so good. How it will perform during the peak of the summer remains to be seen. I will definitely do business with Majestic again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks Brian for the free coffee mugs and treats!

Majestic installed a Mitsubishi mini-split system for my garage shop. Quoted what I needed and was inline with expectations. David told me about some options, but did not sneak in any up sell features. At this time, a lot of shops have to quote what they have on hand so I was lucky Majestic had the system I needed.
Again lucky on scheduling the install. I did not have to wait long once I had the electrical work completed. Installation tech were prompt and made short work of the installation. They made sure I had the basics down for the system operation and answered my questions.
Would recommend them to others based on my own experience. And I realize not all installations go so smoothly. Feel like Majestic would make things right within their range of influence.

This company is wonderful! They send a picture of the repair person along with a summary of all their credentials prior to their arrival. The repairman we had both times (Vidal) was so professional and knowledgeable. He showed us everything he was doing and explained everything to us. He also showed us all the things we could do to keep our AC unit going strong. I was expecting a large bill and the bill was beyond reasonable. I would recommend this company to everyone!

There are only a few times I've felt moved to write a review, and I absolutely feel Majestic deserves a 5 stars for their incredible work. Every person at this company upholds best practices of customer service and cares for the customer above the transaction. Kyle was a stellar technician who clearly showed his expertise and also gave advice about how to keep up the a/c system. The owner was kind and shared different routes which would make the work more affordable for me. The person answering the phone followed up every time I asked her to and invested time and energy getting me what I needed. And of all the quotes I received, Majestic was among the most competitive. I needed to get my AC serviced before the summer and found Majestic online. I read some reviews and decided to give them a chance. The technician they sent out (Dan) was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what he was doing and gave me some basic but valuable pointers on maintaining my system. He recommended some improvements (different airfilters and floating switch for my drain pan) at a very fair price and didn’t push. I got the quote by email within one hour. If I was interested I was free to reach out to them. They take pictures of the unit and put all the data in their system as a reference point for future maintenance. Majestic removed my two 20yr old systems and replaced with Daikin DX17VSS481AA variable speed out and DM80VC indoor. Their price beat 3 other quotes for similar setups. They were prompt and courteous, completing the entire job quickly. This is probably the best you can do without going ductless and spending much more. After 2years this system is still remarkable, the variable speed creates a virtual silent system, you can hardly hear the air circulating. Outside the units are almost silent as well. All controlled via wifi One Smart Thermostats. Highly recommend this setup for anyone upgrading HVAC and highly recommend Majestic for the install.

Majestic Air installed two new HVAC systems for us about a week ago. Their attention to detail, customer service, and quality of work was outstanding! Our A/C units were 15+ years old and not working well the last few years so we decided it was time to replace them before the heat of summer. We had multiple quotes last year and three this year from other companies. Dustin from Majestic Air was the only one that actually performed a thorough residential load calculation. Due to some remodeling since the first units were installed he actually found that our previous upstairs unit was over-sized and recommended a smaller system and explained why in detail. He also advised that we needed more return air ducts based on the calculation. After telling him about a room that didn't heat/cool well, he found that the existing duct was split between multiple rooms and was not delivering enough air. They of course took care of all of this. Again, Dustin was the only one that went to this level of detail in his evaluation. Even with all of these extra modifications their price was very reasonable and lower than most quotes that we received for similar systems. It takes a lot for me to feel comfortable recommending a company. However, I highly recommend Majestic Air! Dustin and the entire installation crew did a great job!

Overall, I would choose Majestic again, but I can’t give a wholehearted recommendation to family and friends. There were some issues during and immediately after installation along with a vent pipe leak due to the pipe not being adequately sealed during installation. All issues were resolved timely and to my expectations, but being without AC on the same day of install for several hours in the summer as well as frantically having to dry water in the attic and on top of/in the new furnace (albeit during a rare storm, Imelda) were experiences that I wouldn’t want family to go through. Yes, things don’t go perfectly smooth during any sort of work, but checking for a c-wire and ensuring a vent pipe is properly sealed should be standard checks. The owner reached out to me after the installation problems, which was great and the tech, Vidal, and roof guys were all excellent.

We have dealt with Majestic on 2 occasions for 2 different houses in the span of 4 years. In our old house, we had our AC go out in the middle of July 2017. In Texas, that is horrible! We had called a couple of companies to get a couple of different quotes. The Comfort Advisor for Majestic was way more thorough and gave us way more options than the other company. He was very helpful but not pushy in helping us make our decision on what unit to buy. We ended up replacing the furnace as well since it was ancient and had started having issues with it. We had decided on the Trane 2 speed unit and we absolutely loved how quiet it was. From that day meeting Justin, to install day was was fast... maybe 2-3 days tops and the financing part was a breeze. We were not able to see the energy savings since Hurricane Harvey hit a month later and flooded our house. Fast Forward to October 2020...
In our new home, we had a compressor unit outside that we thought was not big enough to keep our house cool in the hot months. It seemed to be running non-stop in the summer and it was loud. Again, this unit had no date on it that we could find so we decided to get a new HVAC system for this house too. We called and had a Comfort Advisor out THAT SAME DAY! Brian was great! he was very honest with us, and thorough explaining the products available. He was in no way pushy in having us purchase anything at all nor did he push one brand over the other. We had our new HVAC unit installed about a week later (we were not in a rush this time and were trying to work around my husband's night shift schedule). The install crew were there on time, clean and quick considering they did the whole new system and put in new ductwork. We ended up choosing the Diakin variable speed HVAC for our current house and so far, we have been very pleased. It is very difficult to hear the compressor unit outside. We love the phone app which allows us to set our thermostat... and the thermostat... way easier to use than that NEST!!!
If and when we purchase another home, we will be calling Majestic!!! I would highly recommend them to everyone without a second thought!

Today is August 14, 2019. I am writing this review after having my A/C inspected by Daniel! Daniel was personable, honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and just down right amazing!!! He spoke with me about options as if he were talking to his daughter giving her advice! I’m glad they sent an experienced technician and not a pushy salesman. This is the third company I’ve had come out but the only one that sent someone who explained to me why I needed a new system and broke down the components of the system and what each system contributed to the efficiency of the system! He took pictures and videos of the duct work in the attic as well as the outside unit! It don’t make dollars if it don’t make sense! This is going to be an expensive and extensive fix, but thanks to Daniel I feel confident with making such a huge investment! Word to the wise DO NOT buy a 44 year old home with a 25 year old A/C unit. And don’t let an A/C company sale you a brand new $3,000.00 coil system and hook it up to broken and pierced ducts! I had an AC & HVAC maintenance contract for 2 years with Majestic AC.
Based on my experience, I would have to give them a 4 Star Rating:
Pros:
*The office ladies were kind and provided great customer service. They were quick to resolving issues and ensuring their customers are happy.
*Technicians were on time for the appointment and an introductory / profile of the technician is text and emailed to me prior to their visit.
Cons:
*There is a miscommunication between Technicians, Sales, and Office in a couple of occasions. Perhaps an updated software to their system can help resolve this issue.
Example: I paid for the annual maintenance contract in advance this year. After the technician visited and completed their AC maintenance, I received an emailed invoice the following day showing that I owed Majestic AC for the annual maintenance contract and that I haven’t paid it. With an updated software, maybe I would not be receiving an invoice stating that I have not paid for the annual maintenance contract even though I did so in advance. I called the office and Sherry immediately fix the issue and showed a $0 balance due.
Example, I was told by the technician and office that someone in the sales department would contact me to provide a proposal for replacement of the AC, Furnace, and Ductwork since it is time to replace them. I waited a week and receive no call. I had to call the office back to follow up on whether someone will provide me with a proposal. I finally received a call from the sales department the following day. I received the proposal but needed the proposal to include the model numbers and also specify certain details. Since the proposal was emailed to me in the evening, the sales rep informed me that the revised proposal will be emailed to me the following day in the afternoon. I waited and did not receive any revised proposal.
It so happened that another competitor with 5 Star ratings informed me that they would do better than Majestic AC’s proposal. They were able to beat Majestic AC’s price and install a higher quality brand (Trane instead of Goodman). In addition, they would also replace the ductwork with R8 insulated ducts instead of R6 (which are higher insulated quality) and match Majestic AC’s annual maintenance contract price. The only difference is they would maintain the AC twice a year and furnace once a year while Majestic AC would maintain the AC once a year and furnace once a year.
Since Majestic AC did not get back to me and their competitor's offer is hard to refuse especially from a 5 Star Rating company, I decided to go with the other company instead.

Majestic installed a new Trane unit at my home, and completed the job yesterday. Chris Pine and the sales rep Justin were nothing short of excellent to work with. Justin came out, did a very thorough load assessment on my home, and presented me with the good, better, best options for me to choose from, depending on the price point I wanted to be at. At no time did he try to push any system on me, just stated the facts and let me make my own informed decision. They replaced my entire system, duct work, and added new return air and vents to make my system work better. The day before the winter storm they came on Sunday feb 14 to come fix our heater that same day I ask to came check it out why it was not heating they guy was very polite and look care of it. Our Lenox unit stopped cooling a few weeks ago and we needed service! I always do my research and, based on everything I read, we called Majestic to diagnose our unit. It was pretty much what I thought...the ACoil was a block of ice so we opted to replace it.
First, let me say that the person(s) who answer your incoming calls sets the tone for any company. Both girls I talked with were polite, helpful and friendly and represented your company exceptionally well in setting up service and follow up calls.
From the time our technician, Daniel, set foot on our property we knew we were in great hands. He painstakingly went through the paces to troubleshoot the problem. He focused on us as individuals and never once had us feel pressured. Only through his service expertise, training and knowledge did we come to making a decision on our own. At this stage, we can say this representative and Majestic went above and beyond our expectations.
Being we needed to be cool ASAP, and considering our situation of being without an air conditioner, Majestic had a salesperson, Dave, at our residence within hours. I had a bit of time and before his arrival, I had already done the research and watched a video. I was ready. Again...no pressure. He methodically went step by step describing this newer system, focusing again on our needs, explaining our payment options and taking a load off of our shoulders in taking care of the rebates and warranty.
I’ve never met anyone who gets excited or intrigued about an air conditioner but I’m the exception I suppose. I have some background knowledge in residential air conditioning service and installation. All I can say is this state of the art Daikin system sells itself. I recommend you contact Majestic sales for the details. The technology is above anything on the market and the warranty is phenomenal.
Time for installation. The crew was on time, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Being I’m a neatness nut, I can’t say how incredibly careful, clean and neat this crew was. I make a point to notice how well the job is done, if the materials are used properly, if the seals, drains, plenum, flex, ties, pvc, galvanized pipe and hook ups are installed correctly and NEATLY. Check and double check. These guys never stopped. They were in, did the install, and out. No goofing around. An exemplary work ethic indeed. And as I touched on the subject of ‘above and beyond’, these wonderful guys took it upon themselves to repair a loose doorknob and collar they noticed on my front door. It may not be a big deal to some, but to me that gesture meant so much.

I bought a whole new two stage AC system from Majestic AC. Since Im not born and raised in the USA, this was all kinda new to me. Alan Morrow guided me through all aspects of such a system, did the necessary measurements and explained me all details to help me make the best decision, and what a professional he is. He quickly followed up and gave me different quotes i requested. He helped me with technical advise how i could prepare the best to get ready for installation. They showed high flexibility, since i had special requests on moving the unit in the attic to free up storage space and to move the unit outside away from the house so i can later put a sidewalk in between.
The installation team explained me how they would handle all of this and showed great professionalism installing everything.
Alan also visited on the day of the installation, making sure everything was going as planned. I really appreciated this!
Later after the team finished up and explained me on how to operate the thermostat, Alan gave me a call to swiftly guide me through the steps to have the thermostat connected to the internet and to install the app on my phone to be able to control it from anywhere.

Majestic AC installed a new Daikin Fit unit as well as 3 return vents in smaller rooms and a new thermostat. If you look up reviews of Daikin, Trane, and other AC units you'll find reviews at both extremes: love or hate. And the reason for this is actually the installers. Majestic AC comes out, discusses with you how you live in the house, and makes recommendations to help balance out hot and cold spots. Whether you just need a few return air vents installed or multiple zones to accommodate different residents or zone usages, Majestic AC will figure out your best options. No sales pressure, either, just presents the options you have with pros, cons, and prices. The install itself is done by a professional crew of guys who have years of experience and accolades. Not only are things installed correctly, but they clean up as they go along. Don't expect to find sheetrock dust or bits of insulation all over your house. Once the crew is done and your questions answered, they cleanup and leave. The associate who assisted you with your options will come back for an inspection either later that day or the next. He'll answer any questions and look to resolve any issues you may still have. He'll help you connect your phone to the thermostat and show you how to use it if need be. I had a scratch on the wall near the attic entryway(half an inch mark on the wall) and he noticed it and took a picture. A crew comes out and fixes even the tiniest issue. After the inspection is complete and your questions are answered, *then* you pay. Only once you are satisfied. Great company that has done my yearly inspections and I'm very happy to have gone with them for the installation. I highly recommend them for installs, repairs, maintenance...anything!

A/C stopped working after 6:00 pm at night. Temperature was 85 degrees inside the house. A call to Majestic Air and Kyle came to the house after completing two other calls. He very quite pleasant, went right to work, he explained everything and immediately resolved the issue. I recently purchased a residential a/c from Majestic a/c. I made the choice to utilize Majestic based on other customer reviews and the fact that the company had been around for 40 plus years. David Weems was my salesman and I would not recommend him or his services. Originally he appeared trustworthy and caring about maintaining the company's high reviews; however, that quickly changed after he sealed the deal on selling the me the a/c unit. Weems originally provided me with an invoice that reflected a 5% cash discount and then a few days attempted to provide me with an invoice that only reflected a 3% discount. Mistakes happen, I get it but own the mistake and be honest. When I confronted Weems on inconsistent statements that he had made, he acknowledged that he had changed the numbers and blamed it on his boss. Furthermore, Weems preached all of this customer service stuff and follow up; however, my unit was installed a week ago today and I have not heard anything from Weems. A simple text message or call to ask if the installation went well would have been great since he was not present during the install. Poor follow up, lack of transparency, and poor customer service for Weems. On April 1, 2020 I finally heard from someone from the company in regards to collecting payment. I made arrangements for payments and then asked if someone was going to follow up with me as Weems had promised. She said, "yes" I will get someone to come out to inspect the installation of the unit. The same day a tech from the company showed up and inspected the installation. I pointed out that one of the ducts were crimped in the attic which was restricting the air flow and that cold air was being blowing into the attic from some other poorly sealed ducts. He promised that he was going to get someone out to correct the installation issues that should have been taken care of during the initial installation. Today is Friday, April 3, 2020 and I still have not heard from anyone from Majestic regarding fixing the installation issues. I will adjust rating as the issues are resolved. I just want others to informed and know the issues that I have experienced with the company. No company is perfect but customer
service, honesty, and follow up is essential.
On Monday, April 6, I received a follow up call from Majestic regarding fixing my a/c installation issues.
Today, Kyle from Majestic was at my home bright and early and fixed the installation issues as well showed a genuine concern for assuring that the customer’s needs were met. If it was not for salesman David, I would rate the company 4.5 - 5 stars.

In 2013 my wife and I never expected our AC unit to go out in a 5 year old home but when it did we called every company in the area but no one could make it In such short notice. It's the middle of July and my wife is 8 months pregnant. A neighbor came to me with a card with Majestic AC and said they were good people and I should call. I called them immediately and was told that the fastest they could be at my house was 730pm, it was 6:00pm, I was ecstatic. It is extremely hard to find an A/C service company that operates at such a high level of service and problem-solving knowledge as Majestic A/C Inc. Their word is sacred.

I originally found them through Angie's List and they were recommended by Nest too. On this last call I had them do a diagnostic on my unit. Right away he found the problem and double checked to make sure. I was with him every step of the way. The tech was friendly, respectful of my house, and showed me where the problem was. As a TDSHS licensed mold consultant, I often identify mold issues caused by high humidity. After years of recommending AC service and repairs and hearing from my Clients that the AC company said their units we performing fine and no repairs were needed only to find continued high humidity, I found Majestic. Can't speak to a technician or price because I never got that far.
I Submitted a service request via the website the evening my A/C stopped working. Got up early the next morning to call them at 7:30am for verification that some one could come out that day. Was told that a tech would call me shortly. 45 minutes later with no word I called back and was told the tech picked up the ticket and should be calling to let me know eta. Another 45 minutes later with no word and was told they can page the tech again and he should reach out but they can't confirm anything. Told them that if they can't verify someone could come today I'd have to start investigating other options. I can't depend on a vauge 'maybe' in this heat so I started calling around.
Not a very good first experience at all.
UPDATE: Javier has called me back and is on the way now after 2 hours of phone tag with dispatch. I'll update this review once service is done.
UPDATE2:. Javier was very professional and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He confirmed my suspicians and pointed out and explained some other issues I was unaware of . Initial communication with dispatch and call backs could have been better but overall service was great and I've adjusted my rating to reflect this. Will definitely consider using them again in the future.

I've lived in my house for two years and have a 16 year old HVAC system. I wanted it checked before kicking off the hot Texas summers. Shopped three companies before calling Majestic-Air. Decided to go with Majestic-Air based on how they answered their phones. Receptionists are quick and cheerful. Their service is no different. I called on a Thursday. Technician was scheduled on Friday. He arrived on time, and I had a 30 minute notice before he arrived. Tech was quick, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had before leaving. For working in a service industry, Majestic Air Conditioning definitely has the service part figured out. I would highly recommend to anyone asking.

It's all about people and Majestic and Chris Pine are first class! Chris is 3rd generation and after a lightning strike my a/c was inoperative, when I contacted Chris he was easily and always accessible even providing me with his cell phone # and encouraging me to use it and I find that to be a rarity. Chris sat with us for a few hours, in the heat, explaining what they were doing, how they were doing it and just basically making sure I understood what was going on with my new system. This was not a sales call on his part, it was more of a personal service, friendly, wonderful visit.
Perhaps even the better part of the story is their technicians - David has been working with a/c's for 29+ years and he and his team (sons, grandson) put in my 2 units within 8 hours on a 100+ degree day because they understood how badly you need a/c in Houston and wanted me to have both units up and running in the same day - mission accomplished. David was very personable, professional and very busy guy running up and down from the attic to the outside unit and even gave me a lesson or two about parts of the system and what to look for. Just a great guy that knows a lot about his craft and David and his team did a great job!

I had used another company in the past and they always left May AC system with things left incomplete. Recently a remodeling company accidentally turned off the power to the AC. I was without AC in TX heat! Magestic to the rescue. Quickly solved my issues. Replaced media filter and made sure others wouldn’t accidentally shutdown my system. All for a very reasonable price. Only issue was cost. Had WiFi thermostat installed which required some wiring to be done. There were three fees, one which should have been waived. Fee for wiring, fee for equipment install and fee for diagnostics / travel which was $60. The last one should have been waived or reduced. Overall $350 plus thermostat cost, around $450 total. Caveat Emptor...I was not...

Majestic Air Conditioning checked every box and them some! After having multiple (6) other companies came into my home to provide me with consultations and estimates I still felt like no one was solving our heating and cooling issues at the root of the problem. The prices were outrageous and no one spent the time to properly access the situation. Justin with Majestic was the first to evaluate our current system, diagnose the issues and propose real, affordable, problem solving solutions. Majestic's products, service and pricing are far superior to any other competitor we had walk through our front door. Majestic exceeded our expectations!! While other companies suggested larger tonnage on the units we needed to replace, Justin looked at the whole house and diagnosed the root of our air flow and humidity issues. increased tonnage would have cooled too quickly and worsened our humidity problem and drained our wallet. Justin determined what we needed was appropriate tonnage with the addition of warm air returns which we were lacking enough of. He even noticed all of our vents were for the wall not the ceiling and helped provide us with new vents and installed them. Justin assured us that after Majestic was finished replacing the AC and furnace for both units that our home air quality and circulation would be unrecognizable. He said it would feel like a whole new house. He was right!! Our rooms actual cool, no more humidity and mildew, my children actual ask me to turn off their ceiling fans because our new systems cools so efficiently they are too cold!! This is a first for us :) Just simply can not say enough positive things about our experience, the knowledge and professionalism, the outcome and the price!! 5 out of 5 stars. Don't waste your time getting quotes from any other companies, Majestic is the answer.

We got our first AC unit from Majestic in 2014, at the time we price shopped and got quotes from 3 other companies but because of the professionalism and knowledge of their salesman and their ratings through angies list we used them. The install was flawless and the entire system was removed and replaced in an afternoon. The techs were on time, courteous, professional and left no mess. It was as a direct result of that experience that we called Majestic AC to replace our 2nd AC unit, a 4 ton Trane, without price shopping because we knew the service we could expect. From start to finish the experience with our salesman Justin Tubbs was straightforward and hassle free. They offered excellent options on equipment and financing and were in regular contact with us throughout the entire process. On the day of install it was just as before, the techs were on time, professional and left no mess. If we had any more AC units to replace there's no question we would use Majestic AC again. I highly recommend them.

On 2/25, Majestic AC(MAC) replaced 14 yr. old a/c & heating system with 18 SEER Daikin Fit 17 after research and technical assessment of our home with MAC.
MAC sent out home eval specialist and Alan was super in finding me the right deal for our family from Trane, Goodman, Amana & Daikin. Most offered interest free financing. Better air quality, proper air distribution and humidity control were important to this project. With system selection the install team was great in controlling dust/debris & an installation manager visited the site during the install. After install and cleanup, the sales team visited to ensure our satisfaction. Very pleased with the install at this point, and highly recommend MAC for new installs and service work. We have used them in Kingwood and Humble for more than 12yrs and always more than satisfied with their delivery of services including pricing.

Two years in, and I'm still very happy with the system and the service I get from Majestic. There's a small factory-related glitch with the thermostat that was just discovered and Majestic is replacing it under warranty. No complaints. Still 5 stars.

I'm so completely impressed by the quality of workmanship I received from this company! After buying a new home that the prior owner had neglected, I was in desperate need of an entirely new HVAC system. A fellow named Justin came out and performed an actual Load Calculation (AKA a Manual J Inspection), took me on a tour of my existing dilapidated system, schooled me on the science of HVAC, and gave me several quotes for possible replacement systems. I could tell immediately that Justin knew his craft very well because I'm a former US Navy helicopter mechanic, and I have a Master's degree in geology. This experience was like getting a quote from Mr. Science. Seriously, when Chuck Norris needs a new HVAC system, he calls Justin on Speed Dial. I will be a customer here for as long as this company exists. Thanks for doing the BEST inspection and installation I've EVER seen!

My AC was not blowing cool air. And the compressor was not functional. So called Majestic AC service. The technician (Vidal Mireles) came on the same day. He figured in couple of minutes that the capacitor dielectric got shorted out. He replaced the capacitor and checked the refrigerant in all 3 units i have. Finished the work on 30 minutes. AC is functional. The total cost including labor is around $220. He was very good at fixing the problem. I am very much satisfied with Majestic.

My son called on THU and said the A/C was not working. Had a local guy out on FRI (recommended by folks I knew from a close-by neighborhood) and they said the Blower Motor and Assembly (fan blades/squirrel cage) needed to be replaced. Sadly, this same blower motor (but not fan) was replaced just a year ago and now has already failed....and apparently damaged the fan as well. Took the advice of this new local company and had both replaced, for a figure in the four (4) digits (OUCH). Seemed to be working fine, but overnight that same night apparently my compressor also failed (or had it started failing already and caused the other issue.....will never know for sure). Unit is twelve (12) years old and I felt a bit betrayed by Carrier.....maybe I expect too much.
Had used a couple of different folks over the years but hadn't yet found anyone I felt confident in using as my permanent A/C service company. This new experience continued that trend. So, decided to have multiple service companies check out the entire situation and make recommendations about by best alternative(s).
Started with another local guy (recommended via Nextdoor); added a local company (recommended by Angie's List); added two large nationwide providers [Sears; Costco] via internet searches; finally added one additional vendor, Majestic A/C, based on the recommendation of a long-time friend, Dean, who lives close by (this friend is known to be "very thorough" in all his dealings so I really trust him). I previously had never heard of nor had dealings with Majestic A/C. They did not come up in my search options because they are based out of Spring and I am in Rosenberg.
All my appointments showed up on-time and were easy to work with. Not all felt a detailed inspection was necessary and just ran with the idea that my compressor was bad and needed replacement. Majestic first sent a technician (Ulices Gonzalez) in the AM who performed a thorough evaluation. Ulices also explained in detail what he was finding and information about how he was confirming that the diagnoses was in fact correct. The confirmation was in that my compressor was bad. What to do next?
I had been researching, if I had to replace the unit, what type of system should I consider....Single Stage [what I had now], Two (2) Stage, or Variable Stage? After looking into these, I was extremely confused. Ulices sent what he had discovered to Justin Tubbs, the Majestic A/C systems design consultant. Justin showed up the same evening (though having to travel from Spring) and did an evaluation of my home layout and existing system [a single five (5) ton unit instead of multiple smaller]. Justin reviewed the alternatives with me and fielded every question I raised with regard to what they had found and the impact of the potential choices.
Majestic A/C stood out for a number of reasons. They went further in the evaluation, noticing other things (which may have contributed to my problems thus far) that no other vendor had addressed, or thought to address. First, they pointed out that the size of my plenum was an issue because all the ducts were crammed together there was not proper spacing, causing a static pressure issue....and possibly contributing to the failure twice of the blower motor. Second, they discussed with me the advantages of a media filter. Third, they were aware of all possible Rebates I would be eligible for and they do all the paperwork and take the savings off the top of their bill....no waiting for checks in the mail.
Lastly, the cost of their proposals (Trane equipment) were less than the others I received. I went with the Variable Stage unit (better efficiency; humidity management) and was able to get it for less $$ than most of the other proposals offered for a Two (2) Stage solution. I decided against any further repairing of my Carrier unit because of the multiple failures and possible design flaw in it's installation.

Just want to tell the owner of Majestic A/C that in today's times, that is a huge benefit and great idea.

Majestic has always been a good company for conventional residential HVAC and glad that they have taken that mindset into the ductless systems. I would recommend anyone in the market for ductless, or looking for a company to handle the routine year check ups to give them a call.

I feel like finding a good HVAC technician is equivalent to finding a good mechanic. Hard to come by but once you find one, you better hang on to them. This summer I went through two different companies that were taking me for a ride with number of problems and excessive charges for warranty covered parts. I finally found Majestic through a referral from the Trane warranty department. Derrick came out the same day that a tech from another company told me I would need to replace the compressor. It took Derrick less than 30 minutes to fix my unit, save me thousands of dollars, and teach me a valuable lesson in being a smart consumer when it comes to A/C repair. I've learned a couple of lessons this summer: 1) It's Houston spend the money on routine maintenance for your unit much like oil changes or medical check ups. 2) Always make sure what people are telling you passes the smell test. 3) Be a smart consumer and eventually you will find someone that takes pride their work like Derrick and Majestic.
