We called and they quickly scheduled our appointment. Christian came out diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond to fix our heat before the cold hit!! He also was able to complete our system check up! He was polite, timely, considerate, knowledgeable and very clear about what was going on and what needed to be done. We arrived home from a weekend trip on Sunday and entered our home and it was extremely warm. Our AC unit stopped cooling our house after we just received a maintenance service about 2 month ago. We were very concerned. My husband contacted Airtron and within 45 minutes Gilbert arrived at our house. Even though we need a new damper, Gilbert renewed our air for a temporary fix in about an hour. Gilbert was very informative and focused on our immediate need to repair and protect our AC unit. AG and Tim did a great job inspecting and doing regular maintenance on our 2 units and advising us on things to watch out for and what we could do to extend the life of our systems. This was a new a/c unit and furnace pretty expensive carrier system. After the Christmas freeze the heat stopped working. I called AIRTRON of course something always breaks in a holiday and Everyone is closed. So, it was cold a second night. Tuesday 12/27/2022 they went out the technician Gilbert he did a great job and explained what took place. And he was able to correct the problem. The part was still good but was cockeyed and was not feeding properly, a manufacturer issue. He was able to correct the issue thank god. If not the part would Need to Be ordered and not sure when I would have heat again. Thank You Gilbert Great Job! Happy New Year!

Justin (estimator) was great to work with. Professional, thorough and very detailed. He answered every question and had a great attitude about it. My business was almost lost due to a prior bad experience with another technician but Justin more than made up for it and won me back. Great job! I need to also give kudos to the installation team. Miguel and his crew were on time, prepared and got the job done in a few hours. They were respectful and clean. They did not leave any clue major work had been done. Miguel also reviewed all details of the installation with me and made sure I knew how to work the thermostat before they left. Stellar job!

The Airtron technician Cristian did an excellent job of performing my quarterly maintenance on my unit. He discovered some bacteria buildup inside my unit in the attic. He recommended the IWave-R air cleaner which he came back to install. Also installed a flow switch for my containment pan. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to detail in his service which I appreciate. I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

Had the unfortunate experience of a pipe burst in my attic recently. Discovered it was definitely a pipe coming from the AC unit which caused significant water damage to a secondary bedroom. Airtron had their Team Member / AC Specialist, Michael H, here in no time. Michael was exceptional, triaged the issue, explained the needed repairs, and ensured the work was completed timely. Michael was professional and thorough. He was courteous enough to sweep the insulation which fell unto the floor from the attic after he completed his repairs. I, without reservation, recommend Airtron for all your HVAC needs.

When our system failed at a time when we couldn’t find anyone to come out right away, Airtron was able to send someone out within hours to take a look at our system. Rosalio Lopez, I think he goes by Leo, was very friendly and very informative. He found and fixed the problem, and then discussed their service plan, which would cover the existing problem as well as future issues. I was skeptical at first, but he has come back again, and serviced our system, finding a couple other issues, and took care of them right away. One of them even required a new part, but no additional charges were incurred because of our service plan. I am very pleased with it, and extremely pleased with Leo. It has been a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend Airtron and their service to anyone!

Gilbert was the repair technician who first looked at our system. Just as I thought, the 19 year old system needed to be replaced. Gilbert was friendly, and arrived quickly. He did suggest to repair the system but I thought it was better to get it replaced. He sent Justin to do the estimate. Justin arrived within a few hours and did an awesome job explaining how the new install of our AC/Heating system was to be done. He went over all the details, for the system and all costs involved. Justin was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Very knowledgeable, super friendly and gave us a quote within a couple of hours. Justin then had two technicians come early the next day to do the installation. Marco and Miguel showed up early next morning ready to do the install, both were friendly and professional. They finished in about 7 hours and did a great job. I have never been so satisfied with any company or person as I have with the employees from Air Tron. Oh and after checking with other AC/Heating companies the cost was pretty good too. By the end of the second day we had a totally new AC/Heating system. For someone who never writes reviews me and my wife are very happy with the service from Air Tron employees. After two 98 degree days in Houston we are now cool.

The 1st time, Airtron said there was no contact when my appointment came up. I did not hear from Airtron for over 1 month until I reached out to them for an explanation. I am not sure how that happened since myself and my roommate work from home 5 days a week and I answer all calls even without caller id. This mix up may costed my home builder some cash.

We had two issue with our A/C: second floor was never cooled down to the desired temperature (even when it's not hot outside) and condensate water blowing out (literally) from the top of the vent pipe on the drain line. Gilbert did a great job checking all the ducts and setting valves ('dumpers'?) to a required position so that airflow become balanced. It wa the second visit from the Airtron and previous technician couldn't find the issue, so I definitely recommend to ask for Gilbert to come if you have some serious problem with your A/C.

Christian came out after hours to fix our AC system. He was knowledgeable and understanding of the situation. He also diagnosed our little leak situation and personally offer to come fix that when needed. Edit: Now that the technician isn’t standing over my shoulder as I write this review, I can be more honest. This had been the second time the AC unit has conked out on us, the first time being just a few months prior in where they talked us into a monthly maintenance plan. The technician was nice and all but he basically admitted that their equipment breaks down often especially with the houses around our area and that it may also have something to do with power outages - we’ve lived in this house for over 5yrs now and the AC unit hadn’t been conking out until as of recently. To me it sounds like their equipment has no longevity. I’m editing this after the 3rd time their unit has conked out in less than a 6 month time span. Also in reference to last time when I mentioned the leak in the AC drain pipes, while the tech said he would personally come out and fix it, it would still be $250 as it is conveniently not covered under the monthly maintenance plan we’re already paying for.
