I was really satisfied with Mr,Perez he was very professional being so thoroughly with the job I wanted done in my attic, Luis's crew did an amazing job while I was at work they came in and out in 3 hrs, did what they were supposed to do and left a clean job. I'll be recommending air tech to family nd friends in need of service. Great job!!

EDIT: They actually responded and came out to view the problems. Evidently there was a personnel change and they are working on getting this resolved. They were extremely professional and did a very good job in their inspection. Will update after issues resolved. I went with this business and put a four unit Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system in about three years ago. Within 18 months the system began leaking. We called Elite Comfort out and they charged us $500.00 for service call, only to let us know that the company had been bought out and they no longer would service my home. We have since had several tech's out but cannot get the system to work correctly. I have been told that none of the pipe joints are welded or insulated/wrapped correctly. Now I have a very expensive system, exactly what they recommended, that cannot keep my home cool. Disappointed is an understatement.

MC Perez is an outstanding craftsman for HVAC systems. He was prompt, professional, cheerful and took pride in doing a great job. MC Perez came to and was very friendly and very helpful. He repaired our thermostat and also looked over our AC and suggested ways to extend the life of the unit. He introduced us to the monthly subscription which gives us two maintenance services a year as well as service calls and discounts. He was the biggest help and answered all our questions and was exactly what we needed for our ac needs. I highly recommend him and gladly give 5 stars!

Luis and his team were very personable and professional . They arrived 30 minutes early, came in and took care of their business. After they were finished, because I didn’t want to go into the attic, Luis showed me pictures of everything that was done. All-in-all, this was a good experience. My initial consultation with Mr. Perez was also an easy experience. I had contacted a couple of other companies to get help with my A/C but I was not satisfied with what they told me. Mr. Perez listened to my input, did a thorough inspection of my unit and was very precise in his explanation of things. I was very comfortable dealing with him. Great service

Amazing service! Our AC stopped cooling so we called our home warranty, they sent a tech out who said we had a leak and needed a new unit, leaks were not fully covered so we would of had to pay 3800.00. We had a bad feeling about the tech so we decided to get a second opinion. We are so happy that we called Air Tech of Humble! Our tech Dustin came out and did a full diagnostic that determined our unit was fine, no leaks and it was just a part that needed to be replaced…And that part was covered under the warranty! We are so grateful for Dustin’s expertise and professionalism he was thorough, courteous and best of all honest! Thanks Dustin for taking the time to check everything, you went above and beyond and definitely earned our future business for Air Tech and now we’re staying cool!

Luis and his crew came early to our scheduled appointment which was so nice. They were fast and efficient. The only negative thing I can say about the company, not Luis, was that my AC part was in stock Monday and Elite Comfort couldn’t install it until Friday. Luckily we had a cool front so it wasn’t too unpleasant. I think that’s an unacceptable wait time for my service. Otherwise I would give them a perfect rating.

Air Tech of Humble- Elite Comfort performed seasonal heating system checks on our two gas furnaces today. David Cuevas, their Service Tech, gets an A+. He arrived on time, was polite, explained what he was going to do, efficiently performed the checks, and explained his findings in a way I could easily understand. He answered all my questions and gave me some good pointers on what to expect in the coming years. ( Our units are running well for their age, but are 15+ years old). David also repaired the expansion valve on one of our A/C’s this past Spring. Did the same professional work on that job. Was fortunate to get him again today, I’ll ask for him specifically next time! Thank you for great service!

I was able to conveniently scheduled service for an AC tune up using the website without any issues. This was the first time I had requested service from Air Tech of Humble and Claudio was quick and thorough servicing the HVAC equipment and took and provided pictures showing the state of different components and serial numbers in case it is ever needed as supporting documentation for warranty claims. I am a first time homeowner and Claudio made sure I knew everything I needed to keep my AC working well with regular maintenance and service. I was satisfied with the service and signed up for their membership/service plan due to the great service Claudio provided.

Quarterly system checks are well worth the $15 a month. M.C, our technician, is the same each time we get inspected and he is very thorough, approachable, knowledgeable and professional. You can tell he's a straight shooter who's not going to recommend something you don't need, which goes a long way when it feels like so many companies are just trying to "make a buck" off of customers who aren't familiar with the equipment.

Elite Comfort was great, particularly the service technician, MC Perez! I came home at 8pm from a two week trip to discover that a power surge had fried my A/C unit’s control board. I called Elite Comfort and they sent MC the next day. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything. Every single person I spoke to was extremely friendly and professional. They came out around 10 pm last night (12/23) to help me get it running. I even received a call prior to the tech arriving to see if we could get it up and running, instead of having to pay the tech charge. They showed the utmost level of professionalism, friendliness, and honesty. That is refreshing with experiences I've had with other companies. I have had the pleasure of working with Joel C. and Chris G. although I wish it was under better circumstances. This all started from a new home HVAC causing my family and I odd symptoms such as allergies e.g. nasal congestion, sore throat, itchy eyes, nausea, and the list goes on. Joel C. found insulation in the blower and then glued it back down. He took a air quality test after that and the results were very concerning. Chris G. follow-up with us and did systems check and air quality check. This provided the documentation I needed to give to the builder in hopes they correct the issue soon. This is my second time using them, both on a Friday, and I can tel you that without a doubt these guys are the best in Houston. First off their ability to fit me in on a busy Friday afternoon was really terrific. Working with professionals is something that seems to be less common than not these days, and some situations demand professionals. MC and his crew installed three complete HVAC systems in my house over the last two days and I can’t believe the amount of craftsmanship displayed. From the thermostat to the outdoor units not a single mistake was made or corner cut. All wires, vents, hard lines, ducts were properly secured and routed and the care that was taken to keep the work space clean was impressive. All floors were protected at the start of work and vacuumed at days end. MC and Louis were more then happy to answer my questions and I never felt they were blowing smoke to make me go away. This review is long over due and I happily give Elite/Air Tech of Houston 5 stars but waited to do so due to unusual circumstances. First, I bought a small home in Humble knowing the HVAC system had to be replaced. Elite dismantled and installed all new duct work and an all new HVAV system that also included a mini-split unit. The system worked, but not quite right. Not as it should. I purchased a Mitsubishi/Trane unit and know them to be great units from past experience. Elite came out for my twice a year maintenance and a couple more times the first year when I’d call to say it wasn’t cooling just as it should. Nothing was detected to be wrong. Then we got that bad freeze last year and the house just wasn’t warming up. We had to use space heaters. Elite came out and got the heat running but again, after a few days it wasn’t working as it should. It was consistently inconsistent. No longer were the technicians coming and leaving within an hour. They were now performing diagnostic testing on the units for 4-6 hours at a time and bringing with them Mitsubishi technicians. I unfortunately got a defective unit and it took multiple visits from Elite-Air Tech of Houston, Mitsubishi and Trane technicians, along with replacing 2 different computer boards, to finally determine that the inside unit had to be replaced. That said, Elite was extremely professional and was really great at communicating with me throughout the entire process AND once the final decision was made that the inside unit needed to be replaced, Elite didn’t wait for the manufacturer to uphold their warranty, ELITE WENT AHEAD AND ORDERED A NEW UNIT AND INSTALLED IT so I, the customer, did not have to wait any longer for a 100% working unit. I have no doubt that it would have taken additional weeks if I would have had to wait for the manufacturer to swap out the unit. I am happy to say all is working well and I highly recommend Elite/Air Tech of Houston for your HVAC needs.

I called Elite Comfort on a Saturday afternoon and they were at my house within a few hours. Checked my AC and went over my problems and fixes required. They also recommended alternatives for a new system due to the age of mine. Set up appointment for a Comfort Specialist for that evening. Comfort Specialist offered several options but no pressure at all. Ended up buying a complete Trane Variable Speed system and could not be happier. The Install was completed a few days later. Install guys were neat and clean and informed me with what they were going to be working on. The instal was flawless. These guys are very contentious as to the instalation neatness of the equipment, lines, and even the mastic applications. They also cleaned my floors and removed all trash at the end of the install. Included with the install is a quality audit two weeks after install. The warranties are long term. I am very satisfied with the selection of a variable speed system. Very happy that I can control the humidity level in my home. That makes a huge difference in the comfort level in my home and actually lets me set my temperature up by 2 degrees. If you need any HVAC maintenance service or a replacement, I highly recommend Elite Comfort. Update, Just had my followup appointment mentioned to check my heater after the instalation this summer. Everything is working well and very pleased with the update from David. If you need any type of HVAC service, give Elite Comfort a call. Update MC Perez just performed my scheduled service. What a pleasure talking with him. He was on time, polite, and put on booties to keep my home clean. Checked my systems out upstairs and out door units in a timely manor. Absolutely amazed with their knowledge of HVAC systems. As Mike my tech looked over my system, he was already pretty confident what the issue was but still checked to verify and show me. He continued to look through my system and pointed out other issues that I may be having. The one main issue he pointed out, while explaining why it was an issue turned out to be exactly why I have continually had holes popping in coils over the years and this replacement system was only 7 years old. Previous system kept popping holes also. He checked to see if my coils were under warranty, which it was. Previous company I called at the end of last summer didn’t even look into the system, just assumed the issue (he would have been correct) never checked for warranty and quoted me a repair number and was gone. Mike sent me multiple quotes, the make it work, the good, the better and the best for my system and I was able to pick what I felt I needed and wanted. I went with the good which also addressed my continual issue I’ve had over the years which shockingly was only $400 more than the quote I received from the other company which only consisted of “make it work”. I would highly recommend you letting them look over your entire system. Sure you may think it’s just a money grab, but I’ll say if I avoid my previous issues, it’ll be a money grab WELL WORTH IT for me for years to come with only a $400 difference in two quotes and a scope of work miles apart!! Also all the techs workers super friendly, efficient, clean working and definitely communicate with the main tech with the scope of work being performed. Five stars plus ⭐️

He explained everything in detail and what he recommended to get repaired or replaced. He didn't force a whole new unit down my throat like other big companies have done. I had to call Elite Comfort back, because my system refuses to die in one full effort. It has chosen to lose a part here and lose a part there. So I had to call them out on a Sunday. Once again the problem was fixed, and a full replacement was scheduled. The technician explained everything in detail. Why the old problems existed and why the new ones developed. Really interesting to learn your builder only tied in about half the system, and the home inspector missed it too. Anyways. Always professional and polite. Looking forward to the new system so I don’t have to watch my thermostat creep up every day.

Luckily my equipment was still under manufacturer’s warranty. Doug came back out today and installed the motor with zero issues and had everything running as it should. 03/25/22 - around 7pm I noticed my ac was not coming on. Had 2 error messages. I called Elite and they contacted their on call tech to come out. It is hard to find companies and people who create value. I was fortunate to find Elite Comfort Home and Commercial Services. MC Perez was my tech who did an excellent job finding and repairing my Freon leak. I appreciated his attention to detail as well as keeping me advised as he worked through the repair process, confirming the leak was repaired and the system was charged back to optimum Freon level. I was so impressed with Elite that I signed up for their twice years maintenance plan. Highly recommend Elite Comfort and MC Perez. Update August 2, 2021. Comfort…we have a problem…..system is not cooling. Because we had a second Freon leak develop on the same system serviced by MC Perez. Elite sent over a three technicians to investigate this new issue. Luis Sandoval led this team of troubleshooters. They repaired a Freon on the smaller freon return line in the attic. When testing that repair with nitrogen, Luis noticed a very small leak remained, he knew his repair as well as MC’s repair was not the problem, he reached out to his manager, Luis had two choices, go into the coil to determine if the leak was there or cut and cap and isolate the three components of the system, coil, Freon lines and condenser and retest each one. Luis opened the coil…you could hear the leak once the coil cover was off. It was on a very small tubular line that was connected to the main coil lines. I was not happy with the prospect of replacing the coil over a 1/8” line. Luis said he would attempt to repair it. I was pleasantly surprised to watch him do just that. He repaired the very small line, retested with nitrogen, then did a negative test (vacuum). Both tests were successful, the system was charged again with Freon. I was extremely pleased! They finished cleaning up their tools and equipment, I was asked to sign the bill…..it was a no charge. Another home run for these guys! I highly recommend Elite Comfort Home and Commercial Services. They will my first call and first recommendation for HVAC services.

He was polite and explained everything. Turns out a switch in the attic needed to be flipped. That's all. David said he didn't feel right charging me for just a switch! Hiw thoughtful and totally made a long hot exhausting day better. Will always use them and recommend them to anyone.

We can’t say enough great things about Elite Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating. We have used them for the past 5 years whenever we needed a repair or cleaning. The time came to replace one of our AC units and we called them right away. They gave us many options and educated us on what we needed and what we didn’t need. They came to instal a few days later with an amazing crew. They were so professional. Cleaned up any small mess, worked hard and efficiently and explained everything they did and showed us things they had replaced and repaired. Mike was very straight forward about repairs that could be needed, while walking through all the readings and manufacturers ranges. He did not try pushing repairs, but suggested some of the items may fall outside of manufacturers range shortly, though he can’t say rather it will be 1 week, 1 year or longer. Just have to say, I used the company 3 times and they have always been amazing and fast. I recommend them to anyone.

Having interacted with several of their techs, I truly believe Elite is out to make long-term customers, and not a quick buck. 8/23/2020, Sunday evening I notice we have an issue so I call and someone was here within the hour. Their techs are always very professional and courteous. Update: 11/15/2019, had my heater serviced today. I really appreciate the tentativeness and the technicians are really nice. Thank you for doing such a great job! Didn't like spending the money (even though they are reasonable) but, who does?Technician came out even though it was late (10pm with no after hours cost) just to clear the drain that was backing up into my sink and about to flood my 2nd story bathroom. Our unit stopped working about 2 hours after the repair person sent by our warranty company left. I called the warranty company for emergency service and was told they sent email and text and called them. Person answering the phone at the first visit hung up on them and when they tried to call back got no answer. I started searching for a company after being told my emergency would be taken care of on Monday. Saw Elite had a 5.0 rating, called them, was given a time and they stayed true to their promised. They sent a picture of tech and 15 mins after Michael got here my unit was working. He checked for the cause of the problem and repaired it. Very very very reasonably priced also for weekend emergency service. Janelle is a ruby, Michael is a diamond. It was a very pleasant experience with Elite Comfort Home and Commercial Services. Everything they promised was delivered as promised. Even though they don't work with a warranty company I will be using them for our yearly checkups. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My 16 year old A/C system stopped cooling on a Friday evening. I called the following Saturday to ask for an appointment on one of the upcoming weekdays. They promised to call me back and set an appointment. By Tuesday afternoon, they had not called, so I called them back. Apparently all my information was lost, but they set an appointment for the following day. On Wednesday morning, the technician, RC Perez, arrived at the agreed upon time. I found him to be extremely professional, friendly, and informative. We discuss the symptoms I had observed. I suggested a possible problem (bad startup capacitor) and he said that it was most likely the culprit but would check out everything due to its age. He was very thorough. He explained everything along the way. Indeed the startup capacitor had gone bad. He immediately quoted me a price. I felt it was fair and approved the repair. He had a replacement capacitor on hand and got the system running. The, he also tested the health of the compressor, the refrigerant charge, the evaporator, the blower motor, checked for mold/fungal contamination and cleaned out our condensate drain lines. All for no additional charge. Afterward, he discussed all the issues he found, and where things would start failing. Knowing a little about residential HVAC, I found his assessment to be complete, fair and honest. He also suggested quite a few modern upgrades. I have not yet agreed to replace anything, but Elite Comfort will be the first company I contact when I get ready to do so. Other than the initial scheduling issue, I found them to provide excellent customer service.

Elite Comfort just completed installing two new AC/furnace units. I was very impressed. I had read that quality of the installation is as important as the equipment chosen, and after this job, it became clear why that is so. Compared to two other (reputable) companies who bid the project, Chris (part owner, so has a personal stake in my being satisfied) appeared more knowledgeable and thorough. We negotiated a fair (based on other bids for comparable equipment) price, and the job was promptly done. Chris was present at the start and ensured the crews knew the details of the job. The crews were outstanding, knowledgeable and innovative in solving issues arising in the redesign/installation, many of which had resulted from shortcuts that had been taken when the house was built. They were also friendly and meticulous (thorough and did not rush), answered all my questions, and were obviously well-trained and supervised. Chris came the next day to inspect and answer questions. I will definitely stick with this company for maintenance and strongly recommend it.

My technician, David R., arrived on time and immediately begin to assess the issue. Elite Comfort recently replaced my old AC with a brand new unit. They came to my house first to diagnose the problem. It ended up being a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coils. They showed me exactly where the leak was at and explained why it could not be repaired. The replacement went well (thanks to Jorge father & son). There was a minor wiring issue at the end, and one of their experts (Mario) came and was able to fix it diligently. The installation was done with the utmost professionalism and expertise.
