From start to finish this company showed the highest level of professionalism. I contacted them on yelp and received a quick reply from them to set up on site inspection. After the inspection I got multiple quotes from them on various AC options. Once I confirmed my central AC package Standard Air removed my old unit and installed my new unit within the same day. They did a super clean install, honestly exceeded my expectations. I would totally use them again to install another Bosch AC once my other old unit stops working. Just a FYI but I contacted two other companies on yelp that came out to my home for inspection. One of them actually never gave me a quote even though they told me I should get one after 48 hours and I contacted them twice about the quote. The other company’s quote was over $2000 more expensive. Standard Air is the way to go and completely satisfied with the entire interaction. My main contact during this project was Spencer and he provide phenomenal service thank you Spencer.

Professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, efficient, quality work, great price. A/C was running warm, leaking and icing at top because we were negligent in having it serviced. We thought we could get by with keeping our outdoor unit clean and removable filters rinsed – no, there is a nice petri dish that you can’t see unless you take apart the a/c. Husb was going to call a company seen on commercials. I asked him to do his homework first – read company reviews online. After a few minutes on the iPad he said, “Standard Air has good reviews.” SA staff who answered was very pleasant and helpful and set up an assessment appointment. Palani did the assessment and was so accommodating in scheduling the big clean-up outside of their normal business hours to work around date/time one of us would be home. Re the main appointment, Palani was professional, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient and did quality work at a great price (impressed I used all words at top in one sentence?). Now, a/c is running so well, we don’t have to run the window unit a/c in another room to be comfortable. So thankful for great company. I now have repeating, annual reminder on my calendar to contact Standard Air for maintenance cleaning. Mahalo!

Standard Air installed our split unit. This unit replace our old one. They did a very professional job with the installation, quick and efficient. This unit with the newer technologies, uses less power which saves us money on our electric bill. I also called them to service the equipment after one year. They again did a great job.

After evaluating several companies online, and being satisfied with the quality and prices of the company, I had all my contacts with Palani. He called me back within a few hours of my call and answered satisfactorily all my questions about the work he would be doing. Later he was kind enough to precisely describe location and features of the units on the floor maps I provided and then sent to us a very detailed proposal with a minute description of the material and costs. On several phone calls, he was always very personable, responsive and professional. He came twice to our house in construction, first to discuss details with the contractor and then to install the "line sets". This job was done at the agreed upon time very efficiently. He and his team were very focused, meticulous and pleasant with us and the contractors. We are very happy with the job up to this point and welcome its conclusion when the house will be ready for the final installation. We are also happy to strongly endorse this company.

Standard Air was excellent...everything went according plan ... Palani and company was very courteous and efficient during installation. They were very patient and thorough, I would definitely recommend them!! Due to some home renovation I called Standard Air to move an A/C compressor they installed about a year ago. Palani responded in a hour and moved the compressor the next day...outstanding service to help me meet my construction schedule. Even more amazing, he didn't charge me!! I usually don’t write reviews but I feel everyone needs to find out about Palani and Standard Air. After many unreturned calls and far away appointments from other companies (even the one that we did regular maintenance with), it was such a blessing g to find Palani. He was the only company that offered me answers during my initial call, came out on a Saturday to do an estimate (only 2 days after I contacted him) and less than a week later installed our air conditioner which we are enjoying and so thankful for as our house is like a oven. All they the process he would respond immediately to my emails, is very professional, and you know immediately that you can trust him. Another plus that I loved was the email a and text alerts confirming our appointment times and when they would be arriving to our house. On the day of the estimate and install they arrived right on time and worked very hard all the way thru. Palani and Standard Air are exceptional in everything that they do....oh no...now my secret is out.

We had interviewed a total of 5 various AC companies and Standard Air was the number one choice. We found Standard Air through yelp and Spencer our estimator responded quickly with a time and date. Standard air was not only the most detailed they were the most reasonably priced. Spencer came in and out fairly quickly compared to other companies. He was very efficient and knew exactly what to look for. He gave us some ideas of placement and mounting. After our initial meeting, he provided us a detailed quote breaking down the cost for each unit, labor, and electrician fees. Unlike their competitors, no one provided this much detail. I also really appreciated the additional information regarding the Fujitsu and Mitsubishi units. This is our first time installing air conditioning and providing us this information allowed us to be more confident in our choice. Throughout the process, Spencer was always very responsive with our questions and they even had an earlier opening for installation. During the installation process, Palani and his team was very knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. We installed a total of 4 split units and 2 compressors. The entire process took a total of 4 hours which with the amount of units and compressors (one mounted) was super vast. Palani walked me through the various units showing me all the various functions. Our overall experience is great and would highly recommend them to anyone that is needed installation.

My units are cleaned and ready for summer 2022. For the second year I am delighted. I will call them next year to service my four units.

Palani and the 2 Scott's installed 4 split AC units into my home and serviced 2 older units about a year ago. They did a fantastic job! The installation was efficient and clean. And the service he did for an older unit got it up and running which saved me money on purchasing a new one. Since the installation I called Palani a few times to troubleshoot one of my units. He was very accommodating...even came back to make sure the AC was running. Palani is very responsive, personable, and very easy to communicate with. He called me back right away and replied to every emailed question promptly. Before giving away the last of Palani's business cards, I took a picture of it and have probably sent it out to at least 20 people. He's fantastic!

Standard Air, Palani to be specific, provides absolutely superior service. I had a problem with my Fujitsu split AC. Had a small part broken and needed replacement. Warranty was still intact and tried to get the original installer to replace the broken part. After unsuccessfully reaching him (no answer, only could leave message and most importantly, never received a call back). After several unsuccesful attempts, contacted Standard Air and Palani squeezed me in his schedule to replace the broken part. Attitude, professionalism, customer service, and more all outstanding. If you need assistance, he is the one to call.
