Neil is efficient, effective and reliable. It's rare to get a callback from air conditioning companies during their busy season in summer. Moreover, Neil accommodated my install within 2 days. I was shocked at the speed and efficiency that he was able to schedule my install. He also followed through on everything he said he'd do. The installation team was professional, efficient and really friendly. They installed my AC quick. They were also early to my appointment and despite a small misunderstanding with my phone number, they were tenacious in contacting me. The installation was a very pleasant experience. I will definitely be using this company again to service my air conditioner and for future purchases.

Out of 3 quotes, Aire Conditioner Shoppe came out comparable. I liked the fact that they had an in-house electrician that could do the job which was factored into the quote. Other quotes required your own due diligence to get an electrician to do their part for the install. A team came out and installed 3 outdoor and 4 indoor units within half a day. The lead was very accommodating to what I needed. I told him I would be replacing all the window trims so he was able to work around that idea to make the install work. Any issues they ran into, they brought to my attention which they had recommendations for. Definitely recommend this business for any HVAC work.

I replaced our 18 year old AC with a Mitsubishi. The crew arrived on time and removed the old unit, installed the new one and cleaned up and removed all the trash. They answered our questions and provided information on the use, care and upkeep of the new unit. This unit runs very quiet.

Alex, Zion, and the crew came out to install 4 9k split units for our hale in the desert of Ewa. They did a Great Job, each guy did their share of the work, very efficient, professional, and hospitable crew. Only in Hawaii, you have guys that act like neighbors or nephews and get the job done right because they care! Our Ohana really appreciate their hard work to bring “cool quality of life” to our family…for the second time! Yes…We had Neil Wiedeman’s crew come out and put in a 24k split unit (high sere) in the summer of 2019, it’s been pumping ever since. My cousin sent us to Aire Conditioner Shoppe, because she used them to service their AC units at her store in town.

I would hire these guys again. Neil, can be succinct on the phone, but I personally like doing business that way. He gets right to the point and gives you a great price. Kua is just awesome. He is the rep that came out to give me a quote and lookout the job. He is super friendly and will give you extremely sound advice. The guys who installed the system I loved. They were great and I would have them back any day. They showed up when they said they would, they installed the system fast and they were fun to be around. The only constructive criticism I would have is that they left the house a mess. Any contractor knows that you clean your job site after you finish your work. If you are going to bore a 4 inch hole in someone's wall it is really, really easy to hold a shop vac extension up to the wall while you drill the hole so that it doesn't create a mess. There was saw dust, plaster particulate and dried paint everywhere. It was in every crevice. It took me 3 hours to clean it properly and its not clean. It would have taken one guy holding a vacuum attachment up as the hole was being drilled to avoid that. That 2 minutes of time for each hole would have avoided a lot of work. So, HIRE THESE GUYS, they are awesome, but tell them to bring a vacuum! I would hire them again tomorrow with no questions asked.

Recently had an air conditioner replaced by Monty and his two team members. They were all very polite and did a nice job installing the a.c. Monty was extremely helpful w/every question and concern I had and hopefully remains with this company for many more years, as he is the light shiner that makes up for some other deficient areas at this company. To Neil (owner?) who answers the phone. It would behoove you to hire a receptionist as customer service/phone etiquette is NOT your forte. Stay within your God given talents and may God bless you abundantly in every good thing.

We had split units installed about 15 yrs ago and they did a great job. 1 of our units stopped working. With the heat and my medical issues, we decided to replace the unit with the same company. To date, I've had two separate split A/C units installed in our house. One unit in 2008, the other in 2010. Both have worked flawlessly and I've done nothing more than blow them out with some low-pressure compressed air and put a few moth balls inside the grating to help keep the geckos out. I will be installing a third unit later this fall, and already know I will be contacting the Aire Conditioner Shoppe once again. Mahalo!

Had my AC for over twelve years and it recently began to operate out of the ordinary. I called the AC shoppe and they immediately sent out a repair man. Come to find because of improper cleaning on my part the filters were clogged. The gentleman cleared the blockage at no charge and it’s functioning exceptionally again. Over 12 years and still this quality customer care—incredible. AC Shoppe is a fantastic local company that still embodies the classic aloha spirit.
