I had a serious problem with having my furnace stop working in the middle of the winter. Ugo and the team came through for me very quickly. I had a new furnace and heat in about a day. Thanks to the entire team. Thats from the office personal that help me setup the appointment to the installers. If you have HVAC problems call Ugo.

Two servicemen arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the heating system for our new home. They changed the filter and patiently answered all of our questions. They took a quick look at the hot water heater and recommended replacement as there was some corrosion. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company!

Very friendly people and lightning fast service. I called in the morning about having a humidifier installed on our heating system. A technician was at our house by early afternoon the same day! I was able to make an appointment very quickly due to a cancellation, Mark came out and he was very friendly to me and my yappy little guard dog. He did maintenance on my heater and checked over my hot water heater. I did not know at the time that service should be done each year. I think my heater was extra dirty, but Mark took good care of it. The office staff were also lovely. I would highly recommend UGO DiGarzia Heating Inc.

My water heater bit the dust one night and I immediately picked up the phone and dialed UG0911.- OK… That’s not a real number but I did call UGO because I completely trust them. I called at seven and by 706 I received a return call… And they came to my home the next morning 8:30 AM and the install is complete by 11:30 AM… Simply amazing service. I’ve used them on several occasions going back to 1997… I’ve had furnaces installed by them AC systems installed by them, and now a water heater… They do superb work, always on time, always professional, and always always fair pricing. The customer service at this place is phenomenal… I highly recommend definitely five stars, if not more.

I am in the process of purchasing a new conditioner from them and I asked if they could do something in the meantime. She asked if I would like her to send the technician over with window Fans. Ugo’s team is second to none. They installed AC in my 120 year old home that is more like a museum than a house. His team was beyond top professionals, they were caring by involving us in decisions about installations of units, the routing of duct work and where to locate vents and defuser holes in every room. They arrived when they were scheduled. Very conscientious about protecting our floors and keeping everything clean. They left after less than 2 hours, when we expected them to be there all day, without a clear explanation. Later learned, they had to go back to the shop to fabricate a couple parts they needed. Ugo DiGrazia's response is always quick and thorough. Staff are highly trained and have quick problem solving response. We changed from oil to gas about 7 years ago. The coordination of services was amazing as there was asbestos that needed to be removed and an oil tank. The boiler is an incredible machine. It heats promptly and is better for the environment. Over the years we continue to rely on Ugo expert maintenance of the boiler. They are on standby all year to assist their customers.

The owner Ugo is so personable and takes the time to explain everything that needs to be done. I could tell he knows his stuff! A business his father started in Italy many years ago. Many times, you have the congenial front man and then the actual workers show up and they seem unhappy in their jobs, even intimidating. Not so with Ugo Di Grazia. Ugo was very professional, knowledgeable and up to date on local code. He satisfied and elaborated on all our questions. Leadership is top down and it is reflected in the technicians. They were friendly, neat, and efficient. Andrew, who has been with the company for decades is obviously an expert.They are also certified in the manufacturer's line they carry. The systems are complex so it is important. Some contractors offered to get any brand we wanted. It was a Christmas miracle to get the emergency replacement of our furnace and water heater in time for the holiday. The exceeded all our expectations.

This HVAC company is used by several of my neighbors and was highly recommended. The office made appointments and the workers showed up every time. Staff was friendly, polite, professional. The workers wore masks due to Covid and placed tarp over floors or wore ‘booties’ over shoes. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

They installed the exact system that we needed; and now we are in the second heat wave of 2021 and are able to live in a house that is well air conditioned. My new AC was scheduled to be installed on Wed., August 5th, but Connecticut experienced a tropical storm the day prior leaving thousands without electricity. I assumed Wed. was then out of the question, but to my complete surprise, Ugo’s crew arrived with a generator and worked tirelessly in 90+ degree heat to complete the install.
