I had a pipe break in the middle of the night. They walked me through on how to turn off the water supply. The next morning they arrived at my house to fix the pipe. Within 24hrs my heat was operational again! They work very fast and the pricing is fair.

They installed our mini split system and I’ve always said that the only way you ever know just how good a company is, is by how they handle problems. We had a valve malfunction- which was a hard diagnostic and repair. The entire staff has been above and beyond communicative, has fought for us with the manufacturer and was at my house as many times as needed to make things right. Our system is functioning perfectly, and I know that should anything have a problem, Dom and the whole team have our backs. I cannot recommend them more highly!

We had an emergency with our steam boiler in the middle of the night and couldn’t get the water to stop leaking. We searched Google for 24/7 repair near us and came across AireServ. I had no idea if we’d even be able to talk to someone but we received a call back from a technician, Dan, shortly after reaching out. This was after several attempts to other companies who were not very helpful. Dan talked us through an immediate solution so we could get to sleep and was at our house first thing in the morning, at the time he stated on the phone. He was prompt and thorough and truly a lifesaver with two kids at home! We will certainly be using AireServ for our annual maintenance needs and hopefully Dan again, he was extremely helpful and professional, not always easy to come by!

Excellent service that you can trust. I recently used Aire Serv of North Central Connecticut, and I am glad that I did so. Daniel showed up exactly on time, and I knew that from a courtesy text letting me know he was on his way. While there Daniel was friendly, efficient, and happy to share what he knew. Moving into a space with Gas heat (always been oil systems) it was great to learn the differences and what the best practices were. The cleaning and inspection were thorough; checking every wire, thermostat and connection to make sure things looked good. The overall experience was excellent and I will be a customer as long as they keep this level of service up! There is a reason they are rated so high when most service companies have horror stories. Straightforward, honest, and great work ethic.

Dan and Connor came over and within an hour diagnosed and fixed our gas boiler, which was not circulating water to allow the system to heat our house. We had another company come out right before them and they quoted us $15K for a replacement boiler without even diagnosing the issue or trying to fix the boiler first. The first company’s technician even sent me pictures that we don’t even believe were of our boiler. It just felt like a scam. In comes Aireserv to save the day. Their techs were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They didn’t try to upsell me, scare me, or push me into buying something I don’t need. Our house is now nice and warm and the couldn’t be happier with the service. Dan especially is a great guy and I will be maintaining my boiler with their services in the future!

As a new customer with a central air repair emergency in the middle of a heatwave, I called in the morning to try and book a same day appointment. The scheduler was professional and overall helpful taking time to answer my questions. I received a mid day appointment time. I was notified by text message that the repair technicians were on the way. The technicians arrived on time and both were friendly, knowledgeable and provided superior service. The repairs took under 45 minutes and the air was back up and running. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly save as a first call for future service and repairs. Hot water heater stopped working on a Saturday. Mike called back right away (was on another svc call) and came within a few hours. He asked the right questions, checked everything atep by step and was able to find and fix the issue without replacing the unit. Yay!! Excellent service. Awesome results. We have an issue that required us to move our central air unit away from an area that would be having major repair work on our home. After unsuccessful attempts with Home Advisor suggested groups, I contacted Aire Serv late on Sunday, 12/5 and left a message looking for help. I received an email from Casey on Monday morning stating that they could have someone come out to review the work we needed, and within 2 hours we had an appointment set up for the next day, early afternoon. I received a call mid-morning from their technician, Domenic, an he said that he was on his way. He reviewed what we needed done with my wife and he answered all questions and gave her some suggestions to our project. We got an appointment for the following Tuesday for the work to be started. Domenic arrived and proceeded to get everything done for us so we can complete our other major project. He even mentioned to my wife that there was a part that did not need to be replaced when we get to the re-installing and save us a few $$$. Once this is completed, the second part of this project with Aire Serv can be completed. So, a great find for us as we have found a company that has helped us in a quick manner and has great people. We are customers with this group going forward and we thank you for everything done to date on our projects!!!

They were very pleasant to deal with. When things didn’t work out the way expected they were very apologetic and nice about it. Every person I talked to apologized about it so I could tell it was genuine and not them just saying it because they have to which definitely showed that they actual care about their customers. It honestly made me feel better about not getting what I originally wanted to be honest. But they did install my mini split which I was unsure about but it looks good and they took the time to show me how it works. And even the office was really nice too! This company helped us out a few years ago when it was New Year’s Eve, below zero and our furnace went out. We were so thankful. When we wanted to install ductless mini splits they were our first call. The price was spot on and there wasn’t any high pressure sales pitch. Simple and informative. Aire Serve installed mini split a/c at our house in June. Ironically, they were installing on two of the hottest days of the summer and I felt bad that they were out there in such intense heat all day. However, despite the challenging weather, the a/c was installed correctly and it has been working great. They were excellent to work with the whole time, from Karen in the office, to AJ helping us decide where to put the units, to Dominic and his crew. They were very responsive and professional. Unlike some of the other companies, they were able to do both floor mounts and wall mounts so we were able to do a floor mount in our living room and wall mounts in the bedrooms. We had gotten quotes from three companies and theirs was the most competitive and they seemed most knowledgeable (One other company was slightly cheaper, but they didn't measure the rooms and only offered wall mounts). We have been using our new a/c a lot since June and it has been working as promised and is super quiet. We would definitely recommend them.

A few days before Christmas the boiler for my rental kept shutting off. I called Aireserv around 10 am and explained the issue I was having. Two Technicians arrived around 11:30 they tested the controller and found out it was not working . They told me how much it was going to cost to fix it. An hour later it was working. I found the Techs to be polite and proficient. I was pleased with their work.

Heat kicked off in the middle of the night. Called AireSirve in the morning and they had a technician (Domenic) out by noon. He did a quick check of my furnace, did some maintenance, re-lit the pilot, changed the filter and had me up and running in no time. On July 20th my AC died and I called Harp. Harp installed my furnace about 3 years ago. Harp was very nice and said they could be out on August 13. I said the temperature is over 90 degrees every day, you can't be out any earlier? They said they might have a cancellation and if they did they would call. I then called Aire Serv and they had a tech out the next day to troubleshoot. The tech was Domenic and he was very nice, very professional, and wore a mask. Domnenic determined it was the compressor and showed me how he determined that. Aire Tech ordered the compressor the next day and came out the day after to install it. Domenic got right to work and I was able to enjoy cooling air that day. Kudos to Domenic and Aire Serv for coming out and getting this done quickly. My Aunt is 80 years old and has breathing issues so getting this done as quickly as they did was incredible. I will take 3 days over 3 weeks any day!!!! Thank you so much Domenic and Aire Serv!!!

Aire Serv will be my go to company as long as they will service where I live. One night my furnace broke around 1:30am. I called the company and the tech got back to me in great time. After hearing my concern the man told me I can come out and charge you but I don’t have the part you need. Let me grab the part and come see you in the morning. And sure enough what he thought the issue was was the issue. And the part he needed he grabbed right away before he came to help us. The first time I ever called him, he helped me troubleshoot the problem over the phone (I just had to push the metal door in further). We live in an early 19th Century house and putting in air conditioning is a challenge. We could not do central air because there is no room for duct work and we didn't want the house to look like a restaurant with the split units above. Air Serve to the rescue. They completely understood the challenge and our desire to preserve the historic house as much as possible on the inside and outside. They worked with our contractor and electrician for a timely and efficient installation. We had called 5 HVAC people before them and Air Serv by far exceeded our expectations for design, implementation, and price.
