At last, I came to In-Tuned Home Appliances and finally I got to speak to a real person. The woman on the phone was great. She helped me schedule an appointment for the next morning. Soon after I hung up, the phone rang and it was Farin, the technician, asking if he could come by right away because he had an opening. He was very professional and really thorough when checking our gas range. He even helped us with our dishwasher too. I used in tuned to repair my fridge I called them and the guy who told me 5yrs ago my compressor went out was the same guy that came to fix it. He was professional and remembered me even though it took me 5 years to fix it. The repair man told me to have sears come fix it since it was under warranty which I didn't know but I wanted and needed it fixed sooner than later. The price difference was minimal anyways due to paying for labor with sears was 500 plus tax. They came and fixed it with only a 5day wait sears was 15 just to look at it. All in all highly recommended will deff use them again.

We called b/c our A/C was not cooling the house (on a very hot summer day) and were able to get an appt the next morning, however we noticed that the temperature was rising quickly and called back to see if anyone could possibly come the same day. The items in my freezer were thawing out, although it was still working sluggishly. I called In-Tuned on Monday and they scheduled a service call for Wednesday. Late that Monday afternoon, Farin called and said he was in the area if I wanted him to come out now. He showed up promptly and worked efficiently. In-Tuned Home Appliances, LLC was a great refrigerator repair service choice for our refrigerator issues. Put in a request through Home Advisor and In-Tuned Home Appliances, LLC contacted me the same day and came out to repair my refrigerator the next day. They were very prompt and they provided great customer service support. The service technician also waited a little bit for me to come home from my job and squeezed me into his schedule for my refrigerator to be repaired. Thanks for hooking us up with a working refrigerator guys!! Update **January 2023** In-Tuned Home Appliances, LLC Came out to take a look at my refrigerator. Come to find out, the evaporator went out on my fridge. The cost to replace it was $680 but it is a Samsung refrigerator and from what I was told that Samsung refrigerator parts are hard to get and they’re almost always out of stock or are on back order so needless to say I declined getting my Samsung refrigerator fixed and got me a replacement refrigerator. The repairman was pretty cool and knowledgeable and explained everything to me thoroughly without trying to sell me on buying the part for the fridge. My only complaint is that it cost $95 just for him to come take a look at my fridge but I understand that cost could be due to the cost of the price of gas and the economy going up.

First of all I’m an ex smoker and don’t like the smell of smoke and I immediately smelled smoke as soon as the young man entered my home. Next the gentleman said he tried to get a hold of me to tell me they don’t fix microwave ovens but he’d look at it anyway. He found the problem which was a $5 fuse in which he didn’t have any of, told me what I needed, put the microwave together and still charged me the $85 flat rate fee. It was the business thing to do. But, I had a Plummer come in a while back and he dealt with a similar situation with the toilet but told me what I needed and needed to do because it was a simple fix and it didn’t take much of his time, and he didn’t charge me a cent. Just saying. My opinion.

I called In-Tune in the morning that my washing machine would not spin. They said they could not come until the next day, but would call if sooner. I got a call about 2 hours latter that they would be there in about 1 hour. The service tech checked the washer and had to order a part witch would be in in a day or two. The part arrived in two days and they came and installed it. Works great. Great service and response. If I need service in the future I will call and recommend In-Tune. Thank You very much.

I had an appointment scheduled for March 25, 2021 and Farin called me on the 23rd, not really sure why, maybe to reschedule my appt. It was my GE washing machine that wouldn't fill with water but I managed to get it to work on the bulky setting so I told him what I did and asked him if that was normal for a HE washer to malfunction like it did and he explained to me what the issue most likely was and I haven't tried his recommendation yet but I thanked him for explaining to me the issue and commended him on excellent customer service. He didn't have to tell me anything but chose to help me out and I truly appreciate his help and honesty and will use him for any future appliance repairs I may have! Thank you Farin!

We have used this service for a few years. It has grown, and the communication and service is good. My only issue was with the technician sent out this week. Unfortunately, his unprofessional attitude started on the phone. When he was at my home, he put a hard sell on me, condescended to me, and when making small talk about the pandemic and the vaccine, made a comment about “one world government”...Farrin is a wonderful, hardworking young man who is building a very well run company. The technician sent here may be able, but professionally, he is not up to the In-Tuned standard.(this review was from last year.) On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, Ferin came out and repaired our AC. Lee of In-Tuned Appliances came out today, on time, with a heads-up phone call when he was about 15 minutes out, and did a bang-up job on inspecting and servicing my AC unit (attic) and outside. Thankfully it needed only minor maintenance. He recommended a better overflow sensor for the attic unit, but didn't make that his primary push for coming out. These guys do great work at a fair and honest price. I've used them for AC, fridge, and electric dryer; everytime their service has been super. We were impressed by Farin's explanation of what was going on and what our options were. He is interested in fixing the problem asap, rather than "upgrading " when it isn't necessary. He won us over forever when he came to look at our washing machine. Another company came, charged 2x as much, mailed a part that didn't fix it. Farin was assessing it, and everything was fine. Then he picked up on the detail that our (then) 2 year old nephew LOVED pushing the buttons and his mom had locked it.
