We had Simple heating come out to remove our old furnace so we could replace the flooring underneath. We decided to upgrade our furnace and ac unit during this time. Everyone we spoke with at this company was extremely helpful. They worked around our schedule to make sure we could get our repair work done first. Very accommodating with our time and always showed up on time and stayed to get the job done. We had them come back and fix our heat ductwork since there was damage from the flood we had. They came right out and replaced all the ductwork and hung it properly. We worked with every single person from this company and all of them went above and beyond to help us with our needs. I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need. They made the entire process smooth and stress free for us.

My wife and I had been dealing with a very old cracked furnace that we found out was leaking carbon monoxide thanks to our monoxide alarms. My wife and I are expecting a baby in two weeks and being without heat was not an option. Wayne was great and answering my questions and even offered to have someone come out same day and do the install of the new furnace. Wayne and Seth saved my life. When two other furnace companies said my only option was to buy a new furnace, I was referred to Simple Heating. Our furnace went out on the Wednesday before Christmas while our blizzard was beginning. Nobody could come out until Thursday morning. Our Tech from DTE home maintenance came out at 8 am. She told us we had a crack in the combustion chamber & was leaking carbononoxide. Luckily, it was leaking outside. We contacted Simple Heating and Air and had a fabulous experience. Seth came out and was on time. Very personable, professional and yet had a very easy going personality which put us at ease. They also have financing. We had a new furnace on Thursday. There was 1 minor issue on Christmas Eve day. Called and Seth was right out even with it being Christmas Eve. No charge. Can't ask for any better service. You won't go wrong with this company! I cannot applaud this company enough. I called. Wayne responded back within a few hours. I had an appointment the next day. He was on time. Follow up text, texts saying he was on route. Sadly,our Luxaire of 32 years gave out. Wayne had emailed me 3 estimates before he even left. All for my beloved Luxaire brand. I was thrilled. All estimates were reasonably priced. We made our choice and financing was available at a click of a button. They were available right away to install. Again, we received a text saying they were on route. They were on time. Very professional, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. Seth and his co-worker went out of their way to make sure that everything was good to go; we had a wood stove boiler that dually ran through our old furnace so it was a little more complicated. They patiently explained everything and offered a thermostat that lit up with large numbers for easy visibility (included in price). My house was left spotless. I am very very happy with this company, their crew, their process, and their customer service. Absolutely outstanding!!! This is the first review I have every been compelled to write about a company.

On time, personable, knowledgeable and highly skilled! I wanted an iWave Residential Air Cleaner installed in our house and did an online search to find a local company. It was very easy for me to then make an appointment, get an estimate e-mailed to me, confirm the appointment, and get the service completed. I was notified in advance of the names of the techs who would be showing up at the house, when they were scheduled to arrive, and what I would owe when the job was finished. We contacted Simple when we noticed a couple opportunities with our AC. One was that the air did not seem as cool blowing via registers and another was the fact the thermostat was not shutting off the compressor. Simple checked and the air temp was fine and recommended a new EcoBee Smart Thermostat. They scheduled a time to stop out and install. Also, needed a Volt Contactor which Simple also was able to correct for us. Thanks Simple for quick response.

Wayne, and his guys at simple are top notch. Have been using them for years. And today we had them out to investigate an odor coming from the furnace. On first inspection Dan thought it was a cracked heat exchanger which is a 1000.00+ repair. But he wanted to investigate further and found out one of my exhaust vents was clogged with a bees nest. Total cost for service and repair 145.00. Saved me over a 1000.00 dollars plus some. You have to love honest great quality work. And that’s what I have always received from Wayne and his guys!!!! We used Simple Heating & Air for a furnace tune up before winter hit. Our tech was timely and responsive on text messages. He got right to work with little needed from us. After he did his work and let us know we were all set (no pushy upselling or anything from him!) he answered my questions as our unit is ~15 years old, said it looked clean and should continue to operate fine. We have done a lot of interior work done on our house so I asked his opinion of cleaning the ducts, he said it wasn't necessary as we had good quality filters that we change regularly, and his inspection of the unit backed that up.

My AC quit working over the weekend (of course!) But I was able to schedule an appointment with Simple Heating and Air for Monday morning. Nate came out and fixed the problem in less than an hour. This was a new install of central A/C. The entire experience was enjoyable. I had put this off for several years fearing that my older home would need a new electrical panel. Wayne showed up, reviewed the job and quoted it right away, offering several price options. Because the home originally had an electric range, oven and dryer (now all gas) he was able to find an open circuit that could be used to wire the new A/C unit, saving me hundreds of dollars. During scheduling, I mentioned that I would need to leave at 4pm for an appointment on the day of the install. Wayne had a five man crew show up at 8am for the install and they were done by 1:30pm. During the install they noticed the loose drain tube on my furnace humidifier and plumbed it in to the A/C drain at no charge. Now it looks proper and professional. I don't look forward to my older furnace failing in a few years, but I now know who I will call when it does. Solid company and worth a try.

I had Simple Heating & Air replace my old combo heating & domestic hot water boiler, with a Viessmann combo boiler. They did an exceptional job of designing a system & installing it. The installation was so well thought out and the craftsmanship was so great that it looks like a piece of art. The installation was in a small boiler room, but Wayne Weeks was able to arrange all the necessary components in a compact & efficient layout so that any future maintenance will be possible. Wayne's knowledge of heating systems is very impressive, much better than talking to someone that is just a salesman. All the employees of this company work together as a team, they get a lot of work done very quickly & they seem to really enjoy what they were doing. The boiler works fantastic. I tested the hot water heating part of the system by filling our hot tub up for the season, which takes 4 to 5 hours. It put out so much hot water that I had to temper it down with cold water. The old system would totally run out of hot water after a hour. We would have to let the hot tub heater finish heating itself, taking 24 hours. I am totally happy with everything that Simple Heating & Air did. I would recommend them to anyone that wants an exceptional heating or cooling system installed.

I then called Simple and they informed me that was not necessary. Not only did they fix it, they saved me money, and it is still working perfectly. So, it was no question that we would use this company to install heating and cooling in our workshop. Their professionalism cannot be compared. Exceptional in every way. I was looking for a contractor to take on something of an odd job; add a furnace to a slab-on-grade accessory building with spiral duct and a couple of separate rooms. Wayne came out quickly to put a quote together. I was struggling to find a contractor who would trench the natural gas line from the main house to the accessory building, Wayne said not a problem, he'd take care of it. The quote was competitive. Throughout the process, everyone worked hard to do a quality job. They would often make choices that were harder, and required more work, but the outcome was better, so that's what they did. They really approach the job as if it's their own space they're working on. When they attached to the gas meter, they fixed the original ugly install and made the whole thing look better. Nobody asked them to do it, but it was better that way, so they did it. These guys are great! We just bought a new home in March and by June/July the AC was not working. These guys came out and helped diagnose the issue. They had to come out multiple times (but didn't charge for additional calls) to finally determine it was the duct work! Who would have guessed that! Anyway, they did the best they could by installing some additional cold air returns and ensuring there was enough air flow over the coils. It's not perfect, but it's better than it was and was the best they could offer without putting in all new duct work. Very friendly, courteous, and always willing to be helpful.
