My hot water heater went out so I called Valley Service Mechanical. They were quick to respond and come out for a service call. The issue was found and they got it fixed super fast and I haven't had any issues since. The cost was lower than what I anticipated so from now on Valley will be my first go to!!

Our air conditioner died on a day when it was 90+ degrees. Valley Service was able to get us on the schedule and our air conditioner fixed in a day or so. While they were at our home we also made an appointment for them to return the next week to install a bathroom fan in our basement. When it was time for that appointment they called us ahead of time and asked if we could reschedule. It was still 90+ degrees and they were trying to get to other people in need of help with their air conditioners. We were in no rush for our fan, and we really appreciated them getting to our so quickly when we were HOT so we gladly rescheduled our fan install. Very professional, kind, and reasonably priced.

Recommend to everyone that furnace dies in blizzard and you need help the same day, not call back the next morning and say we're sorry we don't have anyone able to come until Wed. am. Bill was surprised to see how old my ac unit was but was hopeful! He was able to get it back up and running in no time! He was very personable and was able to joke around about my ancient ac unit. When my furnace stopped working, I called a few other companies, but they were all booked up for the day and couldn't get to me that day. However, Valley Service was able to send someone quickly. Next time I'll just call them first! The employee (who was friendly and professional) was able to diagnose the problem, left to get the right part, and then returned and fixed it so that my furnace was blowing warm air again. It was a very positive experience overall.

I contacted Valley Service to ask some questions, regarding having an air exchanger installed. Matt has been great in answering any and all questions I asked. We decided to go ahead and get the air exchanger installed. It really helped to prevent moisture from building up on our windows and it has helped to refresh the air flowing throughout our house. The technicians who installed the exchange unit were great to work with, very professional and courteous. We were also having some issue with a loud noise coming from our sump pump area whenever the sump pump would run. At the end of its' run there would be like a loud "thump". Matt felt we should look to replace the valve and install a "quiet valve". He wanted to confirm his thoughts with Mike, their expert in the plumbing end of things and sure enough installing a quiet valve has taken care of the problem. I have also appreciated the receptionist's positive attitude and willingness to help me. Based on my experiences with a number of the staff at Valley Mechanical I give them a rating of "5". I feel they are reasonably priced and will stand behind their product and installation. For future heating/cooling needs I will be contacting the good folks at Valley Mechanical! Dean Koppelman

During one of Fargo's famous artic freezes our furnace quit working. Within an hour of calling Valley Service Mechanical they had a guy out to our house. The service tech took care of the outside exhaust/intake issue along with making sure the furnace was up and running before he left. I was thinking we were going to have to get a hotel for the night because of how cold it was but once we placed the call to Valley Service it was less than 2 hours before we had heat again!! Exceptional job Valley Service! We can't thank you enough!!

Garage heater was not working. They sent a tech (Katelyn I think?) the very next day. She diagnosed, got parts, and got it fixed same afternoon. No complaints.
