Patriot Air was able to get a boiler for our apartment complex up and running even though it was an older system. We also just had two Reznor heaters installed in our new 8,000 square foot shop. Great service, fair price, and they know what they are doing! We will use them again!

My furnace broke on a cold winter day and the techs Patriot Air were at my house in less than 12hrs. They were very professional, confident, knowledgeable, and polite. I greatly appreciated their service and the speed at which they were able to diagnose and replace the faulty gas valve. The bill was a little higher than I expected, but it was my first encounter with a furnace repair so I had no prior knowledge of what range to expect. I will definitely call them again for future needs.

We bought our first house in September of this year and within 2 weeks our furnace went out on the first snowfall in October! I reached out to Patriot Air late in the evening and heard back from them that same night, which I was not expecting! They set me up with Tom who came out the very first thing next morning! He had to order parts to fix our issue, but was out the very next day with them! He left our utility room clean and looked untouched! We had a different issue a couple weeks later with our furnace again and called Tom up and he came out that same day and fixed the new issue! Tom and Patriot Air have great customer service and want to help you fix your issues as if it were their own! I am so pleased and impressed with their professionalism, I highly recommend them to everyone! It’s a peace of mind knowing the first time we needed a company to fix something on our new home and finding good faith in the work they do! 5 stars across the board!! Highly Recommend!!!!

I was having issues with my furnace and called Patriot Air, LLC and they were at my place within an hour of my call. The blower motor on the furnace had quit working and the technician quickly replaced the motor (had one in his vehicle) and the furnace was working within a few minutes. The rates were much lower than I expected! The technician kept everything clean and was quick to respond to my questions! Professional team all around - from the office team to the technicians!

From beginning to end it was the best experience I've had with a service company. Our AC went out in 100 degree heat and they were able to make room in their schedule for us and got us back up and running in the same day! Tom and Travis receive a 5 STAR! I contacted Patriot Air LLC based on reviews on he positive reviews I had seen on their website. When I called, Tom answered immediately. We needed a new AC and Tom followed through with the project from start to finish. Tom is dependable, polite, knowledgeable, and respectful. Tom and Travis’ work is spotless, and our living space was kept clean. When I asked Tom if he would come back if the AC didn't work. His response was “We do a good job, so we don’t have to come back again." We are enjoying our new quiet AC 😊! Thank you Tom and Travis.

This was my first time using Patriot Air and they will be my new go-to! A/C went out and no one in town could fit me in for a week and we had a very hot weekend coming up. Travis was so kind and worked with my schedule to fix my A/C at 4:30 on a Friday. He made me feel like a valued customer and didn't rush just because it was the end of the day. Our furnace was blowing cold air and of course it happened on the weekend. I had never used Patriot Air before but decided to call them based on their reviews. It was starting to get cold in the house and Patriot Air was here within an hour of when I called them. The tech fixed the problem in hopes that we would have heat through the weekend until they could install our new furnace right away on Monday morning. They were happy to answer all of our questions. They showed up on time and we had a new furnace within 5 hours. They were super clean and very professional. I highly recommend them!

AC wasn't cooling properly on a Sunday. Told them I would be available after 3pm any day of the week. They quickly responded saying they could have a tech out the next day at 3pm. Jim showed up and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. Very easy to work with and reasonably priced! Thank you!!

Had our new furnace/AC unit installed last month and LOVE it. Tom and his crew did an outstanding job. They were professional, on-time, and left our furnace room as they had found it. I appreciate them taking the time to clean up after themselves and their putting down tarps to protect our floors. Could not have had a more positive experience. Our new thermostat is much different than our old one and they took the time to go over it so that we understood the new features that we had never used before. They even helped me download the app on my phone so that I can monitor my house while I am away. Truly a very positive experience.

We could not be more pleased and thankful for the professional, efficient and super-quick air conditioner and gas furnace replacement from Patriot Air. In the summer of 2020, we were told by a now-retired HVAC professional, "I remember installing that air conditioner 27 years ago..." (A.K.A. You're on borrowed time). Of course during a 2 week stretch of 90+ temps, is when the borrowed time was up! We also learned our furnace was not compatible for the updated AC, and also was no longer safe to use. Complete removal and reinstallation of both was done in 2 days! No mess during or after to clean up or work around. Tom and his team obviously know what they are doing and came prepared for the unexpected variables that can pop up when working in older homes. We are grateful we had them for this project and I can not recommend them enough!

These guys are top notch! We had an ongoing issue with our shop furnaces. The builder ignored our requests. Several other HVAC contractors tried to fix them, but they had no idea what they were doing. We spent several thousand dollars before we finally found Patriot Air. Tom determined the cause of the issues, made a recommendation, and we had them do it. Problem was solved. They are the only HVAC contractor to use. Thanks!

Update, 7 months later: Moved to a new house, furnace didn't seem to be giving consistent heat. Issue resolved within 4 hours of calling patriot air. Fast, clean, professional, reasonable rates.
