Craig with Bear Home Solutions came over on yearly scheduled service call to our home. He was transparent, straight forward, and super pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him particularly, but also the company as well. I have had good success with their maintenance team the two times they have came. I will give an update on installation as well. We are most likely going to go through Bear with this as well!

The technicians are very knowledgeable and professional, and it’s easy to schedule an appointment. I will continue to use Bears for my HVAC and AC maintenance; however, we probably won’t use their plumbing services again since the we paid quadruple the amount that we paid for the same service from our local plumber. I expected that it would cost a little bit more (double at most), so it was a bit of a shock. Again, we had no complaints with the technician - he was great.

Our fireplace pilot light went out. I was able to get that going for a bit longer but the main burner would not start up. We returned home Christmas Eve and discovered our furnace was not working. After several call, BEAR would be able to send someone out yet that evening. Scott Stinar came with a smile and gentle disposition and that’s after making house calls all day! He went above and beyond to see that we had our system working. Steve is the man who knows everything about plumbing and can do it all. Always prompt, professional and courteous as well as just a great guy. Installed a water system, fixed leaks, repaired and cleaned the floor drain and replaced a toilet for us. Best work we have ever had done. A master plumber you can trust to do it right the first time. He is the only one we will call for any future work.

My appointment was for a tune-up for the furnace. They take pictures of all areas of the furnace and showed me a picture of a problem with the motor that I was made aware 2 years ago that indicates my motor would have to be replaced soon. So I was not surprised when he recommended doing it today. The price was reasonable and it was done in a timely manner. Cleaned up. He was very courteous and professional. I use them every year because I trust them.

I called on a Saturday night. They were able to help right away. A photo was sent to me so I would know who was coming. About half hr later Josh came. He was very professional, great personality, and showed me exactly what was needed. He had the parts to fix the repair on the furnace, so it didn't take long. He left and shortly after, the furnace stopped working again. I called and they sent him back over. Josh apologized and got the furnace working again. Exceptional service from Bears Home Solutions!! Amazing!! Mitch was perfect!! We lost power after an outage in our area and he was over within a half hour of calling and he was on a call then. He was quick, efficent, friendly and even my dogs loved him. He was very informative about my concerns on the furnace. Rescuing a piece of paper that had fallen off the furnace door that was making this huge noice like a plane taking off in our house and describing each part and bringing the furnace parts up stairs to show us in detail what needs to be replaced I highly recommend bears home solutions to anyone very professional

Sean Litzinger arrived promptly. He was very friendly and nice easy to work with. He knocked and politely wore shoe coverings. Personalized service sent a professional picture of self so you could put a name to face. He explained everything pertaining to the job. He even looked at things I forgot to initially mention beforehand that needed fixing. He's had years of experience in his profession. He worked at Canad Inn with plumbing and pool area for years or something. Very knowledgeable. He ordered the exact same replacement parts immediately and returned quickly with them. I was amazed at how quickly he got the job done with the results I expected. Everything works like new. He gave me reading material pertaining to clean water. Cost was reasonable and Payment process was fast and efficient. I would definitely ask for Sean by name again. If he worked for me I would give him a raise. Definitely a valuable employee and asset to your company. He gave me contact information to easily reach and promptly responded to my calls. He got the job done 5 stars.

. We are still using the same furnace that was here when we bought our house in 1997. Craig Schultz, our technician ,is younger than our furnace :) Unfortunately, after a few years of ‘fixing’ we are going to upgrade our furnace. Bears has been accommodating and have informed us of all the choices available. No pressure. I suppose it is time to update and Bears is our choice.

I don't normally leave reviews but Bears Home Solutions earned our business last winter when they were able to get out same day when our furnace quit heating on one of the coldest nights of the year. The "other guys" told us they couldn't be out for days. At the time we signed up for their Bear Care preventative maintenance program. Well fast forward to this summer and we finally got around to scheduling our annual AC servicing. The technician, Dylan showed up this morning during the scheduled timeframe and was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend them enough. Great company with great employees. Blaine is a miracle worker! I have dealt with another heating and cooling company for 8 years since they installed our new furnace and AC with our addition. The upstairs was always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Even the main floor had problems cooling in the summer. Each time they came out they made it seem it was something I was doing and nothing they did solved the problem. From the first Bear technician that came through the house they could see the job was not done properly. Blaine came in and spent time studying the ductwork that the prior company had not installed properly and came up with the plan to heat and cool my home correctly with zones and correct size ductwork. My upstairs is finally at the same temp as the lower level! Blaine is the best at what he does and I totally put my trust in him and he got the job done correctly. Each Bear employee that came through my door was caring and worked hard to get the job done! I would highly recommend Bear for any heating and cooling projects and Blaine is at the top of my list for a wonderful, considerate man who knows his work and it shows!

Kevin Landgraf repaired the tub shower faucet with a new, better model as well as providing an actual soldered pipe connection- as it should have been done when the house was built. It saved us over a thousand dollars by preventing an extensive, invasive cabinet deconstruction. He was efficient yet used careful workmanship.How do I know? Because he also plumbed in a new major valve for our irrigation system leak this summer, and I observed his work at that time. We are more than happy customers- we will be repeat customers because we have experienced their skill and integrity.

Had them out to fix a water pressure issue with a new fridge. Turns out it was an issue with a saddle valve that the previous homeowner installed. Plumber also made sure to go above and beyond and fixed a problem with our toilet we weren't even aware of. My wife was very happy with the service and completing the job and then some.
