This is the first time I have ever used C&K and I’m really impressed. It makes sense why they have such great reviews online. I had an issue with my Boiler not keeping up late Saturday night when it was -10 outside. House dropped by 15 degrees overnight (68 to 53) Called C&K on Sunday (after hours) at 8am and by 10am I had a technician who respond to me over the phone. He ran me through several things to check over the phone, and assured me that the system was working but, it was just really slow because it was so cold outside (I wasn’t charged for his time btw). He said if it stopped working it for any colder to call him and he would be out immediately. By noon the house warmed up to 64 and by 2pm it was back to 68 so it was slowly creeping up (he was right). He wanted to save me money and not pay the after hours fee which is $220/hour vs the regular fee of $90/hour. He probably saved me at least $300-$400. He scheduled me an appointment for first thing Monday morning. The technician came out and was very polite, professional, on time, and did a great job. He got everything working right and resolved my issue. He even installed a new thermostat that purchased from Lowe’s, which was really nice. Overall my first impressions where very positive and I highly recommend using C&K

Kim and his assistant did a great job for us installing a new air conditioning and furnace system. They arrived on the scheduled date and time and completed the work in about 4 hours. They removed and took away all the old equipment and left the work area very clean. Great company to work with! Highly Recommend Them!

C&K installed my geothermal system about 6 years ago. Their service was good then and has been every time they have been to my home. I had them out to look at my system after the recent cold spell as parts of the system weren't keeping up. After an hour of looking into the system, the technician found that the control wasn't working properly and needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote of $700 to replace it and said he could have it done that day but needed to go to their shop and get the part. He called about 30 minutes later and said the part he needed wasn't in their warehouse and it would be next Wednesday before he could come back. He also said that he mis-quoted the repair and it would be $850. I found the control I needed online for $135 and was shocked that the price form C&K was so high. I ordered the control and cancelled the repair. Upon reading this review, C&K reached out to me to explain why the price for the repair was $850. They also offered to do the repair at a lower price, but I had already received the new control and was comfortable installing it myself. I believe C&K does quality work and they need to make money, I was just uncomfortable with the price they wanted to charge me for the repair after I had already paid $150 for the service call to find the problem.

Will Scott was very punctual and on time. He was very professional and friendly. He tried to explain concerns or issues that he saw while doing the maintenance of Air Conditioning unit in a way that I would understand. Will also offered some recommendations and to set up a follow up call with replacement cost. I am very happy with C&K services.

My experience with every person I came in contact with at C and K was very positive. Logan came out within a short time and was able to get my old furnace started, but identified the CO2 leak. Nathan was very helpful in answering questions, getting estimates, coordinating all the work, and getting me space heaters to get through until the furnace was installed and Trevor answered my questions as he quickly installed the new furnace and thermostat. Everyone was so polite, responsive and helpful.

We've used C and K through their Total Service Program for many years. With our heating and cooling systems being a bit older we have greater confidence by having them serviced every fall and spring. I believe the regular maintenance has helped us to prevent any major issues from occurring and have only needed one small part replacement over the 3+ years we've used them. The last few scheduled maintenance we have had were performed by Logan and really appreciate his professional and trusted advice. He also has a great attitude and friendliness with our pets. With his familiarity now established with our systems I can just let him work completely on his own with little input needed from me.

I have used C&K for many years. Their service techs are always very nice and always explain everything they do and if they find any issues. Yesterday I got home to a very warm house...on a very hot day. Apparently my a/c decided to stop working. I called C&K (this was late afternoon) and was told they would send someone out as soon as one of the techs was free. In spite of the working day drawing to an end, they got someone out here as soon as they could. Scott looked hot and tired and ready to be done working for the day, but that did not affect his service. From the original service call with Scott he didn't feed me a line of BS and try to get me to pump money into a machine that was beyond saving. (35 y/o furnace) He simply gave me matter of fact options and suggested replacement. The estimate was quick, easy and straight forward. The communication was great too, I never felt like I was out of the loop. Kim and the young fella (sorry don't remember his name) were great during the instal. My AC stopped blowing cold air during the evening hours. After doing all the troubleshooting I could on my own I decided I was going to have to call a pro in the morning. After looking at reviews online I decided I was going to call C and K in the morning. I’m glad I did. I called right at 8:00 am and was told a technician would be out by 9am. At 8:45am I received a phone call from Jack letting me know he was on his way over. I also received a text message with this ETA and a link to track where he was in route to my house. When Jack got to my house he asked what trouble shooting I did to help eliminate the easy stuff. He checked down by my furnace and went outside to make a diagnosis. Called to schedule appointment to repair gas leak. Were there for 2 hours and charged a healthy fee. Call it 4 hours for drive time etc and it was still over $100 hour. They stated that's industry standard. I own an electrical business that does heavy industrial service calls and I can't even charge that much unless i don't want a call back. Education is expensive and I'll not forget this education.

They came out within a day which was great for this busy time of year .
