Great company to work with! We’ve been shopping around for a new 50 gallon water heater/installation for several weeks (to replace a 14+ year old unit). After several (very expensive quotes) we found MileHi HVAC! Tracy was super prompt and friendly communicating with us. We were able to send over pictures to get an immediate quote. Their prices and warranty are unbeatable for the quality of work. Vladimir did an excellent and fast job installing the unit and went over a quick tutorial for troubleshooting purposes. Can’t say enough good things about MileHi HVAC. This an excellent company! Our water heater went out and after receiving exorbitant pricing from other companies, I called MileHi. I spoke to Tracy. She is very responsive, personable and attentive. She quoted literally half the price other companies were quoting! One hour later, the technician Vladimir showed up. He was very courteous, efficient and cleaned up very nicely after the install. Afterwards, Tracy called to check in on how service went. So impressed! It is so hard these days to find this level of customer service. I would highly recommend MileHI HVAC if you are replacing your water heater. Request Vladimir he is great!!

This company rocks. We had a Hot Water Heater starting to leak and got worse. Looked online, NextDoor, Goggle, Yelp, etc. Called a few HVAC businesses. They were either too expensive or couldn’t come for 2 weeks (one even said we would have to get a county permit???) Loved MileHI HVAC and the reviews I read everywhere. Talking to Tracy was so comforting and she had all the info we needed. They came the next day. Vladimir was so knowledgeable and incredibly clean. So, bottom line…we will be using this company again! Knowledgeable, Reasonably priced, Fast service and kind great Customer Service. WOW. AAA+++ 👍🥰💯A+

This company rocks! If I could give them 10 stars, I would in a heart beat! Tracey was super awesome and made replacing our water heater a breeze! Their technician Vladimir replaced it super fast and replaced it fast and cleaned up more than he should! It ended up leaking that night but I called in the morning and was told he wouldn't be able to make it til the next day amd he showed up today a d fixed it right away! We have 6 people living in our home, so hot water is definitely important! If anyone ever needs any work done, contact these guys!!! The office, Tracy, was responsive and scheduled QUICKLY. She accessed and got us as many discounts as possible. Vladimir, the installer, only had to be shown where the water heater was located and he went to work with a singlemindedness that only showed experience, desire to get the job done and done right while still friendly. To say he was fast is the understatement of the year but he went the extra mile of tidying up drains that were not even associated with his job. I have never been impressed with todays service people. They usually have excuseitis, try to upsell or are generally incompetent. MileHi HVAC brought back some faith that there are still some who care about what they do and satisfy the customer with quality, efficiency and value.

Over the past 2 months, I have had 2 different emergencies with my heating and hot water heater. Both situations happened as the weekend approached and other businesses were closed or operated on shortened hours. I called MileHi HVAC out of the blue and it has turned out to be the best experience with service professionals I've had in a long, long time. In both situations the receptionist(secretary/scheduler), Tracy was polite, concerned and efficient. She did not promise anything but made every attempt to solve my problems quickly and for a fair price. She did research to find a product, prompted workers to help out on short notice and continually followed up to ensure that my experience was good. Both HVAC professionals that stopped by the house were polite, extremely knowledgeable and showed great pride in their work. Ultimately, I look for someone I can trust and a company whose work can be trusted as well. MileHi HVAC is one of very few companies that I will continue to call for any and all HVAC problems or questions that arise for me in the future Over the last three days I've had an issue with the second of two hot water heaters installed at my home by MileHiHVAC. Both failed after a short period of time due to manufacturing problems. But MILEHIHVAC was able to help problem solve multiple issues, stay late to try to resolve the problems and ultimately go beyond what I needed or ask for to give me a quality outcome. All warranties were honored and the work was done seamlessly. A HUGE shout out to Chris who patiently attempted numerous fixes, offered helpful explanations of the problems encountered and ultimately provided me a great outcome. Simply put, he was what one wants and hopes for in a plumber and technician. Thanks so much, MileHi!

I've never reviewed anyone on Yelp before but I thought this experience is worth sharing. I shopped around and had 3 reputable HVAC companies come to my house and look at my Heater and AC systems and provide bids. While all 3 had nice representatives come to my house, Shaun from MileHi HVAC was the most thorough. Here's the kicker...they were SIGNIFICANTLY lower priced than the other two bids. That raised a red flag to me that something was off...like perhaps they were quoting inferior systems or might have some hidden fees. That said I reached out to Shaun with questions about his bid, he responded back quickly and spent good deal of time making sure everything was answered and that I was fully comfortable moving forward. He was professional, friendly, patient, and spoke in terms I could understand (I don't know much about HVAC systems). When I chose to work with them, their scheduler and the technicians (installer and electrician) were both extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and communicated well. Chris, went out of his way to set up my new Nest thermostat for no additional charge and showed me how to use it etc. All in all they went above and beyond my expectations for a great price. I can't recommend them enough.

These guys are top notch I'm highly impressed. We bought our first home which is always terrifying especially when you have repairs to do. Well the house had no ac and with these 90 degree days and my health issues this isn't doable for me. They came out gave a quote and were out a week later to install ac and a new furnace. They finished the job all in one day which I wasn't expecting. They even did a walk through showed us everything, how to properly maintain and let us ask questions. The best part They didn't rip us off or over quote us like other companies out there. They gave us a two hour window called 30 mins ahead of time while they were heading out and were on time.If you want the job done right and quickly not having to wait forever for someone to come out give them a ring you won't be sorry. I checked with 4 different plumbing companies about replacing a leaking water heater, before I came across MileHi HVAC. It's a simple and quick process. Much easier then the other companies I called. I contacted MileHi on Wednesday, they were out to my place by 11am Thursday and done by noon. Tracy is very helpful and easy to work with and Vlad did a great job with a clean install. If you need a water heater replaced at a great price, go with MileHi HVAC, you won't regret it. I may use them again in the future for HVAC replacement/service.

These guys were great. After calling several other HVAC companies to install an A/C add on to my existing heat only system up in Evergreen, these guys were the only ones to give me a quote, and quickly. And they scheduled and installed quickly within about a week or two it was all done. I think the price was fair, and the service was quick and well done. WATER HEATER Because our water heater was 20 years old, I decided to replace it before I had problems. I called a number of plumbing companies and several even came to give me an estimate- others accepted photos and gave me estimates over the phone. I was amazed at the estimates I got as the difference between the highest and lowest was close to double, for the same product. One of the companies I called was Mile High HVAC. Tracy was very pleasant and courteous and asked if I could send photos, which I did. Because Tracy explained everything thoroughly and furnished the same product for one half of my highest estimate I decided on Mile High HVAC. Yesterday, the technician arrived, on time, and had our new Bradford While water heater installed in no time. He was courteous, wore a mask and did an excellent job installing our new water heater . I got very lucky today when I found Mile High HVAC! I woke up and found my water heater leaking water. UGH!!! After searching for new one ( NOT FUN ) Thinking "Ok, I'll install one myself" I stumbled on the MILE HIGH HVAC website. So glad I did! I mean it guys. Everyone else I spoke with quoted me sky high money for a new H2O heater. Mile High did offer the general off the shelf Big Box store heater. Ok fine. But I did read the reviews about the experience people were having with any ole heater. Even if it was "NEW" I didn't know what to do. Buy new junk and jump into the pool with everyone else hoping to get a good H2O heater. Well MILE HIGH HVAC also offered the same kind I had in my home. It was an industrial H20 heater. For just a few dollars more MILE HIGH HVAC sold and installed the exact industrial heater I had. Only thing is that this new one was upgraded from the old one. Get this...I called around 10am. At about 12pm heres the technician at my door. He installed the new industrial heater. Yes. The job was flawless! I mean this guy did an excellent job. Quickly! His Box truck was nice. It was organized inside. Very clean! He was finished in about 45 minutes. Hauled away the broken heater. Showed me how to operate my new heater. I am very happy with the COMPLETE process from talking on the phone to having a new heater working again in my home. Same day and all in about 3hrs from call to install. I cannot believe this was not a two day or week long wait!!! Mile High HVAC acknowledged that the H2O heater was a good upgrade from the average heater. I was told they are not out to gouge people for as much money as possible. They just want your business and believe you should not be punished for needing something broken to be replaced. Hey guys I am not kidding. Stop looking around. Call Mile High HVAC! You get every penny's worth of value. They are friendly on the phone and the technician is friendly expert installation. What I thought was going to be an extremely expensive day turned out to be a fair price for a fix to my home's H20 heater. Under $1500. NOBODY could come close for what I got! CALL MILE HIGH HVAC.

After receiving a quote from another local company to replace our water heater, I luckily decided to give Mile Hi HVAC a call (at the end of the day). They confirmed what I suspected... that the quote from the first company was significantly higher than it should have been. Mile Hi was able to get me scheduled first thing the following morning. Working with Tracy over the phone was easy and enjoyable. She told me Vladimir would be at our house at 8:30 am with the new water heater. He was right on time (actually a couple of minutes early). Customer service: they sent a technician within an hour, explained the problem, repair and replacement options, took the time to answer all my questions and offered a very honest price. I had same day response on May 11 2020. It was the BEST price for a 40 gal gas water heater. They came out an hour after my call. The technician was in and out quick. No issues. I would recommend paying cash because they do charge a 3% convenience fee for card. My water heater replacement service also had to be up to code because I didn't have an extra 2 gal hot water thingy which protects from getting too much pressure, it added on an additional fee, which wasn't an issue because in my city limits there is a requirement for your water heater to have it up to code. When you go with professionals they will make sure you meet code. No big deal. Speedy, friendly, and economical service. Tracy I believe helped me over the phone, nice customer service as well. An added bonus was that their fees are up front. Unlike some people I have dealt with in the past who charge trip charge and other hidden fees at the end of service. Not these guys. I had an invoice itemizing my service emailed to me promptly before the tech got there so I knew what EXACTLY I was paying for. Good old fashioned up front servicemen/women. Thanks guys.

Mile High HVAC is awesome! We recently had them upgrade our water heater (50gallon) - which was not only very competitively priced, but they were able to do it the within 2 days of our call! Also, Jeddy (Jeddy rocks!) came out a day later and was able to quickly upgrade an outdated saddle valve that wasn’t functioning correctly and make sure our humidifier was working correctly. This guy knows his stuff and these guys are definitely not going to yank your chain or charge you an arm and a leg! They are able to provide a swift resolution to any HVAC/Plumbing problem! Sometimes things just seem to happen all at once. You're out of work. Insurance drops your mom with Alzheimer's. Your truck breaks down and it's not worth the repair required. Then your 14 year old water heater kicks the bucket. That's when friends come in handy. Enter MileHi HVAC. I had another contractor look at my situation and he gave me a rather up-charged estimate, so I requested an online "second opinion" with MileHi. Before a week had passed we had a new, bigger and better water heater, and still saved hundreds. Geno (by phone) was kind enough to work with me on my payment after hearing of my financial situation. The only reason the installation didn't happen the very next day is that I needed to pull some funds together. Vladimir came out within 24 hours of my call. Super polite and unbelievably quick, he had the new one in and the old one out in an hour and left no other trace that he had been there. He was funny too! Due to wanting to keep our "social distancing" I used the THUMBTACK app to help me find contractors, and that got me several emails with (and some without) prices to pick from. (Be sure to specify the Size you want, otherwise, you'll get phone calls as well) So, most places quoted prices in the $1500 Dollar range, a few much higher. But these guys BEAT THE REST BY HUNDREDS OF DOLLAR$! The price they gave over the phone was not only the lowest, it was exactly what I paid when the job was done! Not only that, they provided every thing required to meet the latest codes, AND a RHEEM Water Heater. Including a full one year parts and labor warranty plus a 6 year parts warranty! Tracy was the one I spoke with and Vladimir was the tech. Vladimir was very fast and thorough, and, of course, he followed proper "COVID-19" practices. I am very pleased with the work done, the Water Heater itself and, for sure the no "once we get here we will upsale you all kinds of stuff" transaction. MileHi HVAC to the rescue! I still cant believe how quickly this all came together. My kitchen flooded, with piped gallons of water down into the furnace completely destroying it. That same day they had a team member out to inspect the damage. The following morning they were on site removing the old furnace, and installing a new one. Steven and Donny were fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, and they made quick work of the task. I forget the name of the tech who initially came out(Paul?) and the lady who handled the scheduling but the entire team was great to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
