Brothers answered my call instantly. Brenda was very helpful and sweet, at 9:45 PM. The promised time slot the following day was met and very much appreciated - especially since my previous promised time slot with a different company had been repeatedly put off - for 3 days!! The technician who handled my call, John Morgan, was superb! He was professional, very kind, and thoroughly skilled! He replaced the old, failed 30+ year-old outdoor faucet and got my water supply turned back on. He also replaced our 30-year-old garbage disposal. All done with ease and excellent clean-up after. He was backed up by their parts department. He wanted to install the exact, correct size pipe; which, at his request, was delivered by them within the hour - straight to my door. My Covid preferences were followed as well. Brothers has just won over a new customer. Thank you, thank you!!

Had a leaking water heater. Called and had a technician, Chuck, available to come out within a couple hours of my initial call. He inspected the issue and discussed the diagnosis. Answered all my questions and was extremely professional from start to finish. Did a great job with installing a new water heater. Excellent service!

The more ive seen the work the less i am satisfied. There were old trash pipes left inside and outside, the dishwasher wasnt screwed into the cabinet. The worst part is that Cody didnt have enough materials to fully finish the job so I had to go purchase hose extensions to make the final product suitable and finish the installation myself after he had already left. Just did not do the full job and it was not the cheapest. I reached back out to brothers to have them come fix it so the pipes went along the side. A different technician came out and he did a great job. Added pipe and although he did have to use the extra material I purchased, which is ridiculous that i had to do that, he made the pipe go along the outside of the cabinet and fixed it to my standards. He tested the dishwasher to make sure it wasnt leaking and really made the job how it should have been done the first time.

Install new whole home humidifier on furnace. Mark even arrived a bit early which was great. Gave me a great overview with pricing so the decision to move forward was an easy one. He was able to locate the model we decided on and install it the same day. Because of the age of our furnace there were some electrical issues which he was able to resolve for a completely successful installation. As a side note, this is not the first time we have used Brothers. They also did an amazing job on a huge mitigation project.

I needed several items of plumbing repair. Shut off valve (main), toilet rebuild and drain cleaning. Joe was great. He explained everything to me and gave me some tips on how to prevent clogging in the future. Very friendly and I felt very comfortable while he was here. I will not hesitate to use Brother's again. The only reason I did not comment on the value is that I did not shop around (i hate that!) so do not know for sure if it was the best value or not. I did research plumbers online and Brother's had very good reviews. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Michael spent a lot of time making sure the installation of our new furnace was perfect. He was at our house for at least 5 hours making sure the vents fit properly and ensuring it was a good job. He installed a current-code vent pipe in our hot water heater. He went above and beyond. Before starting the job, he laid down carpet runners to protect the flooring. After he was done, he spent time showing us how to maintain the furnace. He did a fabulous job!!!

Everyone was extremely courteous and professional throughout the process, from initial scheduling, to final completion. Recently bought a house that didn’t have a previous owner so a lot of the systems in the house had no owner’s manual or maintenance records. Saw a commercial for the “Sisters from Brothers” (thought it was catchy) and requested a “start up” inspection. Mark W. arrived promptly on schedule and was extremely courteous. Spent a couple of hours with him as he inspected and explained everything he was doing. Extremely satisfied with the inspection and feedback!! Will definitely call Brothers again for any future maintenance or issues.

Our furnace wasn't working properly. Called Brother's Heating on Sunday. On Monday, we had a Technician come out and do an inspection. His name is Andre and after his inspection, we found out there were numerous problems with our furnace. Andre explained all of our options very knowledgeably and nicely. We determined we needed a new furnace. Andre setup a New Furnace installation for the next day. On Tuesday morning, Michael, with Brother's Heating, was here to install our furnace. Michael was so friendly and professional in his dealings with my husband and I. He explained all aspects of the installation and how to work the new system. By Tuesday afternoon, our home was nice and warm again. We thank Brother's Heating for their wonderful service and the great Technicians they have working for them. Their prompt, friendly, professional services were great! We will recommend Brother's to anyone needing heating and air conditioning service.

I don't even know where to start! This is not a negative review, but one of praise. Andre and Brothers, I can't thank you enough! You came out on short notice to look at my swamp cooler that had stopped working due to shotty repairs from the previous owner. Your assessment was thorough, and explained repairs would cost as much as a new cooler. You didn't just say I needed a new cooler, you explained exactly what would have needed to be done to repair, essentially disassembling the cooler to get access to the areas affected. Bad cooler design in my opinion, and nothing related to capabilities. Times are financially tough, and I am not able to afford a new installation, or extensive repairs, and really felt the pit in my stomach tighten knowing I would be in a rough position not only for the rest of this summer, but next. Instead of just leaving me high and dry to figure this out, you suggested a couple of alternatives that I could perform to give me more time to save up for replacement. Those workarounds are in place, and working better than I expected. Integrity is a hard characteristic to find these days, and I appreciate the expertise and help Andre and Brothers gave me. I would highly recommend, and Brothers now have a life long customer.

Cody restored our 1941 built galvy pipe connections to our bathroom sink when a shut-off valve was leaking and my poor plumbing skills as a homeowner trying to fixit didn't work. He installed all new valves, supply lines, escutcheons and a new toilet all at a very reasonable price for seniors. :)

I love that they are open 7 days a week and don't charge you an arm and a leg if you need service on a Sunday. Issues always seem to come up on the off times and days. Mark came out, figured out what the issue was recommended I get a part cleaned not replaced. I appreciate that he wasn't just trying to get money out of me. He was so nice to me and my kids. The problem is fixed and I will call Brothers again if something else comes up.

My experience using brothers to replace my sink, faucet and disposal was OUTSTANDING. Richard and his apprentice Joe were knowledgeable, respectful and trustworthy. They were very professional in both their work on my sink, as well as how they conducted themselves while at my home. My technician Ron was great! However, when I called the company to set up my appointment they said they DID do duct cleaning, which I thought would be part of my service today. Then, when my technician arrived he said they DON'T do duct cleaning. I still got the furnace cleaned and serviced, so that was great, and Ron did a wonderful job. But, I will now have to book another company for the duct cleaning.

Had a line to the toilet that wouldn't close all the way and had a toilet that wasn't sitting well on the flanges and thought it needed replacing, let alone wherever small leak was keeping the tank from retaining water. Jeremy went over all my options and after choosing to just replace the toilet altogether, I know have a more comfortable toilet, with clean quality work, and he didn't leave a trace he was there in just a couple hours. I had to call 911 the day before and have the fire department come out because something was burning in my attic, and they recommended getting my furnace inspected. Ryan and Andrew were on time, extremely professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my furnace was functioning properly to ensure I’d have no more issues, and said to call them directly if anything else happened with the system. Cannot recommend this company enough.

We had signed up for the furnace maintenance plan with excel, and when it stopped working, we called them and they didn’t even show that we were signed up. This is despite our having been paying a monthly fee and us showing as signed up on the billing portal. So we called brothers, and they had a technician out to service the furnace the same day. They had installed the furnace for the previous owner and extended the warranty to us, so all fees were waived. We signed up to have them come check our other appliances as well. The service was fantastic and quick. Can’t say enough about these guys.

Called first thing in the morning, had a tech (Matt) arrive within the hour. What I thought was a breaker issue actually was an issue with the local circuit. No time was wasted and the issue was resolved quickly even though he had to test/troubleshoot over 10-20 areas. Cost was very reasonable, and went well under what I figured I would pay. They were on time, got the job down quickly & efficiently and gave us some good advice for future improvements that we plan to have them do for us next spring when we start up the swamp cooler for the summer. I was awoken at 3am to the supply line to my toilet exploding! (Not a fun way to wake up!) Water was going everywhere and I was having difficulty getting the shutoff valve to work. After a last minute cancellation by another local plumber, I called Brothers in hopes of getting an appointment as soon as possible. Donna re-arranged a few things so that someone could come out that same day to help us get these inspection items resolved! John was the technician who came out to get our main gas line in compliance, fix a leaky sink drain, and replace a faulty sump pump. Wow! Scott and his partner (gah forgot his name ) fixed a sewage gas problem that was leaving my second bathroom with a strong sewage smell. I had 4 plumbers come out and tell me it wasnt fixable and that i needed a smoke test, because the wax ring “was put on right” so theres nothing else to fix 🙄 one guy took me upstairs and blamed venting in the condo building! Scott realized that the hole the toilet fit into was too big, so the wax ring wasnt secured and sinking in. Additionally, the toilet was too big (most toilets are 12” and we needed 10, so again not a tight seal to the sewage hole. They fixed both those things and the smell is completely gone. I was feeling hopeless about how to fix this. Thanks brothers !! Price is probably moderate, it wasnt cheap but not horrendous, and they were here for hours. Scott even helped me with another small task free of charge that saved me an errand.

Dan was professional, courtesy, and performed the job to perfection. I had complete trust in his ability. I'm 49 years old, used other plumbing companies throughout my life but I must say whenever I have used Brothers, I can easily see the difference, staff are well trained and experts, they use high quality products, even in the small things that make a difference. I'm not so educated about home improvement products, so I'm dependent on trusting the professional who comes into my home. Yeah, most companies could do similar work but for example, Brothers used a raised drip pan to protect my water heater, I had no idea they existed!! Had I used another company, they would have put in the typical drip pan or might have told me, I don't need one - that happened to me 4 years ago. Brothers maybe a little more pricy than some other companies, but I can always trust Brothers, love the quality of their work, and in my particular situation, I found it was well worth it for high quality work, better materials, and most of all peace of mind.

Residential sewage lift pump repair. Initially scheduled for 6pm arrival but Joe was able to start 6 hours sooner due to cancelations - score!!! Initial thought was a faulty pump which was going to cost over $2400 to replace. Once Joe started the job he discovered the original pump worked perfectly but the discharge pipe had pulled out of the pump fitting. He also realized there was no check valve installed. Joe fixed all this in one trip saving me over $1500. - score again!!! Joe is to be commended for his honesty, integrity and professionalism. ONE SATISFIED CUSTOMER! I definitely recommend Brothers for home repairs.

Joe neglected to bring a pressure gauge and so misdiagnosed the problem as a faulty spigot (for which he did not have a fitting washer). The solution, he suggested was a new $600 outdoor spigot, installed by Brothers. "they're the experts", I thought to myself, despite warning Joe several times that the water pressure from that line was quite high. Had Joe brought a pressure gauge, he would have found that the pressure from that spigot was 150 PSI. $600 later, Joe is down in the crawlspace, installing a new spigot. At that time, he would have clearly seen that the line to the spigot went directly from the city water line, and did not pass through the pressure regulator as did the rest of the water lines in the house. Joe installed the new spigot and within a week it failed. Again, not bothering to check the pressure, Joe replaced the blown washer, which failed again within a week. On the third visit from Brothers plumbers, finally a pressure gauge was brought and employed and the real problem quickly discovered and an estimate for $470 produced to fix the actual problem (water line bypassing pressure regulator). At this point, I could have been left high and dry. I called Brothers to give them the opportunity to make it right and Justin immediately volunteered to fix the original problem (water line bypassing pressure regulator). The work was completed today and I am fully satisfied. Everybody makes mistakes, but not everybody owns up to them and fixes them. Brothers Plumbing did.

The first time my wife and I were due at the hospital in 2 and a half hours to be induced with our first child. John I did a great inspection and found out that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger, that would be harmful to our health. Andrew L did a very good job of replacing the furnace for us. We were very impressed on his performance and explanation of what he was going to do. The weather was getting colder and when the new furnace was installed it warmed up our house quickly and made us very happy. Thank you. Mathew B. did a great job of relocating the turn off switch to the furnace. We are able to reach it with no problem. Thanks. Conner R. did a great job of inspecting the shower plumbing and advised us of the needed pipe upgrade that we needed, so that we would not have problems later on. Joe R. did a great job of checking our water pressure in our house, which was normal. He found the water softener reduced the water pressure slightly and we were given a quote for a new water. Michael K. inspected the furnace and thermostat thoroughly and answered all the questions I asked of him. He replaced the filter that was dirty. Great job and thank you. Andrew N got the furnace operating and found that the circuit board malfunctioned, which will be replaced. Thanks Andrew. The Plumbing inspection went well and I was given all the information for any plumbing upgrades that we need. Andrew B. inspected our Electrical System in our house. He let us know that there was no major issues, but mentioned upgrades that are available to us. Thanks Andrew B.

Beau and Dominic were a professional and respectful team. I wanted to trouble shoot a ceiling fan that would mysteriously turn off on its own. I was concerned that there might be a poorly connected wire in the switch or ceiling. They tried to replicate the problem and when they were unable to do that, they disconnected and reconnected the fan and switch. I’m satisfied that the problem may be in the fan and that poor wiring connections will not start a fire. All this for a call-out charge- a bargain! I’m delighted with the service I receive from Brother’s and recommend them without reservation!

This company is great! We had Robert come check out two possible leaks and to give us an estimate on all the work. He checked out all of our plumbing concerns, and really listened to us when we told him about each issue. He explained what parts need to be replaced and why certain things happened. I’m so glad I called Brothers since the plumber was extremely nice, attentive, and professional. I can’t imagine using anyone else. Now that we have an idea of the problem and cost, we will definitely schedule this plumber to come back out for repairs once payday arrives. I moved into my home a few months ago and it has needed a lot of work to get up and running. So I have called lots of different contractors for various reasons and Brothers has by far been the best to work with. He explained what he did and what was wrong so we understood the services provided. We always use Brothers for our heating and plumbing issues. I had the AC and furnace checkout to insure normal operation during the summer when AC usage is the highest. The service technician Shantel arrived ontime and was pleasant and efficient. I took advantage of a A/C and furnace start up special and also agreed to a full cleaning. Jeff, the service technician, did a great job. He was neat and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone requiring service.We also had a water heater replacement from this same company 2 years ago and are happy with the neatness and quality of the work - perfect solder joints. We had a kitchen sink faucet that would not work (no water). We bought a new Delta faucet and called Brothers to schedule a appointment for installation. They arrived in the time window that was committed and replaced both the worn out shutoff valves and the broken faucet. They did a great job and I would use Brothers again for any future plumbing issues. Andrew did a great job diagnosing our AC problem. He was very professional and professional. 7/20/22 As part of our Brothers Home Care Club membership, Mark performed an annual checkup/cleaning of our home A/C. He arrived as scheduled and completed the servicing. He was neat, professional and had a pleasant attitude. Happy to say the AC is working amazingly well this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Brothers had incredible reviews and I can see why. From start to finish, the customer service was excellent. Jeff and his associate were professional and personable. Our (new to us) old home has 20+ year old AC and heating so when our heating started to act up we were prepared for the worst. Given our options of doing a repair on the furnace today or replacing the furnace, we decided to move forward with replacing. We never felt pressured in this decision but given all the options, this was the best decision to make at this time. And we feel confident using Brothers here on out. EDIT: They came this morning to install our new AC and Furnace and I would give them an A+ from start to finish. Again, professional and personable and courteous and quality work from the time they arrived to when they left. Brothers will be our go to company for heating/plumping and electrical work that needs to be done. Update: Our AC unit needed to be looked at- Jeff, again, was great - informative and helped explain the issue at hand. I equate Brothers to finding a trusted mechanic - once you find them you definitely want to continue to use them.

Cleared out our garbage disposal, which was clogged. Call in on Saturday night Good service, got someone out on a Sunday for no additional charge. Technician was polite knowledgeable and efficient. Only issue was that it was kind of expensive: $345 for the services, which included $67 for the trip charge. The tech did tell us how much it was before they did the service. I guess you have to pay for this type of quality services.

I was impressed with the knowledge and professional quality I received with Richard P. at Brothers Plumbing, Heating, & Electric. The speed at which he diagnosed and proposed a solution for a hidden leak behind a kitchen cabinet convinced me to immediately consider his reasonable bid. He then efficiently completed the repair by bypassing and rerouting the leaking kitchen drain though the cabinet floor and then into an existing operational drain in the crawlspace. His confidence and seasoned experience has convinced me to give him my future business. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing home plumbing repairs.

Scott came out to install a toilet & sink in a studio apartment. He also updated the gas line to our gas stove/oven to get it up to code. Scott explained to me what he was going to do with each of the installs and the price of each installation. He was on time and very professional. Matsushima Farms

Our furnace went out on a Saturday. A team came out the next day. We had heat back again on the following Wednesday. Great response time and explanation of what the problem and solution were. These guys worked relentlessly during a snow storm to install both a new furnace and AC unit to ensure that the house was not only up to code, but more efficient and energy sustainable.
