This was my first experience using Stevenson Service Experts. It was a positive one. Service tech William was very helpful and informative. He took the time to provide details on my furnace so I could understand the problem. (yes, it is summer & they still have techs available to help with a heating issue - that was a plus). It was appreciated that in addition to getting knowledgeable help, I was assisted by a very considerate technician. Update: Stevenson Service Techs Shane and Cal installed the new furnace yesterday. What a nice experience. I have an older home so the work area was small but they got it done timely and did a through cleanup after. They took the time to walk through things like the new filter and how to use the thermostat. If the furnace, is the same quality as techs Cal and Shane, it will be a good one.

I felt that they explained what they had done very well in lay man's terms. Very happy with the availability of a service appointment in the height of a heat wave and will definitely be having Stevenson back in fall to service my furnace.

-Time and time again, it’s necessary to have a stranger (whether be cable, contractors, HVAC service/repair person) in your home. As a rule, not my favorite part of any day for variety of reasons. However, Service Experts, Mike C would be the exception to the rule. I always say its not the organization that makes a company great, it’s the people who work for them. Mike is prompt, humble, easy going, focused, pleasant & extremely knowledgeable in whatever he’s there to do … never fails to go the extra mile that makes him the extraordinary sort of guy he shows himself to be. Service Experts is lucky to have such a loyal ‘n dedicated employee! And thanks, Mike for helping with that filter!! -Service Experts Jayden C came to replace a leaky bathroom faucet. He’s a hard worker and did an awesome job! Jayden is very personable, not to mention his great personality. In addition, his knowledge, attention to detail & careful placement of objects in the bathroom (not to damage anything in his way before starting) then tidying up when completing the job was impressive. These are traits a homeowner observes when work is done in the home. Jayden is a gem!!

Earlier this month I called Stevenson when I noticed my heat wasn’t working, They sent Ernest and Ali to come check it out. They arrived within the time window and were super friendly! Sadly, there wasn’t much they could do because I needed to replace EVERYTHING!!! So they gave me all the info I needed and scheduled me another appointment! Over the next few days I met with Josh, Darrell, Dan, and Stan who were all so nice, polite, and friendly!! They all gave courtesy calls before arriving and arrived within the time window given! They kept me informed on what was being done and they answered any questions I had!! I am very pleased with my service and highly recommend Stevenson Service Experts!!!

Our furnace burned out when it got cold recently. We called early in the morning, they showed up the same morning to give us an estimate for the repair. We were given the price to repair or replace the furnace. There was no pressure and we had time to make up our minds. We went with the replacement. The next morning two amazing techs Brian Severt and Shane Smith came to install the new furnace. They worked efficiently and finished in just under 3 hours. They walked me through the new system and we couldn’t be more happy our house is warm again.

The Service Technician, Ernest, called me 20 minutes before he arrived and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very courteous and professional. Blown away by the service I received; starting with the my initial phone call, the receptionist was so sweet and nice. Then I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to send someone out the next day!! I was told a technician would be here between 4-6 and our tech arrived just before 4!! We purchased a home that was still under a maintenance agreement with Stevenson's. We have had them out for a spring check up and a fall check up. On both occasions the technicians were on time and did a great job getting us ready for the season. Most recently we had Thomas out to service our Humidifier, which ended up needing replaced. Thomas along with Ali did the installation and did a great job. They were professional, polite, and made sure everything was cleaned up and removed all of the trash when they left. Definitely will keep using them!!

We just had the free inspection of the system and the tech, Ernest, was very professional and paid incredible attention to detail. Just had a new system installed Monday by Teddy and David. The salesman, Jim came by last Friday and was awesome! He was very relatable, professional and straight forward. He did not try to sell me things that I did not need and worked hard to get me the best deal. I was surprised how fast the installers were scheduled to come out. Both installers were very professional and polite. I was very shocked how fast they were able to get everything competed and cleaned up. We called Stevenson when our furnace stopped working recently. Lavon & Luis came out the same day. They were both very nice and even put up with my annoying dog. Unfortunately, our furnace was 23 years old and not really worth the repair costs. Luis took the time to explain all my options and waited patiently while I called my husband to go over everything. Today I had a terrible leak running down the back of my wall inside my wall causing lots of damage. The company Stevenson sent out a gentleman named Joe and William which did excellent job they were very knowledgeable about why. Why are conditioner wasn’t working . They showed respect For my home and even covered their feet up with shoe covers they were very clean they did the job in an hour and out. I’ve been using Stevenson’s Service Experts for years and the service is excellent! My technician today was Mr. Thomas Adom. He was super professional and very thorough regarding my tuneup. He actually discovered that a filter had been sucked into my furnace whereby I thought it was missing and consequently replaced it (now I incorrectly had 2 filters). All of the technicians have been really good but Thomas Adom was the gold standard! He is a great representation of Stevenson’s Service Expert’s and if possible I’ll be requesting that he be my technician at all times.

From the initial call to schedule a service check to the check itself, I was very Pleased with the service provided. The receptionist Amber was so pleasant to talk to on the phone and was very helpful in scheduling the initial appointment. Then when Thomas Adom came out to talk to us he was very professional and knowledgeable and talked with us about what our needs were and how Stevenson could help. The second house call we received was from service techs Ernie and Lavon, they were both ready to help and answer any of my questions I had. They also showed me what they could see and explained what it was we were looking at. My gas boiler pilot light went out and would not stay on after several attempts. I called and was easily scheduled the next day for service. Thomas Adom showed up on time and attempted to repair the problem to save me money before replacing the thermocouple. All is well now as heat has returned. I will definitely request Thomas in the future. Update (Oct 29th, 2019): Thomas was out again this year to do yearly maintenance on my boiler system again and completed a thorough job. I'm impressed with how much time and care he takes insuring my old boiler system is working as safely and efficiently as possible.

Our furnace wouldn't heat the house above ~62°F. Last winter we had the same issue and paid $100 to another company that came out and did nothing. Stevenson, by contrast, determined that the natural gas pressure was set too low plus a couple other issues, and fixed it all for us in one visit—about an hour, and $142. Pretty reasonable price for having heat in the winter. The technician was professional, courteous, and straightforward. Everything works great now. Should've called them a month ago.

We had a problem with our shower faucet not pulling up & forcing us to use the tiny shower upstairs. Plus, we wanted to replace our kitchen faucet. We had another company come out & they said it would cost over $1700 & they would have to knock a hole in the bathroom wall. Andrew M. from Stevenson did both. He was very nice & respectful. When I said that I wanted just the basic faucet, he showed me the cheapest option & didn't try to pressure me into getting a more expensive model. Even though the jobs had difficulties pop up (like part of the pipe for the shower breaking off when he took it off), he maintain his composer & was good humored about it. He kept us fully informed on what he was doing. In the end we paid less than $500 & no holes were needed.

Been using Service Experts for quite some time now. They are always on time, very friendly, clean and also accommodating to issues that may arise. We usually get a rep named Adam, but today another rep named Lavon came to clean up our furnance. Both deserve a pat on the back and do a fine job. I will continue to use their services as long as I can. The only reason I put 4 stars is because we have another baby on the way and sometimes the cost of cleanings can be an issue. I think it would be awesome to get a loyalty customer discount of some sort after you pass a certain amount of years being a member.

Heat went out Sunday, Stevenson sent Ali out late Sunday. Very courteous and outgoing. Tuns out that the motor threw a bearing and had to be replaced. Ali found a replacement and just replaced it today. The $99 charged yesterday was returned and the replacement was cheaper and went in one day earlier.

Can't write a new review so i'll edit my old. Gary came out out to inspect my AC&Furnace everything looked good. He tried to sell me expensive additions " to be expected" which I kindly declined. He offered me a free plumbing evaluation. I had a leaky sink and tub for over a year so I jumped on this. Fast forward a week later Stan Foss comes to inspect. My water heater is 15 years old. He points out some things that spell disaster soon. I ask his honest opinion and he says if it was his he would replace it. Yesterday Stan came to replace the water heater and what do you know as soon has he moved it 1 inch the valve broke off as he said it would and 40 gallons of water came rushing out. Stan reacted quickly and due to his experience diverted a disaster. Stan was at my house from 10 am to nearly 8 pm due to all the problems he ran into with my plumbing but he had a solution to everything and a GREAT attitude. Now my plumbing is better then when I first bought this place. Stan will be my plumber for life and if you want the job done right I suggest you also ask for Stan Foss.

We had them replace our air conditioner unit a few years ago and loved the service. We recently had a ceiling leak and was quite happy to see they added plumbing repairs. Tim Stafford was the best. It had been an intermittent leak (every couple of months!) so it was difficult to find. He did! The pipe in the faucet was scarred so the o-ring no longer fit snugly. I know this because he showed me the parts and explained how it worked and why it was leaking. I will definitely call them again for any other plumbing problem.
