Very satisfied with my experience with Logan and installation of a new furnace and AC unit. Scott was very helpful from the sales side - he went over a good range of options at varying price points and was very knowledgeable about the systems they had to offer and the benefits of each. One thing that stood out about Logan was that I could tell they took pride in their company and the work they do - and it wasn't just a sales pitch; they delivered through the whole process. Brad and Blaine did the installation of the new equipment. There were several issues with the previous installation at our house, and they addressed all of them, down to small details. The guys left everything looking very clean and professional, and walked me through every part of the job ensuring it was satisfactory. Communication from the company was prompt and everyone arrived when they said they would. Highly recommend if you want top quality HVAC equipment and competent, professional installers.

Me and my family had Jeremy Adams come out to give us a second opinion after receiving a wildly high quote from Columbus Worthington Air for a blower replacement for our HVAC system. Jeremy was kind, professional, honest, and a pleasure to work with. He sat with us and helped weigh the options between repairing and replacing our system and gave us multiple quotes to help inform us of we wanted to do. It was such a nice experience we decided to also subscribe to their twice a year service deal for regular maintenance! We are having a new install for our total HVAC system done early in the next week. Update: Today, May 2nd I had Rick and Willie come out and install a new AC and Furnace unit. They happily moved the location of my AC unit outside as requested, and truly went above and beyond. Everything they did is incredibly nice, organized, and a vast improvement over the previous heating and cooling system. They even moved components for our humidifier to where it should have been in the first place for it to properly detect humidity, which was something I didn't realize! They were also personable and friendly and I couldn't be happier with the great work they've done.

Cannot recommend them enough! Thoroughly pleased with the sales and service we received. We recently retired and are thankful that we could trust Jeff. From the installation standpoint, they did it the next day and while it was supposed to be a simple installation, there was a rhythmic noise that was barely audible when the furnace was running. The guys worked for hours narrowing down the source of the noise and were able to fix it with a couple of screws. So thankful for Jeff being honest and upfront about costs and what to expect. Brad, Blaine and Chuck were very careful to respect our home and didn’t stop working until the job was done and all expectations met. Definitely five star service from everyone!

Sales rep Cameron is super friendly and knowledgeable. Takes the time to go through your current system with you and discuss any issues you are having. After measuring all of your ducts he will give you several options for a new system based on your financial situation. Once we chose the system we wanted they were out the next day to install. Rick and Willie showed up right on time for the install. Very friendly and knowledgeable with over 20 years experience for each of them. Once the new system was installed they walked me through the process of changing the furnace filter and using the thermostat. They were able to answer all of my questions and left me truly impressed by their workmanship and professionalism. I would definitely recommend Logan Heating & Cooling and the crew that worked for me!

He didn't try to pressure us one way or another but ensured we knew what options we had. The install was also a 5-star experience. Alex and Carter were very courteous and professional. I have had really good experiences with Logan. 19 yr old furnace went out in our below zero temps over the Christmas holiday. Once issue was determined (not worth repair) they gave us very fair quote and were able to install the next day. The installers (Alex and Carter) were great. They were timely, professional, showed us how to work the new thermostat and provided helpful maintenance tasks. I'm happy to have a company I trust in for HVAC issues, which we hopefully don't need anything but maintenance for some years now!

My experience with Logan Services has been positive from the beginning. My call to the office was handled professionally and pleasantly. Scott was my salesman and he did a great job explaining my options, after learning my heating/AC needs and expectations. The installers, Bradley and Blaine were really great. It was a long day (especially with the April showers plus April snow showers). They took care to keep the mud and mulch outside (not an easy task today). They explained all the ins and outs of my new system/thermostat. I’m using the app and they helped me set that up. Just nice, smart guys who took time to make sure I was good with everything. Logan Services gave us a prompt estimate with options for multiple systems at different price points. Explained the advantages and disadvantages of both. We didn’t make a decision right away but Derrick from Logan followed up with us about every 6 weeks and sent us updated estimates when needed. When we were finally ready, Derrick worked with us to get the best deal and Jeff had a crew out within days. The crew was timely, courteous, very respectful and did an excellent job of installing the system with little disruption to our day and no mess left behind. Highly recommended.

It's November, but Ohio, so we've had the chance to test both the furnace and the AC, and they're both working great! Definitely recommend!

Would highly recommend Logan Services as we called for an inspection, the inspector made us aware of issues with our old systems and they were out the next day to replace. The installation crew of Edric, Darren, and Blane were courteous, knowledgeable, and early to our appointment. They completely removed/replaced our Heating, Humidifier and Air Conditioning systems (excluding duct work) quickly and efficiently. After removal of the old and installation of the new they walked us through our new units features and functionality along with how the new thermostat worked and how to use it to get the best usage for our home.

Logan was fantastic! They were very thorough with their consultation and estimate and we were immediately sold when they offered next day installation! It was also amazing that they offered an educator discount! As a teacher myself it is rare to see a company offer that! The install was great too, the two-man team came in and went right to work and we’re done by end of day. Contacting Logan Ac and heat was extremely easy. Inquired Friday morning they were out by Friday afternoon and new system installed Monday! Very easy process. Kyle and Adam did an amazing quality job installing our new system. Very professional and cared about their work environment kept their area clean and checking in take sure we were all on the same page. Very friendly and easy to deal with! We had a very old system and an older home there were some obstacles they had to tackle but they were able to come up with solutions providing up to code services! Definitely reccomend them!

On Thursday, October 27, I scheduled Logan A/C & Heat Services to come out and replace our existing 17 year old furnace. The installers, Alex and Blaine, were punctual and told us that it would probably take them about 4 hours to get their work done. What they did was under promise and over delivered! Very impressed with our service today. Kenyon from Logan came out to our house for a routine heating inspection/checkup. Our son has had some trouble with his allergies lately and we had lots of questions about what Logan could be doing to help us improve our air quality. I was not there while the work was going on but when I arrived home after the 1st day of installation, I wouldn't have had any idea that the installation was occurring. The crew cleaned up after themselves each day which was such a relief. The installation took 3 days and on the 3rd day I did meet 2 if the crew members, Chuck & Dwayne. They were very courteous and did not leave until they were certain all units were performing as they should. We also have a dog that can be a busy body but the crew did well with her and was mindful of her to ensure she didn't get out while they were going in and out. I also got to meet Ty who my husband worked with on the estimate and scheduling of the work. He was easy going and didn't pressure us. He stayed in contact with us through the whole process. From the original estimate, supply chain delays and earlier installation date, we could not have asked for a better experience with a consultant than we did with Ty. I would highly recommend Logan AC & Heat Services to anyone looking for HVAC services. They were by far the most professional and knowledgeable company we talked with.

Replaced a 22 year old hybrid system (Heat pump / Natural gas) with a new AC & Natural gas furnace. Jeff the sales person was honest and gained my trust immediately. He helped to get the best system for our house and our budget and even helped us while we worked on the best payment option. In the end we got a great high efficiency system with a new thermostat and carbon monoxide testers for less than the other offers we received that didn't include those items. Brad, Blaine and Chuck arrived on time the very next day to complete the install and were very respectful of our home and kept everything clean and neat. While the install should have been straightforward, after install and during testing I could hear a very light rhythmic noise when the furnace was running. I pointed that out to the guys and they spent the next several hours systematically eliminating all possibilities until they found the source and fixed it with a couple of screws. As a retired couple, we are so thankful for their diligence and going the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied. I highly recommend them and Logan.

I purchased a new AC/Heating system for Logan Services. The very next day I had a gentlemen named Bobby Frye and Matt D. come out to install my new system. They came and did an excellant job. They cleaned up all of the mess. They then went through all of the information about my new system and how to work everything. The showed me how to install the app on my phone and how to use it. The very great. If I ever need to have anything done I would ask for Bobby Frye and Matt D. to come out and do the job. Highly recommend them.

Beginning with the estimate I got form Jeff, the quality of the Trane equipment, and the careful installation, I really don't know why anyone can stay in business. The installation done by Bradley, Austin, and Blane was better than I could have hoped for. Many times I noticed they were doing the work and taking care of things as if it was there own home. My experience with Logan was positive from start to finish. My install team Treneil,Chuck and Dustin called ahead the morning my furnace/ac was scheduled to let me know TOA and sent a picture ID as well. They arrived on time and explained the install procedure, confirmed details and answered all questions. Our old system from the 80s finally gave out. Logan Services was quick to respond and send someone to diagnose. Nathan, the technician who came to look at the old system gave us options and his recommendations, but did not pressure us into any decision. Knowing the age of the old system, we opted to replace with a new Trane unit and Logan was amazing throughout this process! They acquired the needed permits, had a crew here the next day. Kyle Q and Paul worked together like a well oiled machine. They were professional, courteous, and took extreme care to protect the carpet and walls as they came in and out of our home. After the installation was complete, they both took time to show us how to use the new system and make sure all questions were answered prior to their departure. The city inspector came out and said everything looked awesome. We couldn’t be more happy with our decision to choose Logan Services!

They explained all of the features on the new system. They helped on installing the Thermostat on our phones and how to use it. Well worth the investment. The positive reviews that I’ve read were proven to be correct by this install project. Remain positive no matter what issues will present themselves on your install or repair. The contractors did the same in return. Brad, Blaine, and Austin remained focused as they darted up and down the basement stairs during the installation! We were glad to see that they would always take the time to ensure our flooring was protected. Then rolled up any trackings after they were done. Thank you for those details.

We just had a new heat pump and furnace installed. Hunter and Carter showed up on time, were courteous, professional and knowledgeable. They got the job done and cleaned up all their mess prior to leaving. I highly recommend Logan, they were a little more pricy compared to some others but we went with them because they actually SHOWED up on time and gave us a quote that day. We had a struggle to even get the competition to show up at all. I would rather pay a little more and know the job will get done then pay less and sit and wonder if they are even going to show up.

Everything was excellent from Brian (our Salesman) coming to our home, Doug and Dallas (our Installers) and the entire Trane Heat Pump and air handler system. The installers worked from 9:45 a.m. to 6:55 p.m. without any stopping impressive! The appointment, next day installation service and follow-up was FIRST CLASS. Not a sales pitch - they are a serious company that really is there for their customer.

In addition to the A/C unit, Logan also installed a new furnace, whole house humidifier & a UV light. The technicians headed by Charlton came on time, got to work right away, by dismantling the old furnace in the attic and the A/C unit outside and installed the new units in a methodical manner and completed the entire installation process in about 4 Hours. What a great experience! Starting with a call to the office to get a service call scheduled for that day and James coming to our home and diagnosing my current furnace problem! James gave me a reasonable cost to repair of about $800! Due to the fact that the existing equipment was over 26 years old....I inquired about replacing both the furnace and AC! James did a load analysis on our home and priced out 3 different options of equipment and explained thr pros and cons of each system! We decided on the middle system which best fit our needs! Luckily they had an install slot for the next day and all the Trane equipment was in stock! Our install team Rick and Willie arrived promptly at 9A for the installation! What a great install team! They protected the floor accessing our basement and were very professional throughout the install process! Both paid much attention to detail and did an excellent job!! Hands down....Rick and Willie were the best install team that I have ever worked with...they should be commended on their excellent work! They finished installation and total cleanup by 4PM! Rick explained in detail how to use the new thermostat and all the available options if we choose to connect it to our WIFI! I highly recommend Logan Services for any of your HVAC needs!

Had a new Trane system installed in May, 2021. The install was great, and the A/C worked flawlessly all summer. However I notice a small noise when the unit was shutting down, so I called to have it checked out. James came out and did a complete inspection and assured me that the furnace was working perfectly. At the very end on the inspection, he noticed a loose panel in the furnace that was making noise due to pressure changes in the duct system. A coupe of screws took care of it. I could not be happier! I'm a DIY guy that was dealing with a 23 year old furnace that served well until recently. Seeing that many OEM parts were obsolete and having a functional 38 year old A/C that was destined to fail (likely soon) I started seeking estimates to replace the entire system. This would require some creativity due to the furnace location in a tight utility closet with challenges to establish a new vent to the exterior. I was able to show how things could be done to the companies providing estimates and was told they would have to send out someone else to see what could be done....Scott from Logan came out, was receptive to my ideas and said "can do" ! Gave me a lot of brands, options and accurate pricing. I usually buy middle of the road quality but decided on Trane equipment. He could have had an install crew out next day if needed, granted the weather was good for early November so we weren't freezing. Had the crew out a few days later. Rick & Will very skilled and have worked together forever (no kidding! Father & son). Had a hard working young man in apprenticeship with them. Was a pleasure to have them here and they did an excellent job ! City of Columbus came out 10 days later, looked it over and slapped on their inspection approval sticker. In service a month now, I'll try to remember to post an update a couple years from now. Very satisfied with the product and workmanship from Logan.

However, their sales team member employed high pressure sales tactics even when told my spouse and would not be making a decision that day. He repeatedly used sexist sales tactics that were demeaning which ultimately means Logan AC and heat will not be getting my business.

I needed to upgrade my aging and under powered HVAC system and after getting a few quotes from a few vendors I settled on Logan A/C and Heat. They weren't the least expensive quote but being a Trane dealer they had the best value for the money in my opinion. Their 0% financing deal was also a huge plus. The sales rep, Brian was extremely thorough in inspecting my existing system and duct work to help me figure out which furnace and AC solution would best fit my needs. He locked in a quote for me and assured me that's all I would be paying. There were no surprise fees or anything like that. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to pressure me into anything. He was also very responsive in answering any follow up questions I had over the next few days while I was making up my mind. On installation day Alex, Carter, and Josh came to put in the new system. They too were extremely professional and addressed all of my questions before they even got started. The installation took them from 9am to 6pm, which according to them was longer than usual, but they did not leave until everything was perfect and they had explained everything about the new system to me. These guys were truly professional in that they owned full responsibility for the job from start to finish. My immediate impression of the Trane system they put in is that airflow through the house is noticeably better than what it was with my old HVAC system, which is a great sign. I'll update this review at a later time when I've had a chance to put the system through a few cycles and when I get my next few utility bills for an efficiency comparison. For now, I'm happy with my decision to choose Trane and Logan A/C & Heat.

I guess with every good story there’s bad. Installed in January problems off the get go. Communication errors.reboot the system they said and I do this approximately 15 -20+ over the coarse of the next 7 months with three visits from them to try and fix the issue to no avail. Then one day they decided to send someone who knows what they are doing. He found the the fuse holder was damaged during install and was making intermittent contact causing the comm issue( only took 7 months) on a $17,000 system. Now I have it on the advice of two electricians that they installed under sized wire to feed my air handler one has ten years and the other 25+ . I have a 12-2 wire feeding thru a junction panel going to a 10-2 wire from a thirty amp circuit . They did it to save a little money and safety is not that important at least mine. When will it end I am clearly stuck with the Pandora’s box system. Question people reviews and buy a quality system from a good company and don’t worry about glitz and glamour it wasn’t good in this case.

Complete system replacement on 12/26/18. When it was time to replace my 24 year old furnace i thought i would give Logan a try. So glad i did. Every part of the operation was very professional. The technician, Derec Temke was so thorough in reviewing my current situation and explained in great detail the different systems that were available. I like to know the technical aspects of it. Derec knows his equipment and takes all the time needed to make sure you completely understand what is available. I went ahead and replaced my 10 year old A/C as well since they had a special at that time. I upgraded to the Trane S9v2 Two Stage 96% furnace from an 80% Single Stage furnace. This furnace has outstanding reviews and I can see why. It has only had to use Stage One heat for most of the time which definitely helps with the gas bill. Also received free whole house humidifier which has a definite affect on the warmth of the house. The installers, Doug Badgeley and Dallas did a fantastic job of installing all of the equipment. So careful with everything they did. Great attention to detail. Doug explained everything i needed to know and made sure I didn't have any other questions before they left. They cleaned up and there was no mess at all after the installation. Everything works great and couldn't ask for a better experience. Also love the wi-fi thermostat that allows you to control the furnace and a/c and see how long systems are running. Give them a shot you won't be disappointed.

(Note: Original review from late September 2020, edited recently for clarity.) Our 18-year-old AC and furnace started showing signs of failure and needed replacing. We got 3 estimates and the one from Logan was $1K less than C/W Air and $3K less than Atlas Butler for comparable equipment (same specs, different brands, slightly different fine print details), making the decision an easy one. We canceled an additional 2 estimate appointments and went with Logan since the price was so reasonable and we wanted this done while the weather was moderate and our system was still mostly functional. By the time we contacted Logan we already knew we needed a new system, so our first interaction with them was for the estimate. The salesman (Scott F.) was very thorough, clear, friendly, helpful with questions, and not at all pushy or high pressure. There was no "accept this offer by tomorrow or else the price will go up" nonsense that sometimes happens in industries like this. He presented different options and gave us a bunch of literature and information about the company and the process in general. It was a little overwhelming but all of the information was important and relevant, and I definitely appreciated it compared to the other companies' estimates and sales pitches that were barely anything more than itemized price quotes. Our installation appointment was set for 4 days later and they ended up being able to move it 1 day earlier after they had some schedule changes. The installation crew (Bradley K. and two guys, I'm bad with names, sorry!) arrived on time and they were very friendly and professional. Installation took longer than what we were told is average, but I think that's partially because they had to move some ductwork to make room for the new furnace. Being realistic, it's a huge job anyway, disconnecting and removing the old appliances and then installing and setting up the new ones. It still got done in one day and the time taken wasn't a problem because it's always preferable to have things like this done correctly instead of being rushed, and we appreciate their thoroughness in making sure the new equipment was functioning properly. Final price ended up being exactly what we agreed to with Scott. There were some decent financing options available but we went with the "pay half upon acceptance and pay half when the job is done" option. Overall very glad to have this done and definitely happy we went with Logan.

The installation guys were friendly and work together but there job ethics and outcome I didn't like. Cons They could of gone behind the air vents in the basement instead of crossing over in the front and looking ugly. The copper and the lines outside the house could of been properly covered so it can't get damaged.

This was the best experience with a local business that I can recall! We had decided to buy a new furnace/ac for our new house. I was familiar with the brand because I upgraded an old house with the same. I knew I didn't want the same company to install the new system because of how that experience was. So, I messaged Logan Services about a promotion I saw on television. Got an answer very quick, and had an appointment for a free estimate in my home the next morning. Scott came to my home. Was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the company and the product. Made my choice easy. He had said they could install the new system the next day. I was like , ok, sure. Turns out they could! 9am 3 guys showed up. They were all polite, and respectful. In less than an hour the old furnace was already disconnected. There was no checking their cell phones. First, we dealt with the service representative, James, who was very courteous and helpful. James also helped us get the best price for the unit we chose (which included a new furnace and a new air conditioner), Second, on the day of installation we dealt with three servicemen, Dallas, Alex and Doug. Again these men were courteous and helpful, and knowledgeable about the system they were installing. The system, and the monitoring of said system is a little complicated but built-in customer service contacts is maintained through the company so that when we have questions we can get the help we need immediately.

The salesperson Cameron never negative sold their competition, but told how their company was the better choice. The installers Clay and Griffin were very professional and cred about making sure that I was happy with our purchase. They answered all my questions (and there was a lot of them) in a way that was easy to understand. They went the extra mile to make the new system look clean in its appearance. They even reposition our humidifier into the correct location and reposition our generator line to be more visibly pleasing. They left our house as clean as it was when they came. Clay, Matt, and Griffin were great getting us heat as our furnace went out while it was 19 degrees out! We had this company do a maintenance check on our 18 year old furnace before winter, and when it got really cold they had actually called us earlier in the week to make sure it was working well. Sure enough, it stopped holding temperature that week and they were already scheduled to replace it the same day it finally quit working altogether. The installation was a 13 hour job, but the guys were courteous and professional, and tried to be quiet so our baby could still sleep. We really appreciated their kindness and hard work.

In 2021, I had Logan install a large mini split heat pump system into my home with no central air and only wood burner and baseboard heat (4 indoor heads, 1 large outdoor unit, 48k BTU, 4 ton), and am very happy overall. The installation took longer than expected, and I have called them back to fix a couple minor things here and there but they have never dragged there feet and have always fixed the issue to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first and had quotes from three other companies as well (Fire & Ice, Custom Air, & Favret) but Scott Fryman, my salesperson, really sealed the deal for me. I didn't have bad experiences with the other companies, but myself having a firm understanding of mini split systems going in, Scott definitely struck me as the most knowledgeable sales person I talked to and didn't try to sell me capacity I didn't need. I knew the HVAC was old when we bought the house and didn't have much longer, but my wife and I were holding on to both as long as we could. When I went to turn on the furnace and light the pilot, nothing happened. The old thing decided it was time to go. So, I called Logan, and they sent Nathan out to take a look. He assessed everything and explained it all very thoroughly. We talked through my options, and when deciding on systems, I never felt pressured into getting the highest-end model. I had a budget I wanted to stay in, and Nathan and the office helped make that work. It was pretty cold inside the house and had been an ice-house for a few days, so they got me taken care of the next day for an installation. Rick, Willie, and Alex came out and arrived on time as promised. They walked me through the process and got everything installed. No one, or at least no one I know, is excited to throw down cash on a new AC and Furnace. Everyone at Logan made the whole process easier and less dreadful. Each person was abundantly helpful from the initial time on the phone to the estimate and the install. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Logan enough, and I sincerely mean that. We will be calling them again in the future and continue to use them for regular checkups and service.

Explained what would be next with the inspection process and how everything worked. I am super pleased with the A/C. They did have to test the heat, which isn't fun and Anthony didn't enjoy it, but he did explain the why :). Again, this was the best experience as I've never had to have anything this large done in my house. I would totally recommend this company and their installation was excellent!!! Great job!!!!!!

They not only provided me with an apples to apples estimate for the estimate I obtained from another HVAC company but provided an additional estimates for 3 different systems. Great sales rep with years of previous installation experience (Derec) walked us through all of the information and educated us on what to look for when choosing a company. Within 48 hours of deciding to go with Logan Services, we had a new A/C and furnace installed. The installation techs (3 total including Matt O. on the paperwork) were awesome, respectful, and enthusiastic. It’s ironic that they usually perform their jobs when the A/C is not working and have to leave when it fixed/repaired/replaced. We estimate to save ~ 25% off our electric bill based on current model efficiency versus old model efficiency. That’s a decent savings off the monthly cost of electricity (if financed).

Rick, Willie and Alex installed a new heating and cooling system this week - 4 days after a pretty heavy snow storm hit central Ohio. They didn't blink when they had to dolly the AC unit around to the side of my house through the snow. AC went out and furnace was on last leg. Had three companies quoted. Logan was highest but included humidifier and sales rep gave convincing pitch on percent of installs that are done incorrectly in industry and why Logan is the best. Trusted brand name equipment and most professional appearance and demeanor of the three companies. Install went very smooth. Fast and professional. Furnace works great. Gave away all my personal humidifiers to family. - Started up the whole house humidifier this month and no water flowed to the pad for weeks. Called and had Logan come out to check it. Service tech was very polite and walked me through why all the individual components and wiring was correct and that humidifiers are just hard to control. They need heat on to run but the more heat the drier the air and so on so it may just not keep up with the humidifier set point. I asked why no water to the pad and was told it did work when he hooked it up to power and that when the icon on the thermostat shows water icon it is indeed working. He then left. - I then researched everything I could find for days, didn’t trust the answer and then hired another company to come check things out and see if my research was correct. The wire to signal the humidifier to release water was connected to AUX 2 instead of AUX 1. The default for the thermostat is AUX 1. Third party tech guy connect to AUX 1 and now it’s working perfect. Simple mistake but also huge headache that cost me in the end after having it rechecked by original installer. Just glad it’s all working now.

Excellent overall experience! I called Logan on a hunch that my 28 year old furnace wasn’t going to make it through the winter. I didn’t have a ton of time to do a lot of research. The salesman Scott F. was knowledgeable and gave me two options for a Trane system, I chose the Cadillac of Trane systems. The installers Rick and Willie along with a new trades man Alex were very professional and clean with the install. Being in the construction industry myself for over 35 years I’ve seen a lot of hack installers in my time . This crew is the real deal…. They are the A-Team. My advice to Alex was to grab on to the knowledge and experience of Rick and Willie and hands on installation is the best teacher. After initially having a difficult time getting Logan Services to come look at our 1890 Granville home, Jeff their sales rep proved to be most helpful and knowledgeable. Our AC had gone out during the hottest period of the summer. Treneil, Chuck, and Josh were at our door the next morning to install a new AC unit and furnace on our third floor. They worked under extreme conditions with positive attitudes. Work was completed and we were back in business. Logan Services returned to our 1890 home to install 2 additional AC and furnace units in our home. This service was done up to expectations by a crew of Doug and Bradley, and Treneil and Chuck. There was an additional mechanic or two. They worked in cluttered conditions in our basement. Should you have work done in similar conditions I would suggest that you tarp over your junk to make clean up easier. Having been a trades person for most of my adult life I respect conscientious work and that is what we got. Cheers to all involved!

Derec came out and got us all set up with a quote. it was competitive with other estimates and they seemed like good people to work with. So we decided to have them do it. We needed to move up the install and they were able to oblige us in our request. Kyle Q. and Jared did my install yesterday. They were great. Very pleasant to work with and friendly. Install took roughly 8 hours from start to finish. Only way you could tell they were here was the gleaming brand new hard to stop, trane system and the cooler air. It was nearly 90 outside and by 8 pm only 2 hours after they left house was down to 72. Thanks guys! Highly recommend these honest guys. They seemed like good quality people that I would have as friends!

It was time to update our HVAC. We contacted several vendors for quotes and selected Logan AC & Heat. Our salesman (Cameron) was on time and explained the services. He provided a timely quote. The installation was scheduled and our installers Treneil, Chuck, and supervisor Anthony arrived on time. They explained what to expect in the process and began to work immediately. They were very courteous and professional through the day. When the job was complete they did a nice job cleaning up and removing the old materials.

The service tech came out by noon the same day that I called. My blower fan was running but was not blowing out air that morning. When he started it up it was working. I felt like a fool but he said that happened and if it happens again in the next 30 days they would come back no charge. He charged only $79 and looked over and tested the whole system. The first company I called that Monday morning could not come out until Friday and quoted service charges for the first half hour and every fifteen minutes after. Their rates were much higher.

Skylar and his team (Quenton and Alex) were incredibly professional during the replacement of my previous AC/HC unit. They performed the work in the time indicated and very well. Skylar explained to me what he was doing at every major step, and at the end of the installation, explained to me how to properly use and maintain the system. Even he went out of his way to indicated me that there was a problem with the heater that was not going into phase 2. I indicated him that I was not signing the release form of the work done as I wanted the company to fix the issue as this was a brand new equipment. My service was outstanding. Kyle Queen and Dillon did a fantastic job. When Kyle realized there was going to be an issue because the new furnace was larger then the one I had and it was going to be a really tight situation he came up with a solution and called his supervisor. The Supervisor came to the house and went over the plan with Kyle. When the supervisor new it was going to be a 2 day job, he offered in install a window unit so I would be comfortable until it was fixed the next day. Kyle worked very hard to make sure he was at a place where the downstairs would be cool before he left for the night. They were back by 9am the next morning and back at work. Kyle took in consideration the tight spot and made sure everything was accessible and running properly and his installation was very neat. Dillon installed the unit outside and also did a fantastic job. The Supervisor came back on the 2nd day to make sure everything was going okay and that I was satisfied with the job. I would recommend Logan's very highly. Kyle's knowledge, ability and professionalism went above and beyond. I would recommend very highly Logan's. If possible, you should request Kyle Queen and Dillon for the job. I don't want to slight Dillon because he did and awesome job, it's just Kyle had a difficult installation.

Our A/C wasn't blowing cold air. We called Logan and they had someone come out the next day (it was not an emergency). The guy that came out was great. He told me that could put freon in but it was about $200 per pound, and our unit was about 4 lbs low. He said it could last a year, it could last a day, but there was no way to know. With our current A/C and furnace being 25 years old we decided to bite the bullet and get new units. They got us in a day early when we asked as it was extremely hot and muggy. Well they called this morning and said the truck broke down and they couldn't come today. We asked if there was anything they could do and they had someone from Dayton come to install for us instead. Amazing service! They came and got it all replaced and the unit is working great! Thanks to our initial service guy, Nathan Dodds, and the 2 installers, Bobby Frye and Brendan H. Everyone was very thorough and friendly!

I told them that their salesman Jeff set a pretty high bar for them to achieve and they went above and beyond expectations. I was also impressed by my installer Will S., who has so much ability to expertly assemble and set many features to do with testing, wiring, heating and cooling, so that the entire system becomes a quality product. Two other installers were included, each with their area of expertise. I was very impressed at how well they worked together, as well as independently. They provided necessary paperwork and showed me how to properly install the filters, so that I can feel confident about necessary maintenance, after they leave. Everyone conducted themselves professionally, and performed a quality job. I highly recommend Logan Services.

Our AC went out on that hot Saturday before July 4. We were able to get it repaired but the tech said there were other parts that probably were going to fail in the near future. We got an estimate from his company and also called Logan for an estimate from them. Jeff was our rep from Logan and he clearly explained all our options and we felt we were in a position to make a very educated decision. It was also expedient that Logan Services was offering 5 years at 0% interest. The install date was set but the day did not start off very well. The install team arrived and went to work but told us it was set as a two day install. We had been told one day and there was no way I could take another day off work. I was not real happy and I called Jeff to make my feelings know. He got back to me within an hour and said the install would indeed be done that day and had any other parts the install team needed expedited to our house. The install team of Kevin and Kevin did get the job done that day and their cleanup was immaculate. We are very happy with our new system and with the great customer support we received. Their TV star even stopped by in the afternoon of the install to see how things were progressing!
