Atlas Butler saved the day for me with my washing machine. I ordered a new one from Home Depot to deliver, install, and take away the old washer. However, they simply dropped off the new one and left. *Deep sigh* I called Atlas in a panic on a Saturday a little before 1:00, and they had someone out at my house by 2:00. Their technician (Kyle A.) was AMAZING! Not only did he take apart the old washing machine and take it to the curb for me, but he also had to switch the placement of the dryer and washer in my laundry area. He was kind enough to run to Home Depot and get the parts for the longer dryer vent hose and install it since I am about the least handy person when it comes to this stuff. After all that, he installed my new washer and made sure it was all working before he left. I am truly impressed with their promptness, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond. Worth every penny!

Our water heater went out on Friday evening of a holiday weekend. Atlas Butler made it so easy to set up an appointment and get someone out to our house as quickly as possible. Our usual plumber couldn't fit us in until Tuesday, but Atlas Butler was there within a couple hours. The technician was very knowledgeable, contacted me before he arrived and was able to clearly explain what the issue was. Within a few hours, our hot water tank was replaced and we were ready to go. Thorough inspections with honest & realistic advice. Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. My Mom’s A/C went out this summer at about 5:30 PM on a weekday. She called Atlas Butler. Our tech was Doug W. Not only did I get a service call the same day I called, but he came back and repaired a blown motor after leaving to get the replacement part. Shilo and team were amazing. There were multiple tasks in one job. What I thought would take the whole day wrapped up by mid afternoon. Clean, thoughtful and thorough. One of the guys told me he had been waiting for an opening to join the team for over two years, when he got the offer he jumped on it. Only a couple of weeks in, he was super enthusiastic. I always get three+ bids. Atlas was fairly priced and responsive. Having dealt with cheaper contractors and all their excuses, missed appointments and up charges, Atlas was well worth the small difference. I would choose them again and recommend to my family.

I scheduled plumbing repairs with Atlas Butler for today and asked for Michael as he had worked in my home before. Approximately one half hour before his arrival time AB was courteous enough to call and let me know Michael was running behind at the job before me. They would be glad to find a different plumber if I wanted. I didn't, so I just decided to wait for Michael. I called for a clogged drain in my kitchen which was backing up our dishwasher and sink. I was told they would have a technician out between 2p-4p. Chris arrived right on time at 2p and we received text notifications ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Chris was extremely friendly and was able to diagnose the issue and the measures he needed to fix it right away. Our issues was fixed in roughly an hour which I believe was extremely quick. I felt our service was above and beyond and I strongly recommend giving them your business.

My heat went out on New Year's Eve. Atlas Butler was very responsive to coming that day within an hour. Unfortunately they couldn't fix the blown circuit board that day because it was a specialty part needing ordered. They showed up on Monday and had to repair within 30 minutes. Had a clogged pipe from the kitchen sink, draino wasn't working, using a hand snake wasn't working. After a day and of working on it and not making progress, I called around to various places. Atlas Butler could be out the next morning. Boom, perfect. Was told a professional would be between 8am and 9am. About 8:20 is when Carl showed up. I cannot speak highly enough of how personable and friendly he was. I showed him where the issues was and explained everything I had tried. By 8:55 he was finished and the sink was draining again. In the evening on the day Christmas was being observed (Mon Dec 26) we noticed our heat wasn’t working. I tried the company with we had had a maintenance agreement and couldn’t reach them. I then called Atlas Butler got right through and set an appointment for that evening. They explained pricing, technician Connor arrived early was super professional explained the repair and was done in 30 minutes. I was very happy to have heat back on quickly and thankfully for around $200.

I am extremely grateful to Atlas Butler. On 12/21/22, I was in the airport in OKC about to head back to Columbus and got a call from my wife that the system wasn't working - no heat, no nothing. I had already dealt with my home warranty company about a furnace leak to no avail and I believe that led to the final breakdown. So, I refused to call them again and pay the service fee. Based on ads that I have seen, I immediately called Atlas Butler and purchased the club membership. A service person was sent to my house while I was in the air on the way back to Columbus. By the time I got home at 8 pm, we had paid for the new HVAC system and were scheduled for installation on the next morning, 12/22/22 at 8 am. Sam and his partner arrived at 8 am and finished at 6 pm. They worked through lunch. Everything was professionally done and they carefully explained the new system and and smart thermostat to me. They were awesome. It was all done right before the arctic weather came in early this morning. Looking forward to a lifetime relationship with Atlas Butler.

Atlas Butler installed a complete HVAC system. Within a few days the A/C compressor became noisy. A tech was dispatched the day of my call and the problem was determined to be internal. The resolution was to have a team replace the entire unit rather than continue to attempt identify the exact, defective part. They did plumbing for us. Called them because they were able to come out that day. But it took three days for person to actually come in to do work. The plumbers were good and courteous. However, the estimate I believe was too high. They basically replaced about 10 ft of copper pipe and new connections. Charged $2500 and was finished in approximately 4 hours, including time to go to get parts. The replacement parts were schedule 40 pvc with 5 or 6 either 2" or 3" rubber boot connectors. Seems to me they they are getting about $400 per hour labor. Just seems very high to me.

Technician was on time proceeded to check out my concerns regarding kitchen sink suspected leak but found nothing to be leaking because water had actually dripped off counter top into cabinet below over an unknown length of time, and had saturated the surface enough for it to drain onto floor in front of sink. He also checked out my downstairs toilet and found that the reason my toilet didn’t flush when flush was initiated was because fill valve had separated from it’s base part. He replaced it for 127.00, which included all labor and taxes and cost of the TOTO Flush Valve. He also made sure everything was situated in it’s proper place so that it would flush properly every time and you would only need to press the flush mechanism once and release.

I was given an eta of earlier in the day Sunday but the text I received showed a eta of Sunday evening I requested drain service and a technician that arrived said he was a faucet guy and we would need a drain guy. Another technician arrived within an hour and within original time window given. We have had this type of service performed in the past to unclog drain from kitchen sink to basement sink to sewage system. The cost was expensive for a clogged drain bur probably comparable to other service providers but given it was Sunday evening can understand cost

Had a competitors (Trane) furnace stop working this week and service was 1 day out, however, Atlas Butler was available in 30 mins to get out and start the repair. Parts had to be ordered, but Jacob drove twice to competitors WH to pickup and install. Bo was FANTASTIC. The first thing that came out of mouth when I opened the door was, “Wow, no one has ever been this on time to our house!” Aside from top notch professionalism, no doubt, Bo went the extra mile (or 5, haha) to make sure that our heat was up and running during the coldest days of the year right after Christmas. He tríela trouble shot every possible hang up, and gave us great anticipatory guidance. Very appreciative for all of his hard work, and for the wonderful woman (her name starts with a ‘D’, I apologize I forget the whole thing!) who was able to get us scheduled so quickly! As a household who has had different repair services in and out recently, this was the first to make us feel like all avenues had been explored and that the quality of work was the same, high quality Bo would have done in his own home. Seemed a bit excessive in price for a 20 second fix. Overall they got the job done but would have been better to just charge the $89 service fee instead of the $300 since it literally took 20 seconds to restart the pilot light. The guy was helpful though and showed me how to fix the water heater if it happens again.

I woke up this morning and noticed the air coming through my vents wasn’t as cold as it should be and there was a hissing noise. I called around 8:30 am and was scheduled for the 2-4pm slot, but they called around 10 asking if I’d prefer to be bumped up. Spencer S went over what was wrong (ultimately, old unit needed replaced), was able to put a temporary patch on the unit to keep us comfortable for the next couple days, and scheduled our estimate for this evening. Mark D went over all options with us with very transparent pricing and our install is scheduled for tomorrow morning. This was something we should have been prepared for but weren’t, and both Mark and Spencer took great care of us and made a major headache much more bearable. I was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased with Atlas Butler! No one likes it when an unexpected big expense like a furnace and Heat Pump go out and have to be replaced but they eased it a bit! They got with me quickly when I found my system had gone out over night (8am tech assessment and sales call at 1030am). I knew the 17 yo system was having problems and was due for replacement. I did some preliminary checking on pricing and they were comparable. By noon I was signed up for a new system to be installed the following morning at 8am! All parts in stock! They showed up with a crew of 4 and had the old system out by 930am. The new system was very professionally installed (VERY CLEAN INSTALL!), and they were out of there by 200pm... They laid down runners to protect the floor, and answered all my technical questions well (I'm technical so I had a lot!) Also walked me through set up and configuration, and PM of the new system! Our AC stopped blowing cold air. With the temperatures in the high 80s this week and to add on having a week old baby in the house, the problem needed fixed fast. I have been a long time customer of Atlas Butler and they really came to the rescue today. We had to have our water service turned off 5 days ago due to a leak in the service line from the street outside of our basement. This caused our sump pump to run constantly and a seeping leak through the block wall underneath the water main. Needless to say we were pretty panicked. We contacted Atlas Butler and the city had the water turned off that day and the problem diagnosed. They estimated a fair price for a site repair of the line and were able to be out by the end of the week once utilities had been marked. The two plumbers were professional, friendly, and very understanding of the stress we had been under without water the last few days. They took every effort possible to protect our landscaping and our paver wall that was clearly in the way of the 3 ft wide by 6 ft deep trench they needed to make to conduct the repair. We also had two bushes and a tree in the area that had to come up and they assisted in this process. Once the work had been done they took great time and effort to ensure that the dirt was backfilled properly and also help to clean up the area in which they had to put the dirt during the repair. I could not have been more pleased and cannot recommend them enough for not just the HVAC services but they're plumbing arm as well.

Sunday morning in July, 90 degree day and my AC is not working. Suspect that it’s the thermostat, who to call who to call. Atlas Butler came out and quickly installed a new thermostat for $427. The technician then went down into the basement and took apart my 9 year old still under warranty furnace and determined that there is a serious problem and that the heat exchanger needs replaced due to a leak. The heat exchanger is covered under warranty but the labor would be $2,700. I mentioned that I would need to get a second opinion. He then red tagged my furnace and declared it inoperable and un-safe. In retrospect it is plausible that this is a real problem but also highly suspicious that such a small piece of now missing gasket is cause to replace the entire heat exchanger. We question why he went down there in the first place unsupervised to take our furnace apart and “find” a problem. Awaiting a visit by Care Heating & Cooling. “The Cat Toy in-the furnace experts”.

We had 2 guys out here, 1 in the house installing new furnace, a/c, vents, brand new system and another guy outside doing the a/c unit and lines, then he came in and did thermostat and carbon monoxide detector. Both of these gentlemen were super professional, very nice, excellent work on both ends. Kept my home in clean condition protecting my floors as well. Appointment time was for 8, they were here at least 20 minutes early and were out of here before 1pm. My husband and I chatted with them both the entire time. We had Atlas clean out the ducts and vents in our home. I really liked that they sent someone out to give us a free estimate of the cost. The technician was professional and kind and the estimate didn’t take more than 15 minutes and they were then able to get our appointment for the work to be done a few days later. The technician who completed the duct cleaning was also very professional and friendly. The process took about 3 hours and they included before and after pictures of the vents with our invoice. We had an overall great experience and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to use them in the future.

Where do we begin on how amazing this service was?!! They responded right away (within two hours of our call on Sunday afternoon) and sent Antonio, who diagnosed the problem. Top notch sales and service! Mica was great to work with and gave us a very competitive price. Mark's plumbing work is just GORGEOUS. Just look at that picture. He removed the old tank water heater, and rerouted and tucked the gas and water pipes so neat and cleanly. The team also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The Navien NPE-240A itself performs great. Endless hot water on demand, so no more waiting on hot water if people want to take back to back showers! We've had 3 tank heaters go bad since 2007, and we're looking forward to a reliable solution with this gem. Reliable, efficient, eco friendly, AND endless hot water! If you're considering a tankless unit, you should talk to Mica and have Atlas Butler install it. They installed it like they were installing in their own home.

We had a water leak from our second floor to our first floor ceiling. We had another company come earlier in the week and felt like the pricing was too high from them and weren't impressed. I called Atlas Butler on a Sunday morning around 9 AM and they had someone there by 10, diagnosed, and completed by about 10:45. We had to cut a piece of the ceiling out and he was able to complete the fix/repair the issue quickly with a minimal hole. The price was also half the price of the "other guys." Our water heater failed 6 days after moving into our new house. I had atlas butler out on the same day to replace the corroded shutoff valve for the heater so I could have water to the rest of the house while we waited for the home warranty company to sort out a new water heater. After waiting for them to eventually deny our claim (which would have taken 1 full week to get a water heater installed anyway) I called atlas butler at 5pm, and r hey had scheduled someone to come out first thing the following morning. John Kirkman and Nick Skipper came out with the water heater I needed already in the truck, replaced the water heater and properly replaced some cheap thermal expansion job done during the previous install years ago for only a little bit more cost than the warranties contractor quoted me anyway. The plumbing work they did was done well they came when they were supposed to they got it done when they were supposed to the only problem I had was we had fiber optic cables in our yard so they had to get a vacuum truck from Sure Shot my original quote to do the work was $5,000 when they add it Sure Shot it went to $11,750 so that truck for sure shot cost me almost $7,000 into this day I can get no one to tell me exactly why it cost that much Sure Shot won't tell me and that was Butler won't tell me but the work they did was outstanding but the cost was outrageous

They completed a plumbing inspection and annual water heater maintenance. That technician was also wonderful. I had a less than desirable experience with the first technician who came to repair my clogged drain and install new toilets. The Atlas Butler office made this right immediately with a credit towards my toilet install service. Kelton was the technician who completed our toilet installation and we was fantastic. Very professional, clean and efficient. He replaced 2 toilets upstairs for us which meant he climbed 16 stairs several times today carrying heavy objects and not once was he grouchy about it.

They took the brick tiles and placed put them next to the wall and installed furnace on the floor. Fred, my Technician did an amazing job! I recommend him highly and credit him for helping to improving the air quality in my home and the respiratory health of my household. My home is new to me, but it's more than 100 years-old and the ducts and vents had never been cleaned. My experience with that Atlas Butler was fantastic. This is the first time I have ever used Atlas and I would recommend them to anybody. We had an old antifreeze type smell in our home late on Wednesday evening. Atlas was at my house by 9:30 a.m. next day diagnosing the problem on our 33 year old furnace. My furnace was still heating our home however very inefficiently which we were expecting to hear. Brent the diagnostic guy was very professional and thorough. Even though he did not recommend a replacement furnace he did help me arrange to get an estimate and within two hours Atlas had one of their sales guys at my door. I made a call to the Atlas Butler customer service number and was pleasantly greeted by Deb who listened to the problem we had with storm water coming in around our water main entrance. She said she would get someone there today since we had some storms coming. She scheduled a tech for 4-6 PM. I got a call a few hours later from Calvin from customer service and he said someone could be between 12-2 and they would call beforehand. At about 11:00 AM Alex the plumbing tech called and said he would be here in 15 minutes. Alex arrived and completed his work in a very timely and professional manner.

We hired Atlas Butler to clean the furnace ducts in our old house the first time in about 30 years. It was a difficult job, and the amount of debris that was pulled from our duct system was incredible. They did a terrific job for a reasonable price, and my allergies appreciate it. They gave us next day service and took approximately four hours to completely remove the old furnace and install the new one. Today was my regularly scheduled air conditioner check up and when I took the technician downstairs to the furnace we noticed a small flood under my old hot water heater. So the A/C tech called the office and they sent out personnel to install a new water heater. The installer arrived well under an hour. It was the same a couple years ago when we needed a new furnace. The tech checked out our furnace in the afternoon and found serious problems and a crew was there at 8:00 the next morning to install a new one. Our furnace recently stopped working right when you would expect it to, after normal business hours. After waiting for 2 hours for a call back from another company we reached out to a friend who recommended Atlas Butler. The technician showed up less than an hour after I called the answering service. He inspected the unit and found a dirty sensor. Instead of charging us an emergency night call and repairs he offered to sign us up for the regular seasonal heat and ac service membership and that call would be included. Instead of paying hundreds of dollars to the other guys who couldn't be bothered to call me back I paid about $33 for my first month of membership and our furnace is working great. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism of these guys.

Had the best (and quickest) experience with Atlas Butler this weekend. Around 7p Saturday night we noticed our air was blowing, but it was room temp (we keep our house at 69-70 degrees year round.) Called Atlas Butler the next morning and said they can have a tech out in 4-6 hrs. That was fine and expected being a Sunday morning in 90+ degree weather. I then get a call 20 minutes later saying they had a tech in the area that could be at our house in 10-15 mins. Between the time we called and the tech driving away after fixing the issue was seriously less than 2 hours. Update/Addendum for the same company but different service: In addition to my previous review/post regarding my AC unit (see below) I wanted to write an additional/new review for sump pump replacement service performed on 1-22-20... but it does not appear I can leave multiple reviews on one company? At any rate, due to recent heavy rains my main sump pump went out after 7 years of dutiful service and within 36 hours Atlas Butler had two first class technicians/plumbers in the form of Shawn and Micah. They expertly and quickly assessed the situation with me and gave me several tiers of options from most economical to most expensive. They worked with me on keeping it a certain way I already had set-up which was truly a bit unique/atypical but withstood the test of time so I wanted to keep it. Shawn and Micah went to work and in no time my entire sump pump system was back up and running and most importantly my basement was safe and sound. Thanks again for another positive business transaction and special thanks to the dynamic duo of Shawn and Micah! Keep up the great work! ================ Previous service / different year: Atlas Butler is a class act company. I was surprised to turn on our AC when we got home and it was blowing only warm air out. Spencer from Atlas Butler came out within two hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. He bought us a little more time with a quick recharge but we will still need to replace our current unit very soon. With the confidence I continue to have in Atlas Butler we will definitely be buying it from them and staying with them via the Signature Service plan (I think that is what it is called)! Wow. We are so glad we called Atlas Butler. Our AC crashed yesterday after 6PM. Atlas immediately dispatched technician Spencer (and sent a gps link to show where he was on route which allowed us to grab dinner first). He arrived within the hour. Unfortunately our unit needed replaced and he also identified a significant safety issue in the furnace. We elected to replace both units, which required a visit from the technical rep Chad who showed up before 9 PM. We walked through options and signed a work order for the installation…for the NEXT MORNING! Phillip our installer arrived early and had our new system completely installed by 2PM - less than 24 hours after failure. We were blown away by this team. Thanks, Atlas.

This was the 1st time we used Atlas Butler for a plumbing repair. Due to a family event, we wanted to have kitchen sink access for Sunday night. Called and talked to Josh to make appointment for Sunday afternoon Michael came and quickly identified the issue, which was a leaky flex pipe. However, he did not have one on the truck, so he went to Home Depot. They did not carry that part either. So we decided to buy a new faucet. Aaron came early Monday morning to hook up new faucet. Within an hour, we were up and running. Overall, was pleased with responsiveness and quality of Atlas. When we went to buy a new faucet, we discovered that there were few options for our pull-out hose, which was probably why the faulty part was hard to find

My central air went out on a Sunday. That same evening I called Atlas Butler and found that a service tech would be out the next afternoon. Antonio was that tech and from the moment he arrived (early by the way) he impressed me with his knowledge and how he treated and spoke with me. Tuesday morning I had the installers arrive, early of course, and was greeted by Mitchell and his crew, that was 8 am. I had a new air conditioner, furnace and hot water tank installed. The job was completed at 3:30 pm and Mitchell and his crew were fantastic, the finished product looked just like it does in all the photos they show you when you purchased it. Mitchell went over all the details of the install and explained the filter system, hot water settings and the new thermostat and answering all and any questions I had. I would highly recommend Atlas Butler and all their personnel to all my friends and family.

Fred came to clean our ducts and he did amazing! He was on time and very professional. Our house is about 70 years old and the ducts looked like they hadn’t been cleaned once. It ended up being a huge job, but Fred got it done and it looks amazing! He even replaced our filter! The before and after pics are something to see. I purchased a condo in late August 2019 and was disappointed to learn that I had an original furnace (23 years old). My wife and I have our home in Worthington, in a house that was built in 1922. We’re the third owners, so it’s a safe bet that the house is a keeper. During the intense rainy season that started in late 2019 and continued into the spring of 2020, our basement started to flood. About eight weeks ago, my wife and I figured we needed expert insight into how best to deal with this flooding. I called Atlas Butler, spoke to Joe at the customer support side. He listened carefully to what we had been experiencing, asked a bunch of questions designed to sort out what the problem was, and said he’d schedule a visit by a technician the next day. Fast forward eight weeks, and we now know we chose the right company. It took a lot of experienced evaluation, a bit of drilling, and a crew of talented craftsmen, but our house now has an effective sump pump that dovetails nicely with the clay tile system that had been part of the 1922 construction. The work this spring by Atlas Butler gives our house a new lease on life, and we’re really happy. We’re also happy that Joe mentioned the Atlas Butler Comfort Club during that first call. I suspect it might sound like a sales program, but hey, it’s like getting the loyalty card at Kroger. The house is old, its systems need tweaking from time to time, and every time we’ve called to use the Comfort Club’s services, the representative showed up on time did what needed to be done. So all things considered, the Club has served us well. Job well done; time and money well spent. Thanks.

AC went out a couple of weeks ago, Atlas Butler was able to send someone that day. They go the system up and running. Tech did mention that I would need to replace the unit soon. Set up appointment to get quote for new furnace/AC. While Mike Driscoll was here working on quote, AC decided to not working again. Mike was great explaining the size we needed, costs and financing. Also mentioned that they could install new system on Thursday that week. Given that the system was 15 years old and no AC we went with hole new system. Installation day, tech should arrived in time ( love that you can track where they are). In about 4 hours we had a new system and a cool house by the time we went to bed. There was no pressure to go with one system over another, no pushing you into a higher priced system. This plus the service we have received from Atlas Butler is the reason we went with them. Plus we can schedule yearly systems checks on the furnace and AC at no additional charge. Great Job Atlas Butler Team!!!!!

They had appts available same day (i called five other places and they all had available appts more than 9 days away). I was sent a picture and the name of the service technician who was coming to my house, along with a link to track his arrival. The technician was able to arrive 45 mins before my appt time window even began! He was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He even warned me about some poison ivy he noticed near my back door. In early 2020 we had our furnace replaced by Atlas Butler. We've used Atlas Butler for a very long time so we know we can always depend on them. This year, we had an issue where the furnace would go into a lockout period of 3 hours then fire back up. I could recycle the furnace and it would come back on right away but if that happened in the middle of the night, it got awfully cold. I won't go into all the details but one gentleman named Kyle went above and beyond giving me his personal cell number to call him when it happened and he would come out hoping to catch it when it was in that lockout period. After many days of him coming out and looking at with help from others it was finally resolved. The personal service Atlas Butler and especially Kyle gave me was outstanding. Remember folks, it's not the issue you should write about out here on Google reviews for any company, it's how the company responds to your issues and Atlas Butler did an amazing job. Thank you guys!
