NICK and CHRIS were the gentleman who came to our home to replace our a/c and furnace. They were awesome guys!!! They were both exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and enjoyable to talk with. They truly did a great job. We will absolutely stick with Airtron for any future needs as well as recommend them to friends and family. Additionally, they were very sweet to our elderly dogs. Our girls absolutely loved them! They were so sweet to them. We absolutely do not expect that of a service professional, so that was super sweet of them. My dog also, to my horror, peed on a piece of these poor men’s equipment. I was horrified but they assured me that it was no big deal and simply laughed it off. I still feel bad!!!!

Called Airtron last year for a new furnace. Met with Karen, had it installed two days later. Had a bad part this year and had it replaced, no issues with the warranty. Yancy did the work. Great experience. Woke up at 7:00 to cold house and called Airtron for service at 7:15. Answering service took details and received call back from Airtron in less than 20minutes. Tech was at my house within 45 minutes. as estimated. Tech did his job and system was running when he left. He explained what he did and tested that system would run after it was shut off. He asked if I was satisfied with the system and I said yes. Very good experience

Yancy came out to look at my old wifi enabled thermostat. He tried everything he could think of to get it connected but no dice. He installed a new one for me and set it up with out a hitch. He then gave my furnace a tune-up. Gave me some good advice regarding my vents and running the fan continuously. Great service. Great Guy. Thanks

We’ve had a service agreement with Airtron for years, and installed a new HVAC system about a year ago. The sales and installers were very pleasant, clean, and efficient. Today we had a serviceman, Yancy Alston, stop by to check the humidifier. Yancheng has been our serviceman for years and always is pleasant, and addresses/fixes any issues we may have.

We were serviced by three technicians. The first one inspected the heating system. He recommended a new thermostat ($400+) and an ultra-violet (UV) light ($289) to treat return air. The thermostat worked okay, so we passed on that. A second technician installed the UV light. He did not explain his installation and, in fact, hooked it up in such a way that the light was on at all times. A third technician came out at our request and changed the installation so that the light bulb, a $50+ item when replaced, only comes on when the HVAC blower is on.

I've delt with half a dozen HVAC companies since I've moved into this house ( 2012 ), and they're usually miserable to deal with and sometimes cause more problems. I was pleasantly surprised with Airtron. They were quick, efficient and direct. They replaced the capacitor outside and the evaporator coil & housing, replacing Sears hot mess. I would recommend Airtron.

Contacted AirTron for service call on AC. Chuck came out. He’s a 33 year tech saying my AC was 21 years old, needed replaced & furnace in same situation. Karen came out same day & we purchased both. Installation was available in 2days. Nick was installer for furnace. Another tech worked outside on the AC (it poured most of the day😩) Nick was wonderful, explaining everything to me. Professional job from both techs. City of Columbus comes out next week to inspect installation. I would highly recommend this company. Great customer service & warranty on equipment.

Heating stopped working. Called first thing in the morning and someone was out around noon. Kind and courteous. Said we needed a new part but they had no clue when it would come in as they had no more in stock-said it comes from the manufacturer and could come tomorrow or could come in a month! Asked the service man if he thought other companies would have the same issue and he said they would since it’s a manufacturer issue (common supply chain issues with COVID). I would have assumed a company this size would have all available parts on hand OR should be able to get them in a timely manner. I called a very small company much closer to where I live and they had multiple of the part that needed replaced and came out three hours later, installed the part, and now the heat works!

Had routine maintenance done on furnace and a\c. (it was long overdue!) Found out that the furnace wasn't working properly. Since the furnace was about 37 years old, it was just time to replace it.(yes, I was truly sad to see it go) AirTron representative explained the different heating units they sale. He didn't try to push the most expensive unit; just the right heating unit for the size my house. They were even able to install it the next day! First off I was happy to see they have their own installers! The person who install my unit was Nick Hall. He explained thoroughly what he was going to do as well as give me an estimation on how long it would take! He was pretty close of meeting his estimated time.

They made what could've been an infuriating situation into a quality customer interaction by listening, understanding my dispute, and in the end doing the right thing. Airtron has played a major role in my heating/cooling situation for my house. I have had a maintenance contract with them ever since they installed the new system. Recently, the furnance needed updates because of defective parts. Even though the system was installed years ago, the parts were still covered and everything was updated including a new thermostat without cost to me. The serviceman was awesome and worked with me from the problem to the solution and and friendly, helpful, and ontime everytime. I feel you can't go wrong with Airtron.

I had an amazing experience with Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning. The technicians, Nick, Vince and Danny all showed up on time and were very professional. They replaced my furnace, which is in the attic of my condo, so calls for a little more man power and work. Additionally, they replaced the AC unit. They were complete within a reasonable amount of time and made sure everything was working correctly before they have.They also explained everything they did as well as walked me through how to work my new thermostat. I received a very high water bill. After looking at a reason for this, the water company told me to check into the humidifier on my furnace. My furnace was serviced in late January. The humidifier was not serviced. I contacted the company and a service rep was sent to my house. Upon examination, he found the water valve open too far. He said this would cause the humidifier to use too much water. I never touched this valve and do not know how it could have been opened. I am contacting Airtron tomorrow to talk to someone about this situation. Since the furnace was serviced in January, I think the service rep opened the valve. This cost me at least $200 in water usage. I am a very dissatisfied customer right now and will take my service elsewhere.

My heater was acting funny so I called Airtron, surprising they were able to come that day and fix the problem. However, my furnace was old and needed replace. Yancy was awesome with explaining everything to me and then the next day Nick Woodruff was here to replace my furnace. He was great, loved my dog and gave me a lot of useful info. He was able to get my furnace installed and the heat was kicking in no time. I have been a customer of Airtron now for many years. They have great guys working for them and I really appreciate them taking the time to explain everything and going above and beyond for me, especially Nick. Still want to get the WiFi thermostat I was told I would get so I will be calling them.

Amazing Service from Abdul at Airtron. No heat the weekend before Christmas is no joke in Ohio. After a cold night, called Airtron and was able to schedule a service call on Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad control board. After initially saying we would have to wait until Monday, he contacted Habegger Supply and got them to open up and provide him with a new control board for our 30-year old heater!!! This was installed quickly and professionally and we had heat again Sunday afternoon. Thank you again for the unsurpassed Airtron customer service.

Figured it was time for a new one. Install was going to be 2 days later...which at memorial day was INSANE. Sure, we could've went with Logan AC and saved maybe 700? Their consultant was pushy and dogged all over Airtron installers, which seemed desperate to take the sale. They certainly were trying to give all the extra bell and whistles... But were a week out at least. Stuck with Dustin and his ability to help us quickly. When he came out to measure up... He said he couldn't put this beautiful, new, energy efficient AC on my 30 year old furnace (Bryant). So ended up with a new furnace too, but he ensured he wasn't trying to 'upsale' me. AC unit was 16 XR, furnace was S9V2. These pair well together. Still kept the install date of 2 days after... Which was what we were really after. Nick was installer. He was fantastic. He worked with us to ensure where to put new pipes. He was meticulous and kept us very informed throughout. He turned on his tunes and went to work! Ryan? Was delivery guy... He was quiet but efficient. He had to leave halfway through the job, but I didn't mind doing some lifting to help. Another fella came towards the end and helped with the finishing process. All in all, really happy with process. Kept in talk with Dustin through the whole process. If I wasn't cool with something, they were quick to fix it. I'm encouraged to have a good relationship with them throughout my trane devices.

Thanks so much to Sean for coming out and working on our furnace! We lost our heat and needed to get it fixed quickly. Sean listened to our issue, was very thorough when checking the furnace and fixed it to perfection. Sean also went above and beyond the call of duty and looked at a vent we had taped up that we thought was part of a cold air intake of the duct system in our house. Instead of taking the cold air out of the house, all that was happening was it brought in a cold breeze into our living room. He helped us investigate it and we were surprised to discover that this "vent" lead nowhere. In fact, the builder never connected this vent to anything. Instead, the open gaping hole in the wall was bringing in cold air from the outside eaves of the house. Sean took a few extra minutes, helped us cut out some insulating foam we had available, to plug it up and keep our house warm. Thank you so much, Sean for going above and beyond! Taking care of us the way you did makes us trust Airtron Heating & Air Conditioning that much more. We've signed up for the maintenance plan, to keep things "in check" going forward, and will continue to call on you whenever the need should arise.

Abdul called ahead & arrived within 15 minutes. Within a short time he determined what had caused the problem with the furnace's failure to cycle into a new heating period: small pieces of leaves had made it into the unit. He also checked the external air intake and outflow conduits and suggested putting some form of screen over the intake to prevent small leaves from being sucked in. He also noted that it was time to change the filter.

Called last night and the Technician (Chuck) was here by 9:30am the next morning. Explained all my options and was able to scheduled install on new furnace for same day.
