The sales person Daniel Basham was prompt, professional and quickly placed on a face mask and slippers once he saw that I was wearing a mask. That showed me right off the bat that he was attentive to details. He thoroughly explained the many options available to me for what I needed in my home. That was something different that the local competitor didn’t do and I had been dealing with them for years (not to say they aren’t reputable) but Daniel Basham’s knowledge and explanation of things made me fill more informed versus pressured to buy something additional that I didn’t need. Next, on the day of installation the technician and crew arrived ahead of time. All were professional and polite! When Mr. Coby McDaniel arrived a few moments after the crew knocked on the door to announce their arrival, Coby asked if the crew had explained what type of work they would be doing today. I said not really then Coby explained/called out the work order and asked me to confirm if that was what I was expecting. I said yes and then he politely let me know that he would be in and out of the house as they performed the work because he would be installing the thermostat needing to access the breaker box, etc. When installing the thermostat or after that, we experienced issues in getting it hooked up to the Wi-Fi . The entire crew was determined to get me hooked up before they departed. Jason Filyaw, the Install Supervisor even tried to call one of their gurus offsite to assist. Although they were unsuccessful in that effort, I later got it set up on my own by watching them through the many attempts and remember the repeated steps they took along with a YouTube video I found. The total experience with Cassell Brothers was just what two of my friends said they were and that is AWESOME‼️

Ben Is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He did an awesome job on my air. Very friendly. Tyler, our service representative, went the extra mile to make sure we were seen tonight. Very happy and we’re cooling down. However, beware. I purchased this unit Dec. 6, 2019. My unit is only 3 years old, due to a manufacturer’s defect, the cooper pipes rubbed together causing a hole in the large pipe which lead to the freon completely leaking out. They charged me $2,063 dollars to fix my unit. This should have been covered since it was a defect by the manufacturer but according to them, the owner is responsible for the cost. I was given three arrival times, to which they no-showed for all. Upon calling and speaking with Tyler, I was told we’re sorry but you didn’t answer the phone on Saturday so we put your appointment on hold. I called Sunday and confirmed my appointment and received 3 confirmation texts for the appointment. Needless to say, I was upset. Also, I find out that Cassell Brothers, sold the company and it’s now under new ownership. The New Owners must need to make money because they will take care of you but at an outrageous cost!

Just moved into a new home only to discover the AC was not working in the second floor. Called and left all my info at almost midnight and had someone call back and schedule at 7:30 the next morning. Tech was in the house at 1:30 and was done fixing the issues in about 2 hours. The service and communication were absolutely great. The cost was heavy but warranted for the type of repair done. Our tech Daniel was great and explained everything great. Would recommend!

This is by far the best HVAC company we have found. They did an outstanding job a few years ago when we had our system replaced. And they continue to do a great job with service calls and maintenance. Their maintenance programs is well worth the money spent to prevent issues. All of the servicemen have been polite and professional as well! Great company!

We had the Trane/Mitsubishi split system installed in our great room which was not really great because it was always too warm or too cold. This was the perfect solution. Would recommend Cassell Brothers all day long. They absolutely will go above and beyond to not only satisfy your goal but also to make you happy!! I noticed that only cool air was coming from my air vents. I went through a before call check list. I did all the things a homeowner should do and no luck. I called Cassell on a Sunday after noon and an hour later the nicest technician arrived. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. It took him a while but found a wire that wasn’t connected. Just like that I now have cold air in my house again. I also went ahead a secured an appointment to upgrade the thermostat. He took care of that immediately. The cost is also extremely reasonable. I will definitely tell my friends or anyone needing AC/Heating or plumbing to call them.

Josh Maturo came out to check a leak at my home today. I was able to call and get a same day inspection! He was on time and polite. He was thorough and made sure to troubleshoot as many options as he could to give me the answer to my issue. He gave a 30 minute call ahead of time to make sure he was OK to arrive still and let me know he was on his way. I love that this company texts you the technicians information and actually lets you check their location to see how far they are from your home. He gave me an answer to my issue and was very honest and helpful and I could tell that he really cared about the well-being of his customer and cared about the quality of service that we were receiving. I definitely would recommend this company again for anyone with plumbing issues.

Daniel Ferrari from Cassell Brothers Home Services was an excellent technician and very professional. He clearly explained what the problem was with our AC and what was needed to fix it. He also gave us numerous estimates for the cost to fix it step by step and did everything he could to reduce the price, which was very helpful and appreciated. Before the fix, our house was stuck at an unbearable 90 degrees all day, a few minutes after Mr. Ferrari completed his repair the house returned to its comfortable cool temperature. This was quality service.

We called Cassell Brothers after another company that was scheduled for an install showed up during the time we told them that we would not be home. Doug came out within 2 hour after I called and did a thorough inspection. He provided us with many different options and took the time to explain everything in detail and even clarified some of the things from the other company that weren’t exactly true. Install was today and they showed up exactly when they said they would. The installers walked us through each thing they did, were extremely professional, and knowledgeable. We ended up saving over $6k going with Cassell for the same exact services and products the other company offered. Cassell is the only Conway we will use from now on. Neat and clean work absolutely knew what he was doing and did it. Fully tested our system before he left. Made sure that we were completely satisfied. I called Cassell late on Friday after after another HVAC company put me off for 8 business days explaining that they couldn’t find the part I needed for repair. I was without heat for 9 days as this company was unable to find the part that was needed and did not update me as to status. . Frustrated I called Cassell Brothers on Friday after Thanksgiving to see if they could help. Tyler from Cassell Brothers came out after he finished his busy day of repairs. Tyler found the part from the manufacturer, ordered the part, and the next day the part arrived. The following day he arrived to fix my unit. Thank you Cassell Brothers and to Tyler for your prompt service and for going above and beyond to keep me informed daily on the status of the order. Tyler and Jake provided excellent service during the installation process, gave me info on ordering filters and I now have a service contract with them. Excellent service! Thank you!

My pipes on the water heater burst behind the walls and started leaking into the closet in the master bedroom. We had to shut down the hot water that night so I sent 1 email and received 2 phone calls one to verify the next from the Tech after walking through and seeing the problem he was able to fix it without breaking the bank. The Technician, Steve, was very prompt in his arrival. He conducted himself in a professional manner, and he was very knowledgeable. We had an obstruction in our sewer line, and he was able to remove the obstruction with no issue. He then verified that there was no further restrictions in the sewer line. The price was a bit more than what we had paid a few years back from a different plumber (~$100), but we had that service a few years ago.

Josh did a great job replacing my tub valves and handles. Cassell Brothers are equipped with all the right tools for the job. Before they added plumbing to their services, I contacted another company( Meetze Plumbing) for the job. They wanted to charge an arm and a leg, plus rip out the wall, because they couldn’t even get the valves out. Glad I waited.

This was annual Generac generator maintenance. Marc, my service technician, arrived on time and performed the necessary maintenance, during which he found the battery strength was weak. These batteries are good for two to four years, mine lasted seven years. After getting my approval, Marc replaced the battery. While I didn't get my generator from Cassell Bros., they are the only ones that have serviced it and that won't change.

Service Tech;s are competent, but not fully knowledgeable of previously sold systems. I have a whole home generator which is garbage. It was not Cassel's fault, but there has been no assistance in dealing with the original manufacturer to rectify issues or offer recompense for the boat anchor I currently own.

Broderick came to our home to fix our heating unit today. We lost heat last night and called Cassell. They told us they wood send us a tech today. We have been using Cassell for awhile. Broderick called us to say he was on the way and arrived in a timely fashion. He stayed in contact w my husband the entire time he worked on the unit. This review is long overdue as Cassell Brothers, their staff and technicians should be recognized! We joined Cassell Brothers Maintenance Program in 2019 and we've been very satisfied with the service we've received. This May, tech Seth came out to our house for a maintenance call which turned into a service call as there was an issue with out unit that he was not familiar with. He used his available means & reached out to those with knowledge. The issue was the compressor, which was grounded, which prevented it from turning on. We had heat all winter though because of the coils, which resulted in a higher electric bill. The previous HVAC company that we used to install our prior unit did not file a permit, therefore the unit was not inspected and did not last as long as it could have if the correct fuses were used. Steve Szczerbacki came out to our house to make sure that we would get the best unit to service our home. He took measurements and offered various solutions for us to decide upon. Very knowledgeable, very professional. Once we made our decision the install was completed within a week. Both Cole and Zak made improvements that were lacking, and the job completed in a day. Everyone that we've encountered at Cassell Brothers has been courteous and informative. We are very happy to have Cassell Brothers as our HVAC company!

I had issues installing smart thermostats in a house I just purchased — nothing but cold air instead of heat. Julio, the technician, methodically worked his way through 5 thermostats and 3 heat pumps to figure out where the problem was. He was able to correct it on the control board, which was incorrectly set up to accommodate dumb thermostats. Problem solved. He’s an amazing technician and I highly recommend Cassel as a result!

Daniel Ferrari arrived .I explained what happened and he immediately went to work to troubleshoot. Very clean and well organized. Recommended some upgrades and luckily it appears to be the high wind storms blew the burner flame out . He finished inspecting all the other components and explained everything clearly. Great job!!

I had a leaking toilet connection at the bottom of the toilet late on a Saturday night. Cassell lined me up for the first thing Sunday morning! Josh came on time and found the issue, it was the entire insides of the toilet needed replacing, they were 30 years old. I have never had a nicer guy in Josh! Where in the world has he been? Josh is the example of what good people are! I even switched over my service contract on my HVAC system to them the same day because this is what good people working for a good company are like! Had a A/C System Maintenance completed and was told that I needed a $151 part replaced on the condenser that is still under warranty. However, there is no mention of the problem on the A/C Maintenance Checklist and the last line on the checklist says that the "System is Operating Properly". I wonder why the part replaced wasn't mentioned and why I didn't receive an electronic copy of the invoice?

Lotz of times you feel like you are being sold something you don't necessarily need, but Kevin was very straight forward with us and let us know our options. They replaced an HVAC system including ductwork, new thermostat and register. We have a service contract with Cassell’s and over the past year have been told that our downstairs unit was on “ borrowed time. Just wanted to give us a heads up- absolutely no sales pressure. The 20+ year old unit made it through another summer and we decided to replace it before it became an emergency. The sales rep did a thorough evaluation, asked our expectations and gave us several options. Financing was easy and utility rebates were made known to us and all completed forms were emailed to use to submit. The install was done the following week. The team that came were very professional, courteous and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the entire process. Would definitely recommend this company.

I had a corroded galvanized steel pipe leaking under my house and terrible water pressure especially in the master bath. Viorel Bulbuk came out to do the initial inspection and soon after to complete the work. He was very professional, explaining what needed to be done and documenting everything. I have been a customer since they performed an HVAC service for me that my previous HVAC company said could not be done. Today I received the scheduled fall maintenance for my gas furnace. Wriston, as I have found with all Cassell Brothers technicians, was very competent, well-trained and personable. He arrived promptly after calling ahead and quickly went to work. The system was in good working order though he found one developing problem which I approved that he take care of today. We purchased a high efficiency 4 ton Trane gas pack and new ducting installation which was installed by Cassell Brothers in July 2021. Part of the purchase price was a one year service contract so that a technician would replace the 20x20x5 installed duct filter and check the unit for proper operation. No one came or called until our unit reported via the display that service was needed. I reviewed our contract and called Cassell Brothers to arrange service. The call center representative said that I had to purchase a new contract even thou they had not performed the actions required by them. I paid for the contract and lodged the complaint. Unfamiliar with HVAC replacement costs and relied on Cassell Brothers Home Services on HVAC products and service warranties. Service installation of air conditioner. gas furnace, and related duct work was started on time and completed earlier than expected. Pleased with service that was performed. I noticed temperature increase in my house. HVAC blower stopped running while outside unit (condenser) worked. I called Cassell Brothers Home Services at 3am. A customer service agent was very supportive, and assured me that they send a technician to research this problem ASAP. In the morning I received a confirmation phone call from the company. Mr. Stephen Washington texted me about his arrival in advance. He asked about previous problems with my HVAC system. Then Mr. Washington checked all elements outside and in the basement. He quickly identified the problem: condensed water was not drained properly from the system, and the control board was getting water on it. Mr. Washington fixed it quickly, and HVAC blower started working again. To prevent this problem in the future, Mr. Washington proposed to install a condensate pump, to modify the drain line, and to replace water-exposed control board. I was agreed with this proposal, and next day Mr. Washington completed this project. It was quick, effective and professional work. I would strongly recommend Cassell Brothers Home Service and Mr. Stephen Washington to my friends.

After the service company we had done business with for 7 years decided to renege on our contract and refused to fix the unit that is still under warranty, we called Cassell Brothers. At a routine service inspection, Cassell Brothers discovered we had a leaking inner coil on our 2008 heat pump. We agreed to meet with a salesperson to discuss options. When Steve came out, he didn't just discuss units of the size we had: he noticed our windows, measured our air duct number and size, and saw we would need more airflow. He also recommended rerouting a duct that lay on the ground. We agreed to these, and Kenny and Coby came within a week to install. Kenny did a very neat job of enlarging the airbox and upping the duct size: he and Coby rerouted TWO ducts another company installed a few years ago! The new unit is much quieter, with the larger air return, and has a slightly higher SEER than the old one, which should save us money.

Overall I was satisfied with the installation. I have two minor complaints. The electrician did not connect the neutral to a GFI breaker, which rendered the circuit inoperative until corrected. The generator cable was located under the drain line of the dehumidifier, which raised the drain line and forced water back into the dehumidifier and from there into the crawl space.

I had a plumbing emergency on the day after Thanksgiving. I had family in from out of town and my downstairs bathroom was flooding out into the hall area. I called Cassell Brothers and although they were very busy, they were able to send someone out very quickly. Seth was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. What Cassell Brothers (or Seth) did not know is that one of my family members has recently been diagnosed and started treatment for stage 4 cancer. Josh worked diligently but was at a disadvantage due to not enough crew to complete the job in a timely manner. The wrap-up of the job could have been much improved if he had been given more crew. I told him to go home after 6pm. I basically finished the job next morning after paying for a completed and finished job.
