Arronco is amazing! I wish I could give them more than 5 starts. My water heater leaked and flooded part of my house. They were able to make it out to my house within an hour and had my water heater replaced the next day. Sean was prompt and amazing to work with. Invoice Number 42946272 We just had our water heater repaired by your service department in February of this year(2022). The water heater would not maintain a normal temperature. It would either be scalding hot or cold. Your repairman did a good job and fixed the issue.($340) Unfortunately, in the past 2 months(Aug-Sept) it has started again. No matter where we set the regulator on the water heater, it is always scalding hot unless we reduce it to minimum. Then it is cold. Am I going to need to have this repair done every 6 months?

As they always do with our geothermal hvac unit the service on our water heater was excellent. The work was done on time, on budget and as promised by professionals from the people that answered our call, placed the order for a water heater and most of all Sean and his crew that installed the new unit. Thank you! Once again this year we had our Geothermal system cleaned and checked for the season and the attention to detail was awesome and professional. Best news is we have not had any service issues with the system which is now 7 years old, it's the best.

Matt Ulm, Pat, Tim and all his team did a fantastic job in our house. We were tired of the increasing propane gas cost and decided to upgrade to a geothermal system in November 2021. We chose Arronco over other companies because they provided us with all information we were looking for and their competitive price. They are knowledgeable and were open to discussing our needs. The overall job was done faster than expected. They offered us a financing opportunity as well. They also installed an electrical water heater to replace the propane water heater tank we had. The geothermal system is quiet and we are more than happy with the comfortable climate we now enjoy indoors. We highly recommend Arronco.

Our water heater is looped into the Arronco-installed geothermal system and needed two check valves replaced due to years of hard-water corrosion. After our plumber left, the TPR valve started leaking. Arronco sent him back and he replaced the old valve at no extra charge. Extremely pleased with this company for over 10 years!

HVAC went out over the weekend. Arronco came and repaired right away. Technician was great. I had a question about the bill later and saw a $50 off coupon on their website while looking up their number the next day. After Arronco justified their higher costs on the phone I asked about the coupon and if I could get that applied at least. I was told “no”. The coupon needed to be applied at time of service. Last thing I would have thought of when the AC went out during summer was to look up coupons. As a 15 year customer I expected better. So great service and professionalism by the technicians but disappointed in pricing structure and the coupon game.

I purchased a preventative maintenance contract last January (2021) and the service just completed was the winter service for 2022. I had air conditioning service last summer as part of the contract. The service and professionalism of both appointments were very good. The tech arrived on time and seemed to be knowledgeable and was helpful answering a couple of questions I had. Shawn originally was brought in to change out my kitchen sink faucet. He was very courteous, professional & cleaned up entire work space. We also had a slow bathroom sink drain that he took care of. We mentioned a water softener we had installed by someone else & he took a look at it. He noticed it was improperly installed and not safe over time. I am very impressed with Arronco's service. The young man they have sent out is very knowledgeable and helpful. He get's 5 out of 5 stars. What I am NOT impressed with is my "Water Furnace" geothermal system. My system is right at 10 years old and we have had to have the coils replaced, the compressor quit working which unbeknownst to us caused the auxiliary heat to run which doubled our electric bill, and the outdoor sensor replaced. In short, it seems to be falling apart just as the warranty is ending. This concerns me greatly as it was not a cheap system. I expected it to last 30 years like a traditional system does especially considering we have had it professionally serviced every year.

Prompt and professional, they went straight to the problem and fixed it. They did charge me $315 for a part I found I could get for $56 online or $120 at local hardware stores and Grainger, but they knew that I needed it and they had it, so I paid for the convenience and knowledge of the installer, plus $99 for the service run, although I think a fairer price could have been proposed on the part... a 600% markup isn't fair. I'll remember that exorbitant parts markup next time I look for service, so beware these charges.

We've used Arronco for several years now to maintain our GeoThermal system. I've been very pleased with their responsive. We had the system go down last year and even though their schedule was full that day they managed to get 2 repair techs AND a plumber to our house (It involved the water heater that's connected to the GeoThermal) and they not only fixed the problem, but resolved a piping mistake that whomever did the original install made. All in one day. I highly recommend Arronco, especially if you have a GeoThermal system.

Corey Wynn was amazing, working through some challenging circumstances. Corey showed up to get a major repair started on our geothermal system. A second technician was supposed to meet Corey here with the part necessary to fix our furnace and help him finish the repair. Meanwhile...a tree fell across our one-lane road and the second technician could not make it to our house. Corey took everything in stride. He got the part and finished the two man job by himself. He also sent the other technician on to a job that Corey was supposed to take care of after he finished at our residence. (Making sure his other customer was also taken care of.) Corey spent 5.5 hours at our house and had a fantastic attitude the whole time. He was knowledgeable about our system and we could't be happier.

I called this morning, as our humidifier unit on the system was not turning on. They were able to get a tech (Nick) out within an hour or two. After a quick assessment, Nick figured out the issue (loose wire nut), and had us up and going in no time. Best is that we weren’t charged. They had been out earlier in the fall for a check up, before the humidifier was necessary, and I guess they felt this was a follow up to that service. We’re thankful, and appreciate being fully functional again.

It's never good to see water going across a floor and then upon investigation, hear water spewing from your hot water heater. Panic sets in. I immediately contacted our home warranty but they were unable to assign a plumber in an adequate amount of time so we had to find one on our own. My first call was to Arronco on Limaburg in Burlington, Ky., basically because they were close in location to our house. I didn't know anything about them but they got great reviews. I made the best decision ever! Sean from Arronco was able to come out that very day, make an assessment and fix us enough to be able to have hot water until he could find a hot water heater for us and complete the install. He kept us informed of everything that was going and when it would happen. Sean was professional, friendly, timely, and very efficient. I would definitely recommend using Arronco for your plumbing needs. We are pleased! Also while Sean was here my son called and needed his tankless water heater serviced so I gave him Seans contact information and he was able to get that job done fast too. FYI - tankless water heaters need to be serviced yearly in order to maintain the very good warranty. Give Arronco a call for this service too!

Arronco installed our furnace and heat pump a while ago and we didn't realize the importance of having our system serviced/cleaned on a regular basis until the other day when it was cold and even though the furnace ran constantly the house didn't get warm. He arrived on time and quoted me the estimate before starting. In the past other plumbers had tried to get me to replace the water heater when it wan't necessary for $1000+. The technician came to repair a possible leak in the A/C water pump located in my crawl space. The pump was fine but he found out the leak was coming from a dehumidifier. He found out the dehumidifier filter was clogged which caused the dehumidifier to freeze up, therefore causing the leak. Though I had to pay for the trip (the dehumidifier was not part of the system) I was so great full he took the time to correct the problem. Great company!!

They also do not charge a trip fee like other companies. The technician diagnosed the problem in a few minutes (a bad capacitor). He had the heat back on within a half hour. There was no charge since our system was still under warranty. It was Saturday early afternoon and it was going to be 98. I was in the basement and my wife yelled down to tell me it was hot and the AC was not working. I thought maybe since it was the hottest day of the year maybe it was having trouble keeping up. I went upstairs and it was set on 70, but the room was at 76 and rising. I called Arronco and left a message for the on call tech. About 30 minutes later Nathan called and asked me a few questions. He explained the cost to come out today versus waiting until normal hours. I booked an appointment for that day and Nathan told me he would call when he was on his way over. About 40 minutes after that Nathan called and showed up shortly afterwards. He quickly assessed the unit, found the issue and explained the options. 30 minutes later my AC was fixed and he was cleaning up to head to his next appointment. I am writing this the next day in my cool home, and I am very happy with the speed and professionalism of Nathan and Arronco.

Had a Navien NPE-240S gas tank-less hot water heater and North Star NSC42 water softener installed. The installer did a great job installing the system. He was willing to work longs to get the job done. And was even willing to return the next day to fix the master bath shower control valve when the temperature wasn't getting as hot as should. Had he not taken care of my shower as well I wouldn't have felt the job wasn't done to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to get the job done right! My initial contact with Arronco was several months ago when the company handling my service agreement changed hands and did not show up for the annual checkup and did not respond to any of my calls. I contacted Water Furnace and asked for the names of their recommended agent/service providers in my area. Arronco was one of the closest providers and had good reviews so I called them. The Water Furnace in our home was installed in 1998 and had been working fine. Well they came out did an initial checkout and scheduled a return visit in 6 months. Well about 2 months ago we returned from vacation and I noticed the furnace blower was running full speed but he furnace wasn't running. I discovered the circuit breaker feeding the compressor had tripped. I reset the circuit breaker and restarted the furnace but the circuit breaker immediately tripped. I went to bed and called Arronco early the next morning and told them we had experienced a major failure and we needed help. One of their service techs showed up later that morning and verified the compressor was bad and even though the circuit breaker had tripped the main circuit board and compressor contactors had been damaged beyond repair. He verified the Aux Heat unit was functional and said it was ok to run on Aux Heat, Duke loved us at this point. I asked him to have one of their Sales People come out and explain my options. One of their Sales People, Matt Ulm, came out that afternoon and reviewed my options that ranged from repair/replacement of the compressor to the cost of several replacement options. Since the existing unit was 18 years old we decided to purchase a new Series 7 Water Furnace and they had the new unit installed and running within a week. The installation and service team did a super job and the new unit has been running fine. My wife and I are very happy with the new unit which has a variable speed compressor and air handler which has significantly reduced the air noise and the compressor inrush current. The lights don't flicker any more when the compressor kicks on and Duke doesn't like us as much.

Duke turned our gas off but stated it was turned back on, yet our furnace still wasn’t working. I called duke to confirm that the gas was on and they confirmed that it was. Then I called Arronco who came the next day. They told me the gas was actually off and for me to call Duke back. The company came out to install a new kitchen faucet for us. I was very pleased with the service. The tech did a good job. I did think that $310 to install was a little too expensive, and on top of that I had a water valve that was broke so I was charged 160.00 for that.( that price was more believeable). So it was $470 just to put in a faucet. There was a $99 service fee as well. I'm not sure what I'm paying for there, unless it's a $100 just to drive out to the house. If that's the case, that is a little excessive. I commend the tech, though for not charging me the $99, but I was surprised that it was going to be more with the service fee. I unfortunately will be looking for a more reasonable plumber in the future.

Your lady onphone could’ve cared less, I was just another upset customer for her, she told me next avail appt July 30, 5 weeks out?! You may work after 5p on a Friday, but I do not. This communication is not Tech’s job, he needs to keep working, yall need to help him more, alot, in my opinion.

Woke up the other morning and our heating had stopped running during the night. I tried my usual steps to try and fix the furnace, but to no avail. I did a google search for local HVAC repairmen and came across Arronco. I'd never used them before, or any HVAC specialist for that matter. My wife called shortly before they opened. In the fall of 2012, our HVAC system, oiriginal to the house, finally gave out. Arronco replaced it with a geothermal system and we could not be happier. The installers were very professional and obviously extremely knowledgable. After the original install, they came back once or twice and "tweaked" a few things to get us the best results possible. The energy savings we have realized are significant, especially in the summer. We no longer have to be cold in the house in the winter and hot in the summer to try to manage the utility bills. We keep the house very comfortable and the system is so quiet. I highly recommend getting the Preventative Maintenance agreement. They come back twice a year and perform routine maintenance on the system and keep in running at peak performance.

Last month I woke up at 5am to a strong burning smell throughout the house. The furnace blower motor was buzzing and not rotating. Jeremy from Arronco arrived at 10am and replaced the run capacitor. I was reluctant to have the blower motor replaced too as the furnace was nearing the end of its useful life at 16 years old, but he explained his best advice was to have it replaced as soon as possible so that was done too. Yesterday I was concerned the new blower motor was making a "thump thump thump" noise on startup, so I called and Alex came within 4 hours to check it out. He ran it at 3 different speeds and did electrical and temperature tests. He determined it was just normal motor startup noise. There was no charge for that service call. Jeremy and Alex both showed a high level of courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism.
