Extremely courteous and thorough. He had our heat up and running again within an hour. Wholeheartedly recommend Action Heating and Air. We will certainly be using them for our HVAC needs in the future.

Max and Brian came out yesterday and installed my new Tempstar system, with impeccable timing just before a nasty snowstorm with brutal low temperatures. The duo quickly knocked out an install that would take others 7+ hours, corrected horrific lineset runs put in place by the contractor that installed the dying system that was original to the home, and left the place clean. I am looking forward to using these guys again for service and at the end of this unit’s lifecycle. Thank you Derek, Max, and Brian!

We have an odd combination of an old boiler / hot water heat + Central Air / Heat Pump. We recently had our boiler's circulator pump replaced which turned into quite the job because everything in this house is old. They got everything back up & running & I know it wasn't easy. Very grateful for the help.

Great service but it took 27 hours for them to get to us from the time called. Called Monday 9am arrived Tuesday at 12:30.

Amy is very friendly and scheduled my HVAC tune-up a few days out. Rick came out and was on time, friendly, and professional. He identified an issue I was having and replaced part during same visit. The charges were very reasonable. They have a Service Agreement for future service that is probably hard to beat. I would highly recommend Action Heating & Cooling.

Action will be my new go to company for sure! I had Rick out to fix a leak in my air conditioner and he was more than great. He was nice and professional, he even took the time to clean my a/c off before running his diagnostics to make sure he got the most accurate reading. I had gotten two quotes before them and neither company even gave me options to work on my unit only replace. Action was more than reasonable and even ended up costing less than I had thought. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

Outstanding customer service by Brian and partner. Brian was very kind and courteous when I first called on the weekend. He is always very patient and thorough when answering questions. His quality service provides the highest level of satisfaction that his competitors do not match. I have received two service calls with Brian and I am very happy I chose action for my HVAC needs. I signed up for a service agreement that I thought was very reasonable and includes removing the $69 service call for weekday calls for service agreement customers. Brian has shown himself to have the highest skill in his craft. He answers any question and will not give up until he has satisfied the customer. Brian is just a very pleasant person to deal with. I hope the rest of the company are like him.

I'll try not to write a book here, so let me just say that my experience with Action was very good. Always call local. I had been in contact with a large corporation to fix my blower motor and they wanted more than twice as much for the repair. They actually ended up selling me a whole new system. I fell for their marketing, unfortunately. But, after thinking about it I called the corporation back and cancelled my new contact before calling Action. I'm very glad I did that. Derek was very helpful, and even tried to get the old warranty on my system honored. We weren't able to do that, but I didn't mind the price that was so much better than the competition and the whole interaction just felt better. Always call local.

I have used this company several times and I have been more than happy with the work they have done. They not only gave me a great price on HVAC maintenance on a commercial building I own but they also have given me good advice on types of products and maintenance. They replaced my A/C unit at my commercial property and managed to squeeze me in at the height of summer. They were the only company that didn't charge me to come out for an estimate and they were the only company to show me the issue on my old A/C unit. They didn't talk down to me because I am female. They treated me professionally and kindly. You can trust this company.

These guys are the best around. Prices are very reasonable and the quality was perfection! They offered so many options, then came out the next morning and replaced our ac, heating, and thermostat with a substantial upgrade (2 stage). They were timely and cleaned up everything when finished...and they did not touch my drumset! :) Derek carefully explained exactly how our new system works and showed off all the bells and whistles. Never thought I'd be so excited about hvac. Don't waste your time or money with anyone else!

Overall I had a great experience. Very professional service technicians. Fixed my furnace issue this past December with no problems. Also treated me fairly when my air conditioning was acting up - didn't immediately push to replace but instead diagnosed and fixed a smaller issue that helped prolong the life of my older unit. I didn't think Action Heating & Air could impress me with their courtesy and service any more than they already had. Well, guess what. They did it again! My furnace motor broke overnight and I discovered the issue when I woke to a chilly house the next morning. I called before they opened for business. Gary was here within the hour to inspect and find the problem, get the new part and get it installed. The service was all within an hour or so, in time for me to take off for a work meeting knowing all was well and warm at home. I can't recommend and thank this company enough for how they have worked with me.

They even registered all the warranties for us. Not to mention they were more affordable than all the competition. If you need an AC or furnace done you cannot go wrong with this company.

I had called Action Heating & Air for a second opinion after I had met with another company that told me I needed a new furnace after conducting annual maintenance. Upon meeting with Derek, it was determined a new furnace was not needed .. quite the opposite in fact .. my furnace is running great! I can’t say enough good things about Derek and the company. They were quick to come out, got me a quote within the same day and then when we tried to go through our home warranty company, they understood. After 3 weeks of failed attempts for HSA home warranty to fix the furnace (it needed to be replaced and they just wouldn’t do it until we were literally without a furnace in 0 degrees. Which then they said it would be another 3 weeks before we could get it), I emailed Derek and told him on a Thursday we were without heat and wanted to use them. They were able to install on a Saturday because the tempurates were so low. Great job, extremely professional. I will use them whenever I need any HVAC work. My AC went out on a Friday night with the temperatures set to be in the 90's and humid for the following day. I called Action Heating & Air Inc. on Saturday morning about 9:00 AM. The Tech told me that he could make it out sometime between 11:00 and 1:00 that day! There were 3 people ahead of me on his route. He arrived at about 10:30 and diagnosed the problem within 1 minute. Needed a small replacement part that he had in his van. He installed it and had my AC back up and running within 15 minutes. Fortunately my unit is still under warranty, but I asked him what the total charge would have been and it was under $300. Very professional, efficient and courteous. I will be using them for ALL my HVAC needs and highly recommend them to all.
