Very professional. On time, wearing a mask, and considerate to wearing shoe covers to keep house clean. Very friendly, explains any issues and asks if I have any questions. Quick service and competitive pricing (significantly lower than a competitor). No issues with AC they installed. I will use them when it comes time to replace furnace. Very happy with their service.

We are a part of their Member Value Program (MVP) so we have system checkups twice a year. It has been great especially since we have old heating and air conditioning systems. The techs are always so nice, professional, and thorough. We have worked with Darryl and Efrain. Both techs have answered all of our questions and walked us through options to help keep our systems working as long as possible. It's also nice that the paperwork is done electronically. We will continue to work with them and will eventually get new heating and cooling systems through them when the time comes.

I would love to leave a 5 star review. I am a 13 year customer and have always used your services, we have a quarterly contract for maintained and have always enjoyed the service. Your technicians have always been the most professional and have always done a great job. However in Dec we had a Ac/Heater unit replaced. Installation was great but as we started to use it, problems arose that we have never had before. When it was sold to us in we were told by your salesman in Oct that the unit we had previously purchased from you (roughly 13 years ago) was no longer sold and the new unit will be the same size but quieter, lower our electric bill and all around be better. When I questioned why it was more then doubled the price I paid 13 years ago (I understand inflation but come on). I was told that with Covid and supply this is the price and in about 30 days the prices will be raising another 15 to 20 percent. Now with the new unit it sounds that we have a wind tunnel in the house with the heat on, our electric bill is more expensive.. True we never shopped around because your company really has been great all these years, however we are starting to feel that we were sold a unit that was not meant for us. The good thing is that your company has sent a tech out to assess the situation and hopefully we can come to a resolution to this issue. Your techs, office personal, scheduling, and everyone else I have dealt with have been some of the best we have seen. Hopefully all can be repaired and I can give you 5 stars review.

AWE has been servicing my heating/cooling systems for years. They inspect and clean, and will address a problem before it becomes a disaster. Every office staff member and service person are professional, smart, honest and friendly. Today Pete serviced my air conditioners. He was on time, worked fast, told me what he saw on my system, showed me with a photo he took and explained how it worked and what was starting to go wrong. It was my choice to have him fix it or not. — This is a great company with trustworthy people.

New A/C unit installed along with humidifier. Very professional and friendly. After installation Gary follow-up to see how things went. However I did notice that the A/C was not cooling as expected. After reaching out to AWE, a tech came out noticed there was an issue. Although the issue could not be fixed at that time, I'm certain the unit will be fixed/replaced in the next few days or so. AWE is a very good company and if something is not right, they do all they can to make it right.

Love AWE. I like how being in their program I get reminders to set up maintenance appts, otherwise I would forget or put off. Today Jim came out for routine furnace maintenance, unclogged the water line going to humidifier, showed me how to control it. Clean, polite, no nonsense, got the job done. Now we’re good until air conditioning season! Thanks! Pete came out today 12/8/22 to service our furnace. Cleaned the parts that needed cleaning and gave us a good bill of furnace health. From the start of my experience with AWE, Stacy- the sales representative was patient, explained everything to me on products and which fits best. She did not force me into any particular product and gave me suggestions on what would fit our family's lifestyle and budget. Great experience. Now to the installation guys, Rob and Cory. They arrived on time, explained what they will be doing and were very professional. Even though we were hone the whole time, we did not feel one but of inconvenience . They kept the floors clean with a tarp and cleaned up the area by the furnace and AC better than it was before. All in all AWE guys are awesome and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that may need HVAC services P.S. I ended up getting the Lennox elite series for both furnace and AC. They are the variable motor ones.

It all starts with the in-house staff answering the phones. ALL of the phone staff are pleasant, positive, helpful and amazing with follow-up! Nick assessed a warranty repair with a new hire he was training. They were clean, professional and efficient with their time. I was impressed at how well Nick mentored the new employee with positive reinforcement, engagement by asking the trainee what he should do next, and helpful tips on the right tools to use to reduce the risk of damaging furnace parts as pieces are taken apart to troubleshoot. They contact us to make appointments for the checkups. They do good work, are trustworthy, polite, and happy to answer all questions. MOST RECENT CALL: I called AWE out because my furnace shut down. Turns out the problem was in the central humidifier system - the condensate pump was failing & shutting down the system to prevent flooding. As the pump was a recently installed unit, tech Ethan declared it defective & AWE replaced it under warranty - no charge! The usual caring & reasonable AWE service I’ve come to expect! Thank you AWE & Ethan! PREVIOUS CALL: I called AWE for service on my Aprilaire central humidifier after I turned it on for the season and it began leaking. AWE had a technician on site in just a few hours. He quickly identified the problem, found the required part (filter pad) in his truck, and got the job done! Pete was very courteous, careful and competent, got the job done quickly, left no mess, and was able to help me schedule duct cleaning in the near future. I’ve used AWE for all my HVAC needs for many years (even before it was AWE!) and have never been disappointed!

I called at 7 AM on one of the hottest days of the year to report that my AC unit was not cooling properly. The thermostat showed a several degree difference between the setting and actual temperature. I was able to schedule a repair visit for the same morning. The technical arrived a little after 10:30 and determined that the system was low on refrigerant. A short time later, we could feel the house cooling down. I'm glad I went with AWE 17 years ago to replace the original equipment that came with the house. I'm a regular maintenance customer which is probably why the equipment has provided great comfort for almost 2 decades. When the time comes, we'll go with AWE on newer, more efficient equipment.

The Daikin One thermostat is very high tech and the Daikin Fit - Inverter A/C system is super quiet. Lennox E30 electronic thermostat that was under warranty stopped communication w hub unit. AWE came out the same day to trouble shoot and determined the thermostat unit was defective. Highly Recommend AWE my worst nightmare had became reality the night my heating system failed along with hot water heater. I could not believe this was happening the night before Thanksgiving. We are very happy with the service that AWE provides! We have been MVP clients for 2 years now and it has paid for itself! On Saturday morning we called in because the furnace to our main flool was having trouble (smelled like something was burning) so we shut it off. They had a technician out with in 2 hours to look at our situation. We determined that the cost to repair was not worth it (the system is 13 years old anyway) and instead purchased a new furnace. They had a Comfort Care Specialist out within another 1 hour (Stacy) and she worked with us and explained all of our options as far as a new unit. She was patient and friendly! She ended up being here until a almost 6pm. The instal was scheduled for Monday. Monday came and we had snow over night--but these guys showed up right on time and worked until 9pm to instal and get our new furnace and humidifier systems up and running. They were very polite, knowledgeable, and focused on getting the job done. I appreciate that they had to stay late, and that they did so without any sort of complaint. It was a wonderful experience and I am very very happy with the result. Our new furnace is working wonderfully and our house is nice and warm! They just took care of prior installer's poor service and AWE did a great job. Highly Recommended! I've had their heating service contract for a decade, but the value of their customer service was truly demonstrated earlier this week. A power outage left 2 inches of water in our basement Monday night. I couldn't get our plumbers OR the company that had installed our backup sump pump unit (12 year relationship) to come out. I called A.W.E and when Tony showed up at noon on Tuesday, the solution was in place in 2 hours! He called Carm (hope I got his name right), who was 6 minutes away and agreed to give up his lunch hour to come to my house. They pumped out the water and installed a new back up unit - critical given a forecasted ice storm that might again knock out power. When Tony heard Service Master couldn't show up for 2 weeks (polar vortex) and ServPro never even return my call, he recommended another reputable clean up company, described the situation to them on the phone, and they showed up the next morning at 9am. Tony didn't gauge us and, in fact, gave a refund for something that turned out to be unnecessary. Best of all, we saved a lot by not having standing water in our basement for days or weeks while our other providers didn't show. Great company!!

I have used this company for ten years. They have put in an entirely new Air Conditioning system in my home, central humidifier, air purifier and other improvements. They have fixed my toilet and shower. Last week they did the best upgrade of all, and did it efficiently and did it the day after I ordered it: they ripped out my two old percolating gas-guzzling water heaters and replaced it with Navien 240A Tankless Condensing water system. It heats the water on demand. An hour after they put it in we had two showers running full blast and the water stayed as hot as I wanted. I love this system because it wastes zero gas; when not using it, it basically shuts off. Highly recommended--the Navien and, especially, A.W.E.!
