I like to think I'm a cool guy but waking up at 3am to a 50 degree home in January is a non-starter. Called Rocky Mountain for help. Owner called me back after 3 missed calls and was at my house inside 90 minutes. Bad thermostat was the problem but he also did a full inspection of the heater to ensure proper safety and operation. This business and its owner has a 5 star rating for a reason. I am just one more in a long list of happy customers. This a must recommended business. 👌

we called a few places and they where week to few weeks out and my mom need heat it quit working on her. we call keith with rmm and he came over in a hour and had her heat working with in the hour he was quick and great to deal with. we will not call noone else.my mom and our family is very pleased with him.

A friend of mine had told me about this company and said that he was fast, does excellent work and at GREAT prices. She was NOT lying! The guy came out and had my issue fixed with the hour! And it did not coast me an arm and leg. He even Showed me some other issues that were going on that needed my attention and explained why they would create an issue. Recommended that they get taken care of when I can. He will even fix what I know the original installers screwed up on! I knew there was an issue with how the guys installed it but they wouldn't come back to fix it. He stated that he would come back and take care of that too when I was ready. Finally someone that comes to your house and is trustworthy. Didn’t walk in the door trying to sell me me a warranty. Didn’t sell me parts I did not need. All my furnace needed was to have the flame sensor cleaned. He cleaned it: charged me $85 (talk about being fair) and was on his way. My lucky day!
