Shauna SteadmanChristmas 2021, a party in one day, heater went caputz. KVM came right out and installed a great RHEEM system, without the A/C which I couldn't afford at the time. Widow 82 yrs. It 'a been great, love it. Summer 2023, western states family coming. Need A/C. Roger came for a bid. He was marvelous, great guy. Still poor, found a less expensive alternative. Risky. Highly recommend KVM.
Carol LundquistMy heat pump broke and Kanawha Valley Maintenance was great! Their office staff was very responsive and got a technician out to fix it as soon as they could. The technician was able to quickly diagnose the problem even though the system appeared to be working when he examined it. He figured out which part was on the verge of total failure and was able to replace it. I highly recommend this company.
