hailey chewningCalled yesterday around 4pm for my broken AC and they came the very next morning, receptionist had lots of hospitality and so did the two guys that came and fixed my AC unit. They are very friendly and the work got done fast, in about an hour I had AC. It took an hour because they had to go get a part, so they are very speedy with their process. Got it done in under an hour when they weren’t even there the whole hour. Now my AC is blowing really cold air.
Troy HendersonWe have A/C!! If you need any HVAC work done I can not recommend Charleston Heating Company enough. They exceeded expectations. They were the fastest to respond and to quote a job. They quote by the job not by the hour. They were on time, respectful, informative and professional. There were a couple minor hiccups that extended their time on the job. The rate stayed as quoted. Their work was precise and exact. They cleaned up thoroughly and answered all of our questions. They even take care of my systems registration for me to make sure I get the full 10 year warranty. A++ to these guys. A new customer for life.
K Lynn MonroeDuring long heat wave, a/c stopped working. Called them at 8:25 am, they said they'd be here around noon. Just before they got came, they called, & were here before noon. I stood with them expecting to hear I needed a new hvac system, mine is very old. They diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in probably about 1/2 hr. They were pleasant guys, didn't waste any time trying to sell me up, fixed my ac & on their way. Cost for a motor plus labor was much lower than a different company I used last year who only put in freon. Excellent
Dennis Wyer$75 per hour, One hour minimum, but they opted not to charge us for initial visit. Furnace was blown. Replaced entire unit (Heating and A/C) two days ahead of schedule $1000 less than next closest bid. Excellent work, very professional. Unit works great.
