Terry arrived and within 30 minutes had diagnosed the problem, replaced the control board and we had working heat. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Called a contractor that I had used before and trusted. He told me my air conditioner was done. Nothing to do but replace it. Would cost 5000 to 7000 thousand dollars. A friend recommended Terry Romeo from Artic Air. He came out same day. He was here for about 30 minutes and my air conditioner was fixed. He said my compressor was bad. Cost me 169 dollars. He is an angel. He saved me 7000 thousand dollars. I am a divorced woman, who knew nothing about these things. All I can do is trust that I am not being taken advantage of. Please take it from me, Artic Air is the company you want, the company you can trust. You can't go wrong. Call Terry first. He's the best.

Tim Romeo was scheduled in the afternoon, but had a cancellation. He came in the morning, hours before a 95 degree day was going to happen. All I needed was a new capacitor. Done. Very grateful after a previous hellish hot evening before. Highly recommend.

Terri is my A/C god. He has helped us thru repairs of an old unit, installation of a new unit and warranty work. He shows up. He has been to my house at all hours of the day. I have even had to hold lights for him so he could work so that my mom could have AC the next day. Long time customer, and the only one I will ever call. Honest and dependable. Too bad there aren't more starts for his service.
