I called today and Tyler was on another job, he kept me informed of the approximate time he would be out. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent he went right to the problem. I have never had to call anyone before on my furnace, I was blessed. I highly highly recommend calling Pappy’s and he is very reasonable. You will not be disappointed to use this company I assure you. My first time using this company and I will only use this company from now on. Honesty, intelligent, kind, and reasonable you can’t get any better than this company.

I don’t think I can truly express my gratitude, appreciation & respect for Tyler. I live 8 hours from my elderly mother. Her 6 year old HVAC system went out on Sunday. I contacted the company that installed & never got a return call. My sister got a friend to look at it who works on the commercial side. He told her to get someone residential. After much research, we decided to try AIC-Pappy’s. I called them this morning & was advised that someone would be out by the afternoon and they’d call me before hand. EVERY word of that statement was true. Tyler called me when he was in route, when he arrived & after assessing what was going on. He asked for clarification/confirmation as to what I wanted done…but what impressed me more than anything, he NEVER attempted to pressure sale anything. I asked him about the cost for summer maintenance & he told me. I told him that I didn’t know the last time it had been performed. Only then did Tyler tell me that it was in desperate need. To me, Tyler’s approached & interaction speaks volumes! He was so sweet, courteous & respectful to my mother. He never said, I’ve spoken with your daughter. He listened to her & gave her what she was asking for. Via camera, I was watching the interaction. If you have any hesitations, don’t…Tyler is one of the dying breeds who truly is out to serve his customer & not to put money in his pocket. Thank you so much Tyler!

Tyler was super professional and knowledgeable. He completely took out my old HVAC system and installed a brand new one with high expertise. He identified an eminent danger with my system and brought it to my immediate attention. What i appreciate the most was his sincere concern for the well being of myself and my family.. Called several companies on a Saturday , everyone wanted to schedule me for a week later. Its 97 outside!! These guys came out at 4 pm on the same day , got me temporarily fixed and sold me a brand new system for like 1500 cheaper than anyone!!! Hats off to Tyler and Randy , great job guys !! We needed a sagging gutter repaired, and also an uncapped sewer line in our house capped. ACI was professional and got the work done. The sewer line in particular was difficult, because there wasn't much room to work and the right size cap was hard to find, but they kept working on it until they got it done.
