I had such a GREAT experience with Red Rock Mechanical! I literally contacted 6 other mechanics to service our broken AC unit and while others responded with an automated message, a suggestion to just install one of their $4000 units before even diagnosing our problem first, or not responding at all, a REAL HUMAN BEING from Red Rock contacted me within hours of my inquiry and advised they could have a tech to my house within the next 3 days. Tim was on time, efficient, and thorough. I've never had a technician give me so much information and was so appreciative that he took the time to ensure I understood why the AC was functioning the way it was. He had it fixed in no time. 10/10 will be using their services again if the need arises and will absolutely recommend to family/ friends. Thank you thank you.

Very impressed with the service. Doug responded immediately and scheduled the needed service .. Kurt completed the repair promptly and we now have sufficient hot water. Will definitely use Red Rock again.

Amazing service and reasonable price. They always call back or answer fast and are polite and helpful. I had tenants without heat when their boiler failed. Doug with red rock happened to be in the area and had the problem fixed within an hour. My tenants we happy and so was I! Fast forward a few months. I have another issue with a property I manage late at night on a Friday. I text Doug because his is the contact information I have on hand. He gets back to me right away and let's me know it is his day off but very politely gives me the number of his main office line to call. His co worker Curt arrives same day to help. Their communication is awesome as is their service. Thank you Red Rock!

Red Rock, made me feel as if I was part of the family! Called at 7:00 am this morning and received a called back within 5 minutes. Explained a stream of water was coming from pipe and that I turn-off the furnace. Temperature out side 5 degrees. They understood and would be here between 12:00 and 12:30….door bell rang at 11:30 am! Early, unheard of today, right? Explaining what I saw and did, VERY RESPECTFUL. He explained what he was going to do, did it, cleaned up after himself….once again unheard….RIGHT!….I will be calling them again real soon to do other work….

This is the 4th time I've used RRM, both for both plumbing and heating. I wouldn't use anyone else. From scheduling the appointment to performing the service, they are prompt and professional.. This time we had a new toilet installed.. Eric , who installed it was professional,, prompt, and helpful.. I was recycling the old toilet and in order to do so all hardware had to be removed. Eric took care of that and helped me load it in my car. Thanks Eric and RRM.

Had an issue with heat and hot water late at night. Called the on call service, and a technician called me back in under a minute. Tim helped me figure out the problem pretty quickly and I was able to get the heat and hot water back quickly. I am extremely grateful for his help.

Amazing service! My furnace went out over a cold weekend and other companies were ready to charge me $900 to just show up. We waited until Monday and cheerful tech came by in less than 3 hours after I called. He explained problem and fixed immediately. He proceeded to do some preventative work as well. I could not ask for more. Thanks for warm house.

Red Rock rebuilt our heating system. It turns out the duct work and cold air returns were not properly installed when the house was built in the early'70s. The technicians who worked on our house were pros and what a difference. The house is much warmer and the furnace does not run nearly as often. THANK YOU!
