Our furnace was shut down in mid December after routine inspection, due to dangerous cracks etc. in our system. Brock's came out to our property same day, had a quote to us the next morning, and a new system installed within the week. They even lent us some space heaters to keep the house warm and comfortable. They stayed in close communication throughout the process. The techs did a great job and were fast and courteous. I am so grateful for their quick action and excellent service. I highly recommend Brock's Heating!

Brocks has done a number of jobs at our house and they always come through for you. Our AC went down on the hottest day year. I called Brock’s, Sean called me back promptly, and walked me through some questions on the system then let me know either one of his techs or he would get to my residence soon. When Sean and his technicians arrived it was determined the condenser needed replacing,. Brocks had the entire AC Condenser picked up from Burlington, and replaced in a very short time given the distance to the parts and the time to pick it up and install it. Brocks is timely, highly reliable, and professional. We are lucky to have them.

Brock started off quite well, I called while VT gas was converting my boiler and a technician was at my house creating an estimate for a hot water storage tank with in the hour. They were able to do the install about a week later, so pretty quick and the estimate was lower than the other 2 places I had called, plus they were able to do the install while I was away working. The down side was that they made a huge mess and didn’t clean up anything, which I found to be very unprofessional. I had asked to have the old hot water tank left in my garage and they took it, still have not gotten it back. The invoice had to be corrected as it listed parts that were not needed and they did not offer a military discount even though when I booked the appointment I was told they do. So price may have been the same as competitors. I don’t know if I would recommend Brock based on all this.

Sean and team are excellent. I highly recommend them. If you own an Energy Kinetics system use Brock's for service. Most other companies aren't trained on the system and don't know how to work on them properly especially the manager board.

Brock's installed new heat mini split heat pumps at our house. They were local and were able to do the quote and schedule the work much more quickly than other larger companies. Sean was very responsive to my email questions. Noah and the team did an excellent job with the install which was done on time and on budget. It was great to have A/C available during the recent heat wave. This was the first time I had worked with Brock's and I will be using them again in the future.

When I see a clean "aircraft grade" installation, it gives me confidence that my technician knows what he/she is doing. Sean and team did such a job n our mini split heating and AC system and heat pump water heater. The equipment arrived right on schedule and the installation was clean and on budget. Nothing missed. Brocks even discounted the work for the efficiency Vermont rebate I received and applied to it for me. Done! They service everything each season and we never have a worry. We were referred to Brock's by good friends who had highly recommended their business. Our inspection for heat pump installation was promptly scheduled and professionally conducted, and we were made aware of the rebates available to us from the state when we were quoted for the work. The two gentlemen who performed the installation were on time, worked very hard, and overcame any obstacles they encountered. Some heavier items needed to be moved for accessibility in our basement, and they didn't hesitate to offer to move them themselves as part of the job. Overall, we were very impressed with their work ethic and professionalism, and we were cool and comfortable by 3 pm that afternoon!! We are happy to recommend their services to others!!

I’m looking forward to doing business again in the future. <update> I got a whole new boiler system installed and Sean and his team were professional and helpful. I had called three installers and Sean was the only one that got back to me with a serious quote and seemed like he wanted the business. He gave me all the information about three different systems and gave me the time to investigate and make up my mind. They removed my old boiler and installed the new one in a day. There was a problem with an electronic part and it was replaced in a quick efficient manner. I would highly recommend Brock’s heating and plumbing to anyone.

Haven't made a decision yet on whether to use Brock's, but the owner Sean came to my home to give me an estimate and was exceptionally knowledgeable and innovative about various options that might meet my needs. Addendum: Alas, Brock's didn't follow through on its multiple promises to send me an estimate, so I'm reducing this from five to four stars. My sense is that they are just very busy, as are many other contractors right now in this line of work. Still, breaking repeated promised deadlines to get something done, even if it's only to send an estimate, means that I cannot in good conscience give them five stars.

After having some trouble getting an exact time of arrival, we agreed on a window in which the tech would be there. The woman in the office was very responsive and kept me in the loop as I was frantically trying to plan my day around this meeting. She let me know when the tech was finishing his last job and heading to my inspection, which we both arrived at within minutes of each other. Both gentlemen were knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed even though they had informed me they were understaffed. All their findings were displayed clearly in the inspection report which I received immediately upon completion of the inspection. I would recommend this company again in a heartbeat. I am very pleased with their service!

Brocks P&H were very good from initial appointments, through completing the installation of our new heat and hot water boiler/system. Sean's team were friendly, courteous, and thorough. Sean personally made sure we had heat and hot water on the day he said we would by procuring a needed part after hrs and returning the same evening. Their commitment to customer service is evident by their actions. The installer Ed did not even break for lunch on day two to ensure the job was complete. We called Brock’s after our hot water stopped working in our home. It was after hours, so we left a message with the answering service and got a call back from Sean, the owner, within 20 minutes. He sent someone out first thing in the morning and then returned himself to replace a part a few hours later. I am so impressed with how quickly they responded and helped us with this situation. *** UPDATED *** Brock’s has come through for us once again, after many service calls. They installed a new on demand water heater. They were quick, professional, clean and polite. They are a premiere business and my go to for any problem. —- Brock’s is by far one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with in terms of home maintenance. They are courteous and friendly and incredibly responsive. My furnace went out on a Sunday, reported and asked for an appointment online for Wednesday (soonest their calendar showed an opening and the weather was getting better...). Within 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon I had an offer to come out first thing Monday morning. Sean is incredibly professional and hired a great group of guys. His wife is friendly and engaging when you need to talk to someone. I have recommended their company to many family and friends.

I have used Brock’s for three different systems at three different locations, two units I rented out and one I owned. I would use no other company. They respond quickly, try to find the best price necessary and know what they are doing. I have used them for scheduled maintenance, replacement of water tank, replacement of Rinnai heater and emergency no heat calls. Every job they have done has been excellent with no concerns. It's been a rough week for my boiler this week first with having an issue with limited hot water then a couple days later no heat. It was easy to schedule the appointment for the first issue. When the heat went, they still made it to my house within 2 hours and had the heat back within 4. Granted I wasn't happy to deal with this issue, Brock's came through and got everything in working order. Definitely a better experience than other heating companies I have used in the past.

It was just a routine service and cleaning call, but it was a genuine pleasure to finally find someone who did the job well and didn’t try to talk, sometimes even try to scare me into work I didn’t need. The last two companies I used tried to convince me my 10-year old high-efficiency boiler was obsolete and potentially dangerous, and of course they would be happy to replace it for me. Seriously? Not so with Brock’s. Shane was on time, professional, friendly, and efficient. He said the boiler was in great shape and operating at high efficiency. He pointed out one check valve that was a bit corroded that I should keep an eye on but said it was working fine now, an easy fix if it ever started leaking. I will be using Brock’s for any future heating and plumbing needs.

It's not too often I go right online to write a review as soon as a job is completed, but I felt compelled to today. These guys work like a well-oiled machine. They show up when they say they will and the job was finished when they said it would be. Our boiler relocation/install looks neat and tidy, they cleaned up every spec of debris, and everything is working perfectly. There were a few changes I asked for during the install since we are planning to finish our basement and are trying to preserve as much headroom as possible and they were beyond accommodating- not a hint of frustration or annoyance with any of my requests.
