Ryan and Patrick installed a new high efficiency boiler system to replace our 30 year old boilers at our church building. They did such a fantastic job, I don't even know where to start. They were friendly, courteous, professional, ... you name it. During the three days they were there working on the new system, most of the time I didn't even know they were there. Simply put, they were fantastic. And when they left, you couldn't even tell that they were here, other than the fact that we now have a beautiful new system in our boiler room. We won't use another company. Benoure treated us great, and I don't think we could find any better. Thank you to Benoure, Ryan and Patrick!

I'm posting this for the customer, Claudine Roland, a neighbor who has no google account and doesn't want one (smart lady). Received a new washer/dryer setup for her condo, machines stack in a 30" wide closet like area with supply lines in a cutout into the wall on one side. Tight area to work in. Delivery people unable to obtain a leak free water supply connection due to age and wear of 40 years on existing dual supply valve. Ben Russel was dispatched to R&R said valve. He showed up on schedule, removed the defective unit and replaced it with a current version. The new valve was apparently designed with compression fittings, and probably due to the age and condition of the service lines, he found a very small leak on test, so he re-did the install by sweating the valve onto the 2 service lines, for a secure and leak-free job. He was quick, professional, conscientious, and polite. Total charges were quite acceptable, and the entire experience with respect to Benoure and Mr Russel was exceptional. Highly recommended! A neighbor recommended Benoures to us to install a natural gas boiler/water heater combination unit. I had no prior knowledge of this company. Chris and his team did fantastic work! Work was completed on time. They graciously answered any questions I had. I asked if they would be willing to hook up a new gas range while they were here and how much they would charge. They did it for free since they were already here for the other work. They even offered to move the old one into my garage for me. They really went above and beyond of what I was expecting. I would 100% recommend this company to friends and family!

We were left without heat and hot water when our NTI boiler went down in the middle of the night. We called quite a few HVAC companies and didn't even get a call back from most of them. We should have called Benoure first. A very nice lady answered the phone right away and sent a fantastic technician named Steve out within a few hours. Steve walked me through what was going on over the phone which I found really professional. He was able to troubleshoot the boiler and fix the issue in two hours. We are extremely satisfied with our experience from start to finish. We highly recommend Benoure Plumbing Heating and AC and look forward to using them in the future!

SPRING 2022: Tim and Ben are dedicated and thorough professionals. When there was an issue with a part, they made sure to finish before they left in order for us to have heat. Tim and Ben are both very professional and knowledgeable, I had Tim 1st come to check on a leak I had on the ceiling of my kitchen directly above is my upstairs bathroom, he did a thorough investigation and checked on my plumbing had some suggestions on old plumbing we had on our over 100 year old home we then scheduled a second visit, when he came back with Ben to upgrade and re run the plumbing in the bathroom (we had exposed copper pipes) that I wanted to be behind the walls, as well as he re sealed the shower drain and toilet downstairs that was leaking he gave us different options on what to do, everything looks excellent, and is not longer leaking, we then have them coming back to install new vanity and shower hardware once new tiles are installed! I would recommend Tim and Ben from Benoure to anyone and everyone Thank you guys again so much for your hard work!!!

My experience with Benoure Plumbing and Heating is always positive. The Benoure people are friendly and professional and easy to talk with. This starts with Karen who schedules the appointments and is always super helpful. Steve, the technician who has come to the house two times, saved me a few hundred dollars when he cleaned out the compensation tank on my furnace and tightened something on my water heater. Another company was going to replace a part for 300.00 + dollars. I highly recommend this company!

We’ve been using Benoure for all our plumbing and heating for the past 6 years. They’ve been great. Every technician that has come here has been professional and knowledgeable, and we’ve had a few emergency calls in the past which they’ve responded to immediately. We recently had a new boiler installed, and the whole process was handled smoothly and professionally, from the quote from Robbie to the install done by Andrew, Bobbie, Nathaniel and their team. Good group of people that take pride in their work. They seem to be pretty busy at times which requires booking out, but I’d rather wait for quality service, especially since as I mentioned they’ve always responded promptly when needed.

Steve Fisher came out to service my furnace. In the 5 years that I have had this boiler, I have needed to use my wood stove as supplemental heat when the temperature drops below 30. I asked him if the furnace was a good one, and he said yes, let me look at it. I appreciate a service person/company who isn’t trying to scam people into purchasing things they don’t need! He tweaked the water temperature and one other thing and that night, even though the wind chill was -25, I did not need the wood stove - GAMECHANGER! Thank you so much, Steve!

I responded to a post card ad from Benoure Plumbing and Heating. Jeff came out to spec an installation of a heat pump hybrid water heater. He was helpful and pleasant. The office forwarded me a proposal. My wife and I accepted. Andrew and Nate showed up on time and quickly got to work removing the old water heater and getting the new one down in the basement. Andrew then finished up the plumbing, electrical and condensate connections. Andrew was faced with making everything line up for the new, physically larger, water heater. Andrew's work was excellent. He went beyond just making everything work. He made everything look great, while maximizing the utility of current and future plumbing features. Clean up was complete. His tutorial on using the new scald guard and water heater was helpful and reassuring. We are starting out using the full heat pump setting. Initial testing of the Bradford White water heater have exceeded our expectations. The ten year warranty is reassuring.

Benoure replaced my old gas heater and boiler. They were extremely helpful, especially Rick, and very responsive. Everything I needed was explained to me and they even managed to get me a much sooner appointment than I was originally told. The work was completed on time and was incredibly thorough. I’m extremely happy I chose them to do this work.

Had Andrew and Nathan install water heaters at 2 different locations. They were awesome! RELIABLE, super helpful, and efficient. During the course of the day, conversations about other maintenance concerns resulted in them pointing me in useful directions, a referral for one situation, gave me a couple pointers on some on site projects underway, and they were happy to discuss tools, which is good for me, being always on a learning curve. Steve came to check out our heating and AC and I was very pleased with his service. We received a call, before the time he was scheduled to arrive, to explain he was the on call tech and would be running a little late. He arrived shortly after the scheduled time and one of the first things he noted was that our furnace was always running low heat. This explained why the furnace struggled on the coldest days to reach the programmed temperature. A very simple change and now it will switch to max heat on the coldest days. As Steve continued his inspection it was very clear that Steve knew his business and accomplished it very efficiently. I highly recommend Benoure for your heating and AC needs!

The A/C stopped working and I called Benoure for service. Expected to wait a few days for scheduled repair but got a service person at my door the next day. Jarrett found the problem and assisted me in determining if the part was under warranty. He checked on the part and I was told it would be a week before they could get it in. The next day I got a call and told me they had located the part and could send a service person within a short time. Steve showed up and immediately installed the new warranty part. What I like is that both service persons took the extra effort to verify that the expensive part was still under warranty and followed up and located it quicker than originally thought. They also took the time to educate me on maintaining the unit. Both were very professional. Both saved me a lot of money.

We decided to replace our HVAC system proactively since it was getting up there in age and rather inefficient compared to systems available today. Robbie was great answering questions during the quote appointment, as well as afterwards. There were delays due to the global supply chain issues that impacted our initial install date, but they stayed in touch and ensured we got on the books as soon as possible. Previously, they installed a brand new furnace, AC and suct system 10 years ago. This time around, Tim B. installed a shower pan, plumbed it and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Last week Benoure Plumbing and Heating installed a mini split Mitsubishi air-conditioning system in our 20 year old Shelburne house. We found them to be extremely professional, respectful and timely. From our initial contact with salesman and estimator, Robbie, who helped us pick the right system to cool our home, to Chris and Nate who installed it, the whole process was quick efficient and and unobtrusive. Chris as the lead plumber, solved every issue as it cropped up and was fast and obviously very knowledgable. Nate, his assistant, had pride in workmanship that was evident, from his exemplary solder joints, to keeping the work areas clean and tidy. The team was always arrived in the mornings right on time and explained and followed their work plan for the day. I was very impressed that they finished the work ahead of schedule! The product worked perfectly and and Chris was more than helpful in assuring that we could run it and were satisfied with the installation. The experience was more than pleasant and we are happy we chose Benoure Plumbing and Heating for our air conditioning installation. We are looking forward to more HVAC upgrades with Benoure due to this extremely positive experience. After Benour Plumbing and Heating installed our Mitsubishi mini split ductless air conditioning system and because they did such a great job, we had them back to install a new Weil Mclain GV90-5 boiler and Superstor water heater for our Shelburne house. We were fortunate to get the same top team for the boiler and hot water tank installation. Again, plumbers, Chris and Nate, did an outstanding job on the installation. They were able to remove the old system and install the new one seamlessly. Chris and Nate were always on time and working efficiently and were very respectful that we were still living in the home while they did the installation. The entire job only took two days. We are thrilled with the new boiler and find it quiet and notice it is more efficient than the original 20 year old boiler that was showing its age. As before, Chris explained the system and made sure we were comfortable with its installation and operation before they left. Our estimator, Robbie, checked it at the beginning of the job to make sure it started smoothly, and at the end to assure we were satisfied. We will definitely use Benoure if we have anymore HVAV upgrades and repair

Steve F. replaced a part in my AC condenser today...diagnosing the problem and replacing the part very quickly.
