Their employees are all very knowledgeable and respectful and will always go the extra mile to ensure that a job is done right. As a landlord, I am comforted by the fact that they can respond if I have an emergency and that I know they will do the job right. I feel fortunate to have found a company that consistently does such excellent work.

Avonda did an awesome job replacing our furnace on an emergency basis, very fast, very thorough, and their estimate was $500.00 less than the competition, and that was for a higher rated piece of equipment than the other quote we got. They were super easy to deal with, showed up on time, did a great installation, and when they left, they completely cleaned the space.

We could not be happier with the work done by Avonda Air Systems to install central AC in our home. They were very professional and courteous and arrived nice and early on a Friday, knowing that we had a particularly hot and humid weekend ahead of us. By 2pm that afternoon we had cool air cranking! I've utilized the services of Avonda twice now. The first time was in fall of 2019 when our old hot water tank died. Travis and his team quickly found us a replacement and did the install as soon as was practicable. He answered all of my questions and was very responsive. Most recently, a water stain appeared in our family room ceiling due to an issue related to the tub in the upstairs bathroom. Avonda sent over someone to assess the issue, who ultimately replaced a cracked drain seal. Overall very happy with the service and the fees charged by Avonda, and I plan to call them again whenever the next issue inevitably pops up.

On October 3rd (2018) we had a 96% efficient tankless hot water heater installed by Avonda. Although there was a lot of detailed work to install it they did an excellent job and we are very happy with it. We no longer pay to rent one and the natural gas savings along with the $500 rebate will help pay it off within about 2-3 years and in the meantime we will be saving about $50-$70 a month on average over what our natural gas bill used to cost. After that, it's all gravy!

They’re attention to detail showed the pride and dedication to they’re craft as well as professionalism. Avonda Air Systems has completed several projects for us over the past several years. In 2017, we had a new gas fired furnace installed in our home. This was not only an upgrade in efficiency, but also an improvement in fresh air return that solved a problem that plagued the old unit, probably hastening its demise. The new unit worked flawlessly all last winter. This year's project was a bathroom remodel in a duplex apartment we own with our son. This required multiple visits by Avonda techs, Through demolition, rough-in and finish. We've also needed emergency service at both our retail business, and at the apartment. In all of these cases, everyone, from people on the phone, to guys in the field were timely, competent and friendly. With all these bathrooms , water heaters and furnaces to watch out for, its good to have an outfit you can rely on. Avonda has done that and we hope to do more in the future. Anne and Matt Whyte. Very happy with the service! Had a broken AC unit that needed to be replaced, they were early and fixed it in a timely manner. The gentlemen sent to install the unit went above and beyond to make sure that the install was done properly and there were no underlying issues.

I called them about the Vermont gas inspection report on the heating system. Bob informed us they are not doing the repairs mentioned in the report but took the time to explain the report , repairs needed and gave us an idea about the cost involved . Very helpful and courteous.
