TML is a very efficient and price competitive company. I've used them several times for dryer vent cleaning and have always been pleased with the results. On August 31 2022, I used them to have the dryer vent in my new house cleaned. Our technician, Jordan, could not have been better. He called to let me know he'd be at my home in 15 minutes and arrived exactly 15 minutes later. He was very polite, conscientious, and thorough. He kept me fully informed on what he would be doing and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. I would definitely recommend Jordan and TML!

Jordan and Chad both came to my home to provide a maintenance check on my system and also to trouble shoot some issues. I had explained the issues we were having with large temperature swings between the upstairs and downstairs, so they took the time to perform a thorough exam of my system including all the dampers and circuitry. I’ve been in the construction industry for years, so I was pleased with the professionalism and competence. I feel I can trust them with maintenance and repairs and was glad I signed up for their maintenance program.

Asked TML to do an HVAC inspection as part of a home inspection. Cost was $179, had to call back to get the “report” which the tech told me was against policy to provide but he would drop it off anyways, which I never received. Had to request a separate employee to come out to give me a quote for a new system, never received the quote. Had to have another tech from a different company come out to get what I needed (for free) and they said they could tell from the undisturbed unit that it was never inspected prior. Initially thought I paid because they required payment prior to the appointment and they took my credit card over the phone (heavily pushed me to subscribe to a service plan for a house I didn’t even own yet). Didn’t receive either the report or quote I paid for but I did receive the bill in the mail stating I never paid. Tried to pay over the phone for a second time but was told my request to pay would be emailed to the billing department and now I need to wait for a phone call to pay. Every step of the way working with TML has been more difficult than it had to be and I never received the report/quote I paid (or rather am trying to pay) for. Follow up: I received a phone call from TML apologizing for the issues, wanting more detail in order to follow up, and waiving the service call fee. I understand that a series of unusual situations happened but I am glad they are willing to make it right once the right people are aware. Thanks!

We had a problem with our heating system that resulted in a "No Heat" condition. Outside temperatures were below 30 degrees at night so it didn't take long for the house to get chilly. Our TML Service Technician was Josh Ricketts. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and extremely professional. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly. Josh then went out of his way to help locate, and acquire, the replacement part the same morning. He returned to our home, installed the new part, and quality checked the whole system. He demonstrated outstanding customer service, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Our level of satisfaction with Josh is very, very, high! He was a great representative of TML Service Experts. We've been a customer of TML for several years, and people like Josh are a big reason why! Thank you!

He was very patient while I told him about any concerns I had with my system. He checked on those and addressed/repaired any issues he found. He also cleaned the unit and checked all systems. Everything was positive. From sales to installation everything was as expected and great. Everyone was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up on time, got right to work and stayed until they were finished. They handled the permits and inspections flawlessly. Even with a couple unforeseen issues with my home, they were addressed promptly and without added cost or delay. My dual project was completed as quoted and delivered on time and as promised. I had air conditioning installed into a home that never had it before. I also saved by combining that project with a new hot water heater that was also converted from electric to gas to save on those costs as well. I was introduced to them and contracted with them through Loewe’s which gave me an extra feeling of comfort in the knowledge of being connected with a known provider of quality products and service. I would give them a 100% rating and referral to anyone that needs home improvements. I know I will use them again! Update - My furnace stopped working so I called them and got same day service on a Sun eve. I was very happy again with the service (this time Ramon). Fixed it quick. Also signed up for the maintenance agreement to keep the furnace and A/C working great.

My air conditioner had gone out the day TML was too come and give me a quote for duct cleaning. He went downstairs and found that my air conditioner was iced up. He turned on the heat to melt the ice while he counted the vents for original work. He went back to the shop and brought back two filters since mine were in bad condition. He installed them. Went online when I needed AC repair/replace just trying to get a quote (home advisor) and TML showed up the next morning unexpectedly, since I had the issue I let the guy look at the unit... Compressor was dead! While he was working I asked him how he got my info and he said it was an "email appointment" He then said he would do a bid and asked how I would like to pay for the $102 diagnosis and $99 trip fee...? Or I could get a yearly membership for $87. I let him know that I never spoke to anyone about the service call and didn't know about their pricing structure but "I did eat the steak" so now I have a yearly membership with them! Later on I found a voicemail the office left that said "please call if this time DOESN'T WORK." So I guess it's my fault for not checking my VM? Jordan did a good job but I ended up going with another guy on full replacement of the AC unit. I guess TML will be servicing it for the next year though...!

Happy Camper of the century! Yesterday Josh M. and Caleb D. came out and installed a Daikin Ductless Mini-Split system into my home. Within just a few hours AC and Heat were coming from a wall mounted unit in my living room. I only needed one...TINY house. Less than 1000 SF. They were professional and gracious and did a beautiful job on the install. This system is replacing BASEBOARD heaters that were sucking my bank account dry and I had NO AC at all. Only been here a year, but last year this house was a blast furnace. NOT NOW!! TML and Josh and Caleb worked with me to get me and excellent system installed in time for summer heat and I am ever so grateful and happy with their service and expertise. I highly recommend them!

Our 15 year old furnace and air conditioning system needed to replaced. I contacted Lowe's Hardware of our situation. TML Service Experts were referred to us and a meeting was setup. Without going into a long detailed report, I will simply say that TML Service Experts exceeded our expectations. They were completely in tune with our needs, especially my concerns about allergies one of my children struggles with throughout the year, especially in Spring and Autumn. TML recommended a 3 stage air cleaner, along with a steam humidifier. Needless to say, we are extremely satisfied with the work. The techs showed up on time, were polite and answered every question we had regarding our system. The nice part about the whole process was that Lowe's Hardware sent a representative to meet TML at our home to go over the process and payment for the system. Not much more to say, other than TML will have our HVAC system business from now on. We highly recommend them! Update 10152019: We recently had a Navion Tankless Water Heater installed by TML Service Experts. In short, another great job done by the company! Upon showing interest in a tankless water heater, the rep (Calvin) was at my house within 2 hours explaining the cost and benefits of a new system. I signed papers for the new equipment on a Friday and had an install date for the following Monday. The technician (David W.) showed up on time. David was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and had our old water heater removed and the new system up and running within 4 hours. Clean up and an explanation of the basic workings of the water heater was accomplished. Once again, I highly recommend TML Service Experts to anyone needing an HVAC system or water services for their home.

The AC unit was very dirty and he took such care in cleaning it, it looks brand new! We purchased our HVAC system in 2016 and have maintenance provided by TML. The maintenance was completed in a timely manner and a full explanation was given to me of the findings. I have used TML for maintenance for many years now, and they are very reasonably priced.

TJ Reach and Jason VanQuill came out for our A/C system maintenance and to talk about some of the options for additional services, as well as options for what to do when either our A/C or furnace break down or otherwise become more expensive than it is worth to keep nursing them along - both systems are old enough now that we need to consider what to do when (or before) they finally break down hard. We finally ended up needing to replace a component of our A/C unit, which was done quickly. I don't know enough about the industry to evaluate the cost of all of the services or parts, so I can't comment on that level of value that TML provides, but everything we talked about that involved an expense or potential expense was done without a "hard sell" - it was straightforwardly about what it is and what it entails, what it costs, and whether it's something that we would like to do. In fact, the interactions were pretty conversational - I felt that it was easy to ask questions or talk about what's going on or any concerns I might have with the systems or the services without egging on an interaction that could become awkward due to hard salesmanship. This service call was pleasant, TJ and Jason were friendly and easy to speak with, and I plan to continue working with TML - looking back over the years we've worked with them, I can't think of any standout complaints I've had.

The technician, TJ, came out to perform the annual maintenance on our furnace. He was friendly and easy to work with. A couple of the basic diagnostics/checks indicated that we needed some repairs He gave the price of the repairs and some other options, but we just went ahead with the repairs. TJ performed the repairs quickly (and showed me what he had done before reassembling the portion of the furnace he had to disassemble) and gave me an estimated time remaining on the service. At several points during the service call, he made sure to ask if I had any questions. I am happy with the service and plan to continue working with TML.

I have been on the bi-annual maintenance plan with TML since we had them install a completely new HVAC system (AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Humidifier & Aircleaner) 5 years ago. Service has always been professional and punctual. Techs are well trained and very polite. They always provide excellent service and do a little extra. My service on 3/17 by TJ Reach was outstanding. He called prior to arrival, serviced our AC & Minisplit, did extra cleaning on the mini split due to a foster dog digging situation, replaced my filter (with one I had pre-purchased on my own). He cleaned the flame ignition sensor and verified that all of the system parameters were within spec. He it explained what he was checking as he was running tests on the system. Our furnace quit working and we called TML expecting to have to wait a couple of days. TML checked and had a tech finishing up another job in our area so they sent him over within the hour. TJ came and took a look at our furnace. It is an older model and parts are hard to come by. TJ was able to diagnose our problem and get a part ordered. I have a service contract with TML Service Experts and just had one of their technicians, Ramon, come to my house to service the two furnaces I try to keep maintained. Ramon was punctual, personable, thorough, diligent and enthusiastic in his desire to do the best job possible. He was honest in his assessment of the equipment but didn't give an unsolicited "sales pitch" to me (one furnace is ancient and inefficient!), which I appreciated. I also valued his opinion and his sincere wish to save money and fuel over the long run. I've almost always had good technicians with TML, and I intend ask for Ramon to come back to service the air conditioner in the spring. Thanks TML and Ramon! New review: In May 2017, I bit the bullet and had a new furnace, AC (replacing old swamp cooler), and water heater installed. Big, gnarly, dirty, spidery job in a dungeon-like basement with access only down very steep ladder-steps, and nary a complaint on the part of the installation crew (Michael Lott seemed to be crew foreman). They worked hard all day long and were justifiably proud of the work they completed. A week later, another TML employee, David W., came over to vacuum out and seal up all of the duct work and my dryer vent. I would say that from the time Larry came to give me a bid to the completion of the project was all good. The guys were courteous, careful to clean up afterward, and to protect carpeting from basement dirt. I would highly recommend their services.

I have been a customer of TML for over 5 years they put a complete new system in for me and I needed a service call, We came home and the thermostat was off and not working. it was 98 degrees outside and 101 inside it was after hours so we called and a technician was scheduled for the next morning. Promptly at the time they told me he would arrive he did, Technician Tyler W. He was clean well dressed and professional- he listen to my concerns and was respectful of my age. He was a great please to see work and talk with, he knew about my system and gave me the upmost respects when I asked some off the wall questions. It was a simple fix as the thermostat was not making full connection to the housing and made sure it was getting the full contact, for it to work, He did a through system check and cleaned everything and made sure that I was comfortable with its working. Tyler is a retired Military Veteran as I am and it was a pleasure to know that I was being treated with honesty and courtesy . and that TML hired an all around Professional. In the Future I will always ask and schedule with Tyler W, I again thank you Tyler W. for helping us older folks with professional and honest service. UPDATE 10/23/21 Had another issue with the thermostat called and they sent a technician out by the name of Jason,( He was arrogant and uptight and for me to have him come out was intruding on his time I felt) he preceded to tell me that my thermostat was out dated and needed this new version, and my old version had a high tendency of failing, and proceeded to sell me the updates version(said I was still under the 5 year warranty) but only had to charge me $220.00 because for the 50 percent off I received off under warranty, He put it in and I thought we were taken care of and BAM, The thing goes out again, No heat no nothing- So I called at 5:05am their number told me that would come out and check my system, I told them I wanted an senior Tech,. Out Comes Tyler who helped me before. (this Jason tech showed up) from the begging . Taylor is an out standing person, Listen to my story- went to work trouble checking everything and testing, and found out that the Wires that Jason hooked up for the new thermostat (that were connected to the wireless united that he stated I needed to make my Lenox system work to its high efficiency) were loose and lost contact with the thermostat and caused the system to fail. I was not too happy about this- as Jason the installer from the last time guaranteed me that I would not have ANY ISSUES AT ALL. Made a fool out of me. This is the 3rd time with this issue and its really doubting my confidence with TML, Taylor seems to be the only one that wants to take the time and effort to correct my issues, As soon as my contract is over with TML I have plenty of recommendations for other companies to service my system that is under 5 years old and will be seeking other qualified and dependable company. I do thank TML for not charging me a service call on this but how many times does one need to come and fix something that is brand new.? The company may think of investing more time and effort in training and teaching their tech some Edict and self compassion. these are my thoughts.

One A/C unit went out in the extreme heat on a holiday weekend - and after calling my previous service company, I was told there was nothing they could do, and was given all the excuses in the book. "Best bet is to call whoever installed it." Looked up my install and it was TML. They not only answered the call on that same holiday weekend, but they arrived a day earlier than I was scheduled for! Jason came out each time and called beforehand. You don't find techs like him often! Replacing parts, cleaning out both units (which took hours), and making sure everything was in good working order-as if they were his own units. Bottom line, if you pay for a service..be sure your company is giving you what you pay for. No regrets with TML. Should have never left them!

Conner did a great job. He fixed a problem I have had for years, in minutes. The overflow was running into my garage from the secondary pipe, instead of outside via the primary pipe. TML installed the AC system 8 years ago and I have had them service it all these years. No other technician could solve it. I am giving Conner 5 stars. I would give TML 3 to 4 stars. Make sure the technician changes your filters.

Bryce went above and beyond to help us figure out what was wrong with our heating system when it suddenly stopped working in the dead of winter. It took a bit to trouble shoot, but when it was all said and done, we needed a new thermostat as well as some other items maintenanced due to the age of our system. Ramon did preventative maintenance on our furnace a week ago. We have used TML exclusively since we bought our house several years ago and all of the service reps have done very good work, but Ramon is truly exceptional. HE SHOULD BE TRAINING THE OTHER TECHNICIANS. He is the only technician that I can recall who inspected the ductwork for leaks in the crawlspace. He cleaned the cold air returns on the ceiling. He removed and cleaned a canister in the furnace that collects condensation and dead bugs. He forced the furnace's controller board to sense some error conditions to be sure that it was functioning correctly. Aside from doing excellent work, he is very personable and respectful. I have found TML to be a reliable and fair company to deal with. Appointments area always kept. They hire good workers and stand behind their work.

This is the second time I have done business with TML. The first I needed to have a part changed out on my AC unit. They were professional and fair. I felt obligated to write a review after my second experience. After successfully installing a Nest thermostat I needed to remove it so that I could paint the wall plate. When removing the thermostat, painting the wall plate, and reinstalling, I noticed an error on the thermostat. It said that I was not receiving power to the unit. I tried getting assistance with the Nest customer service members and after some quick troubleshooting they told me I would need to contact an HVAC specialist. It was late on a Friday night, but I wanted AC and didn't want to deal with this over the weekend. I called TML to set up a late and probably expensive service call. As the specialist was about to head over he called and walked me through what he thought could be a quick fix. I ended up blowing a fuse. 10 minutes and $3 later I was up and running. TML could have easily worked me over, but instead showed a lot of integrity.

Steven came to service my furnace yesterday and he was amazing! I was worried about how difficult it is to get to my furnace, it's in the crawl space and the crawl space access is in the laundry closet underneath the washer/dryer. I was attempting to move these out of the way by myself when he got there. He insisted on helping and assured me it wasn't a problem. He also found an alternate access location through one of the foundation vents. When I asked him if that would be an easier access point for service in the future and he said, not necessarily for him but it would be easier for me. My air return is on the floor and that isn't ideal. I have dogs and all hard wood floor. The dog hair and dust is constantly getting sucked into the system. To alleviate some of this I had installed a filter beneath the floor grate. He was a little concerned about it restricting air flow and helped me brain storm some other ideas to keep the dog hair out. :)

Larry did a very thorough job in assessing our HVAC needs, explaining the various factors to consider in choosing a new system, providing several alternatives, and giving us well informed recommendations. We chose a fairly high end system, so definitely not the lowest cost we could have chosen, but he did provide some discounts/extras, and I feel like we got a fair deal for the quality of equipment we chose. Jessy and Ferg did a great job installing and calibrating the system, including having to work in some tight quarters in the crawl space to upgrade our ductwork. Follow-up: Andrew came out a couple of weeks after the installation to do a cleaning of ducts and dryer vent and like Jessy and Ferg did a very thorough and professional job. Moved into a new home which the heating system was not correct for this home and the A/C was about 22 years old and tired. We called TML for a service, (as we used them exclusively for our previous home), and said we needed to start a new service agreement for our new place. Bow came out and checked the whole system, and made a list of things needing attention. Then Dave and Andrew came out and did a thorough duct cleaning which was badly needed along with the dryer vent duct. The next day Larry came out the reviewed the list made by Bow and gave us some improvement options along with the needed equipment changes. We took Larry's advice and had a new Lennox heater and air conditioner added, a better filtering system, an air scrubber, a more efficient e motor, and also a couple of solar attic fans. All of this install was completed by Josh and Mike. What a huge difference these items made, plus the air coming into our home was much cleaner, and the A/C unit was as quiet as a refrigerator. Their price was much more reasonable than some other friends paid for their replacements, without the new filtering system, air scrubber and solar attic fans. All of the guys were great to work with, knew their stuff and they were very professional. We are very pleased with the results and want to say if you need help with heating or A/C problems, TML is the company to call on. Thanks guys.

We needed a new pad for the humidifier and Dustin didn't have it one the truck. He offered to come back the next day and replace it for us. He called before coming and was there at the scheduled time. We told him the last technician had checked one side of our crawl space and Dustin offered to check the other side. He was checking to be sure everything was connected as we are always cold in the great room during the winter. He was more than happy to do that of us. Woke up this morning to no heat in the house-what a bummer. Called TML at 7:00 a.m. and got prompt, courteous service to schedule a furnace repair between 10:00 a.m. and noon that same day. TML service representative Evan Rose arrived shortly after 10:00 a.m. after giving us advanced notice of his pending arrival. We found Evan to be courteous, knowledgeable and a skilled technician. We had a problem with the installation of our steam humidifier by TML. It was an expensive system and was not working correctly. About a week after the installation by TML "experts", Bryce Armstrong came out to do regular scheduled maintenance on our furnace and immediately understood why the humidifier was not working as expected. He ordered a different humidistat controller and explained how he was going to fix the issue. About a week later the humidistat came in and Bryce was back the next morning to fix the issue. The humidifier is now working the way we expected it to. Bryce was professional, knowledgeable, very pleasant and totally solved the problem. I am so impressed with his ability to assess issues and find solutions. He has years of experience, is honest and efficient. I wish all TML employees were this great.

My wife and I just had a wonderful experience with TML Service Experts. We had our A/C go out during the weekend, and on Wednesday our Technician showed up to repair. I was thinking it was going to cost a lot, I had it in my mind that it was the motor and possibly other things. Dustin was our Technician Professional. What a polite and nice guy. He checked the system and informed me that it was only the capacitor. It took no time at all and our two dogs loved him. Duct Cleaning - after having a scam company from Val-Pack come out, I found TML. The technician showed up on time, was very personal and professional. He explained what and how he was going to do the service, and took time to answer all my questions. The way the cleaning was done was the way I would expect it - a giant vacuum in the garage, pulling all the dust back out of the house. The entire cleaning took about 5 hours, as expected, and after complete, I went back through all the vents I had videoed the night before to verify. Everything was clean as expected. I would definitely refer TML and Andrew to friends and family.

We have TML do our servicing for our house, and the 1st time out, the customer service was amazing! They explained things, they did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. However, this last time they were out was quite the opposite. The technician called 30 minutes before they were scheduled to be here to inform us they didn't realize we were on the schedule (we scheduled weeks prior)and that they were running very behind and were going to be very late so rescheduling was a better idea, considering we took time off work to be here. The following week when the technician arrived, the customer service was quite different than it was the 1st time they were here. In fact, if this had been the 1st time, we would have never bought a service agreement with them. He seemed very rushed and not focused on what he was doing. He left trash behind as well as not reconnecting the circuit at the circuit breaker or even closing the circuit breaker box. He also left the thermast in the cool position, and considering it's still snowing here, it should have been put back to the heat position, like it was when he arrived.

Routine Maintenance call 6/25/2019: Ken come out for routine maintenance and he did a great job! He was thorough and very professional. He spent the time to carefully examine the air conditioning unit, the furnace, and the waterheater. It was nice that he gladly responded to my various questions about the wear and tear on each unit, and their projected servicable lifetimes when properly maintained . Previous call 1/12/2019: Bryce did a terrific job of methodically diagnosing our erratically performing furnace. He was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems and our unit specifically as well. What's more, he was able to come out the morning I called in my request for service. It's been a week now since he did his repairs, and the furnace is continuing to perform perfectly. It looks like our particular issue was a thermostat that had begun to fail, which Bryce replaced after thoroughly inspecting and servicing the furnace itself.

The service rep, Anthony White, is what saved this from being a 2 star review. Whatever TML is paying Anthony White, it isn't enough. As long as I can continue to have this guy service my furnace, I'll stick with TML. TML screwed up multiple times (didn't enter my contact info correctly, didn't show up to the appointment on time, added fees to initial quote which should have been waived per prior screw up, attempted to replace a bad part with non-OEM part without understanding whether the warranty was still valid, originally disclaimed any responsibility for having installed the furnace but found it immediately once I said I had the builder's install job ID, etc.). After navigating that mess over 4.5 days without heat (TML supplied space heaters in the meantime), I requested TML send a different technician. That's when Anthony White came out and made everything better. Top notch service in that guy -- integrity, compassion and knowledge to get the job done and leave me feeling like everything was as it should be. No hidden agenda, no BS. I was just complaining to my wife how some "professionals" are like predatory vultures and how awful some people unfortunately are at their jobs to behave this way, but Anthony White single handedly restored my faith in humanity this week.
