Tyler their Tech person was outstanding. I have used Access a number of times and like the fact their employees are friendly and honest. I gave them 5 stars but I would really like to see them improve their estimated times of arrival. It would be helpful if their dispatcher would give an updated eta when their tech gets an unexpectedly complex job. I have spent way more time waiting on the tech to arrive than I have waiting to see my doctor.

Andrew was friendly and professional while still focused on and enthusiastic about the task at hand of evaluating and fixing our a/c system. He was able to diagnose quickly and even though it involved a lot of up and down stairs and working in our attic at 100+ degrees never complained. He went the extra mile in finding each and every problem and provided solutions that we could choose rather than forcing something on us. Even though we had agreed upon a simple remedy for a lower amount he still went further when he found a simple leak in our refrigerant line and fixed it without charging extra resulting in a solution going beyond what we had decided on or expected. Overall 5 star experience - having an a/c system break in the middle of school starting and while helping to plan a funeral was stressful enough, being able to have it up and running immediately was a lifesaver - the positive interaction, professionalism, understanding, and quality of service made for 5 stars.

They answered all of my questions and were straight up with what needed to be done to maintain the life of our furnace. I did not feel pressured to do the work immediately but feel informed and know that there are issues that we will need to address. I appreciate having all of the information and options with how to proceed. I know exactly what is needed and potential problems that may arise in the near future. The technician (Tyler) was out within a couple hours of my initial call. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and seemed honest. He didn’t have the necessary part on his truck but waited while a delivery driver brought it. The installation was quick and he explained everything at the proper technical level without getting too detailed. Do whatever you can to keep techs like this around. They are not common. We have had a service contract with Access for almost ten years after they installed our furnace/air conditioner. They have always sent out excellent service technicians in the spring and fall. They had a great price promo going on and came out on time, with real time updates of their arrival. Took the time to really understand and evaluate the problems we were experiencing but also to understand our needs and wants going forward. He took the time to understand our goals and determine the best potential fixes for our relatively young system. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to duplicate and confirm the issues we identified and gave us a range of solutions based on how extensive of a fix they could provide. From something as simple as trying a new thermostat to completely reducting the house. He gave a clear, concise, and simple to understand explanation so when he left we felt fully aware of our options in order to decide how we felt best to proceed. 100% will be using Access for all of our HVAC needs in the future. He even had the right size filters we needed to replace and upgrade our filters for routine maintenance (which we were woefully overdue for new filters). I requested an annual HVAC system maintance. In the process of perfoming the annual furnance check the technician discovered a problem, with the furance. He spent well over an hour fixing the problem and completing the system maintenance. I was pleased that the problem was discovered and fixed before the onset of colder weather. I would highly recommend Access Heating and Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs and/or repairs. Good service, knowledgeable technicians and a fair price - what more do you need.

Called in the afternoon and they were here the next morning. I was not an existing customer, so was pleasantly surprised with the quick response. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, patient and helpful. Technician,, Nowell, was on time, accessed the problem and had it fixed in about an hour. He did a system check and cleaning while waiting to make sure the air was back. He was pleasant and friendly but focused on the job.

So my husband and I purchased a warranty with a company called CHOICE warranty Thinking that this would be a good investment to have in place just in case any of our appliances air conditioning unit broke. We called them on a Friday and put a claim in for our Air conditioning unit that stopped putting out cold air and they responded with an auto email stating it was going to take up to 48 hours for them to get back to us and they never got back to us for four days, after spending that kind of money we asked for a full refund it was just a headache and a waste of time and money … So we contacted ACCESS Heating and Air And wow quite the opposite, they came the next day! Very professional, reasonable prices and excellent customer service also very knowledgeable about what they do! Not to mention they help out the boys and girls club in Meridian and are very involved with our community🥰 you can go on YouTube and listen to their video.

I can not begin to communicate how amazing the Access team is and I can't thank them enough for their help. My parents' AC went out in the middle of triple digit temps. My mom couldn't find a company that could come out within a week. My dad is home on hospice care and bedridden. My mom is stressed trying to care for him so I called Access (they've been the servicer at my house for several years). I called on Friday afternoon, came out Saturday, they got parts on Monday and had it fixed Tuesday morning. The entire team was so kind and professional. Luke was so caring about our situation, he even called me personally after his assessment to give me an update because he knew my mom was stressed. He also told me he was so sorry for what our family was going through. Nathan worked tirelessly and patiently with me on some requirements we had to meet for insurance reimbursement for my mom, and Andrew was prompt and professional getting the repair done. None of it could have happened without Melissa finding a spot on the calendar for us. Thank you all for your help! It was a stressful time with my dad and yet you got us through it. I can't recommend Access enough.

I had Access put in a large ductless Lennox AC and Heat Pump Eco Saver. The team at Access is quite impressive and are punctual, neat and offer tutorial in using their products. The work was professionally done from start to conclusion. First, I met with the sales team for an estimate and overview of what unit I would need. Everything was a "no pressure" sales. Then, a date was set for the installation. This team was highly skilled and made sure the unit was aesthetically installed in the home area and running smoothly. They said they would be at the property around 5 they didn’t show up until after 8 finished around 9 pm. I asked them originally if they could use my door code to get in and the front office said no but when the guy showed up he said that shouldn’t have been a problem. Lost contact with them around 6 pm then I got in touch with their answering service which was horrific. Pretty overpriced for what they said was “value”. They charged me 99 dollars for 1 dollar part which I will still have to replace because they didn’t have the right size. I also asked them how much they charge for a wifi thermostat and they charge double what other company’s have told me. But they claim it’s because of the quality. The guy was really nice when he showed up but overall I wouldn’t ever recommend them. Update: the company called and made it right. I really think they care about customer satisfaction but first impressions matter. They don’t deserve a one star. I won’t be doing business with them but I respect them for making it right.

I would like to give you some very positive feedback. My AC compressor went out last night. I called your office this morning at 7:30 and spoke with Roland. I was happy to have the phone answered before 8am and he was able to get us on the schedule the same day. We got a call from Allie this afternoon 2 hours before the technicians arrived to give us a heads up. She was very friendly and professional on the phone. The techs Brandon and Jared arrived on time. They were extremely friendly, presentable and courteous. They used shoe covers in the house and asked if we required masks. They identified the problem quickly as a bad start up capacitor and soon had it replaced. They verified the system was working properly and efficiently and were finished within an hour. All smiles even though it was after 7:00 on a Friday night on a 106 degree day. Access continues to provide exceptional service with prompt service and high quality employees. Great job and thank you!

Good company, friendly and knowledgeable service tech. Only suggestion: I paid to have the blower motor and fan removed for cleaning. Once out for service the tech found the motor was leaking oil and suggested replacing it (ten years old). The removal & cleaning was $300+ and then to replace the motor was another $1200+ wish the $300 had been deducted or cut in half at least, after all I think it would have been $1200 for the replacement if I had called them out to do just that. The joys of being a home owner. I will use their services again however.

We had scheduled a repair with another company but they wanted to charge $250+ for weekend work. Tyler even waived the $70 service call fee and just charged for parts and labor. He asked me if I wanted the water heater drained and explained to me that the warranty for the water heater could be voided if it wasn't maintained properly.
