Can't say much more about this company. Two years ago I signed up for the maintenance agreement and have had nothing but quality service. Recently my upstairs unit stop working I made a call Sunday morning and my amazing technician Nick showed up that same day in the afternoon. Very service oriented. That's missing now in most businesses. It may sound strange but their concern seemed to be that I remained cool and not the replacement of a broken part. Which, by the way he had on the truck. The entire process was very pleasant and painless. He was here less than an hour. Identifying the problem and completing the repair. This is the best experience I have ever had with an heating and air company. My AC Unit stop blowing cold air, so I decided to take a chance on One Hour air conditioning and heating. Customer Service was great that all well and good. I was more focused on weather or not they would be able to fix my old unit and all I can say is Kip is one of the most knowledgeable guys I have ever had work on my unit. Kip repaired my old unit of 22 years. I am purchasing a new unit because of the service Kip provided. The new unit was not forced on me, Kip provided the different options I could have went with. If you are looking for a company to work on your heating and air unit call One Hour and ask for Kip and I absolutely know you want be disappointed in the service. Thanking God for good people and companies. Kip and One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating is truly a solid company. I will let you guys know how things go when I get my new unit.

He gave me multiple options to choose what worked best for me. I was very impressed and ultimately chose this company to replace my furnace and AC unit. We had a problem with our old Trane AC system. Kip Nails, from one Hour ac, came out and checked our old unit and said it needed replacing. Due to temperatures close to 100 degrees Kip fixed the old unit temporarily until a new unit could be installed. Kip gave us a reasonable cost for new AC. He remembers the little things about me and my family and always asks about my Mom and me. Kip the technician is very personable and very professional. He called before he arrived and was actually quite a bit earlier then planned but that was all right. He was able to troubleshoot a minor problem with the ultraviolet light device which is attached to my air conditioning duct system and he replaced the blown bulb. One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning technicians always do very good work. I trust the quality of the work that they do in my home. I recommend them highly.

He was on time (early with permission), professional, friendly, and wore a mask the whole time. When there were hiccups he had good suggestions, and patiently dealt with Honeywell customer service with me. Educated me on my system (just bought this house) and gave me great advice. I have searched for a Heating and Air company that did business the way I consider it to be right. One Hour Air is incredibly good, allow me to share my experience with you all. I called at 4:30 on Friday of Labor Day Weekend hoping somebody would check my AC but not expecting very much. Well One Hour, unlike several other popular companies sent Sedeick out by 6:30 this same afternoon. I had asked my previous company if they could come check it if I pay extra that companies spokesperson said they were gonna close maybe next wednesday. Well I'm so thankful that I called One Hr Air. Sedrick came out as I said, checked everything, I have peace of mind knowing the problem is with air corculation and not a mechanical failure. Sedrick offered what I felt like was a very fair maintenance plan $15 a month with 2 free visits a year. Also a discount on other service calls you cant beat that! After all this time, I now have an AC guy that I trust and I know will treat me right. I do my research, I know about Air systems and I know this is a very reasonable company. I feel quite safe telling you they will treat you right like they did for me. Thanks to One Hour Air and thanks to all of you for reading. Today, Dec.10, 2021, Nick came to do heating maintenance. Once again Nick was knowledeable, courteous, and did what I needed. He offered helpful suggestions and when he left I had peace of mind that my system is operating properly. I gave 3 stars only because the tech was polite. I needed a pressure check on gas line. They explained how much and if they found anything else the would add that. So I paid $79 service fee just for them to come out and tell me the exact thing I was told over the phone. Said he would come back to do the pressure check next day. I recieved a appointment text. No one showed i took half a day off because they gave a 3 hr window when i called operator said my appointment was for the 9th. The text clearly said the 8th and that was the day i agreed to. Just disappointed. No worries I just switched to all electric.

Loved working with the tech Saundr, Staffney. Great personality, answered all my questions, etc. The company itself are wonderful too. Never had any major issues, everyone is great to work with. While cost may be a little more, they are worth it for the awesome service and professional care they give.

I can’t say enough about One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. We purchased an old Victorian house in Birmingham and the day we moved in the air conditioner broke. We knew it was on its last leg but were hoping to push it a few months. Called One Hour as I was a long time, satisfied customer from Ohio. They were extremely responsive. Jeff “Chief” came out and was incredibly honest, forthright and guided us throughout the process. He tried to fix the existing unit but it really wasn’t worth investing more money into it. We had a new air conditioner and furnace installed that day and we slept cool and comfortably that night! We have had them come back and clean and repair the ducts and vents. Just like our experience in Ohio, Chief and One Hour fully diagnosed the issue, gave us our options and never tried to sell us something we did not need. I couldn’t recommend a more trusted company and can’t say enough about Chief, Aaron and the rest of the team at One Hour.
