Ron was a very friendly, clean, honest, hard working and knowledgeable electrician. Even though I had to purchase an entire heating and cooling system, he made it a pleasurable experience. I had never had the privilege of learning of Cool Temp until this past Friday evening. I had water dripping through my ceiling. NO ONE that I had used in the past would come to my house and check my AC unit in the attic. Cool Temp did! They totally discovered the problem and reported fully to my Home Warranty Company. Charles was very professional, obviously knowledgeable and I wish I had the choice of never choosing anyone else. Incredible service from an incredible Company!

We decided it was time to have our AC units serviced, so I reached out to Cool Temp Air at the recommendation of a friend. I was able to set up the appointment via text (within 24 hours of my text!) and got a call the morning of to let me know they were on the way. Both units at our house are older, but rather than trying to sell me something I don't need today, Ron, the technician, was able to keep things up and running and it didn't break the bank. He helped educate me on different parts of the unit and what to do when it is time to finally get a whole new unit (and hopefully how to avoid needing two at the same time!) At no time did I feel like he was trying to sell me on anything I didn't need. He was professional and courteous. We will definitely be calling them for our annual service as well as for anything that comes up in between!

Charles did an outstanding job handling our repairs!! First, he came out and diagnosed our problem on Saturday. He was unable to repair that day due to supply source being closed. Repair was further delayed by our insurance approval process. After our approval, Charles picked up the required parts late in the day and sent two technicians out the next morning, Holiday July 4th!! Repairs were completed promptly, and we had air conditioning. We definitely recommend Cool Temp Air!! Thanks!!

Charles made our HVAC change out a very smooth & timely transition for all. Employees Chris & Jonathan did a great job in changing our previous (spider system) flex duct work to a properly sized & designed hard piped insulated system. The distribution lines are just as important when considering to upgrade to a new furnace/AC system. We a very pleased with our end product & looking forward to reduced energy costs
