Thank You so much Brandon and Absolute Air! My home warranty took advantage of me and Absolute Air came to save the day! A quick 3-4 hour job but Brandon took his time and didn’t leave until it was done right! I can’t express how much my family enjoys getting froze out the house! Much better than the 85+ Degrees that Choice Home Warranty left us with for 3 months! 110% Would Recommend. 110% will continue to use for regular upkeep. And 200% grateful and thankful from the whole Kinsey House!!

UPDATE- Just wanted to remind everyone this is a First class company! My comments below still apply! This is a great company led by Chris and his HVAC Service Mgr Noah! I have used them for many years at both my properties. They are Fair, Honest, Professional & Reliable! I would recommend Absolute Air to anyone needing new HVAC installation, repairs/maintenance or just for the semi-annual cleaning/tune-up service! I've used other HVAC companies before I met Chris, and so I can honestly say that Absolute Air is far above their competitors! Absolutely :-)

I called at 9:30 this morning to make an appointment and the tech was at my house by 10:30. The tech was professional and courteous and quickly solved the issue. He explained what he did and why and was done in less than 2 hours. The price was also reasonable. Overall, a great experience and will use them again!

This is my second great experience with this company! The first time around, I asked them to give me a second opinion after being told I needed a whole new system by someone else. They told me I did not need a new system, and made a repair that cost maybe $100 instead of the thousands I would have spent otherwise. This time, one of their techs, Noah, was able to solve a strange problem I was having with my thermostat not reading correctly even though it was functioning fine, and the system was functioning fine—something no one else has been able to solve. (Let's just say it was actually an insulation issue, not an HVAC issue. But he still fixed it.) I'm thankful for their trustworthiness because that can be hard to find. Would absolutely recommend them to everyone I know.

First of all,.....this is on a Sunday morning, and he got our 15 years old unit up and running almost in no time, thank you for your great customer service and professionalism. we highly recommend Absolute Air ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

When I purchased my house 10 years ago the unit was already installed by absolute air. I did my research and called them for a service on the unit. Now that the unit is getting older I'm trying to milk every year I can out of it. The house was not cooling so I called them and they came out today ...unit is in good shape. They cleaned the coils and checked everything out. Come to find out one of the branch ducts had come aloose and cool air was going under the house ....this was fixed and it's getting cooler now as I type. We keep the house cold like 65 degrees during the hot summer months. We work outside and it's always nice to come home to a cool house. Thanks to the tech that came out he was awesome.

Our 14 year old Trane AC died a week ago. After getting a quote from a well known 5⭐️ company in Birmingham, I had sticker shock at the replacement cost for a unit that was not near the quality of a Trane and a downgrade compared to my current specs. A friend recommended Chris Kelley at Absolute Air. What a lifesaver. He arrived within two hours after my call. He quoted me an American Standard (maker of Trane) that significantly upgraded my current seer rating and added a variable speed versus single stage unit. His price cremated the previous company’s quote with a superior product and upgrade. Unit was installed less than 48 hours later. Excellent service techs that were polite and so helpful. I don’t think I have ever been so impressed with an HVAC company. Thank you Chris.

My ac unit started acting up over the weekend so I called Absolute Air Monday morning and they promptly sent out Mike, to inspect my system. He tried to repair the unit but it was 15yrs old and needing to be replaced. They quickly gave me an estimate for a replacement with great finance options. I chose to go the the Trane system and the next day Curtis and John Mark showed up to install. The entire staff was very friendly, courteous and respectful. I would highly recommend Absolute Air.
